Author's First Note: Ok people this chapter will contain a lot of blood and some gore so if you can't handle gore then it would be best to skip the fight between Steven Universe and another character that I won't spoil! It will also contain a temporary major character death and references as well as the inclusion of assassins so for those who also don't like assassins it is definitely best to try ignoring a certain character that is described as creepy in the actual story!…………………………………………………The Crystal Gems, and everyone besides Steven looked towards him, confused and creeped out. The Gems were scared because they've seen how insane he could get, and The Pines because it was completely new to them and they didn't know. The conflicting reasons still didn't change one thing… This left everyone breathless, they couldn't even begin to process everything that happened. Steven stood still, taking several deep breaths, trying to make himself go back to normal. Everyone kept watching in terror. Steven continued, it took a long time but he eventually succeeded……………………………………………
Musgravite was busy at work. She kept looking through her logs. She locked onto a random communication device in the room, she reached out for it, and heard a voice. "Phase two shall begin as planned, this world has no place for the Diamond Authority, we will crush it! "the voice said. "Understood Painite, understood!" Musgravite said. "Good, I'm glad to hear, old friend! Steven underestimated us and he will regret it. Send squadron 5Ji into Gravity Falls, and put air fleet A7 in the sky right above the town." Painite ordered, though respectfully. "Yes Painite, your command will be followed to the letter!" Musgravite replied. "Good, disconnecting now. Feel free to use up anything we have stored in our armory, I have a chat with the Axolotl scheduled." Painite said, before leaving Musgravite to plan out the attack herself. Musgravite walked towards a door with a password lock. Musgravite thought for a bit. "Triangles have three points, Diamonds have four, less jagged Painite's have 4 and Musgravites have zero…. Multiply each by themselves and… 12 16 16 0!" She entered the password that only she knew the equation for. The armory slid open, and she pulled out a few gleaming high tech cubes and spheres, a laser gun, a scythe, a sword and a few energy guns. Right before she left she saw 10 modified Laser Light Canons…. This attack was going to be a big deal, it was a real shame that Painite wouldn't be able to witness the hand of justice. "'Squadron 5ji!" she called into a wall mounted machine, and suddenly a group of 20 White Zircons went running towards the armory. "Contact, Fleet A7, it is time, you will help load the weapons, and you will act as the ground forces." Musgravite ordered. "Understood, Steven might as well let us win, we will never give up, until we see him accept his fate, Garnet can't see the absolute future as well as we can, only we know that Steven's downfall is set in stone." The leader, a very orderly Zircon stated. This Zircon was very creepy looking. This Zircon weirdly enough was a male, it liked being unique so it made sure people knew. This Zircon was the creepiest thing ever. He had a white tuxedo on that didn't match his bright red shoes, he was holding a scythe with his neck by tilting it, a knife in one hand, while holding a sword in the other. "Ahh I see you have finally learned how to use the scythe well, it seems you are as knowledgeable as Poudretteite. Scythes are the ultimate weapon against The Crystal Gems, due to being hard to predict, as well as being too powerful for them to avoid being poofed. Maybe I should promote you, you seem to understand the severity of the situation." Musgravite said, proud that her army was now learning more and finally prepared………………..
Steven was standing in the middle of the destruction. Everyone felt concerned, confused, or freaked out. However Bismuth walked up to him, offering sympathy, as well as advice. "Woah, calm down Steven, I'm not going to deny how horribly you've been treated, but we need to stick together, and whatever you did to the triangle, looked horrifying, it didn't look like you. Just understand this is our path forward, we can't let him win, nor can we let you win by any means that aren't really you. As of right now, we need to think of only the way to defeat Musgravite and that triangle, Musgravite should be the larger threat so we need to find her first." "I know where she is, but I don't know how to reach her." Steven stated. Reluctantly Stanford started to ask. "Where is she?" He asked. "Some place known as the nightmare realm, but I don't know if I should trust you with any of this." Steven said, clearly getting more and more irritated by Stanford's questioning. "STOP DOING THIS STEVEN! YOUR MOTHER TRUSTED ME! DID I EVER LET HER DOWN!? NO! I AM MORE QUALIFIED TO KNOW THIS THAN ANY OTHER HUMAN IN THE MULTIVERSE!" Stanford began shouting. Steven looked at him, Diamonds once again filling his eyes. The pink glow once again emerged, casting an eerie light on everything, his face was lit up with rage. "What did you just say? I don't know how you met, I don't know why you know each other, but with what she's done, her trusting you doesn't matter." Steven retorted. Stanford didn't have a comeback for that, he began wondering if he had made a mistake, clearly that was a sour subject for Steven…………………………………………….
