Let's go!!!! I am so excited for writing this one! You know what no time for reviews, let's do this. Also my intention wasn't to make this long so sorry.
ENJOY!
Actually fuck it...
r3ggc4lderon: Oh Willem Dafoe is playing Norman Osborn that Barry will meet soon. I forgot to mention that in my last chapter heh. I just don't see no one else who can play a better role than him.
Chapter 9- Welcome to Oscorp
Previously on the Flash (Elizabeth Olsen's voice)
"We need someone on the inside. Like a mole. To tell us what's happening and what's going on from the inside." Steve responds then looks at the particular person that Natasha was looking at.
"And who better than someone who mastered in science such as Chemistry and Physics." Steve said.
"Fine. In that case, Barry Allen; The infiltrator," he says to himself and Natasha smirks, thinking already on ways to complete this mission.
Black screen!
Avengers compound (Barry's room)
Rainy night
Barry was laying in bed. After a hard work in the training room, throwing punches to the punching bag, a few push ups, struggling on the peg board and a few glances from Natasha and Wanda as he trains, he was feeling rather tired. He took a shower, brushed his teeth, changed into grey joggers with no shirt.
Barry closed his eyes and slowly drifts away into darkness, snoring so loud that Wanda next door might hear it and tell him to shut the fuck up. As he drifts off, he dreams about earth-1, his friends, his family...his Iris. But, his dreams started to rapidly escalate into a whole new perspective.
He starts to dream about fragments of the Avengers and him being in New York, fighting some disgusting aliens that have golds mask over their faces with piercings black eyes. Then, he starts to dream about him meeting some black guy with an eye patch, who threatens him with a gun but...with Steve by his side in a aircraft.
Slowly, it changes to a whole different setting. He was now in a warehouse in the middle of absolutely nowhere. There were no trees, roads, there wasn't even grass. It was just all dirt. Almost like a desert. He enters the warehouse and is surprised when he sees someone he never expected; Hunter Zoloman aka...Zoom. He stares at Barry with these beaten and darken eyes filled with rage and satisfaction. Then, Zoom speaks and says, "You'll remember soon, Flash."
Those words causes Barry's eyes to shoot wide open and breathes heavily as he stares at the ceiling then turns to the window that was in the room with the night light sky shining on half of his covers as drops of water smashes the window with such force that it sound like the glass is slowly cracking open.
Barry sighs with relief then closes his eyes again and tries to sleep. After a few tries trying to knock himself, he realizes he can't. He rubs his eyes with his hands before sitting on the bed and stares out into the rainy night. Finally, he gets out of bed and walks to his door and slowly opens the door, revealing the blinding light of the kitchen/lounge lights on.
Barry slowly walks into the room and is surprised when he sees his friend: Wanda Maximoff in the kitchen, bending down to reach the milk thats in the refrigerator. As Barry gets closer to the counter he says sounding tired, "Hey Wanda."
Startled, Wanda shoots up and waves her hands, shooting out red energy to a knife that was right on the cupboard and sends it flying behind her towards Barry. Alarmed, Barry stands still and moves at Mach 4, causing the knife to slowly move towards time at him. Barry makes a face as his yellow lightning surround his entire body before it fades away when he catches the knife and sets it back down on the marble counter.
"Holy shit!" Barry exclaims as he takes his eyes off the knife and glances back up at Wanda. "What are you doing? You could have killed me." Barry shakingly inquires and Wanda slightly tilts her head as she narrows her eyes.
"Barry how many times do I have to tell you not to do that to me!" She angrily fires back, her accent showing so much that Barry actually felt so bad for sneaking up on her like that.
"I know, I know. But I couldn't help it," he apologizes and Wanda exasperatingly sighs and looks at the floor before looking back at Barry who was fiddling with his hands sheepishly.
"What are you even doing up? You have the mission to get ready for in the morning, you should be sleeping." Wanda assures him and Barry nods his head.
