Author's Note: Whoa, all of this just came flowing out. I kept on writing and writing until we had this. I love how this turned out. I have sat on the main idea for quite some time now. Part of another plot I had to save for next week because I was running out of time. But don't worry, it's going in next week's halo. Speaking of next week, I already have a couple of ideas ready. I don't have the halo title yet, but I will come up with something soon. Oh, I have a couple of little announcements to make. First, there's going to be a little bonus halo in this fic after the Halloween special. I'm not going to tell you what it is. You are just going to have to stick around and see. Also, I am going to be working on a Wonderland-related piece for my NaNoWriMo project this year. I don't know if I am going to post it anywhere or not. I will have to see in the near future. For now, enjoy this week's halo.

Halo Eleven: Bunta:

We have another love story gone wrong. This time, the young man is named Bunta. He was another member of the Toramaru. Just like Eito, he too was in love. Unlike Eito, however, it was with the wrong woman.

Her name was Fujimori Aina. They met last year. They met at her wedding to his older brother. That's right. Aina was marrying his older brother. A scandalous love indeed. They couldn't help but be drawn to each other. It's that how love is? Feelings and emotions cannot be controlled. The problem is when these feelings and emotions are acted on. Especially when it leads to betrayal.

This is the story of Bunta and Aina in this case. It's just become fuel for the wasteland.

-Mikado-

I stared at my ceiling. Lilith-san lay next to me sound asleep. Can ghosts really sleep? That's not really on my mind right now. What I had expected happened. The more I keep remembering my nights with Lilith-san, the more I want to hide my face in shame. She's disappointed that I can't feel pain anymore. I frowned as I remembered how she likes it rough. I shut my eyes and cursed myself. I should've known this was going to happen.

I opened my eyes and looked at my right hand. Hey, the little black spots are gone. I haven't heard any of those whispers either. I looked over at the messy black curls in Lilith-san's hair. Maybe…

I quickly shook my head.

No! This can't happen again. It was a moment of weakness. That's all it was. Lilith-san must have noticed my hand and wanted to help. Yeah, that's it. It will never happen again.

I froze when I felt eyes on me.

I looked down to see Lilith-san looking up at me. She had that catlike smile on her face that I wanted to wipe off so badly.

"Good morning," Lilith-san purred.

"How long have you been pretending to be asleep?" I asked.

"For a while now," she said. Why am I not surprised? She rested her head on my chest.

"I missed this," she said. I nervously laughed to myself.

"This isn't going to happen again," I said.

"Where have I heard that before?" she asked.

"I mean it," I said. "I don't want to cheat on my girlfriend." Lilith-san ran her finger around in small circles on my skin.

"Aw, moi horoshiy," she cooed. "It's not really cheating if it's to save your life." She giggled as she cuddled up close to me. I didn't have it in me to push her off. It never fails. Lilith-san doesn't take no for an answer. It's not over until she says it's over.

Still, I can't keep doing with her.

"Lilith-san," I spoke up.

"Hm?" she asked.

"We can't keep doing this," I said. She rested her finger on my lips. Lilith-san looked like she was hungry for more. No. I'm not going to fall for this again. I finally shoved her off.

"No," I said again. "This is a one-time thing and it will never happen again." My tone sounded sterner than what I thought it would. I've had to tell her this many times. It's never stuck. I don't think it will now. I looked into her eyes. Oh no, she's smirking at me. Lilith-san rested her head on my chest again.

"You'll be back," she said in a low voice. She drew her eyes closed again. I hate that she's going to be right—again.

Saitama

Bunta met Aina at the wedding. He was the best man, of course. Aina wanted a Western wedding. She and the younger brother had met before. It was during a dinner party for the two families to meet. The bride-to-be didn't really pay too much attention to him at the time. He had another girl that interested him. Bunta and Aina didn't leave much of an impression on each other. It should've just ended there.

But it didn't.

At the time, Bunta had just broken up with his girlfriend. He wasn't exactly looking for another relationship. Maybe just a date, a rebound to be exact. His brother was going to help him out.

"Oh, you don't have to," Bunta said. His brother put his arm around his shoulders.

"Come on, bro!" he said. "I can't have you acting all depressed on me. Lighten up!" The younger brother forced himself to smile.

"Right…" he mumbled.

They held a small wedding. Just the bride, groom, their families, and some of their friends. Nothing out of the ordinary. However, cupid has strange timing at times. This occurred during the ceremony.

