Author's Note: Good god! I didn't expect this halo to turn out so long. It just kept growing with Aoko and Chiyomi's storylines. But here we are. I think this is fine. I didn't think that I would get anything out of this. But here we are. I didn't cross into a MA rating with this halo. (MA fics aren't allowed on this site. That would be bad if they took this fic down. The season is getting hot.) Anyway, the Halloween special is finished. I just need to get started on the extra for this fic. That's going to be on the day after Halloween. That's right, it's going to be on the same day that I post the next match for Tea Leaves and Black Lipstick. Don't worry, I will pull it off just fine. So, we will have the Halloween special on Sunday, a little extra halo on Monday, and I have bits and pieces of what I am doing next Wednesday. For now, I am going to shut up and let you enjoy this week's halo.

Halo Twelve: Discord:

Ryota tracked down his sisters within an hour. The girls happily leaped on him. The deity had to push them off. Now, he, Yuuko, and Kaori sat on the roof of the Tokyo Hands Building.

"So where is Taro?" Kaori asked.

"Don't know," Ryota said. He let one of Yuuko's butterflies walk all over his hand. Yuuko's calling card looked so small against his pale skin.

"I never understood why butterflies," he said.

"They look cute," Yuuko said. "Besides, Thanatos' symbol animal is the butterfly."

"Shouldn't Kaori have it then?" Ryota asked.

"No, it's mine!" the other deity said.

"Okay, okay," he said. "Whatever."

"What do we do now?" Kaori asked. Her siblings looked up. The oldest deity threw back her head and groaned.

"I'm so bored!" she complained. Yuuko and Ryota looked at each other. The former giggled at first.

"What?" Kaori asked.

"I want to destroy some love," Yuuko said. Kaori narrowed her eyes.

"Go on…" she said. Yuuko put her arm around Ryota's shoulders.

"We're going to break up some couples to cause discord," she said. Her older sister smirked.

"Who are we breaking up?" she asked. All three siblings were grinning now.

"Who wants to break up Ruri and Kasuka?" Yuuko asked. Kaori raised her eyebrow.

"And how do we pull that off?" she asked. Her sister giggled.

"That's the fun part!" she said. "I just love a challenge. So many fans love idols so much." Yuuko couldn't help but smile.

"Humans are so weird," she said. 'They seem fond of the rich and famous. It's almost revolting in a way. Ruri and Kasuka are the hottest couple right now. Why not destroy their love in the public?" Kaori gave her a little smirk.

"And then what?" she asked.

"What do you mean?" Yuuko asked.

"Who else are we breaking up?" Kaori asked. "We can't do just one. That would be boring." Her sister took a moment to think.

"I have someone," Ryota said. His sisters turned to him. Yuuko's little butterfly flew off of his hand.

"You want to go back to Saitama?" he asked his sister. Yuuko frowned.

"Again?" she complained. "I just got back!"

"Hey, you are rather familiar with the Toramaru," her brother said. "Breaking up the leader and his main girlfriend should be easy."

"But I don't want to go back!" the deity girl complained. "I want to stay here for a change! You go instead!" Ryota looked over at her.

"Seriously?" he asked. Yuuko folded her arms across her chest and pouted.

"Yes!" she shouted. Ryota put up his hands in a shrug.

"Fine," he said. "I'll do it. I'll get to eat plenty of souls along the way."

"Whatever," Yuuko said, rolling her eyes.

"Okay, that settles that," Kaori said. "Yuuko-chan will get the idol couple and Ryota-kun will go to Saitama." Yuuko tilted her head.

"And what are you going to do?" she asked. Kaori smiled and held up one finger.

"Mama is going to have me do a special little job today," she said.

"What kind of job?" Ryota asked. Kaori ripped into the top of her dress and held out a sheet of paper. Her brother and sister leaned in for a look. Yuuko whistled.

"Whoa!" she said.

"I know," the older sister said.

"Now, I want to do that!" Yuuko said.

"Sorry, but mama said that I have to do it," Kaori said. She giggled after she said that. Yuuko sighed and shook her head.

"Fine, have your fun," she said.

"Thank you," Kaori said, bowing her head.

