Max felt good that T-Rax's first full concert was a successful one. Then he was called by a security guard and told him he was called to the managers' office. When he went in, he saw a lot of people were in there. There were some people he recognised and some he didn't. The people he recognised was Peg who stood next to a man (Max assumed this man was Frank) and Peter Pete Sr., who was with a different lady.

"Am I in trouble?" Max asked.

"No, not at all, laddie," Scrooge said. "This place has never been more popular, all thanks to your incredible talent and hard work."

Max wondered if the managers knew anything about this Phantom of Rock n Roll or how much of an influence she had been on him.

"Mr. McDuck and I are selling the stadium, T-Rax," Horace told him. "Here are the new owners and managers, Mr. Peter Pete Sr. and Mr. Mortimer Mouse. They wanted to meet the brand-new biggest star of this place."

Max recognised Pete immediately as they were once neighbours, but he never met Mortimer Mouse. He shook hands with them.

"Always a pleasure to meet a rising star," Mortimer said.

Pete hugged Max. "I knew you would be great. I always knew it."

"Sure you did," Peg muttered under her breath.

"I heard that, Missy!" Pete snapped.

Max could see that they were still mad at each other and they still hadn't forgiven each other since 1994.

"Children," Scrooge said. "Let's not spoil this night. You guys aren't even married anymore."

Then Horace approached Max. "T-Rax, the other people here are our patrons and they are very eager to meet you."

So, Max met the other patrons, including Peg's partner Frank. Then everyone went to the reception where all the members of staff in the stadium were gathered.

"Ladies and gentlemen," Horace said. "I regret to announce that after twenty-five years tonight is the last night for me and Mr. McDuck as owners of the Tanchester Square Garden. We had a lot of fun and success making this stadium the success it has been since it was built over thirty years ago and filled it with many memorable memories with many talented singers with their amazing concerts, awesome stage shows with amazing actors and comedy shows from very funny comedians and all their wonderful fans, but none of this would have been possible without you guys and all your hard work, talent and good ideas. So, thank you for that and we wish you all the best in the future under the management of the new owners and managers here: Mr. Pete and Mr. Mouse."

Everyone gave the new owners a very welcoming applause. They returned their affection by blowing them air kisses.

Then Scrooge and Horace picked up their briefcases and headed for the door.

"Good luck, all of you," Scrooge said, as he and Horace passed the staff. "Oops. I meant to say, 'break a leg'."

"Yeah, break a leg, everyone," Horace said.

Then all the members of staff watched the previous owners walk out of the door for the last time. Then they turned to face the new managers.

Peter cleared his throat. "As a proud-to-be-one-of-your-managers, here is my speech to all of you."

Everyone waited for him to speak.

"WHAT ARE YOU YOUR DOPES STANDING AROUND THERE FOR, A PIZZA PARTY? GET BACK TO WORK!"

"Yeah, you heard him," Mortimer said. "Get to work, you lazy blocks of moldy cheese!"

Everyone got back to work.

As Max returned to his dressing room, he just chuckled as the nightmare memories of being neighbours with Pete came back to him.

As he walked out of the stadium, Max was greeted by a lot of people screaming for T-Rax's autographs and photos with him. After he made sure everyone was satisfied, he walked on.

"Hey, Max! Wicked concert!"

Max turned to see one of his friends, also an ex-girlfriend, running towards him. "Lisa!" he cried happily. Despite growing older since she left high school, she hadn't changed at all. She looked as young and beautiful as she was nearly seven years ago. And she was still as friendly to Max as she had been since he became high school popular. "You saw the show tonight?" he asked her, as they hugged.

"For real," Lisa said. "You were totally awesome last night and you were awesome tonight. You've always been awesome."

"Thanks, Lisa," Max said, as they started to walk. "And how's that fashion magazine of yours doing?"

"It's doing great for early days," Lisa said. "I'm still grateful for you talking me into starting my own magazine instead of just becoming a model. You were right when it proved I had some brains and not just looks."

"Great," Max said. "And how's that wildlife charity you're a patron of doing?"

"Great," Lisa said. "We're buying enough land all overseas to give the endangered species a home and a chance to increase their numbers. Again, I have to give you credit for your inspiration as well."

"Wow, you seem to be very busy," Max said. "Everything must be going so well for you."

Then Lisa's face fell. "No, it's not perfect. Dwayne left me last week."

"Oh, I'm sorry," Max said. "What happened?"

Dwayne had been Lisa's boyfriend from day one at college. Max and Lisa broke up because they wanted to go to a different college and they didn't really believe in long distance relationships, but they managed to end their relationship on good terms and remain good friends and see and keep in contact with each other like good friends.

Lisa explained that she and Dwayne had been in a relationship for the last four years, but she only found that last week that he had been seeing other women behind her back. When she confronted him about it, he told her that they were plenty of women better than her in every way: beauty looks, brains, heart and personality. Then she kicked him out of her place. "It was like Chad all over again," she said, before she broke down in tears.

As Max sat her down to comfort her, he remembered in her breaking up with Chad during Spring Break 1997. She and the school went to Florida for that Spring Break trip. She got ill after eating something that didn't agree with her on the first day they arrived and she spent most of trip in her hotel room to recover. As she recovered, her friends kept checking on her, but one person who didn't see her at all was her supposedly boyfriend Chad. When she got better, she went to find Chad and why he didn't see her when she was ill. She learned why: she had been seeing many women behind her back. That was when she broke up with him and she decided to move on with some other guy and that other guy was Max Goof. Neither Max nor Roxanne wanted to break up, but they had to because she had to move to Maine with her dad. Since Max and Lisa were both out of relationships, they both decided to try a relationship out and it lasted until even after they graduated from high school. They went on many dates, went on many dances including prom and they went on a few trips together and they all loved being together. Lisa always said that Max was a better boyfriend than Chad ever was and he said she was a wonderful girlfriend and he was lucky to have her when he did, though he always missed Roxanne and still missed her to this very day and wished she never had to leave him.

Lisa felt better after she finished crying and Max comforted her. "Oh, Max, you may not be my boyfriend anymore, but you've always been a great friend and I am so lucky to know you."

"Thank you, Lisa," Max said. "And I'm very lucky to know such a beautiful and nice girl like you." And he received a kiss on his lips.

They walked to Lisa's car.

"Thanks again for coming to my concert tonight, Lisa," Max said.

"No problem," Lisa said. "And thank you for the awesome show and the comfort tonight. I can't wait to buy your first album!" Then she blew him an air kiss before she drove off.

After Max waved to Lisa until she was out of sight, he yawned and started to head for home.