Bunta caught one look at the bride. Aina was twenty-six years old at the time. He had seen her around before. When did she get so beautiful? Usually, she would just wear jeans and a t-shirt. The bride wasn't a fan of make-up. It was kind of strange to see her in a dress and make-up. Bunta couldn't take his eyes off of her. She had no interest in a man who was eighteen. Aina liked older men. Like hell, he would have any chance with her. It was nice to dream though.

That might have changed during the reception.

Bunta stole glances at the bride at the table. She was so close but so far away. Aina looked so happy as she walked to the rest of the wedding party. The best man couldn't understand what he was feeling. He couldn't be falling for her, could he?

The best man shook his head. Come on. He couldn't think like that. She was married to his brother now. They were happy and in love. Like hell, Bunta would ever have a chance with Aina. Maybe in another life.

Suddenly, Bunta's phone buzzed. It was his ex. His heart jumped in his throat. Last week, he practically begged her to take him back. Rocchi tried to get him to let her go.

"She said no, man," he said. "Let her go. You'll find someone else soon. Begging just makes you look sad." The gang leader did have a point. It still hurt to hear him say that. Bunta looked at his screen again. Maybe she changed her mind? He probably shouldn't get his hopes up. Bunta quickly got up from the table and rushed outside.

His heart sank when he read the text. His ex didn't want to get back together. No. She was going to America with her new boyfriend. Well, that didn't take long for her to move on. It's funny, really. She said that she didn't want a commitment. Turns out she just didn't want to commit to him. Bunta didn't know whether to laugh or cry.

That's when he heard footsteps behind him. The gangster turned to see Aina out in the hallway. She held up her skirt from her ankles.

"Oh, hello," she said. Bunta couldn't take his eyes off of her. The bride stared back at him. She tilted her head and gave him an odd look.

"Do I have something on my face?" she asked.

"Oh… no," Bunta said. "No. It's fine. Really." They stared at each other for a moment. It was like one dared the other to speak. She tucked her hair behind her right ear. Her cheeks looked bright pink

"What are you doing here?" Bunta asked. Aina shifted in place.

"Oh," she said. "I just had to get away for a bit." It was his turn to look confused.

"Are you feeling okay?" he asked. She froze for a moment. The bride dragged her shoulders and sighed.

"This isn't me," Aina said. Her brother-in-law looked confused.

"Huh?" he asked. She threw up her hands and sighed.

"I didn't want this," Aina admitted. "I mean… I love Fumiya-kun. But…" Bunta slipped his phone into his pocket.

"You just didn't want this?" he asked.

"Yeah," she said. Bunta tilted his head.

"So why did you…?" he began to ask.

"I get married?" Aina asked.

"Yeah," the gangster said. The bride sighed as her mask started to slip.

"I don't know," she said. "It just felt like a good idea at the time. But now…" Aina shook her head.

"You know what? Just forget it," she said. Bunta stood, unsure to make of what he was hearing.

"Okay…" he said. The bride smiled and shook her head.

"Oh look at me," she said. "I'm just complaining about what's supposed to be the happiest day of my life." Aina looked up at him.

"Am I weird?" she asked.

"No, not at all," Bunta said. He had just now noticed that they were now just inches from each other. Suddenly, Aina kissed him on the lips. It wasn't a romantic kiss. Just a quick one.

"Thank you," she said. The bride turned and walked back into the reception hall. Bunta was left standing there, blushing.

Ikebukuro

"I'm home," Saki said. She found Masaomi sitting on the floor, frowning at her. His girlfriend raised her eyebrow.

"What is it?" she asked. Masaomi held up his phone and played back the video she recorded three days ago.

"My name is Mikajima Saki. I am making this recording in case I am found murdered. I think somebody is going to kill me," her voice said from the video. She froze, staring at him.

"Why would you make this?" her boyfriend asked.

"I…" Saki began.

"Delete it," Masaomi hissed.

"What?" she asked. He looked up with tears welling up in his eyes.

"Delete it!" he shouted. He shoved the phone into her face.

"I'm not going to let you die!" the former shogun shouted. "You shouldn't be making something like this!" Saki's heart began to ache.

"Masaomi…" she said.

"No!" the boy shouted. He threw her phone down onto the floor. Masaomi breathed heavily. Saki put her hand on his shoulder.

"Masaomi," she said. He pushed her hand off.

