The episode began at nighttime as we see the campers trying to return to their trailers for the night when Courtney pulled DJ back and began whispering "Thanks for voting out Sammy tonight."
"No problem." DJ sighed.
Confessional:
"Man, I can't believe this, first I almost boot Leshawna out and now Sammy's gone. With Amy here the team will likely become dysfunctional." DJ confessed.
XXX
"I hope DJ doesn't regret his decision, he needs to realize that sometimes we need to make hard choices to win." Courtney told the audience.
Confessionals End
Soon we see Duncan try and open the trailer door "And locked, what are the odds?"
The sound of sirens caught the competitors' attention, we then see an ambulance speed onto the scene, open the back doors, leave behind a stretcher with a body-like shape resting underneath a cloth, and drive off.
"Eww is that a dead body?" Amy asked disgustedly.
"Oh just when I think this show couldn't get any sicker." Dave gagged.
Soon the figure sat up making the cloth fall down. It was revealed to be Chris and a pile of books.
"Boo." Chris said, making everyone roll their eyes.
"Darn it, you kids are no fun." Chris said, annoyed.
Soon Chris held up a book and began speaking "Anyway, I'm here to prep you plucky ducks for our most awesome reward challenge yet! These textbooks contain the sum total of eight years of med school," Chris then tossed a book over to Noah, "and everybody gets one because tomorrow, we're gonna play doctor!"
Confessional:
"I hate doctors." Duncan said bluntly "They just like telling people stuff they don't wanna hear like, 'Don't pick at that scab,' or 'If you eat nothing but pickled eggs you'll die. Nobody tells me what to do. Now playing doctor, that I can handle."

"Does this mean we're going to be dealing with infected people?" Dave asked in fear "I don't know any cures to help them; and what if I get infected. Oh goodness this challenge is gonna be a nightmare."
Confessional Ends
"To win this challenge, you're gonna wanna remember the entire contents of these textbooks. By morning." Chris told the contestants.
"But it's already so late." Heather said, annoyed.
"You got that right!" Chris replied. Chef who was wearing a visor, drove in a golf cart with a pizza on the roof of the cart. "And what med school all nighter would be complete without pizza?"
"Wow, that actually smells edible." Dave smiles.
"Seems like a trick to me." Noah said suspiciously.
"Call it method acting, Med school students eat way more pizza than the average human
"So dig in, there's plenty more where that came from." Chris said as he got on the golf cart making Chef drive off.
"Looks okay, smells okay, Tastes-" Duncan told everyone before eating the pizza "Incredible."
"Huh so Chef can make edible food." Dave smiled before getting mad "Which he should be doing all the time."
"Calm down Dave." Sky told the germaphobe.
"Well it isn't exactly thrilling to know he makes our food horrible on purpose." Dave said.
"Fair enough." Duncan shrugged before eating more pizza.
Soon we cut to a few minutes later as we see the Screaming Gaffers are eating outside and near the trailers.
"Well I have my fair share in medical expertise so I don't need to study, I'm going to bed." Courtney told her team.
"Goodnight Courtney." DJ smiled.
Mal was seen reading from the textbook while Amy refused to look in his direction, DJ was busy reading while Noah was pretending to read and observing Amy's disturbed face.
Confessional:
"Something's up with Amy, she's been looking at Mike like she's seen a ghost. And come to think of it, Mike has been acting weird lately." Noah rubbed a finger on his chin.
Confessional Ends
Soon we see Noah stop reading his book "Well I'm going to bed now, goodnight."
Noah then walked to the guys' trailer.
We then see the Killer Grips inside the Craft Services Tent eating pizza while reading the textbooks.
"This pizza is wonderful." Sky said happily.
"Who knew Chef could rock the 'za." Duncan said, smiling in content.
"Aren't you having any Leshawna and Dawn?" Harold asked.
I personally do not eat pepperoni so no thank you." Dawn declines the offer.
"What about you Leshawna?"! Sky asked making Leshawna bite her lower lip in embarrassment.
Confessional:
"I love pizza," Leshawna said in the confessional, "but me and dairy do not agree. And trust me, you do not wanna be around for that."
Confessional Ends
"Oh well," Duncan said, before grabbing another slice. "No pizza for Leshawna and Dawn means more for the rest of us."
"Also I ain't gonna sit here and watch y'all eat, tomorrow's a reward challenge, no need to bust our humps when no one's going home." Leshawna said before walking off.
"I believe I will join you." Dawn said.
