Daniel leaned against the doorframe of his office, observing her morning routine. Vala was dancing to the music of her walkman in front of the coffee machine, her cheerful face and carefree attitude bringing a smile to his lips.

She filled two mugs, fixed one the way she knew he liked best, and brought it to his desk. A gracefully twirl later, she was near the printer, grabbed a few papers, and labeled them with colored sticky notes.

"Like what you see?" she teased, hips swaying to the music.

Yup. There was no point denying it anymore. He loved her.
