Saku got into his fighting stance. Not realizing that when he did, Sakura's interest was peaked. She watched the young boy with the dark hair and dark eyes take his pose along with Boruto. When the fight begun, she noticed how the boy started with his left foot forward, right foot back along with his arm with his hand in a fist.
"Ch-" Saku stopped himself from saying his mother's word. He held his tongue and swung his punch toward Boruto who dodged it. His plan was to put enough force on him to release his Ostuski power. He wanted to fight Boruto in his Ostuski form. Anyone would know that without that power, Boruto was nothing. In fact, Saku would argue it wasn't fair for Boruto to even compete in the Chunin exams since he was to use another beings power that wasn't his own. Same with Kawaki, that power, without, he was nothing.
Saku glared at Boruto, angry the blond boy got everything so easily handed to him simply because he was the Hokage's son. It was bull.
Boruto blocked Saku's attacks but he was having a hard time landing any hit on the boy. Saku bitch slapped Boruto and laughed. This only made the blond angry as he charged forward. Saku kicked him in the stomach and Boruto fell forward, but he caught himself quickly and flipped out the way. He came toward Saku but Saku dodged, flipped over Boruto and kneed him in the chin. The blow almost had Boruto bite his tongue off.
"That boy fights like your daughter, Sakura." Ino whispered. Both women weren't niave and figured something was a mist.
Sakura nodded her head. "That is my daughter."
Ino smirked and crossed her legs. She leaned forward and rested her chin on her hand. "Should we tell the scorers?"
"If they're unable to tell the boy is fighting with a jutsu then it's better left alone." Sakura said as she met her best friend's eyes, a little hit of amusement in them.
Boruto was getting knocked and rocked off of his feet by the dark hair boy. He was embarrassed, people would talk since he was the son of Naruto. His anger was seeping out the Ostuski power from his hand, to his eye. He wasn't sure why he wasn't able to put a scratch on the boy but he wouldn't give up until he did, and Saku was ready for him, with a smirk upon his own face.
The boys charged one another, their fist connecting along with their knees, and legs as they kicked. Boruto was much faster now but Saku was faster. He wanted to beat him without his sharigan. If he did then when he did use his sharigan, it would be even powerful.
Saku almost felt a fist land on him that he barely missed. He quickly turned and did a back kick that landed against Boruto's neck. He then knelt down and kicked Boruto's feet from under him.
This time without saying it, Saku balled his hand into a fist and slammed it down where Boruto laid.
Bam!
The floor cracked beneath them. Boruto moved out the way just in time before Saku landed the blow.
As dust particles fell around them, Saku glared at the boy. Should he or should he not use his sharigan? His pride was getting the best of him. One wrong move and Saku could be disqualified.
No, he wanted to win without the sharigan. He needed to give it his all because after this fight with Boruto, he wouldn't be able to fight like this unless he really needed to. He had no desire for Boruto to find out it was Sarada he was truly fighting.
He watched as Boruto wiped the blood from his nose with his back hand.
This was it!
"Rasen-" Boruto wasn't able to finish his attack because Saku ran and kicked a large rock that turned up because of her punch. The rock flew toward Boruto who easily knocked it away. He kicked at Saku who grabbed his leg and punched it with his elbow. He pulled back and attempted another kick but Saku grabbed it, he purposely twisted his body around to kick him in the back of the head but Saku caught that leg as well. He used both of his momentum to slam Boruto back into the ground.
He placed his hand on Boruto's chest, flipped him over so as he was on his stomach, and he pulled his hand back to release his punch.
Boruto turned his head to look up at the boy who was pinning him, his vision and mind went blank. Saku knocked the young boy out, ending the fight.
The crowd was completely quiet. Unsure of how to react after seeing the Hokage's son get his ass handed to him by an outsider, though they didn't know such.
The announcer walked to Saku and raised the boy's hand up in the air. The crowd cheered and applauded. Saku nodded his head. He did what he came to do: beat the Hokage's son. He looked at his father who stood to the side of the gymnasium's entrance.
"Did Naruto teach Sarada the sexy jutsu?" Sakura shook her head at Ino's question. Naruto was too busy with the Ostuski Clan to train Sarada. He couldn't even train his own son. No, it was someone else.
Sakura also turned to look around and saw a familiar face. She should have known Kakashi was involved somehow. She shook her head and gently smiled. It reminded her when they were kids and Kakashi would use that outfit to play tricks on them.
Boruto slowly got up, a little unsteady on his feet. The two boys looked at one another and gave each other the shake of teammates. Boruto smiled at Saku.
"I have a lot of training to do still." He said. He walked away with his hands in his pockets toward the losing bench with Metal.
Saku walked to Baki and sat next to him on the bench. They were to watch the remainder of the fights since they'd be coming back tomorrow on Saturday to fight one another.
Later that evening, Sarada laid in the bath tub soaking in coconut epsom salt. It felt so good on her skin and muscles. It also allowed her mind to relax. The hard part was over. She wanted to win against the Hokage's son and she did. Her name would be all over the newspapers, the news, and internet as the one who beat Boruto Uzumaki. Even in the tub, she couldn't help but be gleeful of her win. Now that that was over, the fight she would have with her 'brother' would all just be for fun.
