It is no secret that every student has their own way of saying goodbye to summer. Some spend the last few days playing video games until their eyes turn red and sleep eventually takes them the night before. Some eat a bunch of junk food during a movie marathon. Some sleep late and wake up way past the afternoon. But many would say that the best way to pass the last few days of summer was with one last crazy summer…
"PARTY!"
Oingo Boingo - Dead Man's Party
Most of the Norrisville Highschool students cheered as the music blared out the large speakers. Some jumped to the pool, creating large splashes of water. Others chowed down on different snacks and sodas. And others checked out the growth spurts of the swimsuit wearing high school students.
"Yeah baby! This is how the Bash likes to party!" Bash called out, fist bumping his friends like he was the king of the world.
Bash had invited almost the entire school, save for the teachers, Howard, and Randy. He had sent an invite to Heidi but she never replied. He merely shrugged it off as he saw Morgan and her dance crew wearing hot, tight bikinis that made him happy to be a man. He was the king of the party and nothing was going to make him get in his way this night. The summer had had a bunch of weirdos and stupid stuff he didn't want to deal with, but now that it was all done and he was gonna party like it was 1898. Or maybe it was 1888.
"Dude hit me with some nachos!" Bash called out.
One of the robo-apes sighed before serving the nachos.
Bash took the tray of nachos and scoffed them down like an ape would a banana. He then lifted both of his arms in a rock and roll sign before throwing the empty tray at the robo-ape.
The DJ was letting out some loud music and was doing all he could to keep the party going according to Bash's instructions. As the sun went down, the lights of the party station lit up and illuminated the sky like a movie premier.
As a way to keep Bash from bothering him, McFist had Viceroy build a DJ station with speakers so loud they could take a woman's clothes off. That way he could focus on his new projects for the next year.
"Party time, yeah!" Bash called out as his large friend picked up a large keg of soda and drank it like a pro. "This is for the last few days before school starts! No teachers! No homework! No dorks! And no weird creepy stuff!"
"Hey Bash, when is the entertainment gonna get here?" Asked one of the students.
"No idea, dude! But my step dad said that it was going to be wild!" Bash replied.
At that moment a small shadow flew through the lights landing before the DJ station. Winnie had arrived and she was looking at all the students. She growled and moved towards them with all the intent to make her master's command. The loud music and all the smells, ranging from junk food to flaring hormones, made her uncomfortable and in need of making it all end.
"Hey what's with the costume?"
Winnie snapped her head at the source of the noise.
Bash walked up to her before he started poking her face.
"This. Ain't. No. Costume. Party." Bash said with each poke. "It's a bikini or nothing!"
Winnie growled, baring her fangs.
"I said-" Bash began before Winnie punched him across the face.
Bash was sent flying back into the pool, leaving all his friends to witness how Winnie jumped at them. She had her fangs and claws ready to attack them.
Far from the party, there was a movie premier. The movie title read "Wolves of Buckingham Hill". The theater was full with all sorts of people, many wanted to see the movie while others just wanted to get out of the house while they still had time. Regardless, the room was packed to the brim. Moviegoers sat on their seats with their buckets of popcorn, sodas, candy bars and one or two tiny bottles of alcohol to spice things up.
"I can't believe you asked me to watch a werewolf movie." A man groaned as he sat down. "You know it's just a man in a bad suit, right?"
"Quit your mopping, honey. Besides, we are due for a movie date. This film was made by a filmmaker that was inspired by the works of a horror illustrator. It'll be fun." A woman replied. "Now, get your 3-D glasses ready, the movie is about to begin." She added, putting on her 3-D glasses.
The man rolled his eyes as the lights of the room went dark. He put on the glasses wondering if he could at least have some fun during the film. He remembered his early dates with different girls, doing what they wanted got him more pleasure in the long run than going at it all macho like everyone else. He smiled as the screen lit up with the beginning of the movie.
The screen showed the start of the movie, a dark and stormy night with winds howling like wolves hidden in the darkness. Raindrops fell like daggers on the ground as the titles rolled before the audience.