"Yeah, yeah," Ryota said. "We need to get to the fun shit right now! I'm so bored!" His sisters gave him an odd look.

"You? Bored?" Yuuko asked. "I thought you would've eaten through the city by now." Her brother shrugged.

"I don't know what it is," he said. "Maybe… if them having an effect on all of us." His sisters didn't want to think about that.

Kitano turned on his computer. Yoemon's face appeared on the screen.

"I have him on the move," he bragged.

"Good, good," the therapist said. The old man on the screen frowned.

"You don't look impressed," he observed. Kitano looked up at him.

"It's nothing," he said. "It's just…" The therapist glanced over at the screen.

"If I was him, I'd convinced Otomo-san to run as far as she could. He probably faked his way out of the apartment. Also, he's probably taken the batteries out of his phones to avoid being tracked."

"So it would seem," Yoemon asked. "I just needed to track down her location."

"You sure this will work?"

"Let's just say that I have ways in the real world to get information."

"But how do you purpose getting Otomo-san back to Ikebukuro? She already knows what we can pull. She remembers everything that she is capable of."

"That is true." Yoemon glitched out for a second before coming into focus.

"Damn it, Tsukumoya! Stop resisting, already! We are one! Act like it!" the AI shouted. The image went back to normal. Yoemon cleared his throat.

"I do apologize for that," he said. "The merger isn't complete. I have done the best that I could with taking over, but it's not fully finished."

"Hence why you need Otomo-san back."

"Yes."

"I think I can help you there."

"Is that right?"

Kitano sat back in his chair. "That will all depend on her mother."

Yoemon bowed his head. "Fair enough. In the meantime, Tsukumoya-san and I are to have a nice little chat about our roles. I bid you a good night." The old man disappeared from the screen. Kitano gave him a small salute.

"I probably should get to work on my end too," he said to himself. The therapist turned off the computer and got up from his desk.

-Miya-

I have seen the ugly side of the Asahara. There is so much to cover here, I don't know where to begin. Murata… Man. It didn't take me long to figure out that something was not right with him shortly after he hired me as his bodyguard. Why didn't I turn him in sooner? At the time, I didn't have anywhere else to go. I did what everyone else close to him, just ignore it.

Lately, it's starting to be too much. No, it's been too much.

The Church of Light really is a cult. I myself don't really believe what Murata is preaching. Neither does he. They hang onto his every word. Murata would put Matsunaga Futoshi to shame. He's that evil. Don't believe me? I have stories.

Many stories.

"Is something on your mind?" I heard it next to me. I turned my head. A woman about my age stared at me. I've seen her before.

"Oh…" I said. She joined the church about three weeks ago. It might have been longer. I can't help but get the feeling I've seen her somewhere before.

"You don't look so good," she said. "Is it a stomach bug or something?" I waved her off.

"It's nothing, Chisa," I said. "I just feel a bit queasy. Excuse me." I rose to my feet and hurried out of the room. I had a bad feeling of what this was.

Sure enough, my phone rang. I wanted to ignore it so badly. I probably should. Sadly, it wasn't going to change anything. Even out of Chou Mori, that monster still has control of my life.

I reached down and pulled out my phone.

"Hello?" I asked in a shaking voice.

"Good morning, my dear tadpoles," Kitano's voice filled the small bathroom stall. "How are all of you? I hope you are well. We've entered into part two of the latest experiment. Along with that chalky feeling in your throat, you might feel a bit nauseated. Do not worry. It's just your bodies ridding itself out of the toxins." I wanted to scream. I still heard his voice in my nightmares. And I thought that I had gotten to the point that I didn't dream about him anymore.

"I do not know what the end results of this experiment will be just yet," he went on. "This is going to be just as exciting to us as it is you. You might have trouble keeping food down for a few days, but it will be worth it. I wish you the best. Survive and grow." He sighed.

"Honestly, I need to come up with a better sign-off with these," Kitano muttered before the message ended. I stumbled back against the stall. Why couldn't he just leave me, us alone? What more did he want from us? I looked up when I heard knocking on the stall door.

"Yeah?" I asked.

