Four months later
They discharged Amanda from the hospital the week after. Olivia woke up a month later.
Olivia's condition was only slightly better, but she felt stronger and her wounds were healing up nicely.

The trial for Vic Foster's father started a two months after Liv got out of the hospital and they found him guilty.
The twins also found out last month that they would be going to college instead of going to 12 grade. Which meant they had to start looking at colleges.
Present time
Olivia and Amanda can not go back to work for another two months, which means they get to spend more time with their kid.
Olivia and Noah spend the night at Amanda's and Carisi's house.
That morning
Amanda woke up super sick. She had been throwing up for the past two weeks. As she walked out of the bathroom, it finally hit her that she hadn't had a period. She walked back into the bathroom. She was up in the drawer and pulled out a pregnancy test.

'PREGNANT'
Amanda stared at the pregnancy tests and couldn't believe her eyes.
She was pregnant with Carisi's baby. She smiled, picturing them raising another child together.
30 minutes later
Carisi was in the kitchen making everyone breakfast when Amanda walked into the kitchen.
"Morning babe." Carisi said as he kissed Amanda forehand.
"Morning." Amanda said as she sat down
"Hey are you okay?" Carisi asked
"Yeah, but I have something to tell you?" Amanda said
"What is it?" Carisi asked as Amanda pulled out the pregnancy test.
"I'm pregnant." Amanda said as she showed Caris the pregnancy test.
"Really?" Carisi asked
"Yep." Amanda said
"This is amazing." Carisi said as he kissed Amanda.
"I can't wait to tell everyone." Amanda said
"Yeah, when do you want to tell them?" Carisi said
"Maybe during breakfast, but I think we should tell Olivia, and the twins first, then Noah, Jesse and Billie." Amanda said
"Yeah, I think so too." Carisi said
20 minutes later
Olivia and the twins finally walked into the kitchen.
"Morning." Amanda and Carisi said at the same time
"Morning." The twins and Olivia said,
"Vic. Nyah, y'all not going out for a workout?" Amanda asked
"We did not feel like it." Nyah said
"Manda, are you okay? You look a little pale?" Olivia asked
"Yeah, I'm fine, but I have some news to tell y'all." Amanda said
"What is it?" Vic asked
"Well, Vic and Nyah are going to be big sisters again, and Liv is going to have another grandchild." Amanda said
"OMG!" The twins
"That's awesome guys." Olivia said as she hugged her daughter.
"Thanks." Amanda said as she could hear Jesse, Billie and Noah walking into the kitchen.
"Morning mama." Jesse and Billie said as they hugged Amanda.
"Morning sweet girls." Amanda said
"Morning mom." Noah said
"Morning honey." Olivia said
"What are you having for breakfast?" Billie asked
"We are having pancakes." Carisi said
"Yay." The little kids said as Carisi started making their plates.
One top of Jesse and Billie pancake Carisi makes it say big sister with strawberry, blueberry and raspberry, while on Noah it says best uncle.
"Wait mama, are you having another baby?" Jesse said
"Yes." Amanda said
"Yay." Jesse and Billie said
"Congratulations Amanda." Noah said
"Thanks Noah." Amanda said