"Who puts the credits at the beginning of a movie? That's for the end." The man snorted.
His date shushes him.
Once the credits passed, the screen showed a man driving a wagon through the dark forest soaked with the heavy storm that fell from the sky. The man kept his eyes into the darkness, holding an old double barrel shotgun by his side and a lantern illuminating his sight. He held the reins of his wagon with his spare hand as he wiped the rain water from his brow.
As soon as the man and his wagon passed, from within the dark bushes came bursting out of the screen a large Werewolf with glowing yellow eyes. Its growling echoed through the entire room, causing everyone to gasp in fear. Its breath was so strong that it made people shiver.
"Wow, the effects are very good. It's almost as if there was a real werewolf in the theater." The man said, getting excited by the werewolf.
…The man had no idea how right he was.
"Though I would've waited a bit before showing it off. That takes away from the scare factor."
At the Gracey Manor, Randy and the rest of the group were going over everything that they had found out about Revolta. The books were scattered around the floor as they made use of what information they could find. Some of the books spoke about ways of identifying and taking care of witches. They had already gone through several books, with each detailing a different method on how to detect witches and kill them, but they each had issues as to how the methods worked or if they were just paranoia of the time. The group had been able to split the books that were useful from the ones that weren't thanks to modern science and the knowledge of the vampire kids.
"According to this book, witches are weak against plants like Vervain, Aconite, and Alchemilla Mollis, also known as Lady's Mantel." Gothetta said. "We could get the seeds or the plants but they need to be prepared for the specific ailment or spells. And for that we need books on the witchcraft that Revolta practices."
"Which we don't have. What if we make a potion with all the plants just to cover our basis?" Randy asked.
"That could be disastrous since many of those potions can be turned into deadly poisons." Gothetta replied.
Randy was very impressed with Gothetta's knowledge of botany and exotic plants. A good not for himself was not to test how good she was with those plants unless he wanted to end up drinking something he shouldn't have.
"Well apparently the best way to defeat Revolta is to use fire." Randy said. "Good thing we have plenty of that."
"Unless you want to try out some of these crazy options." Howard mentioned pulling up the book he had.
"It is scary to think of all the ways that the Witch hunts of Europe and Salem took care of the witches they found." Gothetta pointed out.
"Tell me about it. Where would we even get a large cauldron of boiling oil and snakes?" Phanty asked, getting weirded out looks from the rest of the group.
"Are you sure that's a proven method?" Elsa asked.
"I'm pretty sure that is something made out of fiction." Tanis said.
Just then Heidi's phone began buzzing. She rolled her eyes, thinking that it was probably one of her school friends or an update from one of her social media accounts.
"Sorry, it's Morgan. She's live streaming from Bash's pool party." Heidi said.
"Wait, what?! Bash is having a pool party at the McFist mansion and he didn't invite us?! That jerk!" Howard snapped, throwing his book in rage.
Randy caught the book with ease, understanding his friend's outburst. Despite all his growth and battles against the supernatural forces of evil, he was still a high schooler that liked going to pool parties like any teenager.
"And he invited you? What gives?!" Howard continued ranting.
"I deleted it as soon as I got it. I didn't want to get ogled at by that gorilla in a man's suit." Heidi replied. "Not to mention we have slightly more important things to worry about. But I guess I should see what is going on to talk about it in my blog for when school starts." She shrugged, opening the live stream.
Heidi's eyes went wide as the stream showed her more than what she was expecting.
"Guys, I think we may have something!" Heidi said, turning on the audio of the stream.
The group looked at the stream and saw what was going on.
Morgan was streaming everything that was going on in the party.
"Yo to anyone watching this, call the cops! This crazy chick just came out of nowhere and started tearing shit up like it's going out of style!"