"Who were you talking to on the phone?" Chisa asked behind the door. I froze. Did she follow me to the bathroom? I opened the door. She stood inches away from me.

"That sounded like my father's voice," Chisa said. I blinked at first.

"Huh?" I asked.

"That was my father on the phone, wasn't it?" she asked.

"I'm sorry, but who is your father?" I asked. Her answer made me want to throw up.

"Kitano Katsuhiro," Chisa said without missing a beat. My stomach dropped.

"No…" I said.

"Yes," she said with a hint of bitterness in her tone. "My name is Kitano Chisa." I turned back to the toilet and threw up. I just couldn't escape him, could I?

"How do you know my father?" Chisa asked, tilting her head. I froze as I could see the situation getting worse for me.

Masaomi looked up when he heard a knock on the door.

"Who could that be?" Saki asked. The blonde-haired boy got up and walked over to the front door.

"Masaomi-kun?" his girlfriend asked. Masaomi looked out the peephole. Michiko stood outside, looking up.

"Michi?" he asked. The boy opened the door. She looked up at him with a grim look on her face.

"What are you doing here?" Masaomi asked. She lifted her head.

"I don't have much time," she said. "You are going to have to listen to me."

"Huh?" the boy asked. Michiko tried to look inside of his apartment.

"Oh, you aren't alone right now," she said.

"Why does that matter?" he asked. Michiko took in a deep breath to calm herself down. She balled up her fists at her sides.

"Please hear me out," she said in a low, even voice. "I have to tell you this. Please listen to me. Just come out into the hall. She wasn't going to allow him room to argue.

"Alright," Masaomi said in a low voice. He stepped out into the hallway and closed the door behind him.

"What is it?" the boy asked.

"Don't make that deal with that woman," she said.

"What woman? What are you talking about?" Masaomi asked. Michiko tried to keep herself still as she spoke.

"Promise me that you won't do it," Michiko said. "Promise me that."

"What are you talking about?" Masaomi asked. "You aren't making any sense."

"Please!" she pleaded. "I'm telling you this for your own sake. I don't want you to end up like us."

"Michi…"

"Please!" Her face started to look bright red. Masaomi sighed and rubbed his forehead.

"Fine," he said. "I promise I won't." Michiko breathed out.

"Thank you," she said.

"Do you mind telling me what's going on?" Masaomi asked. "You're not making any sense. You didn't come all of this way to tell me not to make some deal, did you?" Michiko shifted her eyes away from him.

"What's the matter, huh?" he asked. "Did Junko say something to upset you?"

"No," she said. Masaomi knelt down to her level.

"Michi," he said. The girl backed away and sighed.

"Just don't get mixed up their game," she said. Michiko walked down the hall.

"Michi-chan?" Masaomi asked. She already walked down to the elevator and went inside. The boy lowered his hand even more confused than before. He turned and went back into his apartment.

"What was that all about?" Saki asked from the couch. Masaomi shook his head.

"I don't really know myself," he said. The boy walked over and sat down next to his girlfriend.

Since that encounter, Chisa won't leave Miya alone. She doesn't pursue her or say anything to me. The tadpole can hear her thoughts and see the glare in her eyes. It didn't take her long to figure the connection before Miya and her father.

However, Miya wasn't the only one having problems in the Asahara.

Aoko grew up in a rich family. She was really close to her sister. The girls were inseparable. But lately, something was tearing them apart. It started back in February. Her younger sister, we'll call her Chisuzu, discovered religion. Her mother and older sister found it rather strange. Chisuzu had never been interested in such things. She was the artist of the family. Aoko and their mother were supportive of her career choice. Their father…

"You shouldn't be wasting your time on such useless things," he said. Their father was more traditional. He wanted his daughters to get married and have children. Neither sister was ready for that. Aoko was still working on her business degree. Chisuzu went to art school. Dad all but scoffed at his daughter's choice of school.

"Such a waste of money," he said to himself. Still, his younger daughter was going to do her best with her art. Everything was going great that first semester.

But something went wrong.