Barry sighs, sound so tired that his eyes are strained. "You sound like my mom. I couldn't sleep. Figured a snack could help me get some rest. What about you? Why are you up?" He wondered with two furrowed brows.
Wanda continues on getting the milk and setting it on the counter as she says, "Couldn't sleep either." She opens and reaches into the white cabinets and pulled out a glass cup. She unloads the cap of the carton and pours the milk in the glass, the sound when she's pouring making Barry more awake.
After a few glances at her as she sips her milk, he takes a seat and watches Wanda before asking, "Pietro?"
Wanda nods as she drinks and Barry nods. "I'm sorry. If it makes you feel better, I also couldn't sleep-but not for the same reason."
Wanda raises an eyebrow as she sets her cup of milk down and looks deeply into Barry's hazel eyes. "What do you mean?" She asks and Barry smiles a little embarrassingly.
"Uh, I've been having...nightmares." He hesitantly says, not sure if he should have said that since it makes it sound so childish.
Luckily tho, all Wanda did was smile so supportingly that it warmed Barry's heart. Wanda was not like any other girl he met. She is just so nice and sweet-not to mention super hot! He is so glad to call Wanda a friend.
After seeing that Wanda is not even commenting on his childish antics at night, Wanda presses her finger together and looks down at them. "Your not the only one. Seeing Pietro in that room...it's really hard for me. I keep wondering if he is gonna wake up or if he is gonna die right there on the spot. And these thoughts just keep shaking in my brain. I can't remove them-even if I wanted to." Wanda says, showing a bit of cracks her tone.
Barry nods to Wanda and reaches for her hands that were a little cold due to the milk in the glass, causing the temperature on the glass to touch her hands. He sighs before he says, "I know I keep telling you this, and I can tell your already getting bored of it, but Pietro is gonna be okay. It's been two months-hell I was in a coma for nine months. Me-I had no one to help me when I was gone. It was like the only thing I can feel and hear is the crackling of the lightning and my heavy breathing. Pietro is strong. Right now he could be dreaming about you and how he is gonna give you the biggest hug when he wakes up. He loves you Wanda and he wouldn't want you to keep hanging on to him, blocking you from living your life." Barry wisely says and Wanda smiles at him.
She then grabs his warm hands and hold them tightly in her cold ones, already feeling the coldness fade as the warmness of Barry's collide with her cold ones.
Barry returns a smile her way and stares into her hazel eyes, admiring the moment they are having together. But all good things must come to an end. So, Wanda let's go of his hands and takes another sip of her milk, swallowing and enjoying the cold sensation of the taste as it goes down her throat.
She then sets it back down and asks with a clear throat, "So. What snack are you gonna make?"
"Uhh," Barry begins as he wonders some items in his head before finally coming down with something to eat to cure his wakiness. He walks behind the counter where he meets Wanda and reaches into the cabinet that was below the cabinets that has all the plates, cups, and bowls.
He crouches down and reaches in the cabinet and pulls out a loaf of bread that was still in the wrap. "I guess bread." He simply says.
Wanda turns around and makes a face as she looks at the speedster's bare back. "Wait is that the only thing your gonna eat?"
Barry stands back up. But when he does, he seemed offended that he sets the bread on the counter gently but a bit intensely and crosses his arms as he shakes his head. Wanda grins teasingly as she stares at Barry but manages to find her way looking down at Barry's abs that he got cause of the lightning bolt that struck him.
Wanda seemed to drool a bit but then returns her attention back up at him, lucky for her, Barry didn't notice.
"Um you take that back. Bread is cool." He defensively says and Wanda laughs.
"Whatever you say. But I'm gonna be a real human and make my self a sandwich." She says and Barry scrunched his nose before walking around the counter so that now he's standing in front of Wanda.
Barry sits back down and start to remove the green plastic tag that is sealing the bag from being opened. After opening it, Barry takes out a piece of bread and starts to take bites.
