When he read the letter for the first time in a long while, Max felt the same emotions he felt as he read it for the first time when he walked out of Spoonerville hospital. It read:

'Dear Max, when you read this letter, I know it will be a complete shock to you. Last night, after you left, my dad told me that not only am I being transferred to a hospital in Jamford, a town in Maine because they have the equipment they need to cure my illness, but also we are moving there permanently. He told me he has got a job there and he got me set up for high school and college there already.

"I'm not breaking up with you because I don't like you and I don't want to see you ever again because I still do. I'm breaking up with you because I'm not sure if a long-distance relationship will work and you can never know what's going to happen in the future. I might find someone in Jamford and you might find another lady wherever you go.

"But the only thing I do know is that being with you has been the best thing in my life and I can't remember a time where I have been any happier. I will never forget you, I will never forget all the good times I shared with you – all the amazing dates we've been on, watching you do extremely well in all of those sport competitions, talent shows, those school plays and singing and dancing competitions and most importantly seeing you dance with Powerline and just for being great company for me – and I will never forget the fact I'm alive all because of your generous and hard-working efforts to raise money for an operation to save my life.

"Please remember that I didn't choose any of this, but I am choosing the fact that I will never forget you and I hope you will never forget me. You may be out of my life, but never out of my head nor out of my heart. Whatever happens to you, I wish you nothing but the most successful and happiest life you can ever get. I will never forget how lucky and privileged I was to have you as a boyfriend and as a friend. If you find another lady, I only hope she will be lucky and privileged as I was because you are totally special, amazing and awesome. I will try to keep in contact with you the best I can like becoming pen pals or something, but if for any reason we can't, you want you to know I will never forget you and wish you well.

"Goodbye, Max. Thank you for everything you've done for me and good luck in the future.

"Love Roxanne."

The letter finished with what Max thought was a hundred kisses.

Though they dried up now, he remembered when he first read it there was little wet dabs on them. He thought she had been crying when she wrote it. He also remembered when he went to greet his friends PJ, Bobby and Stacey and ask them about their trip, he told them about Roxanne and why she had to leave. They were sad about it, but like the nurse at the hospital they thought what Max did was very admirable. They were the only ones from the school who missed Roxanne; the rest of the school seemed to have moved on. Max was still the most popular guy until he graduated, but a new girl arrived when school started again in September 1996 and she became the most popular girl due to her beautiful looks and rich upbringing. He did try a few dates with her, but he decided she wasn't the right one for him.

"So, there you have it, guys," Max said to the robots.

The robots' faces had sad faces with tears.

"So beautiful," sobbed Screwy.

"So, did you move on with your love life, T-Rax?" Botty asked.

"He sure did," Nutsy said, as he got out a photo album. "Who are these ladies, T-Rax?"

Max didn't really want to go over his romantic experiences, but since Nutsy got his photo album out and asked him, he thought he might as well. He started at the beginning and he showed them photos of him and Roxanne when they dated from the summer of 1995 to Spring Break 1997. The photos showed them enjoying their dates, supporting each other whenever they did events and they happily enjoyed their company. Their photos together took over half of that album.

Then they moved on to the next girlfriend which was Lisa. Like Max, she broke up with Chad, but unlike Max and Roxanne who were forced to break up, Chad chose to cheat on Lisa during spring break. Max remembered meeting with her in a park (or bumping into her, by accident) and they both shared their griefs and decided to try being in a relationship together. And it worked until they both graduated from high school because they wanted to go to different colleges, but at least they remained good friends and kept in contact with each other, unlike Chad who Lisa never wanted to think about ever again, let alone see again. She was now the editor-in-chief of her own fashion magazine, Graceful.

Then when he got to college, he dated an African American lady called Lola who was liked to wear a lot of green clothes. They were in a relationship for two years and were very happy with each other. They had to break up because her mother became ill and had to move to support her. She was now a marine biologist in Southern California and like Lisa, they remained friends and kept in contact with each other.

Then he moved on to another college student called Mona, who was an aspiring actress.

"The Mona, who's the star of Willows For Spring?" Botty asked.

"The very one," Max said. Then he explained that they remained in a relationship for two years. They were very happy and he took her to see his dad one Christmas. Then after she went to act for Willows For Spring, he waited for her to come back only she didn't. She moved on with the male lead in the tv series she was acting with. She never contacted him to tell him that she was breaking up and he wondered why she left him and what he did or didn't do to push her away.

"That's why I'm not dating anymore," Max said.

"A wise choice, T-Rax."
Max and the robots turned to see the Phantom approaching him.

"Now you are now a huge rock star with a huge fanbase, you are going to be very busy with your career and you will get all the help from your friends here."

"That's us, right?" Screwy asked.

"Come, children," the Phantom said. "I have some more jobs for you to do. Let T-Rax enjoy his well-earned rest because he has another busy day tomorrow. So, as usual, don't be late to bed, T-Rax."

"Understood," Max said.

"Bye, T-Rax," the robots said, as they followed their mother and left Max to continue relaxing. As he continued to relax, he started to think about his career of being T-Rax. This kind of career was everything he dreamed off ever since he was young and discovered Powerline, but he started to think if this was really making him happy and he couldn't help wondering if the Phantom was up to something and if she was planning on doing something he wasn't sure about to him.