For months, Aoko had been with Church of Light. Something wasn't right with those people. She could tell that Murata was full of shit. The woman had heard of how people get wrapped up in cults. Her boyfriend studied them after all. (He was the one who helped her get in the Asahara in the first place.) Something about the minister gave her the creeps. Still, Aoko had to keep it all to herself. Recusing family members from cults could be dangerous. Their parents had no idea what she was doing. Aoko lied and said that she was just going to visit her sister for fall break. The parents never questioned it. Aoko hoped that it would stay that way long enough to get her sister back.

She did manage to find Chisuzu. Her sister was part of Murata's harem. It was just as Aoko feared. Still, she couldn't act just yet. Cult members could out and turn on each other on a dime. Plus, how deep was her sister? Could she get her out? How were they going to escape? For months, Aoko had to pretend to be faithful to the minister's teachings while planning to get her sister and run away to home. It hadn't been easy. There was something… off about the minister. Why were they hanging onto his every word so easily? Could they not see the things that she was seeing? This man was a fraud and a liar. Plus, he was a creepy pervert. But still, his followers would do anything for him. Sometimes, they were do some of the most depraved things in the name of their beloved minister. He seemed to have some sort of a strange power over them that couldn't be explained through science or psychology.

Aoko near became she experience it firsthand.

Murata called her into his office one evening. At the time, Aoko didn't know how bad things were.

"You wanted to see me?" she asked. Murata sat at his desk, eyeing her.

"Ah, yes. Please take a seat," he said. Aoko sat down in front of his desk dubious. What was this about? Was he on to her? Who could've ratted her out? Aoko was sure that she had been so careful to keep up the façade.

"How are you doing in your faith?" Murata asked. She lifted her chin.

"Fine," she said in a calm voice. The minister raised his eyebrow.

"Is something bothering you, sister?" he asked.

"What do you mean?" Aoko asked. Murata held out his hand.

"I'm here to listen if you need to talk," he said. The woman blinked at him.

"Okay… Thank you, I guess," she said. Her eyes shifted back and forth. They sat silent for a moment.

"Um… is something wrong?" Aoko asked. Something inside of her told her to get up and run. She was about to do so.

"Sit," Murata said in a low voice. Aoko sat back into place. The minister flashed a quick grin before going serious.

"Are you married?" he asked.

"No…" the woman said. She wasn't sure where this was going. She tried to get up from the chair again.

"Sit," he said again. Aoko sat back into place. It was then she noticed the hungry look in his eyes.

"Take off your blouse," the minister said. There was something strange in his voice. Aoko detected something oddly calm in it. Her mind went blank as she raised her right hand to her chest. She wasn't sure what she was doing. Aoko's fingers slowly undid the first button.

What… What is this? What am I doing?

Her fingers undid the second button.

"Yes," Murata purred. The third button came loose. The minister got a good look at her dark purple satin bra.

"Kiss me," he commanded in a steady voice. Aoko's eyes glazed over as she slowly leaned in. Her fingers moved down to the fourth button. Murata leaned in and kissed her on the lips. Suddenly, Aoko shoved him off as fast as she could. She stared at him with big eyes. The minister had a confused look on his face. Aoko blinked as she tried to piece together what just happened.

"Kiss me again," Murata commanded her in that same voice. Only this time, Aoko shook her head.

"No!" she yelped. The woman quickly buttoned up her blouse as she realized fully what unfolded. Murata had a stunned look on his face.

"Are you telling me no?" he asked. The woman stood up and bowed.

"I have to go!" she blurted out. Aoko stood up and ran to the door.

"Come back here!" Murata commanded. She opened the door and ran. Since then, Aoko made sure that she was never alone with that creepy minister.

Remembering all of that in present day strengthened Aoko's resolve to get Chisuzu out of that clan and get her home. However, that mission was put on hold with a trip to the 7-11. Aoko had just left the store when two police officers approached her.

"Are you Jimbo Aoko?" one of them asked. The woman narrowed her eyes.

"Yes… what seems to be the trouble?" she asked. The cops looked at each other for a moment. One of them pulled out a pair of handcuffs. He seized her by the wrists and slapped them on. Aoko had a startled look on her face.

"What is this?!" she asked.

"Miss, we have a warrant for your arrest," the officer said.