Few moments later, Wanda has already almost finish making her sandwich. But seeing Barry eating only bread kinda freaks her out- probably cause she never met someone to eat only bread.
As she is making her sandwich, Wanda glances over at Barry. "How's your bread?" She asks, sounding so weirded out.
"Surprisingly it's actually pretty good. I could eat this all day." He exaggeratingly says as he takes another bite.
"Well try not to eat too much or you'll get fat." Wanda says in warning.
"No, why would I get fat?" He asks wonderingly.
"Bread makes you fat." She simply says and Barry stops eating.
"Bread makes you fat?" He says surprisingly in his tone.
Wanda laughs before adding the final touches to her sandwich. "So. Why can't you sleep?" She asks and Barry stops eating and clears his throat so he could speak.
"Well...I'm not going to lie- I have been getting these weird dreams or nightmares that have been freaking me out. And it just keeps getting worse every night." Barry replies. Wanda lifts the sandwich to her mouth and takes a bite. She swallows then makes a face when realizing what he said.
"Wait? Every nights? Barr how long have you been getting these dreams?" Wanda worryingly asks and Barry looks to side, thinking.
After getting his answer, he sets the bread he was about to eat and sighs. "Ever since...I arrived here." He hesitates, knowing Wanda is about to rip him a new one.
Even though Wanda is nice to Barry, she will always get concern and worry too much about her friends. Barry telling her this; is news to her which is so frustratingly hard for her to keep her anger in check.
Wanda tilts her head and Barry automatically knew what was gonna happen so he makes a face before running away from her. Though it didn't take, since Wanda puts her sandwich down and uses her powers. She flicks her finger and in seconds, red energy forms around Barry's body and gets thrown onto a couch.
Wanda then walks angrily at him in a hurried pace towards the couch. She then gets on top of him with a glare that indicates that Barry was not getting out of this anytime soon.
Barry gulps as Wanda is hovering over him, her dandelion necklace that Barry bought her was just hanging there. Knowing Wanda is a second from killing Barry, he says, feeling rather nervous, "Heyyy that's a nice necklace, where'd you get it?"
Wanda makes her eyes flash red with a smirk, telling Barry that he should shut the hell up. Wanda places a hand on Barry's bare skin, tracing her abs with her finger. "Here's what your gonna do: You're gonna tell me what these dreams are about or...," she trails off and starts to move her finger up and places it over his temple. "I'll just see it myself." She says, sounding so...in a way-seductively.
Barry just looks at her, stunned by her attitude. Never has she ever showed this type of tone to anyone-not that he knows of. This is a bit of a shock to him but a bit of him is kinda intimidated by it. She looks like she is about to tie him up and have her way with him.
Barry finally manages to speak. "Okayinthedreams;IsupposedlyhavealreadymetyouguysbutsomethingismakingitsoIdontremember." He says so fast, that his speed actually took over making his words sound like they're going at 120 miles per hour. Wanda just froze with a weirded face, killing the moment.
"Okay could you say that a bit slower? Cause...I got none of that." Wanda dryly says and Barry looks around, still in position, feeling like he just ruined the moment that they were having.
"I just killed this moment didn't I?" Barry reluctantly asks and Wanda nods. She gets off of him and walks back to the counter, going back to eating her sandwich.
Barry sighs. He gets up from the couch and walks to the counter where Wanda was. "So...what just happened between us?" He asks, so hesitant.
"I don't know what you mean. Good Night." She teasingly says with a smirk before picking up her plate with the half eaten sandwich, her cup full with milk, and heads back to her room before closing the door.
What the hell just happened? Barry thinks to himself, Wanda was always so sweet and innocent but tonight he saw a side of her that he never saw...and it actually Intrigued him.
After that weird moment with Wanda, Barry puts the bread back in the cabinet, turns off all the lights and heads back into his room, closing his door and falling on his bed. In seconds, Barry eyes had drifted off into the night.
