Chapter 3

Falmart, Alnus hill

After the gate opened in alnus hill, 50 legionnaires were sent through the gate to secure the other side's entrance to falmart under the command of Grey co Aldo, the former mentor of the rose knights and now one of it's order.

After Grey and the soldiers reach the other world they are met with buildings reaching the very heavens, people wearing colorful clothings, and iron carriages that move without horses. Grey ordered the soldiers to form a shield wall, so no otherworlders could get through the gate.

Grey went back to alnus to inform lelei form the nomadic tribes, the worshipper of La. Since Lelei worships La, the goddess of learning. She was able to learn the language of the otherworlders called "Japanese". But to learn this, they must kidnap one of the locals of Japan to learn their tongue. Thankfully Wareharun, the goddess of Trees and forest, blessed the land of falmart to prevent any sorts of disease from latching on to everyone.

Lelei was supposed to arrive in alnus within an hour, but her carriage's axle broke and had to be picked up by the wyvern corps. As she was flying to alnus, Grey was informed that one of the otherworlders "towns guard" tried to pull one of the Legionnaire's shields, which he retaliated, resulting in injuring the "towns guard". He was able to hear it through the mana stones, used by the wyvern corps to communicate through the air.

It didn't take long for lelei to arrive and was informed of the incident. She quickly demands the rider to fly through the gate to prevent the unnecessary bloodshed. The tension quickly died down after lelei healed the "towns guard", and told them that they wish them no harm.

And now the three sons and daughter of the Empire have arrived in alnus to meet the ruler of the nation called "State of Japan".

I can't believe we have to venture to the otherworld to be peaceful to these barbarians, instead of conquering them." Says the blonde and muscular man, Zorzal El Caesar. "Calm down brother, invading a world without any knowledge of its power is foolish and could end horribly." Says the man with long blonde hair, Diabo El Caesar.

"Anyway, how can we be sure that your vision of the Empire is crumbling, from it's own arrogance, sister?" Says Zorzal. "If I recall correctly, it started with 2 legions marching through the gate. At first the invasion was going well, but then a flying iron chariot in the shape of a dragonfly unleashed hell on our wyvern corps. Men in green, killed our legions from afar with their black staves. All of them were slaughtered. After that I heard a voice in my head saying that, "The Empire's arrogance will be its downfall". Says the red haired woman, the sister of Zorzal, and Diabo. Piña col lada.

For them it sounds absurd to be true, but they knew piña very well. She's a patriot of the Empire and will never doubt it's power. Until the vision that she received from the gods during its banquet months ago. As they were walking while holding their individual horses leash, a messenger walked up to them and bowed.

"You Majesties, lelei has informed us that it is indeed safe on the other side of the gate. Your praetorians are waiting for you to act as your bodyguards." Says the messenger. "Rise boy, you have done well ." Says Zorzal. The messenger expressed his gratitude to the three, and sat down to catch his breath. "Well then, let us meet these barbarian's king shall we?" Says Zorzal arrogantly.

They mounted their horses and headed to the entrance of the gate, the praetorians soon followed.

Japan, Akihabara, 11:00am

The police in riot gear lined up to prevent the crowd from crossing the path of the three royalties of the other world. The reporters and journalists are currently taking pictures of the gate that is guarded by the legionnaires, others are preparing their cameras after the empire's royalties finally arrive in akihabara.

Ever since the gate appeared in Akihabara, the whole world is in disbelief that there is an inter - dimensional portal leading to another world filled with creatures that could only exist in fantasy books, anime, and etc. Countries from all over the world approach Japan and demand them access to this new world, to which Japan replied "That's up to this Empire to decide, not us."

Soon they heard hooves of the horses coming from the gate. Then finally three royalties have arrived in Japan. The cameras start snapping without the flashes, so the people from the other world won't see it as a magical attack that would blind them when "casted".

The three royaltied could not utter a word for what they were seeing. Towers that dominate the hills, buildings filled with glasses, and roads that are smoother than the Empires. For Piña she can feel how unimportant she is compared to the great riches of this nation. Diabo began calculating how tall the buildings are, how long they take to build, but one thing he couldn't understand is how they are not falling. But for Zorzal… his dignity of being the prince of the empire, heir to the throne, and the only civilization of falmart that lasted for 600 years. For the first time of his life… his pride is shattered. He doesn't want to believe what he is seeing, he wants to wake up to this ridiculous nightmare, but no matter how many times he closes and opens his eyes. He can only see the truth.

The Empire is no longer the greatest civilization that existed. Not anymore.

"Brother, are you all right?" Says Piña. "... Let us get this over with… I want to go home." Says Zorzal. This is the first time the two saw their supposed arrogant, sadistic bastard, and many names that fit him. Seeing him utter his words without any sorts of emotion, is very… very unlike him. Zorzal decided to hide his face under his helmet's visor, griefing to his pride that was killed by the sight of the otherworlders architecture.

As they were riding their horses forward slowly, there was a black iron carriage waiting for them. Near the carriage they saw lelei, who will be their translator. And a man in a brown coat, with two others wearing black uniforms. The man in brown started speaking to the three royals, unsurprisingly they couldn't understand. Fortunately lelei was able to translate the word to them. "His name is Komakoda from the pi - es - ay - ey, they will escort you to their senate. In there you will be questioned of who you are, and the Empire's intention of opening the gate." Lelei translated komakoda's words to them. They reluctantly agreed for they still have no knowledge of the iron carriage.

As they finally arrived at the japanese senate, they got out of the car and met with flashes from the stubborn reporters and journalists. "Ugh, what in Emroy's name are they doing!?" Says Zorzal, irritated by the flashes. "They are called cameras, your highness. They used it to create a small painting in the blink of an eye, and send it to their "information guild" to spread it all over their country instantly, or maybe the entire world to see." Explained lelei. "T-they can spread the information that quickly?!" Says the surprised nerd of the Empire Diabo.

They entered the senate called the "diet", and what they saw was not what they were expecting. In the front is a stadium, and in the middle of the room are rectangular tables. They were asked to sit in the chair on the right side of the stadium. After the introduction of the senate, the three finally were able to stand at the podium and answer the question that plagued the entire world.

Meanwhile

JSDF Military Base

After the opening of the gate in akihabara, the JSDF soldiers who were on leave are called back to their respective bases to prepare in case the Empire went hostile. Youji Itami is one of them.

"Thank God I was able to attend the convention, otherwise it would've been the most depressing day of my life." Says itami. "Yep, but hey even if the convention is cancelled. At Least a fantasy world actually existed, oh man! I can't wait to meet some cat girls." Says the young man who is also an otaku, Takeo Kurata. "Shush you two! It's about to start." Says Kuribayashi. The JSDF might be prepared, but it didn't stop them for witnessing the diet session of the royals from the other world.
