"I thought you liked having a home," Daniel inquired, confused.
They were sitting on his bed after Vala had come to him, revealing she was leaving Earth.
"She knows, Daniel. Adria. I could tell."
"What could she possibly know that would make you want to leave?"
She closed her eyes and took a deep breath, trying to calm down, then brought her knees to her chest in a desperate attempt to hide inside herself.
"That I care about you," Vala whispered miserably, avoiding his eyes.
He sighed and wrapped an arm around her.
"I do too. So please don't leave."
