"So, finally going to Atlantis, huh?"
"Hello to you too, Jack," Daniel retorted. "And you remember Vala?"
"Hi Jack," she greeted cheerfully from the computer.
"It's General O'Neill to you, Vala, " Daniel corrected.
"Cmon Daniel, don't be such a grump," Jack replied with a wink to the former space pirate. "I heard you'll be going to Atlantis as well?"
"Yup."
"Good. Then I assume I can trust you to personally drag Daniel's ass back to Earth after the mission is over?"
Daniel rolled his eyes and went back to his book, choosing to just ignore the rest of their conversation.