"Suit yourself." Duncan shrugged.
Confessional:
"I gotta work harder in challenges so I can stay in this game and that includes reward challenges, I can't give the team a reason to vote me off. I also need to do something about Mal later down the line, maybe warn one of his teammates." Duncan explained.

Soon we cut to morning time where everyone except Leshawna, Courtney, and Noah are tired.
"I'm so tired." Amy groaned.
"Well maybe you shouldn't have stayed up so late." Leshawna shrugged.
Duncan and Heather glare at Leshawna as Heather makes a slicing motion with her hand.
"Morning competitors!" Chris announced as he slid out from behind the doors. "Or should I say... Doctors!"
Chris then pulled out an air cannon and shot doctor's equipment onto everyone's head.
"Everyone ready for today's challenge?" Chris asked.
"Some of us more than others." Amy glared at Noah and Courtney.
"Don't worry my medical skills will help us." Courtney waved off Amy's glare.
"Oooh tension, My favorite. Let's take it inside." Chris told the campers as he and the other campers went inside the hospital operating room, on each side of the room there was a tank of green liquid, a ladder, and a diving board, there was also a table with a silhouette of the host on it attached to a chain.
"Today's reward challenge is called 'Visiting Hours,'" Chris explained, "and only one member of the winning team will get to enjoy the reward."
"If only one of us gets the prize then why even bother trying to win?" Duncan asked.
"Because we're a team, all for one and one for all." Sky cheered.
"But if we win, who will be the one?" Heather asked.
"The one who did the most to win." Dawn pointed out.
"A challenge is a challenge." Leshawna sighed.
"Chris, you haven't even told us the reward yet." Noah raised an eyebrow.
"You're very perceptive Noah." Chris said "Let's see if that will help you... assemble a cadaver!"
"Assemble a what?" Dave asked curiously.
"A cadaver Dave." Chris answered in annoyance. "Learn to pay attention."
Chris soon smiled again and continued speaking "These tanks contain the dismembered parts of two identical, and giant, cadavers. Each player will climb their respective team ladder, strap on the bungee cord, and jump into the tank with hopes of retrieving a body part. Any parts you find will be snapped into place on the platforms. When you've finished, use those chains to pull the corpse to the ceiling and let them be reanimated by a blast of lightning!"
"Now if someone can tell me how to treat someone with a bean stuck up their nose, we can get this game started." Chris said.
"Two cc's of pain medicines and probe the affected area with a sterile swab." Dave said.
"Correctamundo!" Chris replied.
Soon we see Dave standing at the diving board with a bungee cord on, he screamed as he fell in the green liquid, soon he arose with an eel in hand.
"Wait what?" Dave said in shock before being electrocuted by said eel making Dave drop the eel.
"Forgot to mention the eels." Chris smirked "Three zaps and you're out."
Dave groaned before going back in the green liquid and in it he found a robotic arm, he quickly tossed it to Sky and the gymnast placed it on the platform.
"Okay next question," Chris said. "Your patient has an itchy red inflammation on their butt. Diagnosis?"
"Diaper rash," DJ answered. "Apply ointment to the reddened area to soothe inflation-related discomfort."
"Correct." Chris said happily.
DJ was then seen bungee jumping into the green water; he got zapped by two eels before he found an arm, he tossed it to Mal who placed it on the platform.
"Next question," Chris announced. "Your patient's got a white tongue, red eyes, and their oozing gooey crud. Diagnosis?"
"Pinkus Eyeicus. Treat with two rounds of flopperty gibbitz!" Amy answered.
"Wait what?" Courtney asked, raising an eyebrow along with Noah.
"Absolutely correct!" Chris announced, making Courtney and Noah look even more confused. "I messed around with some of the terms in the textbook," Chris explained to the camera.
Soon Amy jumps in the green water but the rope ends up snapping and she screams as she falls in the liquid.
Two zaps were seen but Amy groaned as she got out of the water with a foot, and threw it to Mal.
Mal rolled his eyes at Amy's stunt and placed it on the platform.
"Smells like earwax?" Chris asked.
"Pineappleitus," Sky answered.
Sky took a swan dive in the green liquid before getting a hand and throwing it to Duncan.
"Fur between the toes?" Chris asked while pointing at his toes.
"Stick two horse feathers up the whizbang!" Mal said.
Soon Mal went into the green liquid and got a pair of thighs.
A montage shows the robotic limbs all being placed at different times.
"Waka waka two by four," Heather answered with a smirk.