Painite was inside a huge space station, this station's purpose was to carry planets and stars to different locations to fit the needs of certain gems. Gems like Diopside mainly tried to blind enemies with light so they needed brighter stars to reflect light off of. While Onyx's only really work in dark environments where they blend in and can't be seen. This vessel was huge, created to fit anything from a planet to a small solar system even while Painite was in it, and considering Painite is larger than Yellow or Blue Diamond, that is saying a lot. She was surrounded by 60 Black Star Sapphires, which were some of the rarest gems available. They were smart enough to embarrass Peridot, and their future vision could be broadcasted to non sapphires and read infinitely into the future. Unlike normal sapphires they also have been trained to avoid being shattered as easily, they had to learn how to fight, so that their rare breed wouldn't die off instantly, and weaken the militia. They learned that they had another ability, they could see any time from the beginning of the universe, to its end, and they also could interact with it, giving them the ability to use their weapons on people in the past or future before they could get hurt. This was very beneficial, still this ability puts a lot of strain on them, and can only work within a 15 meter range. Next to them was the famous Spessartite Garnet. It didn't have any abilities besides future vision but it was 9x stronger than Garnet, and could shapeshift infinitely without any strain, though as soon as they stop they are always vulnerable. Finally she had one more soldier…. The Connemara Marble. She was a lot different than the rest of the army. She was very expressive and cheerful, she had an Irish accent and fought using a spear, she radiated pride, not even mentioning her devotion to Painite's army. Connemara was Painite's best guard, having saved Painite from being shattered on 3 separate occasions. Painite aimed her ship's cannon at Earth, she sent a flare beacon to Earth that sailed through space, signaling that the attack was ready, she then flew to the closest nearby galaxy, this was the Andromeda Galaxy. Painite was scheduled to meet with the Axolotl at this location. The Axolotl looked at her, trying to decide whether she was evil or not, it knew she might be dangerous, but Painite had to have a reason for its actions, after all, why would the divine assistant of God fall from grace without any reasons………………………………………….
Bill was in the nightmare realm, contemplating his next decision, he felt the pull of Steven, if he didn't kill Steven instantly, he would be trapped in a horrifying deal…. And if he tried to fight Steven and the gems then he would have to face Painite and Musgravite, with zero help. Bill however is smarter than they knew. He could still keep up his cover with Musgravite, and slowly get close until Steven weakens her army and falls. There was a reason The Axolotl revived him, and Transanite offered to let him join. He looked at his favorite gem in existence, one of the few that actually had loyalty and agreed to work for him. Standing in front of him was Welsh Gold. The gem had a golden colored lance in its hand, a striped red and black pattern running down it, the lance also had writing on it that meant "Honor, Glory, Chaos." Welsh had dawned old fashioned jousting armor for combat, and covered the gem in her heart with diamond plates, and gem metal, everywhere else had been coated in platinum. "Well Mr. Cipher, the bloody kid causing you problems? Let me handle the job, I can rid this dastardly kid of our path, and spread your control like Jam." She said, thrusting her lance in the air and cutting through thick gem metal in the process, for emphasis on her point. Bill was actually getting a good laugh from his bubbly warriors enthusiasm. "Not yet it isn't time for a fight with Steven, we need to wait until he weakens Musgravite enough for us to conquer the higher members." Informed Bill. "Understood my lord. Painite will fall, they will regret treating you like an annoyance!" Welsh Gold proclaimed. "Glad to hear you understand who the true leader should be, and don't worry I'm going to show them who soon, I just need to lay low for a while."

