This one takes place between the tracks 7 and 8 of the 3.5 Stargate audiobook: Duplicity. I truly recommend listening to them if you haven't already, they're absolutely amazing and full of Daniel / Vala moments.
As the door to their room opened, Daniel caught Vala before she could stumble to the floor.
"What the hell, Vala?"
"Hullo, Darlin," she mumbled groggily.
She did warn him that might happen, but he never thought she would practically drink herself into a coma...
He gently helped her to the lower bed, and proceeded to remove her shoes so she'd be more comfortable.
"Undressin me 'gain?" She asked playfully.
"Don't you start," he warned, pulling her boots off.
She chuckled, and after removing her vest, he tucked her into his bed. He would take the top bunk for tonight.