"Sissypants McGee!" Amy told Chris after listening through her stethoscope, Chris gave a raised eyebrow.
"I was wrong wasn't I?" Amy asked, annoyed.
We soon see Duncan use a robotic arm to fight the eel.
We then see Noah was shocked three times but he was able to get a head, he tossed it to DJ who put it on the platform.
The Screaming Gaffers were missing a hand while the Killer Grips were missing the same thing but also a head.
"The Gaffers ahead by a head." Chris announced.
Soon Dave got out of the green water with a hand and tossed it to Dawn who placed it on her team's platform.
Soon Courtney got the hand for the cadaver and threw it to Mal who caught it and placed it on the platform.
The cadaver was complete and now and the Screaming Gaffers, including Courtney who ran over. began pulling the chain and it began lifting up to the lasers.
"I have the last piece." Dawn alerted her team as she threw the head to Leshawna who placed it on the cadaver.
Soon Dawn got out of the green liquid as she helped her team pull the chain which rose the platform like the Gaffers.
"The Grips are still in this," Chris announced. "Whose cadaver will reach the top first? Make sure you come back for all the Total Drama Action!"
(After commercial break)
As the Screaming Gaffers were pulling the cadaver DJ began holding his head.
"I don't feel too good." DJ said in pain.
Courtney felt his forehead and was shocked "Oh man you're burning up."
"Wait a minute, is that a sore?!" Amy asked in shock.
"Hold up, sores and a fever, isn't that like one of the symptoms on the book?" Sky asked, worried.
"Page seven fifty-three," Dave replied. "Mortatistical Crumples Disease." Dave's eyes then widened as he remembered something, "And it's fatal!"
Everyone gasped at this before Heather continued speaking "Mortatistical Crumples Disease isn't just fatal, it's highly contagious."
"Well what do you know?" Chris asked as he back to the door. "It's time for quarantine. Bye bye!"
Soon the contestants hear the sound of a hammer pounding on nails.
Soon we see Chris in another room with the door having wood blocking it "There's more to this disease than either team knows."
"Something's weird, are you sure DJ's infected by this fatal disease?" Noah asked.
"Quarantine DJ now!" Heather commanded.
We soon see Dave blowing up a bubble with an air pump as DJ went inside the bubble with no hesitation.
"Ah! I think I see another sore, on Sky." Heather screamed.
"What?! No!" Dave screamed in fear.
"Sky get in a bubble now!" Duncan commanded.
Sky nodded and went inside a bubble that Mal pumped up.
"We need to confirm no one else is infected." Dave said "The symptoms of this disease are explosive diarrhea."
Duncan was seen going into the stall with his stomach rumbling.
"Itchy lips."
"My lips, they feel like they're on fire." Amy said before scratching them which only made them swell up.
"Sudden hot flashes."
Mal suddenly began sweating and took his shirt off.
"Sea sickness."
Heather's face turned green and she threw up in a bucket.
"Speaking in tongues." Dave said before he noticed no one was speaking in tongues.
"And… temporary blindness, anybody?" Dave asked before speaking "Phew, that's a relief."
Dave then bumped into Mal and began panicking "Ah! I'm blind!"
Confessional:
"While things did look dangerous I did have hope that Chris wouldn't let us die." Dawn confessed.
Confessional Ends
"Hey Dawn, Leshawna, did you two study at all last night?" Noah asked.
"No we both went to bed." Dawn said.
"So we're the only ones not sick, but we didn't study." Courtney's eyes narrow in suspicion.
"I'm really starting to question this." Leshawna added "I have an idea but we gotta head to the kitchen and get the textbooks."
"Great idea, I'll go with Courtney, while you two go together." Noah told the two Grips.
"And how are we supposed to get out there, Chris locked the doors." Courtney said incredulously.
"I don't think that's the only exit." Noah smirked before pointing up at the holes in the ceiling.
"Alright you two take the right platform, me and Dawn will take the left." Leshawna said.
Soon the four uninfected campers began pulling their chains to get up to the holes in the ceilings.
The footage cuts to the four campers outside the medical set.
"Alright time to get the textbooks." Noah said to Courtney before they ran off.
"Let's go to the kitchen." Leshawna told Dawn who nodded before they headed there themselves.
Meanwhile back in the medical room, everyone was groaning in pain.
Dave then walked over to the bubble and touched it "Sky or DJ?" He asked.
"Sky." Sky answered before sighing, "Dave, I can't believe we're not gonna make it."