The stream showed robo-ape after robo-ape getting torn apart by Winnie as she caused chaos through the party. Partygoers were running and screaming in terror as the wolf girl ran around in all fours, keeping them from escaping. She was like a shepherd dog, keeping the sheep from fleeing the slaughterhouse. Winnie picked up Bucky, giving him a wedgie before throwing him at a group of frightened students. She scratched one of the dancing girls, causing her to fall to the pool. She grabbed hold of one of Bash's friends, flipping him over before cracking him across the face with her clawed fist. She jumped at another robo-ape, digging her claws and teeth into its throat, ripping out any and all wires inside it.
"WHY?!" the robo-ape cried out in pain.
"This is really a massacre! Oh crap!" Morgan called out before Winnie tackled her to the floor, cutting the stream.
The group recoiled in shock.
"Well, I am now glad that he didn't invite us." Randy said.
"Gotta love instant karma." Howard added as Randy put on his mask. "And now we have to go save them, aren't we?"
"It comes with the job." Randy said when suddenly he and the others that had a phone got an alert. "That's odd."
The alert read that a wild dangerous animal, possibly a wolf, was loose inside the Norrisville South Movie Theater.
"I don't remember the movies having a pool. The closest thing was the time that the slushy machine broke and flooded the hall." Howard mentioned.
"That's because they don't. These are two different things going on." Heidi said as she watched the stream. "The stream is coming from Bash's house while the alert says to stay away from the movie theater."
"It looks like Revolta has been busy and is back in town." Phanty pointed out. "And with help."
"But where is she? She wouldn't miss being in the spotlight if she had the power to back it up." Gothetta pointed out.
Randy grabbed his chin in thought. He knew that Gothetta was right about Revolta, the witch was still out there and planning something else. But every moment of inaction on his part would put more and more people in danger. There was also the chance that these two werewolves, by the looks and sounds of them, were created by a weakened Revolta to sow chaos to regain power. If that were the case, he needed to stop them to prevent the ancient witch from gaining any more power. And that meant that they needed to split up.
"Before you say anything, Randy. You're not going alone." Gothetta said, noticing Randy's thinking expression.
"And we won't budge on that." Elsa said, wrapping her arm on Randy's shoulder.
"Alright. We'll have to take these two monsters before anyone else gets hurt. We can't let either of them get away and warn Revolta." Randy said, coming to a conclusion.
"Divide and conquer? It's one way of looking at it." Heidi said.
"The movie theater is the farthest, I'll go there and face whatever is happening." Randy said. "Gothetta and Phanty, you'll come with me. You're good at sneaking around, so we'll need that advantage."
"Oh yeah! Movie Night!" Phanty cheered.
"We'll be sure to watch your back." Gothetta said, winking at Randy.
Randy smiled.
"Dibs to the party! I wanna crash it!" Howard called out. "I won't take a no for an answer!"
"He's really not going to." Heidi pointed out, after palming her face. "I'll go with him to make sure he doesn't get killed or distracted."
"Are you sure you can handle this?" Randy asked.
"I'm a wolf too." Heidi replied, making her eyes glow yellow. "Whoever that is won't get past me."
"Alright then. Elsa, can you back them up?" Randy asked.
Elsa merely flexed her right arm, showing off her muscular strength.
"I think I can manage." Elsa replied.
"Well that convinced me. But Howard, you need to wear a mask or some kind of disguise." Randy said, pointing to Howard.
"What?! Why?!" Howard asked.
"Don't you think it'll be strange that high school nobody Howard Weinerman would just show up at a party with a crossbow and start shooting at an unknown monster out of nowhere?" Randy asked.
Howard thought about it for a minute. He could see Randy's logic. It would be something strange and could end up with him on the news.
"Fine. But I get to pick the costume and the mask." Howard relented.
"Just make sure it isn't ridiculous." Heidi added.
"Sibella, you stay here with Tanis and the rest of the vampire students. Stay hidden and don't open the door to anyone you don't know." Randy instructed.
"We will await your return, Master Randy." Sibella bowed in respect.
"Don't have to twist my leg." Tanis muttered.