"What?! On what ground?!" Aoko asked. "I haven't done anything!" The officers didn't listen.

"Yeah, yeah, that's what they all say," one of the cops said. "Let's go." They pulled her away before she had a chance to protest further. As she was led to the squad car, Aoko realized what was going down.

"Oh, this is his doing, isn't it?!" she shouted. "This is his way of punishing me! I didn't do anything! This is all just bullshit that he-!" The cops shut the door in her face. She didn't stop protesting as they climbed into the front of the car. The people in the hotel watched as the cop car pulled out of the parking lot.

That's how Jimbo Aoko ended up in jail days before the middle of September. Walker looked up to see the police walking Aoko down to her. She was going to be the heroine in his prison break story.

Shizuo stared up at the ceiling.

So bright…

Were they still out there? He couldn't tell anymore. They could've left him and he wouldn't know it. She's not here today either. Somehow, that made his heart feel so heavy.

The light above flickered for a moment before staying on. A strange string of words filled his head. What did that girl mean that he was going to be the beast of the apocalypse? Flashes of strange memories filled his head. They didn't have any shapes or forms. They were just flashes of colors that he couldn't keep up with. The screaming in his head didn't help. The minotaur drew his eyes closed. He couldn't say what he was seeing. No words could come out of his mouth.

Shizuo may have been turned into a beast, but even he could sense when something bad was about to happen.

The minotaur paused. Footsteps were at the other end of the hall. There's somebody here. It's not her.

Who's there?

Footsteps walked closer to him. A sinking feeling settled in the pit of his stomach.

No… No.

Giggling filled the room. A small hand reached towards that bull head of his. He tried to flinch away. He didn't know why he was afraid of her. He didn't even know her. He couldn't even get a good look at her face.

"Soon," she whispered. "Soon we will be coming for you." Another set of giggles filled the air.

Shizuo jerked open his eyes as he panted. A dream? No. That felt real. It had to be real. But what did she mean by they were coming for him?

He looked up when he heard footsteps at the end of the hall. No, not that sad woman. It was the lab coats. They were coming to feed him. Shizuo relaxed. This was going to have to do for now.

Chiyomi sat nervously in the van. Her "date" hadn't said a word this whole time. His giant rough had rested on her left thigh. Chiyomi sucked in a mouthful of air but fought to keep herself calm.

"You okay?" the man asked.

"Huh?" the girl asked. His fingers slowly eased up her inner thigh. Chiyomi felt her heart racing against her chest.

"Shhh," her "date" whispered. "There's no need to be nervous. Relax, relax." The girl found her mind in a strange place. Up until now, Ikki had been the only guy to have touched her. Her cheeks flushed bright red.

Why… Why does this feel so… electrifying?

First, the pair went out to a fancy restaurant near Shinjuku. The van pulled up into the parking lot of a small love hotel hidden among the buildings.

"Did you enjoy dinner?" the man asked.

"Yes," Chiyomi said. She looked out the window. It didn't take her long to notice where they were. Her heart pounded against her chest. The man pulled out a cigarette and lit it up.

"Uh…" Chiyomi spoke up. Her "date" looked up at her. The girl froze.

"I thought we were just having dinner," she said. "What are we doing here?" The man took a drag before flicking the cigarette out the window.

"I'm just having a smoke," he said. "Relax. If you want to leave, you can walk home." Chiyomi looked so pale. She didn't know whether to stay or get out of the van. The girl lowered her eyes.

"Sure… a smoke is fine," she said. I want to go home.

The man got them a private room at the end of the hall. They sat on the bed in the dark. Her date finished up his cigarette. Chiyomi wondered why she was still here. Her heart leaped up to her throat when he squeezed her thigh.

"Chiyomi-chan, you are free to go home," he said in a low voice. "But would you mind keeping me company a little bit longer?" The man pulled out his wallet and pulled out a huge wad of yen. Chiyomi's jaw dropped. Was this for real?

"You are registered to the site, yes?" the man asked. "You'll understand." He took her by the cheeks.

