Vala opened her bag for something to eat and got an apple out. She winced at the fruit, looking up, until her eyes landed on the chocolate bar in Daniel's hands, who was sitting across from her.
The former thief raised an interested eyebrow and met Daniel's eyes with an inquiring look. He answered by glancing at her apple before looking up again. Vala gave a small nod and they tossed their food at each other.
Mitchell rolled his eyes at the smile they exchanged while eating.
