"Anyway, I need to go since I barely have enough mana to keep a physical form"

The spirit looks at Subaru before completely turning to mana and heading to the crystal that is currently worn by the half-elf.

When Subaru got transported into this world, he expected things to be easy just like the characters from the shows he used to watch in Anime's.
of course, he expected to meet enemies but not in this kind of way.
He thought he would be given some kind of OP powers.
He felt so useless tonight unable to help Puck and Satella in battle.

Subaru said in a low voice only he can hear.
He lifts the half-elf and put her on his back and began to walk outside.
While walking Subaru noticed Felt going in his direction with a certain red-haired individual.
Subaru waved at Felt with his free hand till they are face to face.
"I came back as fast as I could, brought help with me where's the enemy?"
"Sa—Emilia took care of it but it drained her to the point she got unconscious."
Subaru replied as he observes the red-haired guy.
"Is that so? May I know what caused all of this? I would greatly appreciate it if I know what happened."
The red-haired guy asked as Subaru tried to explain every possible detail.
"Now I understand the situation thank you for your explanation, sir...?"
"Subaru, Natsuki Subaru."
"Ahh yes, thank you sir Natsuki Subaru."
"Just Subaru is fine I don't really like formalities that much."
"If that's the case you can just call me Reinhard then."

Rainhard grabs Felt by the arm and placed the insignia on her hand.
As he put the insignia it did in fact glow confirming what Subaru said was true.
"I can't believe this; you have found the Fifth candidate"

Reinhard said handing the insignia back to Subaru not letting go of Felt's arm.
"Hey! What's the big idea? Let go of me! You're hurting me!"
Felt struggles as she tries to get out of Reinhard's hand just before being forced unconscious by a spell.
"I will be taking her with me as well as inform Lady-Emilia's team to pick you up"
"Don't forget to take Old Man Rom with you, he is Felts only family"

The knight starts to leave with Felt as Subaru was left alone with the sleeping half-elf
As this was happening the half-elf on Subaru's back starts to awaken.

As I lost consciousness, I found myself floating in a black empty void.

I felt confused at first before realizing I heard this before.
I turned around to see where the voice was coming from and what I saw shocked me to the core.

I immediately gave Subaru a Hug before thanking him in a whisper.

Subaru is very confused right now especially with the half-elf's name that he can't help but ask the half-elf for the reason.

We walked to an open street finding a blue-haired girl in a maid uniform waiting beside a carriage that girl is none other than Rem.
With Subaru following me, we came to meet Rem.
"G-GOod Evening Lady-Emilia" Rem greeted with a stutter seemingly distracted by something.
That is when I suddenly realize how difficult things are going to be especially now that not only do I look like the witch I even smell like one too.
'This is going to be difficult' I thought going inside the carriage with Subaru as we go back to the mansion.