"I'm sorry," he said. She sat down on the couch next to him.

"You're remembering it too?" she asked. Masaomi jerked his head up.

"Saki…" he said. The blonde shogun paused.

"How long have you-?" he began to ask.

"A few weeks now," Saki said. The color drained from his face.

"Why didn't you say anything?!" Masaomi asked.

"You had too much on your plate," she said. "You're worried about your friends. When your gang died, I didn't want to add to your stress." Masaomi buried his head in his hands.

"I don't believe this," he said.

"I'm so sorry," Saki said. She rubbed him on the back. There was no point in hiding it anymore. Masaomi sat up.

"I just don't know what to do," he said. Saki pulled him into her arms. He put his arm over hers. On the one hand, at least Saki knew that she was in danger. That didn't make things any easier. In fact, things might have gotten worse.

Kitano had the results on his desk.

"It's going well," he said. "But we're still not seeing the desired results. We need to try and really test them out." Kitano looked up at Etsuko standing next to his desk.

"You ready to administer your drug, what's it called?" he asked.

"Asclepius," the doctor said.

"Ah, another Greek god, I see," the therapist said.

"Do you think it's time to at the Asclepius in?" Etsuko asked. Kitano put his hands behind his head.

"I think enough time has passed," he said. "What say you?" Etsuko thought about it and nodded.

"Fair enough," she said. "Shall we get started?"

"Yes, we shall," Kitano said. He got up from the desk and followed Etsuko out of the office.

They made it to the room where the Heartseed plant sat. By now, it was glowing a bright green. Etsuko could feel her eyes getting misty.

"It's so beautiful," she said. Kitano put his hand on her shoulders.

"I know," he said. They walked up to the enclosed Heartseed plant. The therapist removed the glass as his partner wheeled her chart forward. Kitano pulled out his tape recorder and hit record.

"September eighth, 2015," he began. "We will now begin part two of our latest experiment. Asato-sensei is now going to add her drug, Asclepius to go along with my drug, Myoken." Kitano turned back to the Heartseed plant.

"We shall now begin," he said. Etsuko picked up the little plastic cups filled with a silvery-blue liquid. She walked up and poured each cup into each flower wide open and waiting. Each flower closed up after they "drank" up the latest drug. The plant turned silvery-blue after the last flower closed up. Kitano stood next to Etsuko.

"And now we wait," he said. The doctor took in the beauty of the glowing plant in front of them.

Aina only thought about Bunta once during her honeymoon. It was during the wedding night too. Granted, she didn't think about the younger brother during sex. His face appeared in her mind long after Fumiya went to sleep. Aina was unable to sleep. She stared up at the ceiling. This didn't feel right to her. She was supposed to be happy. She was married to the man that she loved, wasn't she?

Aina picked up her phone and opened her text box. She tapped on Bunta's phone number. What was she going to say at this time of night? Aina bit on her lower lip. Maybe she shouldn't be doing this. She was a married woman after all. There should be no reason to be texting any man while her new husband was asleep next to her in the early hours of the morning.

"Hey. How are you doing tonight? I couldn't sleep. I'll be fine."

Aina frowned. She deleted everything except for "hey."

"Hey. Can't sleep, how are you?"

That should be good enough. It was just a little late night insomnia text to her brother-in-law. It's not like she had nothing to hide, right?

Aina's finger lingered over the send button. She knew that with one press she couldn't turn back. What would she do if he replied back? Maybe it would just be a causal response. Maybe he wouldn't reply at all. Or maybe… Just maybe… The text wouldn't go through and the reception could be bad in this hotel room. Aina pressed send as fast as she could. She held her breath as she waited. Her message was delivered. Well, it was out there now. She would just have to wait and see what Bunta would do. Aina lowered her phone by her side.

Already, she regretted her actions.

Shinjuku

Izaya has had enough. Yoemon wasn't joking around when he said that he was keeping him prisoner in his apartment. But he couldn't risk putting Mari back into danger with this revolting game. The only way Izaya could leave was to get her back to Ikebukuro. She'd rather die than do that. However, they were onto her fleeing now. This put Izaya in a tight spot. Perhaps, he could trick Yoemon into letting him out and he would warn Mari to flee even further away.

