So... how has 2021 treated everyone so far? I've been kinda using this time to soak in the new year and take some time to relax and polish up my writing a bit, additionally I wish to add more to chapters but I feel like I'm typing more than what's actually in the story (And not just from these before convos), I hope your all excited about Kingprotea being added to FGO NA and next year the release of Caster Artoria.
Any animes you guys are looking forward to? I'd personally have to say How to NOT Summon a Demon Lord Season 2 and Dragon Maid S, also really hoping for Arifureta Season 2 soon.Here's the next Chapter to The Immortal and the Undead, might make a story about VShojo now that Hime Hajime has debuted.
Chapter 5: Calli confronts KiaraThe Pink haired Reaper dashed through the streets of Japan, after her talk with Death Sensei, which she will need to talk with him about him with her mom later, but more importantly, she needs to find her lovely Phoenix.
She already checked her house, and she was nowhere to be seen, but she knew one place to look.
On the Outskirts of TownCalli hopped off the train in the open grass, slowly walking through the knee-high tall grass, pushing through till she came upon a forest, why a forest was nearby the fields was beyond her. She pushes through till she came across a large cave opening, seeing that the entrance and ground were partially singed, she definitely came through here.
The deeper the Reaper walked through the cave, the more the walls appeared to be burnt and blackened, almost as dark as a moonless night.
She then was hit with a bright, burning light, laying across the floor before her was a Phoenix, in a somewhat defensive position as she slowly got up.
"Kusotori... it's me..."
Kiara's voice rang out in the Reapers head, almost like she was talking with her telepathically. Even so, she sounded kinda upset.
"What do you want Calli?"
"I-I just wanted to apologize... I never meant to ignore your feelings, I thought Reapers weren't allowed to have such luxuouries before."
"I know... I knew deep down that you could never have loved me, I've been nothing but a bother ever since we met."
Flashback, a (Insert long ass time) ago here.A very short pink haired girl stood over a group of men, their blood being soaked up by the ground beneath and by there own clothes, she had accomplished her mission.
She looked over her shoulder, seeing an even shorter red haired girl shivering and crying, shaking like a leaf in the autumn wind. Walking over, she placed a hand on her shoulder, the red-head wincing in fear.
"Don't worry... I'm not gonna hurt you, I took care of those poachers...are you ok?"
The small red haired girl looked up, tears flooding from her eyes as she randomly tightly hugged the stranger before her, at this point she wasn't used to her Phoenix abilities so she couldn't defend herself with her flames or simply fly away.
"T-T-Thank you... so much..."
The girl blushed a little, lightly rubbing her on the head as she comforted her, holding her like a close friend would after losing their loved one.
"It's gonna be ok... what's your name?"
She looked up at the stranger, sniffling and wiping away her streaming tears.
"I-I'm Kusotori Takanashi... but most of my friends call me Kiara..."
"It's nice to meet you Kusotori, I'm Calliope Mori, I'm am aspiring Reaper in training, but you can just call me Calli."
Her tears soon faded, a small smile and blush growing on her face, infatuated by the one who saved her.
"I-Its nice to meet you too Calli..."
Present Day, Still in the cave.Calli stood overtop the Phoenix, grabbing the belt that hung from the wall, walking over to her, Kiara physically shaking a bit.
The Reaper dropped down to her knees, tightly hugging the resting Phoenix, laying her head against her scorching feathers, which to her, she felt none of the burn.
"I'm sorry...I've finally figured out how I feel...I-I love you so much Kusotori, your the one person I could rely on in all my years, even just as I became a soon-to-be reaper..."
If Kiara was in her human for right now, her face would be redder than a tomato. She soon used her talons to grab onto the belt, soon being enveloped in an even brighter light then before, now laying completely naked across the ground, causing Calli to blush.
"K-Kiara..."
She didn't even give her a chance to speak, wrapping her arms tightly around her neck, pulling her into a deep and passionate kiss, the Reaper's hands soon following her lead, instinctively rubbing along the contours of her body, feeling her soft and supple skin.
After to what most humans would say felt like an eternity, they slowly parted their lips, a thin trail of saliva still connecting their lips. Both of their faces a bright scarlet.
"K-Kusotori... now isn't the place to do this..."
"I-I know, but I just couldn't help myself but show you how much I love you in return..."
They smiled at each other, placing another quick kiss on each other's lips before getting off the ground, Calli handing her a change of clothes.
"I figured you'd burn yours off if you removed your belt, so I thought to bring a set."
Kiara smiled at how well her loved one knew her, wiping a quick tear away from her eye as she got dressed.
The both of them soon walking out from the cave, looking at each other, a slight blush still glued to their faces.
"S-So... does this make us a couple or?..."
"If you want it to Calli, I don't mind if you don't..."
"I do... I just wanted to make sure~... Thinking about it, I think this is actually the place we met."
"Really? It doesn't look any familiar"
"Just cause things don't look the way they used to be, doesn't mean they aren't still there."
The two flashed one more smile at each other, tightly holding each other's hand as they began to make there way back to HoloEN HQ to break the news.
"Why did you not teleport here rather than take a train?"
"I actually forgot to be honest... you were just too important..."
I hope you all enjoyed this Chapter of IU, I do look forward to what could come next, I could make this the final Chapter, or could maybe add a few more to break the news to the world (of this story) about their relationship.