"I won't do anything you aren't comfortable doing," he said. "I'm just going to touch you for a little bit. Maybe give you a kiss. You need the money, right?" Chiyomi started breathing heavily. She almost unconsciously reached for the money and rested her head against his chest.

What am I doing?

Her "date" rested his hand on her ass.

"Good girl," he purred. He lifted her chin and pulled her in closer.

"Come closer," he whispered. "I won't bite." That sentence sent a chill down my spine. Just bear it. Just bear it. Chiyomi pulled away as the man leaned in for a kiss. The man looked at her with a little pout.

"I-I-I can't!" she blurted out. Her face looked so red. The man smiled and shook his head.

"It's okay, you don't have to kiss someone you don't love," he said. Her "date" pulled her down on top of him before she could respond. His hand grabbed her ass again.

"But at least give me something," he said. The man moved her hand down to his crotch. Chiyomi narrowed her eyes. This feels different compared to Ikki's. The man chuckled.

"Can you feel it getting bigger?" he asked. The man started to move Chiyomi's hand up and down slowly. He let off a low moan. His free hand rolled up her skirt and smacked her on the ass. Chiyomi panted as her "date" got harder through his trousers. The man licked his lips.

"Would you like to see it?" he asked.

"Huh?" Chiyomi asked. The man unzipped his pants. Them and the boxers hit the floor before she knew it. The girl had a dumbfounded look on her face. Her "date" peered up at her.

"Would you like to play with it?" he asked. "With your mouth." He didn't have to tell her twice. Chiyomi's mouth hung open as she knelt down.

She hadn't expected to enjoy it. This was her first time with a blow job. The way he kept grabbing her by the hair suggested that she was doing something right. Chiyomi yelped around the hard flesh in pain and pleasure. It became the motive for her to suck faster.

"You're moving on your own, I see," her date said. "Good. You're so good." Chiyomi was so lost in her head that she went faster. Suddenly, her date grabbed her by the head. The girl looked up at him, whimpering.

"That's enough, honey," he said. The "date" raised an eyebrow. Chiyomi's eyes looked so empty and her cheeks were so flushed. Fluids dribbled down her chin.

"What's that hungry look on your face?" he asked. The man chuckled to himself.

"Well okay," he said. "Come here!" Her "date" pulled her in closer and slid off her dress. His fingers moved down her panties. The sensation alone was enough to send Chiyomi over the edge. The heat took over her body as she became soaked.

What… What is this? Chiyomi moaned as her eyes rolled into the back of her head.

"You like that, huh?" her "date" asked. Chiyomi only let out a loud moan. The girl's bra and panties joined the rest of the clothes on the floor. Pretty soon, he climbed on top of her. Chiyomi stared up at him with lust-filled eyes. The man gave her a hungry smirk.

"I'm going to make this feel really good," he said. Before the girl knew it, he was pounding into her, forcefully. Chiyomi found herself in a confusing place. At first, she didn't know how to feel about this. On the one hand, this was wrong. She pleaded for him not to go in, but he slid it inside anyway. Once he got started, he didn't stop. This wasn't right. But…

I can't get enough! I'm having sex with someone who's not my boyfriend. I don't know him and he's older than me. But still…

"That's right, moan for me, you slut!" the man yelled. By now, Chiyomi had checked out with the forbidden pleasure. Her moans drowned out the room.

When the man was done, he collapsed beside her, panting. Chiyomi laid on the sweat-soaked sheets, spent and panting. Her "date" lit a cigarette.

"You were really good," he said, patting her on the ass. "Can't wait to this again sometime." Chiyomi just laid there with blank eyes. The man stood up from the bed.

"Let's get you home," he said. "Get up and take a shower. Get dressed." Her "date" walked over to the bathroom. Chiyomi didn't move. She didn't even register anything he said.

Maybe that's why she didn't notice the little flashes across the room.

Kitano looked at his tablet. They needed a catalyst to help get Yuuko's horse faster. Lucky for the Tandeki Group, the therapist had just the thing. All it would need was Yuka, Anna, and Roc to get the job done. Kitano pulled out his phone.

"Hello? Are you busy this Saturday?" he asked. The therapist paused as he listened.

"Good, here's what I'm going to need you to do," he said.