Back at the party, Winnie had easily made the partying high schoolers panic. She kept them in the pool area after tearing apart any and all robo-apes that came even close to her. She had crushed the sound system, creating a repeating echo of the music and destroyed the lights, leaving the students in darkness. The students that had not been able to escape had hidden under the tables in fear of the beast. The only light for the students were the sparks of the destroyed robo-apes. Which was all that Winnie needed to see her hunting grounds. She jumped on top of one of the tables, crushing the food under her feet and claws. She sniffed the air searching for any signs of the remaining students.
Underneath the table laid Morgan, a couple of her dancing friends and Bash. They were all cowering in fear of what the creature would do to them.
Winnie jumped off the table, heading to another part of the pool.
"Is that thing gone?" Morgan whispered.
"I think so." One of the girls replied, quiet as a mouse.
Despite their hopes that the wild creature had found something else to chase, the girls all didn't dare to move a muscle. They wanted to stay hidden until the Ninja or animal control came to rescue them. They didn't dare to move an inch and only spoke in short whispers to calm themselves down. Their backs were soaked with both pool water and fear scented sweat. If they had stood any more still they would've been confused with statues.
Morgan kept her ears open as they were the only way for her to find out what was going on. She had found her phone amidst the chaos, but didn't have the nerve to turn on the flashlight or call anyone. She stiffened up at the sound of growling. She looked to her friend next to her. Morgan covered their mouths as the beast scoured before them. She waited for the creature to move on, not letting out a single breath. She heard the grass being crushed under the feet and hands of the wild creature as it moved away from them. Silence soon returned to their ears. Morgan and her friend let out a thankful breath of relief.
"That was freaking scary!" Bash brutishly let out like an elephant sneezing into a cake before it flew away with the wind of the trunk.
The table where they had been hiding was flipped by the wolf girl.
Morgan palmed her face, cursing Bash's stupidity as Winnie glared down at them. She didn't bother looking up at the claws that glowed with the moonlight or the glowing yellow eyes. The dancing queen of Norrisville High could only hope that Bash suffered a terrible end as punishment for his stupidity.
However, the strike of the wolf girl didn't come down.
A roar came up from behind the frightened students.
A black figure tackled Winnie away from the students. The light of the moon and the sparks revealed another furry creature with sharp claws and yellow glowing eyes. Heidi had arrived in her werewolf form, and was now growling at Winnie like a beast. She swiped at Winnie, knocking her back. Winnie rolled back to her feet before jumping at Heidi once more. Heidi lunged forward, catching Winnie mid air and digging her claws on her back.
"AH! There's two of them!" Bash screamed.
"Yeah, but only one of them is a wild beast." A voice added.
The students turned around to see a figure wearing a long black duster, a black long hat, a black domino mask covering his face. This was Howard in his disguise. He pulled out his crossbow and loaded it up.
"I'd get to safety if I were you." Howard said, not bothering to hide his voice.
"You heard the crazy dressed stranger! Make way!" Bash said as he and his friends ran away in fear.
"What did I ever see in him?" Morgan asked herself before she followed behind him.
As Howard watched his fellow students run for their lives, he couldn't help but wonder how they didn't notice who he was. He had put the costume together with what he could find.
"Wow, they can't tell it's me? This thing covers like 30% of my face." Howard said in disbelief.
Howard heard something large being broken. He saw his sister being thrown into the pool by Winnie before Elsa charged her.
"Eh, maybe they're really stupid." Howard shrugged off, going to help his sister and friend.
Elsa was trying to contain Winnie, giving her a spine breaking bear hug. But the wolf girl was making it difficult as she thrashed around in Elsa's hold. The young Frankenstein's Monster resisted three elbow hits and a kick by the time Howard got in close.
"I got her!" Howard called out, aiming his crossbow.
