[Three months later]

Rachel Berry

My classes in NYADA are going very well, except for Cassandra who won't let go of my foot at any time, Antony has adapted to his new school and I can say that he really liked our move to New York, he also loved Brittany's move to the apartment, as they both make a few nightly escapes to raid the fridge and detonate a pot of ice cream all by themselves.

I have been talking to Quinn a little more these days, we exchanged phone numbers in the first week of Antony's class, I can tell you that we have developed a great friendship and become good friends and this only makes me more determined to ask her out sometime for a bite to eat or just to chat somewhere other than school or on my cell phone, but I still need to muster up a little more courage to do that because I'm afraid I'll get a "sorry, but I'm just not in the mood to go out with a short, aspiring Broadway actress with an extremely cute son, so my answer is no, but thank you very much for the invitation and who knows in the next life, okay? "

-Antony is throwing up again. -Brittany came into my office, the place I use to work, and communicated to me about my little boy's malaise. -He complained of dizziness and blurred vision before running to the bathroom and starting to vomit.

I dropped my notebook on the table with my unfinished work and ran to the bathroom where my baby lay with his head in the toilet and straining to vomit up a green, completely disgusting and very gross looking liquid.

-You'll feel better when all this comes out, my little one. -I patted his back.

Anthony is on a tightrope when it comes to his health, because he has been feeling very nauseous, dizzy, and has been vomiting very frequently, but at the same time that he looks sick, he is jumping around the house, laughing and being a perfectly healthy boy, however, I am starting to really worry about his state of physical and mental health, but Tony refuses to miss a day of school so that we can go to the doctor and make sure that everything is okay with him.

My son has become very attached to Quinn, I won't deny that he is incredibly happy with this closeness, but at the same time I am worried because of this dependence, since next year she may be teaching another class and he may have a new teacher.

-My little head... hurts... mommy... -I helped him wash his mouth out at the bathroom sink and brush his teeth to get rid of the bad taste, and he cried with his head tucked in the hollow of my neck and it broke my heart.

-Let's take a little medicine and you can go straight to bed. -I commented, smiling.

-Today we won't have our little ice cream getaways, but I promise to make it up to you, okay? -Brittany murmured to Antony, who laughed heartily at his aunt.

I took some headache medicine, prescribed by the pediatrician, and gave it to my son to get rid of the pain as soon as possible and lay down beside him until he fell asleep.

My boy fell asleep, I got up calmly so as not to wake him up, went by my office to turn off my desktop, I would finish my work tomorrow, as I had completely lost the mood to do anything today. My room seemed like an excellent option to spend the rest of the night, I would take a hot shower and get ready for bed, even though the clock was still ticking eight o'clock at night.

Seeing my baby sick put a stop to all my plans for the evening, I wouldn't finish my reports today and I wouldn't even do a Harry Potter marathon with my friend.

I took a long shower, my body was all relaxed, I lay down on the bed and tried to fall asleep, but my cell phone started vibrating wildly on the nightstand and I decided to check it, since it could be a call from my parents or something extremely important like work or something related to my grandmother who is sick.

Quinn: Hi Rachel.

Quinn: I know it's a little late, but I was wondering if you wanted to go out for a hot dog and ice cream in the park with me?

Quinn: We are getting along so well and in these three months I have found a real friend, but we never really go out to eat or talk, you know?

Quinn: You don't know how bad a friend I feel at the moment!

Quinn: Would you do me the honor of taking you on a date, Miss Berry?

Rachel: I would love to go on a date with you, Miss Fabray!

Quinn: Cool, get to your apartment in half an hour, okay?

I smiled silly at the cell phone and looked like a kid on Christmas morning.

-What happened? -Brittany appeared at my bedroom door with a box of chocolate chip cookies, a small bottle of honey, and five gallons of bleach. -Tubbington is going to wash my bathroom, he ended up smoking in there again and the cigarette smell is unbearable. -He commented as naturally as he could, and I opened and closed my mouth a few times.

-Give him the bleach and a loofah and ask him to make the bathroom clean!

I had gotten used to the craziness of Brittany and her fat and troublesome cat.

-Can you watch Antony for a few hours? -I asked while looking for some clothes.

-Why? -He asked with an arched eyebrow and eating a chocolate cookie.

-Quinn asked me out! -I said excitedly and she jumped up and down in celebration.

-Finally the blonde took the initiative! -She commented excitedly. -I'll take care of the little pest!

-Thank you! -I greeted my best friend and ran to my bathroom to get ready.

I chose to wear jeans with black sneakers and a brown t-shirt of the same color, and a brown overcoat on top, because it was a little chilly outside. Brittany was sitting in the living room watching a movie and her cat was nowhere in sight, so I decided to stop by my son's room before I left to see if he was okay.

He was sleeping like a true angel, and I went over to kiss him goodnight.

I said goodbye to Brittany who was still glued to the movie and her cookies, closed the apartment door with one of my best smiles, but the smile died when the elevator doors opened and a man in jeans and a T-shirt smiled at me wistfully. His hair was different, but that smile gave him away, that man in front of me was Noah Puckerman.

-Noah? -I asked in shock at seeing him after years.

-Rachel! -Puck broke the distance between our bodies and hugged me tightly.

Quinn Fabray

I am on my way to Rachel's apartment, my friends made me take the initiative to ask her out on a date, Santana and Finn know how to apply psychological pressure, they had been bugging me all month, they would wake me up in the middle of the night to encourage me to ask Rachel out and the whole thing was pissing me off to no end.

My friends stopped bugging me after I asked the sexy brunette out.

I would have liked to take her to a five-star restaurant, but since it was such a last-minute request, all that was left for me to do was to go to one of those nice snack bars and then have an ice cream in the park while we walked under the stars and talked about our lives.

I arrived at the parking lot of the building, I called Rachel, but it went to voicemail and I decided to wait, she shouldn't be long in coming down, of course she wouldn't forget me, but I wasn't prepared to see the brunette leaving the building in the company of a guy.

Rachel left him talking to himself and walked to my car and she was crying.

-Are you all right? -I asked, worried. -Who is this man? Has he done something?

-He is Antony's father! -Rachel answered, almost in a whisper.
