Bucky's POV:
She's pregnant.
Holy Shit! She is actually pregnant!
With my baby. And now, I'm fucking feeling like I just won the lottery.
Any normal fucker would freak out about this, but this is Arianna we're talking about.
The girl I've fucking loved since the day we practically met.
Call me weird, but I was more than fucking ecstatic about the news. I was practically floating.
I wanted to kiss the shit out of her, and propose to her there and then, but we have too much shit to talk about.
I needed to fucking fix my past fuck ups. But how to do it was a different story.
Now, as I walked down the stairs with her in my arms, I could hear and see Steve and Sam talking in hushed voices amongst themselves.
Those fuckers knew, and so did my sisters apparently. But how did—?
Then it all clicked. The words that I heard Ari and Becky exchanging earlier. Why Ari was so annoyed with my sister, earlier. It all made sense now.
One of my friends and my little sisters apparently gotten close.
I calmly walked into the kitchen, setting Ari down on one of the stools before walking back out towards them.
Staring at Sam, and Steve for a moment. Wondering who it was.
Sam has a girlfriend, Sharon, if I remember correctly, is her name. So, I know it wasn't that fucker.
Which meant that Steve is the one who is fucking around with my little sister.
I shook my head, sighing in exasperation, before charging towards Steve.
I lifted him by the scruff of his shirt off the couch, before I shoved him into the wall, "You have one minute to explain to me why I shouldn't kill you and Rebecca." I ground out.
Steve's eyes popped out of his head, as he struggled to breath.
"Bucky! Let him go!" I heard Arianna say as she rushed out of the kitchen.
I looked back at her, before turning back to look at Steve. "No."
"Then how in the hell is he supposed to explain if he can't breathe, genius?" She pointed out, amused.
I grumbled, dropping his ass on the floor before stepping back.
"Why the hell aren't you helping him?" Arianna asked Sam, annoyed.
"Because I told him this would happen… he didn't listen. So, that's all on him." Sam replied from the couch.
I turned to throw a scathing look at him before turning back to Steve. "Well?" I asked.
Steve slowly sat up, leaning back on the wall. "Look, I'm sorry we hid this from you. But we knew you'd react like this. Look, I love your sister, I'm not just messing around with her. She's the one who wants to keep things casual." He said.
Arianna rolled her eyes at him before walking into the kitchen. "Men are so hopeless, I swear…" she muttered, shaking her head.
"Bunny, now is not the time to be muttering shit under your breath." I retorted, wincing at the responding growl.
"Seriously?! Get your ass in here, James!" She called back, causing me to wince.
I opened my mouth to retort a response, only for her to scream, "Now, James!" Causing me to wince in response.
I looked between all three of them before sighing. Steve frowned, staying as a heap on the ground.
I helped him to his feet before pinning him with my arm into the wall. "If you hurt her, I'll kick your ass, Steve. I'm not fucking playing with you. " I warned him before dropping my arm to my side and turned to make my way towards the kitchen.
"I'll help him hide the body." I heard Ari say, causing me snort as I walked in.
"What are you yelling about now, woman?" I asked her as I walked in to see her sitting there, with a bowl of fruit.
She speared a piece of strawberry, before popping it into her mouth, chewing happily before swallowing.
"Asshole." She scoffed with an eye roll. "Look, don't get involved. This is between Rebecca and Steve. Let them figure their shit out on their own." She said, ignoring the look I was giving her.
Steve hesitantly stood by the door, leaning on the doorway.
"He's not going to hurt you, Stevie. You can come in." She promised, never looking up.
"You bet your ass I will hurt him." I growled, causing Steve to take a step back.
"Bubsy, how do you think Clint is going to react when he finds out you deflowered me, and got me pregnant on the same night, no less. Don't you think he'll try to shoot you?" She asked, amused.
I sputtered. "Shit, I forgot about that…" I muttered, rubbing my neck.
"Exactly. Now, think about what your dad told you a while back…" She added, smirking widely at me.
My eyes widened as I realized what she was referring to, I was fucked as soon as both our families found out.
"Exactly. See? You have it so much worse." She replied smugly.
Steve raised a brow at her, before turning to look at me. "If it makes you feel any better, your sister has turned me down six times already." He supplied, causing Ari to snort cutely and laugh into her hand.