Winnie kicked Howard's crossbow upwards, causing him to miss his shot. Using that movement, she broke free from Elsa's hold. Winnie jumped at Howard, trying to take a bite out of his throat. But the portly high schooler held up his trusty crossbow, keeping her sharp teeth from sinking into his throat. Howard strained his arms, holding back Winnie. He wished that he hadn't suggested so many naps during P.E. His eyes gazed into her yellow ones and noticed something odd. He noticed that there was a slight green glow to them. The young redhead had been around magic and crazy stuff enough to know when magic was being used. He was tempted to ask Elsa or Heidi to slap some sense back into her, but he was afraid that it would backfire on him. His eyes trailed down to her neck. Howard spotted the collar around her throat.
"Bingo!" Howard called out. "Sis! She's being controlled! Get her off me please!"
Elsa helped Heidi out of the pool.
"You alright?" Elsa asked.
Heidi growled in response.
"I'll take that as a yes." Elsa said while Howard by some miracle managed to hold Winnie back.
"Any day now!" Howard said, just in time for Elsa and Heidi to pull Winnie off of him.
Winnie thrashed against their hold, but Elsa and Heidi managed to hold her back with their combined strength.
Howard picked up his crossbow and fired a bolt at the collar. The bolt flew through the air before impacting on the collar, breaking it.
Winnie's eyes widened as the collar fell off. Her eyes rolled to the back of her head as her whole body went stiff as a board. She let out a roar into the air. She loosened up in the hold of Elsa and Heidi.
"Holy mother! That worked!" Howard called out, feeling like he was going to pass out.
Heidi smelled the unconscious Winnie, giving Elsa the alright thumbs up.
"She's alive." Elsa said before smacking Howard over the head. "What's wrong with you?"
"What was that for?" Howard asked.
"You shot at her, Howard. How would you feel if that happened to you?" Elsa asked while Heidi growled at her brother.
Howard tried to come up with a reply but couldn't think of a proper one.
"Bloody Hell. What happened?"
Howard, Heidi and Elsa all looked at Winnie as she rubbed her head and face.
"Where am I? This doesn't look like Whitechapple." Winnie said, getting up from the ground.
Howard, Heidi and Elsa looked at each other in slight disbelief. Regardless of what they had just gone through, Winnie's words made them all realize that there was more to this that met the eye.
"Oh… Crap…" All three said at the same time.
Far from the party of the McFist estate, the movie theater was surrounded by officers of the law and animal control experts as more and more people ran out in fear. Some people were bleeding as they ran as the officers were preparing themselves to go in.
"I want all units to be ready to go in! I don't care what's in there, we're making sure that it goes out in a bodybag!" The officer in charge called out.
On the rooftop behind the armed officials, Randy, Gothetta and Phanty watched the situation with dread. They were aware that what was inside the movie theater was not something the officers could deal with.
"So what do we do?" Gothetta asked. "If they go in they'll either be met with Dracula or some other monster that Revolta brought with her."
"Yeah, we need to keep them out if we can." Randy said.
"How do we do that? They don't seem to be willing to listen to us, legendary ninja or not." Phanty pointed out. "And I don't think some other call will make them go away either. Any suggestions, hubby?"
Randy thought about it. He could try to use the Ninja's fame to tell the officers to stay back where it was safe. But with the amount of people running around, there was a good chance that the officers would tell him to get lost. The best thing to do was to sneak in and take care of whatever creature Revolta sent out to cause terror. But for that they would need a distraction of some kind.
"If we can't create a distraction to deal with them, we'll have to go in and find Revolta's lackey and take care of what it might be." Randy said.
"Then it's a good thing that they are still dealing with people coming out-" Phanty began when there was a loud harrowing noise cutting through the night.
"AAAAAAAAAAOOOOOOOOWWWW!"
The howl sliced through the night, causing the heroes and the officers to stiffen up.
"Guess we now know who is inside." Ghotetta said, feeling her legs shake a little bit.
"Ok, no time to explain, Phanty, Gothetta keep the cops distracted! I'll go in and find the Wolf Man and stop him before he bites anyone to create an army!" Randy said, jumping from the rooftop towards the movie theater's rooftop.
"I hate it when he pulls those stunts." Gothetta grmbled.
"Yeah, but you just gotta fall for his heroic disposition to do the right thing." Phanty replied.