Over the past few days, the information broker did some thinking. Yoemon would still have to have some flaws in his programming. For starters, he couldn't do all of the decoding and programming by himself. He still needed Mari to do all of that. Even with Tsukumoya merged with him, it still wasn't enough. Speaking of which, the AI didn't seem to be going down without a fight. Tsukumoya was fighting, probably in vain, to break away from his captor. Izaya couldn't help but to applaud the AI's efforts.

The information broker took that as inspiration for his own escape plans.

Naturally, Izaya would have to pretend to agree with Yoemon to bring Mari back in order to get out of the apartment. But from there, he would need to find a payphone to call up his sex buddy and warn her to run. It would have to be a payphone. Those can't be tracked as easily. That left another problem. Yoemon was on all three of his phones. Izaya couldn't break himself not to bring them with him. Still, that damned AI would track his every move if he took them with him. Turning the phones off wouldn't work either. Yoemon can now turn on any mobile device or PC that he wanted. He'd turn on just one of Izaya's phones and track him in secret. Not unless he took the batteries out of the phone. Also, the information broker would have to be quick with his message. Taking too long would make them suspicious of his little rouse.

Izaya stood up from the living room floor.

"Okay, I'm ready to help you out," he said. "I will help you find Otomo-san." One of his phones buzzed. Izaya reached into his pocket. One new text from Yoemon. The information broker already knew what it would say but opened it anyway.

"There. Was that so hard?"

Izaya looked up in time to hear the security system at his door disengage. He was now free to leave the apartment. Izaya didn't have time to celebrate, however. He had to work fast but act causal on the way out. He shoved his hands into his coat pocket and walked out the door. Izaya didn't even look up at the camera as he walked out. He would be taking out the batteries when he was in the blind spot of the cameras.

It should've stopped at that text. But it didn't, did it? Aina wouldn't get to check on that reply until she and Fumiya came home from the honeymoon. The trip turned out to be so good. Aina managed to relax and loosen up for the two weeks she and her husband were off. She didn't have any stress or doubts for the rest of the time. Mainly because she was able to keep herself distracted long enough.

However, that all came unraveled when she got home.

When she checked her phone, she saw that Bunta replied back next after she sent that text. Her heart sank to her stomach. Aina had to force herself to calm down. Maybe it wouldn't be like she feared. She could just ignore the text and move on.

Instead, Aina opened the text.

"I have been thinking about you."

The newlywed stared at the screen. What did that mean? Her mind went to the worst place possible. It was bad enough that she opened the text. She could've just ignored it and just moved on.

It didn't turn out that way.

That weekend, the brothers were helping their father clean out an old apartment in their neighborhood. The old tenants were moving out at the time. The brothers went ahead of their father to get started for that Saturday. Aina decided to surprise her husband by packing him a lunch. She made all of his favorites. Maybe she would steal some time with him before he had to get back to work.

Aina made it out to the apartment around noon. She poked her head in the doorway.

"Hello?" she asked.

"Back here," a man's voice said. Aina took off her shoes and walked into the apartment. She followed the voice to the back of the apartment. She froze when she saw Bunta carrying a heavy box in his arms.

"Oh," he said. "I didn't know you would be here." His sister-in-law stood frozen. The young man gave her a strange look.

"Is something wrong?" he asked. Aina quickly shook her head.

"Oh… no! I was just stopping by with lunch for your brother," she said.

"Oh," Bunta said. They stood for a long moment. Her eyes shifted back and forth. Up until now, Aina had been trying to avoid him. He said that he was thinking about her. What did that mean? In what way? Aina tried not to think about it. But now, they were in a room alone together. Bunta was about to walk by with the box in his hand.

"What did you mean?" she asked. Bunta froze.

"Huh?" he asked.

"Your text…" Aina said. "What did you mean by that?"

"Text?"

"Yes. 'I've been thinking about you.' What did you mean by that?" She noticed his face turning bright red. Part of her hoped that he had been drunk when he sent that text. Instead, he turned his head away.

"I am married to your brother and I love him," Aina said. The way it came wasn't too convincing, not even to herself. Bunta stared at her. No emotion on his face. This was even worse than she imagined. She prayed that he would say something.

"I'm happily married to your brother," Aina tried again. Why didn't she sound convincing?

"I know," Bunta said. That was it? No protests? No agreements? Just, "I know." Aina started to feel herself getting angry.

"That's all you have to say?" she asked. Bunta looked stunned for one second. His next question sent her into shock.

"Do you really love my brother?" Bunta asked. Aina stepped back, stunned.