FLASH!
Barry was now fully awake and freshened up. It was the morning. After a great breakfast that surprisingly Natasha made, Barry was assigned a few things before going to Oscorp.
Barry is in the conference room, accompanied by Steve and Tony who was standing up with something in his hand.
"Alright there are some things we need to discuss before you head out, you ready?" Steve says and Barry nods his head with crossed arms.
Steve signals Tony and he hands him a file that is labeled: Demons Blood. Steve takes it from his hand and flips through a few pages before looking back up at Barry.
"Okay so your name is not Barry Allen. It is gonna be Sebastian Smythe." Steve listed.
"Sebastian Smythe? I sound like a dick who wears nothing but a black blazer and sing in musicals." Barry interrupts and Tony chuckles in amusement. Steve glares at Barry before he goes on.
"Uh you were raised in Minneapolis by your mother; Martha Smythe, father: Henry Smythe left you when you were 11, later your mother decided to move you to New York, where you went to Midtown high, went to ESU, graduated in engineering, chemistry, have a master degree in physics, and you live in Greenwich. Got all that?" Steve listed before asking Barry, making sure he got what he's saying at the end.
Barry nods and was about to say something but Tony speak up. "Oh and your birthday is February 2nd 1989." Tony finishes and Barry takes back on what he was gonna say.
"Wait why the birthday change? Is March 14, 1989 not valid?" Barry asks.
Steve looks at Tony. "Well government issues for one and who the hell's birthday is in March these days?" Tony arrogantly says. Barry and Steve both shake their heads in disbelief after Tony walks out of the room.
"Mine is." Barry whispers to Steve after Tony leaves. Steve chuckles then says, "Come on, let's get you your suit and head out." Steve says as he and Barry walk out together.
Barry speeds around his room, yellow lightning coursing through his room as he goes from one position to the next, getting ready for his meeting at Oscorp. Barry speeds into a black suit with a black blazer and some professional black shoes. Thank god, Tony had spare suits lying in his closet or he would have to wear the traditional red shirt with gray blazer, and jeans with the iconic black converse.
After putting on the suit, Barry checks himself out in the mirror, stretching out all the messed up parts of the suit, making sure there are no crumbles or folded up parts of the blazer. If he was gonna do this, he needs to be professional. That Includes a black tie that Natasha gave him.
Barry picks it off his bed and tries to put it on, but no luck. He just kept on failing after many tries. So Barry can handle Serial killers, Meta-human dick heads who always want to destroy the city, stop evil speedsters with amount of effort, and save the city from a tsunami, but can't put on a simple piece of clothing? Has he met his greatest enemy?
"Need some help?" Barry nearly jumped to the sound of Wanda's voice from behind.
"Oh sound that's how it feels like." Barry says, now understanding why Wanda doesn't like it when he does it. he turns around and sees Wanda who was lingering in the doorway. "What are you a ninja?"
"Sorry, the door was open. But now you know how it feels." Wanda pointed out and Barry flushed as he looks down at his tie. "Here let me."
Wanda walks in and goes towards Barry and starts to put the tie on correctly. "Looks like you met your match."
"Yep. I found my greatest enemy. A tie" Barry jokes and Wanda smiles, amused. "When did you learn how to do this?"
"I used to always help my brother and dad out when it came to ties. Surprisingly your not the only one who's been the Tie's enemy." Wanda says as she keeps on putting it on.
"Thanks." Barry reddened and felt his heart race once more, though he couldn't pinpoint why.
As she finished his tie, he wondered if Wanda could hear how quickly his heart was thumping.
"There you go. All done." As she finished, Wanda whispered gently, and Barry noted that her face was flushed as she lowered her hands to her sides.
"Thanks." Barry said softly.
"Do I seem to be interrupting something?"
The two jumped apart like children who had caught doing something that would get them in trouble. Steve stood in the doorway, a grin on his lips, amused.