"Yeah, you're right." Gothetta said.
"Plus he does have a handsome charm whenever he does that." Phanty added.
"Yeah, you're right." Gotheta agreed. "Let's go scare those humans to keep them out of Randy's way and away from the possibility of being mauled to death."
"Aye aye vampire girl boss!" Phanty said as Gothetta turned into a bat and they both flew down to distract the officers of the law.
As the officers were about to go into the movie theater, Gothetta and Phanty flew down at them, scaring the daylights out of them. As the vampire and the phantom flew circles around the scared officials, they were making sure to give the man their loved all the time that he needed.
Randy dropped from one of the ventilationshafts, holding his sword with his right hand. He looked around for any signs of the wolf man. Memories of the night when he fought the monster flooded his mind. A tug of guilt echoed in his chest. But he remembered that he needed to make a choice and that these ressurected monsters were not in the business of taking prisoners. Randy placed his hand on his chest as he walked, looking for the Wolf Man.
The Ninja of Norrisville walked down the halls of the movie theater, hearing the carpet being moist. A part of him hoped that it was all just spilled soda and popcorn butter. He kept his hold on his sword firm as he looked at each entrance. All the rooms were open and the trails were of no use. He recalled his training with Rosalyn, keeping his senses ready and making use of as much silence as he could. He kept his left hand near his hip, like a gunslinger about to draw his second weapon to take down his foe.
A growl made Randy's head snap as the Wolf Man tore through one of the movie posters. Randy dodged the sharp claws of the vicious beast, using his sword to slice at the Wolf Man's side. He skid to a helt as the Wolf Man charged at him. The Ninja rushed against the Wolf Man as well, ducking under him at the last second. Just as Randy was about to strike at the beast's back, it kicked him in the stomach.
Randy was sent flying backwards. He crashed against the wall, leaving a large crack behind his back.
"I see you're much more of an animal than last time." Randy groaned, picking himself up.
The Wolf Man growled and charged at Randy once more. The beast showed off his sharpened fangs and claws as he lunged at his prey.
"Good thing I kept a souvenier." Randy chided, smiling under his mask.
Before the Wolf Man could sink his fangs on Randy's flesh, he was met with a burning punch to the face, leaving the marks of knuckles on his face. The Wolf Man growled and roared in pain as half of his face let out smoke. He turned to see what trick Randy had pulled.
"Good to know that you still have the same weaknesses." Randy commented, showing off the silver gauntlet on his arm. "Recognize this? Yeah, I bet you still feel the sting it gave you last time. So, wanna try to take another bite out of me, Fido?"
The Wolf Man growled.
Randy held up his left hand up, with the silver gauntlet and his sword in the other. He was not going to let this creature attack anyone else. He charged at the Wolf Man once more as the black furry beast got back on its feet. The Wolf Man beared his sharp claws at Randy and started swiping at him, with the expressed desire to shred him to ribbons. Randy jumped over the sharp claws, keeping his gauntlet up as a makeshift shield. He landed back on his feet, blocking the swipes before attacking the Wolf Man. He slashed at the Wolf Man, only for it to dodge them with only a few hairs off.
They pushed each other back and forth with Randy attacking and dodging the best he could. He ducked under the attack of the Wolf Man's claws, thrusting his sword forward only for the Wolf Man to side step avoiding it. The beast back handed Randy back once more, but the Ninja of Norrissville rolled back to his feet. He jumped back as the Wolf Man plunged his claws at Randy. He kept rolling back as the Wolf man kept trying to plunge his claws on the ground. The Ninja spun freestyle kicking the Wolf Man's snout. The Wolf Man growled like a wild beast before it lunged at Randy once more.
Randy spun on his heels, using his sword to slice off one of the Wolf Man's arms.
"How do you like that, wolfie?" Randy asked as the Wolf Man let out a pain fueled howl.
The Wolf Man grit his teeth as he worked through the pain. He lunged at Randy once more, tackling him to the ground. Randy held up his gauntlet, keeping the jaws of the Wolf Man from bitting sown on his flesh while he was pinned down by the heavy beast.