"What?! Of course, I do!" she yelped. The younger brother said nothing. She bit down on her lower lip. The urge to scream bubbled in her throat.

"Aina?" he asked. Suddenly, something just snapped inside of her. The newlywed ran towards Bunta and forcefully kissed her on the lips. The box dropped to the floor. Stunned, he didn't know what to do. His hands slowly inched up to her back. Aina finally pulled away. The pair stood, staring at each other. Aina slowly backed away.

"Oh my god!" she said. "I am so sorry!" The newlywed quickly bowed. Bunta slowly shook his head.

"No," he said. Aina looked up.

"No?" she asked.

"It's fine," the young man said.

"But…" the newlywed started to say. Bunta gently put his finger to her lips. He leaned in and kissed her again. He was gentler than she had been before, but it was enough to make her heart pound against her chest. Something inside of her mind became tangled up with tiny explosions. She hadn't felt this since she and Fumiya first kissed four years ago. When he pulled away, Aina stood there, tongue-tied. Bunta couldn't help but smile.

"Are you alright?" he asked. Aina started breathing heavily. The young man gave her a strange look.

"Aina?" he asked. She gulped heavily.

"C-C-Can you kiss me again?" I asked. Bunta smiled as he leaned in and kissed her again. That warm rush came over her body again.

From there, the affair started. At first, Bunta and Aina would see each other on the weekends when Fumiya had to go out of town for work. He would come over to her apartment Friday evenings and leave early Sunday mornings. During this time, they would act like a loving couple living together. He helped her around the apartment. They would cook meals together. Sometimes, he would take her out on dates. Nothing fancy. Just going out for lunch at her favorite restaurants. And then there was the sex. Oh, the sex. Aina hadn't felt this alive before in years. Bunta finally got over his ex.

Everything was going fine until Fumiya was hit with a string of bad luck.

Two months ago, Fumiya lost his job. The company he and his father worked for made budget cuts in order to save their dying business. His father was days away from retirement anyway, so he was fine. Fumiya didn't have it so good on the other hand. He struggled to find another job. It was like he started caring after the past six years of working with the same company. Fumiya turned to drinking to cope. His drinking and depression drove him to isolate himself from his friends and family. Aina tried to beg him to get a job and clean up his act. It didn't take long for the couple to start arguing with each other on a nightly basis. Each fight due Aina deeper into Bunta's arms.

"I want a divorce," she complained in bed to her lover days before things reached their breaking point. Bunta pulled her into his arms.

"I'll support you no matter you decide," he said. She rested her head on his chest.

"I love you," Aina whispered in the darkness. Bunta kissed her on the forehead.

"I love you too," he whispered.

That's when a certain angelic-looking deity jumped into the fray.

Fumiya spent another night out drinking as usual. It was close to closing time for the bar. The bartender had a worried look on his face at the unemployed man downing his ninth drink. He lifted his head to face him. Fumiya's eyes looked just as red. The drunken man started laughing.

"Another!" he shouted. The bartender shook his head.

"I think you've had enough," he said. Fumiya glared at him. He grabbed the bartender by the shirt.

"Listen, pal! I'll tell you when I've had enough!" he shouted. Fumiya gave the bartender a wimpy punch. The older man gave him a dirty look as he put the drunkard in a headlock.

"That's it! You're out of here!" the bartender yelled. Fumiya struggled in vain as he was dragged to the door. He ended up being thrown out on a sidewalk.

"And don't come back!" the bartender yelled. Fumiya lay on the ground, staring up at the streetlights above. That's when he noticed a figure standing over him. The drunken man squinted to get a better look. Through his drunken haze, he could only see a sweet, angelic smile on a delicate face. Said face only said one thing to push this desperate man to his breaking point.

"Your wife is cheating on you with your brother."

That phrase alone broke something in his head. Fumiya began seeing red as he struggled to his feet. Rage and the demon alcohol are a deadly combination. It didn't help that he had suspicions before this fateful night. Aina seemed so distant from him lately. Why did she act a little too friendly around his little brother? They were probably having sex in his bed right now, laughing at him. The drunken man gritted his teeth. Nobody made a fool out of Arima Fumiya and got away with it!

The trip home felt longer than it usually took. With each step, his rage kept building. He would make his treacherous wife and brother pay. Fumiya made it back to his apartment. Struggling with the door made him that much angrier. He stumbled into the kitchen. He managed to get his hands on the largest knife he could from the knife block. The drunken man ran back to his bedroom. Sure enough, Bunta and Aina were naked in his bed together. His wife had a look of terror in her eyes when she saw the look on his face.