I pouted, going to sit down next Ari, "It does make me feel better, but only slightly. Why the hell didn't you tell me you were fucking around with my little sister?" I asked, keeping my eyes on the counter.
"She told me not to." He replied sitting down across from us with a small smile.
I grumbled, shaking my head at him. "She would try to keep this a secret, yet has the audacity to fucking spill the beans about Arianna and me having a baby together. Nosy ass little shit." I grumble.
Ari elbowed me, before turning to look at Steve, and patting his hand in comfort.
"Oh, bubs, don't take it so hard. At least you didn't walk in on him railing her… that was life changing. On a side note, we need to try doing that position." She said, as her eyes suddenly glazed over.
My lips twitched, as I tried to fight off the amusement at her suddenly aroused state. What the hell just happened? "What is she—?" I asked, looking over at Steve who shrugged looking away awkwardly.
"You do not want to know…" She whispered loudly to me, causing me to laugh as Steve flinched.
"Can I go back to bed now? I ate something." She pouted.
I sighed, staring at the bowl of fruit, before shaking my head at her. "Eat a little more please." I begged.
She frowned, licking her lips, before a small smile appeared on her face. "Is there any more soup left from earlier?" She asked.
I smiled nodding at her before getting up to serve her some.
"So, a baby huh? How do you feel about that? " Steve asked, casually as he turned to talk to her.
"Gee. I don't know. How do you feel about getting your ass handed to you just now?" She asked him, offhandedly.
Steve sputtered before looking away embarrassed, as I bit back a chuckle. Serves you right, asshole.
"Hey, so who's going to be the godfather?" Sam asked, as he casually walked in.
"Steve is." She replied, unblinkingly, and without hesitation, causing me to laugh out loud.
"Wait. Why Steve?" Sam asked, clearly offended.
Arie sighed, before looking over at me. "Because Steve is Bucky's best friend…." She pointed out, in a 'duh' tone. "But you can be the annoying, flighty uncle." She added, sweetly, causing Steve and I to chuckle.
"If you by 'the annoying, flighty uncle' you mean 'the cool, awesome, better-looking uncle' I'll take the job." Sam replied.
"No, I meant the annoying, flighty uncle. Clint already has filled the cool uncle position… Steve probably will fill 'the awesome uncle, so again you're stuck with annoying and flighty, " she replied in a serious tone.
Sam scoffed, waving a finger at her, but not saying anything else.
I set down the bowl in front of her, before turning to give Sam a look. "Don't even…" I mouthed, shaking my head at him.
"Hey, man, she started it. She called me annoying..." Sam said defensively.
"She wasn't lying. Now, quit it." I said, before turning to look at Ari.
"Hey, I am only stating the truth." She mumbled with a shrug as she slowly began to eat.
I scoffed, "Right… truth..." I mumbled, shaking my head. "Cool it with the attitude, babe. You're starting to scare them." I snipped laughing when she smacked my arm, playfully.
"Jerk." She commented after swallowing a mouthful of soup.
"But you love it." I replied, smirking.
"Never said I didn't. Now, let me finish eating so I can go to sleep. I'm really tired." She complained, as she dropped her head in her hand tiredly.
"Oh, right. How was Monaco?" Sam asked, changing the subject.
"Great, if you like spending time with self-pretentious pricks, with an ego problem." She replied with an eye roll.
Steve laughed at her response, shaking his head at her. "Come on, Tiny, they can't be all that bad." He said.
"No, they really are. Tony had to send me back to the hotel that first week because one of the guys got handsy and I broke his hand after throwing my drink on him during a luncheon." She said, causing me to frown.
"Wait, you didn't tell me that when I asked you about your trip earlier." I commented as Sam winced in response, handing me a beer.
"You didn't ask me." She replied, as she got up and made her way over to the sink.
I watched her wash dishes before wiping the counter down.
"If you'll excuse me gentlemen, I am going to sleep. I'll see you when I see you." She said before disappearing through the doorway.
"Is it me or is she more snappier now?" Sam asked, looking over at me.
Steve laughed, "She's pregnant, you idiot. Of course, she seems snappier to you, you're always annoying her. Leave her alone and she'll leave you alone." He commented as he got up and went to his room.
Sam looked at me, with a lost look.
"He's right, you know? She's only at the beginning of the pregnancy. If you don't want to lose a limb, stop annoying her, and leave her alone." I said before getting up and making my way up the stairs to check on Arie.