"Um no, Wanda was just helping me with something," Barry assures him but Steve just looks at the two with a smirk and furrow brows.
"Right. Well, the car is here. Hope your ready cause your no longer gonna be staying in the compound doing nothing. Every 8:00 you have to be up and head over to Oscorp." Steve says calmly but firmly.
Barry nods his head, shares a quick glance at Wanda who shared the same one before he straightened his suit and walks out of his room to the main room where everyone is.
Oscorp
After an awkwardly drive to Oscorp with Tony's assistant-Happy Hogan, passing through the streets, looking out into the horizon of New York as the sun fully comes out and shoots a ray of sunshine at the window, reflecting off his face.
Normally, Barry would just run to Oscorp with his super-speed but the velocity and winds thrusts could cause suspensions. If watching cop movies with Cisco taught him anything, it's that there are no such things as coincidence. The flash showing up the same time Sebastian Smythe shows up is enough to know that they are the same person.
Better safe than sorry, Barry thinks to himself while he sighs as he leans back in his seat behind the driver. After a few moments, The limo that Happy was driving has pulled to a stop in front of the green hexagonal building. Looking up, Barry can see the P at the end of Oscorp.
This was the place. And it was BIG! The whole floor plan of the building was way bigger than any company he's been to, and not to mention the huge overhead above the glass doors at the entrance was way to much.
Barry reaches for the car door, opening it and stepping out and placing his foot on the floor plan of Oscorp. Barry just takes a second, gathering his courage to walk in. Around him everyone are in white lab coats with their name tags attached on the shirt. Even their lab coats looked expensive. How was Barry gonna fit in?
He takes a deep breath, smelling the scent of lavender in the air in the process. The air somehow seemed different then what he normally smell. Usually it would be this bright summer breeze but now it's just this elevated scent of a spring break roaming in the atmosphere.
After finally setting himself straight, he begins to approach the building, not caring that a few scientists were looking at him as he enters the building.
Once he enters, he is just absolutely befuddled. All the tech that was laying around, the brail white walls through out the building seems to remind him of the walls of the time vault in S.T.A.R. Labs, the whole inside was way bigger then he expected with all these hexagonal pattens attached to the ceiling, and a left and right side of the building.
"This house is...bitchin" Barry mutters under his breath as he looks around the place in awe and satisfaction. In the wake of him sight seeing, Barry turns around where he is confronted by a woman in black with dark hair at a clerk desk, working on the computer with a pair of headphones while chewing on some gum. A flight of metal stairs leading up to another level behind her.
Barry straightens his suit before approaching the woman. He clears his throat and says sounding so nervous, his tone a bit shaky. "Um...Hi, good morning my name is Ba-Sebastian Smythe and I'm here for a job." Barry introduced himself, almost blowing his cover by saying his name.
The girl keeps on chewing her gum, not paying attention as she types ferociously on her keyboard. "It's my first day." Barry adds sheepishly and the raven haired girl shoots a quick glance at him before putting her eyes back on the screen.
Barry just waits for a few seconds, blowing a raspberry as he tapped his fingers on the clerks desk, irritating her.
She takes her eyes off of the computer and looks at Barry again. "Could you stop that? It's getting annoying." She complaints and Barry makes a face before removing his hands off her desk.
"Sorry." He apologizes and the raven hair girls lets out a sigh before she says, "floor 108 it's the door that reaches the balcony. Elevator is up those stairs."
Barry smiles at her and nods his head. "Thank you-" he trails off not knowing her name until looking at her name tag. "...Felicia Hardy" he says gleefully.
"Your welcome, Sebastian." She says before going back to work on her computer.
Barry then walks off and heads up the flight of stairs that were behind Ms. Hardy. He sees the elevator and presses the up arrow that's attached to the wall, waiting for the elevator. As soon as it comes down it makes a ding* noise before the doors slide open. Barry walks in and luckily since no one needed to go up, Barry presses the button to go to the 108th floor and the doors close up before he feels the elevator going up.