"What are you doing here?!" Aina asked. Fumiya could barely hear her voice as he saw red. He charged at them with his knife. The next few moments disappeared in a blur of red. The knife came down many times. Blood flew all over the walls, ceiling, headboard, lamp, nightstands, and sheets. All of that red crowded his vision.

When he was done, Fumiya sank to his knees, panting. The red started to clear from his vision. The mere sight of the bodies of his wife and brother were enough to sober him up. When he realized what he had done, a loud scream could be heard throughout the whole apartment.

In the early hours of the morning, Fumiya wandered out into the streets, covered in blood. Soon, the police would take him away and charge him with two counts of second-degree murder.

Meanwhile, Yuuko sat on the roof of the apartment, watching with a catlike smirk on her face. She pulled out her phone.

"110 points!" she said.

"Wait… how is that 110 points?" Kaori asked over facetime. Her sister grinned.

"Two murders and one condemned soul," she said. "Condemned souls are much higher. You said so yourself, remember?" Kaori puffed up her cheeks and frowned.

"Whatever," she muttered. Yuuko blew a kiss at her.

"Kill more people," she said. "You know you're really starting to slip in this timeline. I'm starting to catch up to you for once. You need to start killing people again. You know, like you're supposed to do."

"Shut up," Kaori grumbled.

"Love you. End call," the other deity said. Yuuko hung up before her sister could say another word. She closed her eyes and took in the scent of blood in the night air. In the distance, she could hear the neighing of her horse again. This time, something was different. With the neighing came the sound of horse hooves. Yuuko opened her eyes and smirked. She still needed more before she had all of her powers. This was going to have to do for now.

Yuuko vanished from the apartment rooftop. She's had enough of Saitama for now.

Ikebukuro

Chiyomi stood nervous on the streets. Kururi was the one who helped her set this up. It took a while, but Chiyomi came to her final decision on the matter.

"And you're sure that you want to do this?" Kururi asked on Thursday.

"Yes," Chiyomi said, gulping. "Please… Kururi-san, help me with this." Her dominant friend smirked as she pulled out her phone.

"I'm going to invite you to the site and help you set up your profile," Kururi said. Chiyomi watched as her fingers got right to work.

Now, it was Saturday night. She matched up with her "date" within twenty-four hours of signing up. Kururi had to be the one to help her get ready.

"You sure this is a good idea?" Chiyomi asked hours later.

"Of course," Kururi insisted. "You'll do fine. Now hold still and close your eyes."

"Okay," her "friend" said. Chiyomi closed her eyes and Kururi finished up the make-up.

Chiyomi pulled out her phone. Seven in the evening already. Her "date" was supposed to have shown up by now. Kururi told her to keep the location tracker on at all times for her dates. This man sent her a text minutes earlier.

"Hey, baby. I'm on the way. Can't wait to see you. I'm going to give you a really good night, baby doll."

Chiyomi cringed as she read it again. She felt so out of place standing out here. The black minidress might as well be a vice on her body. Kururi let her borrow a pair of black fishnet stockings. Chiyomi hadn't gotten used to wearing high-heeled boots yet. She held her purse by her side. Even her make-up felt alien to her.

Maybe I should just go home…

Suddenly, a black van pulled up in front of her. Chiyomi jerked her head up in time to see the passenger door opening. A man in his thirties to forties sat behind the wheel. He had his black hair slicked back with gel while sporting a fake tan. The city lights made it hard to tell what color his suit was. The man narrowed his eyes as he looked her up and down. Chiyomi clutched her phone to her chest. She tried her best to control her trembling.

"You Cindy?" the man asked.

"Y-Y-Yes!" Chiyomi said. She lifted her chin as she gulped. Her heart pounded against her chest. The man's lips curved into a hungry smile.

"Get in, darling," he said. Chiyomi hesitated at first. It was too late to turn back now. The girl climbed into the van and closed the door behind her. Her "date" pulled away from the spot.

Meanwhile, Ryota wandered around the city with his black headphones on. His phone buzzed in his pocket. The boy paused and pulled it out. Osamu sent him a text.

"Kaori is staying with the doc. Yuuko is staying with Daichi. Stop by and see them. Or not."

Ryota smirked at his phone before he shoved it back into his pocket. He already knew where he was headed next.