"Down! Bad boy!" Randy grunted as his right arm was held down by the Wolf Man's spare arm.
The Wolf Man bit down on the gauntlet.
Randy felt the sharp teeth of the Wolf Man bending the gauntlet. If he didn't do something he'd be bitten and probably lose the arm as well.
"Randy!" Gothetta called out, getting the attention of both him and the Wolf Man.
Randy and the Wolf Man turned to look at Gothetta and Phanty.
"Oh, hey guys! Just a sec!" Randy called out, pulling out his hand from the gauntlet. "Ninja Air Fist!" He added, punching the Wolf Man off of him and into the ceiling.
Randy rolled out of the way as the Wolf Man fell back to the floor dropping the silver gauntlet next to him.
"So, how's it going?" Randy asked, trying to act cool despite his panting.
"Oh, we're doing fine. Made a few cops get back their fear of ghosts and some may have developed a phobia of bats." Phanty recounted.
"But they'll be coming in at any minute. We need to get out of here before we are given mugshots!" Gothetta pointed out.
The Wolf Man slowly got back up, glaring at Randy from where he stood.
"Let me put an end to this first." Randy said, spooting the silver gauntlet laying between him and the Wolf Man.
Randy and the Wold Man looked at each other before looking at the gauntlet. They shared one last look before they rushed to meet each other.
Randy ran fast towards the gauntlet, throwing himself at it as the Wolf Man jumped at him. He grabbed hold of the gauntlet with his sword, using it on top of the blade. As the large black beast came down at him, Randy thrusted the gauntlet with his sword, impaling the Wolf Man.
The Wolf Man let out a cry of pain as the silver burned through his stomach. The beast began to wither down, turning into a skeleton in a matter of minutes.
Randy was helped to his feet by Gothetta as the monster became nothing more than dust.
"That's the end of it." Phanty said.
"Are you alright?" Gothetta asked, holding Randy.
"Slightly bruised, and I may never see a movie theater any time soon." Randy grunted, rubbing his cheek. "But this isn't over. Revolta is still out there, shouldn't she be with her creatures to gloat at her victory?"
"That's a good question. Have the alarms of the camera's gone off?" Gothetta asked.
"Um guys, not that I don't like covering our basis and all, but we're about to get company." Phanty pointed out as the officers made their way towards them.
"Crap. Time to go." Randy said, pulling out a smoke bomb. "Smoke Bomb!"
Randy, Gothetta and Phanty were all enveloped by the orange smoke, hiding their retreat from the scene of the battle. They reached the rooftop of the movie theater without much trouble, avoiding the patrols and the officers with itchy trigger fingers after being made look llike fools by a ghost and a bat. But little did they know that the Wolf Man was the least of their worries.
Revolta stood outside Norrisville High with Dracula by her side. She aimed her finger at the building, firing a green bolt of lightning at it. The lightning coursed through the entire building, causing the lights to flash uncontrollably, blinding anyone that had been looking at them directly.
Revolta gestured Dracula to break down the doors. Dracula did it happily, with a part of him wishing that as he tore the doors off their hinges he'd be able to do the same to the witch. Revolta walked past the monstrous vampire and soon stood over the Tengu stone.
"Now we shall get a world of Monsters!" Revolta called out as green lightning coursed through her arms and hands.
Her red eyes lit up with green smoke coming out of them. Like ghosts crawling out from their graves she drew in a deep breath. She then unleashed all the energy she had stored on her hands, tearing apart the stones that separated her from her prize. Symbols of the Norushi clan erupted, trying to push her back, but her power had grown strong enough to push through. She pulled up the slabs of earth along with the Tengu Stone, breaking the seal.
Revolta fell to one knee, panting with her brow sweating bullets like a rain cloud.
The room was then engulfed in a green glow.
Revolta looked up to see the Sorcerer's Orbs floating before her. A crooked smile stretched on her face as her desired goal appeared before her.