As the elevator goes up, a blinding light shines through the elevator and the ray hits a part of the elevator. Curious, Barry turns around and is surprised to see that the shaft of the elevator was glass windows that were overlooking almost all of Midtown. Barry can also kinda see the Empire State Building, the Chrysler building, and Grand Central Station as the elevator goes up.
The elevator reaches its shaft and the doors slide open, making a ding* sound as it does. Barry walks out and follows Ms. Hardy's instructions that lead him to the office that has the balcony that Barry saw when he was in the elevator.
He comes to a stop and examines the doors of the office. It was two big wooden doors with two silver hands on each door with a name tag plaster above where it reads: Norman Osborn. Barry takes a second and takes another deep breath before slowly raising his hand and knocking on the door.
"Who is it?" A voice says from the office, sounding so demanding. The tone was enough to send shivers down Barry's back. Which actually took him back since he's been scolded at many times by Cisco, Oliver and even Joe, but this guy...he seemed way more devious than anyone he's met.
"Uh I'm an intern from ESU and looking for a job." Barry says.
Silence took over the office before the same voice says, a bit calm this time, "Oh please come in and take a seat. I'll be right with you."
"But the door-" before Barry could finish on what we was gonna say, the door's metals handles twist on it self. Barry seemed stunned at that for a second before grabbing the handle and pushing it open, revealing a very big office-not like any he's seen before. It wasn't as big like the cortex, but still it was bigger than his room at the compound.
The office had two stories! Two doors on each side and a huge modern wood curvy table in the middle with four glass windows behind the desk with the balcony-Barry saw- outside of the windows.
"What I would do to have an office like this." Barry says to himself as his eyes wander around the office. Then, he calmly takes a seat and waits.
In a few seconds, the doors to his right open up and a man with black hair and a black suit walks out with his phone in his ear.
"Harry, please just listen to your mother and don't touch the stove! I'll be home in a couple of hours." The man says to his phone before hanging up and putting his phone in his suit pocket. When he sees Barry, he grumbles. "Sorry about that. Kids." He says and Barry nods, knowing that he was talking to his son due to the way the business man was speaking on the phone.
"And you are?" Barry asks.
The buisness man holds out his hand as he says in greeting, "Norman Osborn."
"Sebastian Smythe. Pleasure to meet you." Barry says jovially as he shakes his hand. The man had a firm grip that intrigued Barry a bit.
"The pleasure is all mine." Mr. Osborn says calmly before letting go and walking to his desk, taking a seat. Barry as well takes a seat.
Norman Osborn sits in a professional position and says so nicely, "What can I do for you, Mr. Smythe?"
"Well Mr. Osborn, I was hoping if there are any positions in engineer science?" Barry asks and Norman nods to himself.
"Do you know anything about engineering or science?" Norman asks simply.
"I have a master degree in physics and I mastered in Chemistry and Engineering." Barry says and Norman narrows his eyes.
"CODIS is an acronym for what?" Normans asks, testing him.
"Combined DNA Index system." Barry simply says.
"Magnetic flex is measured by what?" Norman asks.
"Hall effect pick up." Barry says.
"What's the dual of a parallel R-C circuit?" Norman questions him.
"Series R-L circuit." Barry says.
"At what temperature are Celsius and Fahrenheit equal?" Norman asks.
"-40 sir." Barry states, a grin starting to form on his face.
Norman was also starting to smile. "What is a material that will not carry an electrical charge called?" He asks and Barry crosses his arms.
"An insulator. I could go all day." Barry cockily says which causes Norman to crackle a laugh.
"You got a brain, kid. Where are you from?" Norman asks, wondering where this kid came from physically and mentally.
"I'm from Minneapolis, sir. I grew up in Minnesota. But after some family problems, my mom decided she wanted to start new so we moved to New York. That's where I went to Midtown for my sophomore year before going to ESU for college." Barry told Norman who seemed impressed and yet sorry for the kid-only if he knew he was lying tho.
