"Wait Moonie you live at an animal shelter." Casey asked her.
"Yeah, but can't believe you found me, how." Moonie replied.
It was a few days after she and Crystal had their epic sleepover but Shocket had found where Moonie lived, surprised she lived in an animal shelter, finding many flowers and trees in her enclosure, impressing Casey guessing her sister had nature powers seeing Moonie grin shyly at her long-lost sister hearing her explain that she had help tracking her down impressing Moonie.
"How did you even get here in the first place?" Casey asked her.
Moonie was taking a deep breath, then telling her how as infants, they'd been playing in their play-den in their house on Half-world and their mom had opened a portal to Terra which had made her curious so had jumped through at the last moment but had been living on the streets until she had been found by Animal Control and brought here, seeing Casey hiss clenching her furry paws into fists which confused Moonie.
"As Raccoon Girl, I kick those guys's guys tails, and they imprison my sis!" she growled.
"Woah you're the one they talk about, that's awesome, you're a rebel." Moonie said.
"Not true, I was being like uncle Rocket, a hero or heroine in my case." Casey said.
"Relax sis, I didn't say you were a bad guy, I know how you admire uncle Rocket, just like the kid who might be adopting me, her name's Bree." Moonie told her.
Casey grinned as she brought Moonie home to the Avengers compound as her sister's eyes widened in awe, accidentally creating a tree which not just impressed Casey, Rocket too as he knew about Moonie, knowing he and Casey needed to talk about this letting her and Moonie bond which the others thought cute, including Gwen who was Casey's mentor asking Rocket why he was irate about Casey finding her sis.
"I don't want to see her get hurt, what if Moonie doesn't want to stay, how did she get powers?" Rocket admitted.
"I think you should give Casey credit, she's stromg enough, she's Raccoon Girl remember?" Gwen told jim.
"Raccoon Girl yeah, but not Casey, she's very sweet and big-hearted, alright?" Rocket replied.
He saw Moonie growing flowers impressing Casey, askimg how she got her powers hearing it had been from the terragen mist that had swept over New York, makijg Casey wide-eyed, knowing the Kree would want nothing with a raccoon then she remembered her uncle's backstorh warning her sis the Kree could come after her, hearing Moonie snort at her.
"I think I'm safe, those guys go after humans, not us." Moonie reassured her makijg Casey guess she was right.
They heard mission alerts seeing Green Goblin was causing trouble and Peter was busy giving Casey an idea, that Raccoon Girl could handle this changing into her armour taking off into the night, before the adults noticed or intervened using her hardlite hologram or sythesoid her as Rock-E had made it for her, making Rocket wonder what was going on, guessing that had not been Casey he saw taking off after Gren Goblin impressing Moonie.
Casey grinned seeing her super pals, Crystal otherwise known as Magica Kokoro and Kaley known as Frost seeing Crystal mad as she and Kaley were actual goblin kids so Green Goblin made a mockery of their people which Casey understood, hearing Kaley ask why Spidey was not handling this.
"He's busy with other things, like MJ." she replied.
They then took care of Green Goblin easy, just as the cops showed up but Casey told Crystal and Kaley to go before they got busted seeing Crystal hug her before she and Kaley left hopijg Rocket would go easy on her, she had not stopped a moving train this time gulping seeing her uncle there, with his paws on his armoured hips flying off awaitihg him yelling or a lecture.
