Dragon was on his way home with food from the village nearby, Foosha, when he saw the house and yelled out, "Wyvern foods here!" Normal, of course, the kid had, unfortunately, gotten their old man's appetite. But what wasn't normal was when Wyvern didn't come running out of the house or the garden out back as fast as his little legs could carry him.

Dragon walked into the house, put the food onto the table and walked around the house looking for his little brother. He wasn't in his room or the living area with most of his toys in. That was when panic set in. Not only because of the fact that they were Gary the Fists' sons and small defenseless children and were targeted for kidnappings.

Dragon ran out of the house and started to look around the house with his observation haki looking for his brother. He then picked up a small little signature that was similar to his brother's. And he ran for it. About a forth of a mile down the beach and sleeeping on a rock was his little brother.

Dragon was lucky that's for sure. His brother had a habit of hiding his haki and presence very well, so well in fact it took Dragon using all of his haki, straining himself, to a closer rage just to feel something. But he couldn't do it as well just yet in his sleep.

He walked up to his brother and kneeled down to his level. Wyvern, of course, woke up grogggly from his sleep and looked up to his brother and giggled, "Oh, hey Liz ! What's up."

Dragon sighed, "I thought I told you not to call me by that name vernie." Despite his remarks he was smiling. The nick name came from one of the books he got from their dad from the New world about animals. One of them talked about groups of animals and how they were related, one of them being dragons and lizards. And thus Liz was his knew nickname that he only allowed his brother to use.

All his brother did was giggle at him and flash his overly bright smile. "Come on i brought dinner from Foosha." Wyvern jumped up laughing and took his brothers hand and started to run for the house. Note that the only reason he brought his brother with him with him was because Wyvern couldn't cook except for meat over a fire.

Wyvern wasn't allowed to play in the forest yet until he was 10 and he was only 7. So in turn he played behind their house where there was a small garden. A few trees here and there and sand castles everywhere. Rock piles and stacks around the area from where he had decided to see how may rocks he could stack before they fell, answer 13, he says he'll get better. Sometimes he also plays in the small puddle like pool he made for practice on fishmen karate.

Today he was planting some more vegetables in the garden food area. He was working on digging a hole for the potatoes when he saw movement behind one of the bushes. He stood up from his sittting position and walked over. Moving the leaves and twigs away he saw a baby brown rabbit hiding against the trunk of the bush.

Wyvern moved to pick the rabbit up and felt how light it was. The rabbit was shivering and had a scared look on his face. Wyvern looked at the little thing, smiled and quietly said, "it's okay little guy I won't hurt yah." At the same time spreading a comforting little bit of haki to further prove his point and bring comfort to the little rabbit.

After saying this he walked back into the house through the back door and placed the rabbit on the towel on the table for warmth. He walked upstairs and started to warm up water for a small bath. After the water warmed up he brought the bucket down stairs and picked up the rabbit and slowly washed the fur.

Slowly as washed the fur it turned from a brown to a muted white and her ears were a yellowish grey color while her tail was a bright pearl white with black paws. Drying her off and giving her food til she was ful was when Wyvern sensed his brother coming through the fencing out in the way front of the fields in front of their house.

He opened the door to let his brother in and was met with a questioning look on his brothe's face. Wyvern giggled, "vernie what did you do this time," Dragon asked.

Wyvern looked awe struck, "what makes you think I did something?" He asked innocently.

"Because you only come to greet me if I have food or you've done something and you want to cover it up." He replies deadpanned.

Wyvern pouts, "no I don't."

"Sure, fine, but still answer the question, what happened?"

Wyvern takes his brother's hand and takes him inside the house, closes the door and walks him over to the bundle of clean towels. He then lets go of Drgaon's hand and goes to get the rabbit. "Wyvern, why is there a bucket of dirt water in the kitchen?"

"Shhh." He picked up the bundle and brought it to Dragon, "I found a rabbit outside in the garden, and it was scared and cold so I brought him inside and cleaned him up."

Dragon looks into the bundle and sees the little white rabbit in the middle looking up at him with big eyes. "And," Wyvern looks away, "I was thinking of keeping him, I have have a name!"

He sighs, "Wyvern-"

"Please!" Wyvern looks up Dragon "please, I'll be the one who keeps an eye on her and feeds her, you won't have too do anything, I promise!" And that was it, despite still being a kid Wyvern vowed to never break his promises because he knew that sometimes not keeping them could hurt the other person, like with Ace. Dragon knew this from all the times he was a kid, he never broke one not even once.

He sighed, showing he'd given up, "Alright so what's her name vernie?"

Wyvern smiles and pulls the now still and sleeping rabbit to his chest, "Merry."