"I went to ESU too. Graduated in engineering and chemistry but also biological science. Do you know anything about Biological?" he says and Barry nods.
"Strongest material on the planet?" He asks.
"Diamond." Barry simply replies and Norman chuckles lightly.
"You definitely are intelligent Mr. Smythe. Tell me about yourself. What do you like to do fun? Do you have a girlfriend?" Norman asks and Barry looks to the side, thinking. There wasn't really much of anything that he could think off. The avengers always in and never go out, Barry is focusing on training and figuring out ways to get home, and on top of that, he still needs to figure out what those dreams were and how to get them to stop.
But that question about having a girlfriend is something Barry is still trying to figure out. With Iris being on Earth-1, Barry has been trying to ignore his past and work on his future. That future is probably with a certain Sokovian girl, but Barry still needs more time to figure things out. Tho, Wanda did kinda make move in him last night. Then again, Barry can't have any distractions right now. Ugh it's so complicated for Barry Allen.
"Well...I don't really know. Things between me and her are a bit...complicated." Barry says, thinking about Wanda.
"Love does do that to you. Ask my wife, she'll tell you. Meeting her was so unexpected. We would sometimes have problems, argument and one day I thought we were over, but...then my son came along." Norman says, then looking at a picture frame of a little boy at the end of it.
"Your lucky." Barry says, looking down as he thinks about his mother and father and how they would rarely get into fights. Nora and Henry would always get along with not disapproval. Thats what made Barry's parents so interesting; The fact that they would always get along and never fight. "My...mom had suffered and my dad was sent to prison for a crime he didn't commit." Barry says, hi face falling and ignoring about his fake backstory and not realizing what he said.
"I'm sorry to hear about that, Mr. Smythe. Our dead are never dead to us, until we forgotten them. It's those who live on can cherish our memories." Norman wisely says and Barry cracks a grin.
"George Elliot?" He says and Norman leans in his chair, amused by Barry's brain.
"You really are a genius," Norman pauses and stares at Barry. "This is a big company and I don't allow laziness for any reason. You have to work really hard. Intelligence is not a privilege, it's a gift. You use it to save the good of mankind," Norman pauses again then says, "Do you want to try it in here?" He asks with a grin. Barry looks stunned for a second.
"Yes sir! Absolutely!" Barry says gratefully and Norman smiles.
"Well then..." Norman gets up and walks towards Barry. Barry gets up and is greeted with a handshake from Norman Osborn. "Sebastian Smythe, Welcome to Oscorp."
HOLY SHIT! I FOR REAL JUST MADE A GREAT CHAPTER( In my opinion ) This on had so many emotions and intelligence.
I made Barry say all these things for two reasons. One, Barry is a scientist who has an IQ of 160. Second, the writers in the flash never uses his smarts in the show, they just make him rely on his friends. But unlike Peter Parker who actually uses his brain, Barry is just a cry baby dumb ass in season 3, so I changed it where he actually uses his brain.
I know that the quote about intelligence is from Spider-Man 2 but it just fit in so well in what Norman was saying about smarts. By the way I hope you like when I have Norman pesters Barry with so many questions about science. I was rewatching the Flash and saw some great science questions and since Barry's a smart man, he would get them all right. In my opinion (Barry and Peter are exactly the same)
Oh and the Easter egg about Black Cat, heh yeah I don't know who can play her, so leave me reviews about that one. Hope you caught that one.
Now we talk about the beginning of the chapter. So, no Wanda and Barry are still just really good friends but I made Wanda a bit different because I needed to show how much Wanda really cares about Barry (if that makes sense) Also cause...I needed something extreme!
Well that's about it for this one. I want to keep going but first I need to see how this whole under cover mission goes so bear with me.
Anyway that's all. SpeedyJesus354 out.