Steven saw the signs of the attack first, the spaceships in the sky, the alien flares, the cannon shots coming at them, and the soldiers streaming out the ships. Steven told the gems to gather the citizens inside the shack and come fight the soldiers afterwards. Musgravite was able to control the cannons from her base and they had built in cameras so she could easily bombard them in extreme ways, however Steven didn't know that and jumped towards the ship, trying to stop them before they went to activate the cannons. This cost him as they each fired 3 powerful lasers moving in a unique wave pattern, blasting a hole in his gut, and blowing him up. Steven went flying into the ground. He tried getting up but they fired at him again, this time the cannons fired a red plasma energy shot, in a triangular pattern with a Diamond in the middle, an x on the inside of the Diamond and a Painite right behind them all. Steven got hit and was injured even worse, he was bleeding horribly, he had cuts everywhere, and a hole in his shoulder, he was regenerating them right away, but he couldn't keep surviving those. Steven saw more lasers flying at him but he managed to block them, soon they fired all of the first attacks again, but Steven's shield held up and reflected them, however he heard something behind him. "Ever met an assassin, kid?" The voice asks. Steven looks behind him, and gets a punch to the face from a being with black fire coated hands. This was White Zircon. Steven staggered up, avoiding being skewered by the scythe Zircon was swinging with its neck. "I actually have!" Steven exclaimed, glowing pink and punching it in the gut. Zircon got pushed back but he didn't even get too hurt. "Well impressive kid, but were any of them as experienced soldiers as me?" He asked, clearly trying to gloat. "Probably!" Steven answered. He then threw 3 shields into Zircon's face, but Zircon slapped them out of the air, running at Steven with a sword in his hand, he swung and hit his mark. Steven luckily managed to hit him with 4 hexagonal shields however and sent him flying. "Orbital Barrage Code Red!" Musgravite shouts from her throne, swiping her finger against a screen to control the cannon. Steven suddenly realized another, more powerful shot being aimed at him. It was too late as he was hit hard and it obliterated most of the city, it stunned him for long enough for Zircon to get him with his sword and his knife, finally Zircon swung his scythe at an arc, cutting into Steven's shoulder. Steven tried to punch him, but White Zircon coated all three of his weapons in black fire and swung them all at the same time, his scythe cutting deeper, still being held with his neck, his knife, slashing Steven's face, and his sword, cutting Steven's rib cage, finally another shot from the ship hit Steven in the rib cage and it vaporized Gravity Falls. The only thing left was The Mystery Shack, in which everyone else, even the Police and Gnomes, were hidden. Steven was knocked over, he couldn't move, then Zircon coated his foot in fire, and stomped on his head, Steven was knocked out, right as the gems started coming. "Well kid, down already? I expected you to be better at this. You're a really disappointing kid. Well I bet you didn't expect me to be the assassin to finish the job, did you?" The sight was horrifying, blood was everywhere. Even reflecting light onto the wings of butterflies, as they reflected it more, causing an ominous light to fill the air. As the gems watched in fear, they had been running to him as fast as they could but they too were blasted. Steven's death had been foreseen, it was set in stone, fate had determined it…. But was that really going to keep him from saving everyone, was he really going to give up…. Steven could suddenly see, he could suddenly move, he was in a void. God was standing before him. "Well kid, you going to take any of that from some crappy Zircon? They knew your death was coming, they knew it was absolute, they knew it would be impossible to avoid it… but they didn't account for me to help you. Someday you will learn about me and the three Painites, you will learn the role they play, as well as my own, somewhere out there is a gem god of even higher status than I currently am." The All Knowing Being said to Steven, in a wise voice that could be heard across all of the void. "I don't understand, how could any of that be true? How can I possibly go back? How could you be weaker than any gem?" Steven asked, the pink glow fading as his stress turned into confusion and despair. "Steven, I am God, but there are several other gods in mythology, all of them are weaker but more than one can still exist. I am the creator of your universe however there is a gem god out there that has done similar things, my creator, it is a higher status because it was around longer than any primordial beings in existence, still I will eventually be stronger, it can assist you, find it, I can only help you triumph over fate for a week!" God said. Suddenly Steven's eyes opened, as he saw Zircon standing over him, thinking that Steven was dead

Author's Note: Well people this is my next chapter. I'm sorry for the overload but these are mainly plans that I've had since the very beginning and have been waiting to add. This is a bit longer than the last one and I'm sorry if I cramped too much in it. I wanted this chapter to be a mind blowing experience, something I can be proud of. Any ideas that I didn't come up with at the start are either me evolving previous ideas that I've had,(Example:Painite being the leader to Musgravite was an idea I had from the start, same as the controlling Bill idea from the last chapter, however I spiced them up with Painite being involved in a trio of Painite's with connections to God that will be important later. And with Bill needing to keep his cover and keep waiting for Steven and Painite's army to kill each other off.)or new ideas that I've just come up with anywhere in the last three chapters(Example: God being involved and a divine gem god. Also the gems like White Zircon, Welsh Gold, and all of Painite's ship crew were all ideas I've come up with after I started.)Also the reason behind some of the gems having accents is because of the locations you can find the actual gems in. For example the Irish one, Connemara Marble, has an Irish accent because it is the national gemstone of Ireland. Anyway I'll proceed with my next chapter, I hope you enjoy the story!