"Me neither, I thought the show would make sure we'd live, I guess not." Dave sighed as well.
"I'm gonna miss you and everyone else of course but you're a great friend Dave." Sky told Dave.
"I'll miss you too, I just wish I could see you right now." Dave said.
Soon Leshawna, Dawn, Noah, and Courtney walked in.
"Huh is it the doctors?" Dave asked.
"No but we know why you're so sick these books are fake, the covers are just old cereal boxes." Noah explained.
Courtney's stomach then began grumbling as well as Noah's.
"Uh oh." They both said before they both began running to the stall, Courtney pushed Noah away so she could get in the stall.
"Courtney, hurry up!" Noah said in fear as he knocked on the stall door.
"But we're not faking being sick." Dave pointed out.
"No but it's still a hoax." Leshawna said "While Noah and Courtney checked out the books, Me and Dawn went to the kitchen where I found this cheese." Leshawna then held up a cheese canister.
"It just looks like a can of Parmesan, your point?" Amy asked.
"The thing is that it's not even cheese," Leshawna responded and tore off the top label, "it's itching powder and laxative."
"That explains the diarrhea and the itchy lips." Courtney said as she got out of the stall.
"Let me in!" Noah screamed before shoving Courtney away to get in the stall.
"Ugh figures Chef would ruin pizza somehow." Dave rolled his eyes.
"But what about the other symptoms and the sores on Sky and DJ?" Duncan asked.
"About the sores." Dawn said as she popped the bubble with a pin "I figured they looked familiar."
Dawn then took the sore off of DJ revealing to be pepperoni.
"It's just pepperoni." Dawn explained.
Sky then took her 'sore' off her revealing pepperoni as well.
"And about the other symptoms they all come down to it being Psychosomatic Hypochondria meaning good little sleep made you all think your sick when really you're not."
"And that's why me and Dawn didn't get sick because we didn't eat the pizza." Leshawna said.
Dave then waved his hand in front of his face "I can see, I can see!"
"Congratulations Leshawna and Dawn!" Chris announced as he entered the room. "You just won the challenge for the Killer Grips!"
The Killer Grips began cheering while Chris began speaking "As for your reward… I knew I forgot something, I'll be right back."
"Well it's about time they figured it out." Mal whispered to Amy as the rest of the campers were recovering.
"Wait what?" Amy asked in shock.
"I knew we weren't sick, that so called sore did look like a pepperoni slice." Mal smirked.
"If you knew, why didn't you say anything?" Amy asked.
"Elementary Amy, I just wanted to make sure I knew who would be a threat in the future and now I know." Mal explained.
Confessional:
"Okay that guy seriously creeps me out." Amy ranted before sighing "Although I do need his vote to stay in the game so I might as well let him do his thing."
Confessional Ends
Chris then showed up with a tray of pictures of multiple people "Anyway for your reward."
"Hey, that's my grandmother." Dawn said.
"My sister." Sky said in awe.
"Ooh that's my best cousin." Leshawna smiled.
"Yep." Chris confirmed. "One of you gets a whole night away from this crummy studio lot for a spa night with your very best friend. So, who's it gonna be?"
The Grips began arguing until Leshawna began to cry "I'm sorry, it's just fighting for your lives. It was so stressful, I thought I was gonna lose you all. I tried holding it in but it was all just too much."
Dawn raised an eyebrow but Sky was shocked "Wow that must have been tough."
"Leshawna did win us the challenge, I nominate her to win the reward who's with me." Duncan said.
"Aye." The rest of the Grips said,
"No way I can't believe this, thank you so much everyone." Leshawna said before she began running to the red carpet and in the limo where Leshaniqua was.
"Leshaniqua it's so good to see you." Leshawna said happily embracing her cousin.
"Girl what is going on, you've hardly cried before." Leshaniqua asked.
"You nuts, I was just making sure they'd let me have this reward." Leshawna smirked.
"I figured it was too phony to be true." Leshaniqua smirked back.
The camera cut to Chris watching the scene from the monitor room "Whoa, hopefully they exfoliate Leshawna's attitude in the spa, or shove her morals in the sauna and give them a good detoxifying scrub. Will Leshawna come back with clean pores and a dirty conscience? Find out next time on Total! Drama! Action!"

"Okay I was really scared back there, not just for me but more for Dave as well, but why of course I don't want him to die but the thought was a lot more horrifying than I thought, what is going on, do I really like him that much?" Sky asked the confessional.
