"Justin? Are you there?" the Indian woman said as she was knocking on the front door.
He opened it and saw Beli standing there. Yeah, Beli. The Indian woman that teaches yoga therapy, as well as being a major closet freak.
"Hi, Beli." he greeted. She came in with a look of worry on her face. What was she worried about? Someone finding out she probably had sex with Lailani? Yeah, whatever. Stay in the closet.
"Justin, I have some very concerning news." she said. What? She got pregnant? Her boobs shrunk to a C cup? She has to move back to India?
"What's wrong, Beli?" he asked.
"Listen, I've been having some very vivid dreams lately. Dreams that have something to do with you."
He gave a look of confusion.
"What are you talking about?"
She sat down. It seemed like this was going to be a long one.
"I've been having strange dreams and I keep seeing a young girl in them. She said she knows you."
"Wait, really? You're seeing a girl I knew in your dreams? That's kinda weird, Beli."
"Well, she's been telling me some stuff and told me to pass it on. She was very interesting to talk to."
"Can you tell me what she looked like?" he asked, extremely curious on who this girl was. He assumed it was an ex-lover, like Shannon or Tabitha.
"She was of African-American descent, had an interesting outfit, blue hair, and spoke with a somewhat robotic tone. Her name was Denise."
Denise? Denise... Wait, wasn't that Zoey's birthname? Oh my...
"Wait, Zoey?!" he said in utter dismay.
"Zoey? Oh, yes. That was her nickname. Do you know her?"
"Do I know her? I banged her! We met on Inna De Poona last year and she was one of the very few people, besides me and Kyu, that knew about the Nymphojinn. She was very odd but also very intelligent. She was a great help with doing the three-ways."
Beli got a weird look on her face. But, she also knew about the Nymphojinn and how they were a threat to humanity.
"Oh my... Well, she's been telling me some information you need to know."
"Yeah, I'm pretty sure I need to know. But, I need to know what happened to her? I went on vacation in November and she vanished after only one interaction. She couldn't even make it to my Thanksgiving feast."
"I honestly don't know the real reason why she vanished, but assuming she was very spiritual, her subconscious probably got sucked into to the spirit realm. And if it was so sudden, it was probably unintentional. She might be stuck there for a long time."
He was in shock. Zoey somehow vanished into a different realm of existence right after the warning about Aiko.
"O-Okay... But, what did she need to tell me?"
"Well, she told me that you need to be aware of another betrayal that's going to happen. One of your friends will betray you twice as hard, and it'll be so bad that you might lose your life because of it."
The moment she said that, he gasped. It was bad enough that Aiko left him during their vacation and took $600. But, they made their amends during Christmas. Whoever the next traitor was obviously wouldn't have as much forgiveness compared to Aiko. And considering that he could possibly die was just anxiety-inducing.
"B-Beli... Why? What the fuck is going to happen to me? Who's the traitor?" he asked, showing visible signs of an upcoming panic attack.
"Justin, try to stay calm. Just be aware of it and maybe, you can overcome it."
"I can't calm down knowing that I might FUCKIN DIE! Who's the one that'll betray me?"
"Look, she can't be certain of it. The only description she gave was someone that has shown loyalty to you but is also known to be irresponsible at times. She also said that the person has shown distaste for regular jobs and would rather have fun while getting an income."
Hearing this also gave him some anxiety. The only person that would fit the description would be Connor. Considering that he has been a loyal friend of his for a few years but was known to accidentally get women pregnant, along with hating his pizza delivery job, that description fit him perfectly.
"Beli... This is so much. I don't know what to do."
She came over and put her hand on his back, trying to comfort him. She could definitely sense the feeling of distress in him.
"It's okay, Justin. Just keep your guard up is all I can tell you. Zoey said whenever she returns to the real world, regardless of how long it takes, she will perform a good luck spell on you to assure that you don't get any more betrayals."
He was still very upset. Knowing how long it could take, he'd be long dead before then.
"It'll be okay." the Indian woman said. Despite him not really caring for her that much, he was starting to like Beli.
"I-I hope so. But, Beli? Can I ask you something?"
"Of course, Justin."
"Are you and Lailani... an item?" he asked, bringing up the question.
Beli gasped. Yep, the closet freak thing was showing.
"What do you mean an item? Lailani is just my student, nothing else."
"I know, but it's just very questionable how she has an identical outfit to you, you and her doing private yoga one-on-one in my house, and even getting her a yoga mat with a picture of you on it. It just raises so many questions."
She frowned. I guess it was time to spill some truth, even if she was uncomfortable with saying it.
"Alright, you caught me. Me and Lailani are... Friends with benefits. We do yoga together but also we do romantic activities together. Me and her are very close, but not committed. The outfit you're referring to was an outfit I got for her. We are doing some inappropriate things outside of yoga class."
And there it was! Ms. Beli "Closet Freak" Lapran finally admitted it. Her and Lailani have had sex. Was he disgusted? No. In fact, he thought it was nice that her and Lailani had a close relationship. That finally answered some ongoing questions.
"Beli, I'm glad you fessed up about it. I'm so proud of you." he said, cheering her up.
"Y-Yeah. But, please don't tell anyone about it. My boss would fire me if he found out about me and a student having... you know?"
He vowed to not say a word. Now that the BS was over, what now?
"So, Beli? Do you wanna hang out for a little bit?" he asked, seeing how they never interacted with each other.
"Um, I don't know. I should really get back home and do some meditation."
"Beli, you can do that here with me. I think it'll be quite therapeutic for both you and me to do some meditating."
She smiled. He was right about that.
"Well, okay. You wanna do some meditation with me?"
"I will gladly do that with you. But, we have to do it in bed. You know what I'm talking about."
She gave a slight look of discomfort. Was he going to have sex with her?
"Do you mean... have sex?" she said in an uncomfortable tone.
"No, no. I'm committed to Tiffany now. I just want to cuddle. Hopefully, she doesn't mind if she finds out. I won't have sex with anyone unless it's her."
She then showed a sign of relief. They got into bed and cuddled, all while there was meditation ambiance playing. It was good now that Justin and Beli were slightly closer. But, there was still some worry about the next betrayal. Hopefully, he can dodge the possible death but he needed to keep his guard up in order to do that.
