Okay, i have not that much to say, so lets just get straight to it. This is gonna be a long chapter, so have fun.

Jp721: im glad you like what im doing so far, and if I wanted to i would put Cap in Scotland, but the thing is im making Wanda and Vision be there, i put some thought and decided to go with Brazil since it has a lot of rooftops for a special part i add in this chapter i hope you like it.

Chapter 3 Execute the plan

Brazil

2016

"Take this." Nat said as she handed Steve and earpiece. He puts it on and says "We need to get to high ground." "I agree, come on." Nat says as she grabs Steve's hand.

Steve and Nat head out of the dinner and start to look around for a rooftop that has high distance. They then see a clock tower, Nat and Steve look at each other and sighed knowing they'll have to climb up.

Barry and Iris's apartment

2017

Iris gets to her apartment, entered in, threw her keys in the bowl and walked towards the couch where she has been sleeping in for six months.

As she sat down she looked to her right where she stared at the picture frame planted on the ground on the table. She kept thinking of Barry and how he left her.

Seconds after that the apartment started to shake as something flew outside her window. She quickly got her phone and dialed up Her team.

"Wally? Cisco? We're up"

Downtown

A breach opens up in the middle of the streets. Wally and Cisco in their suits come out of the breach and as they do something flies past them, they looked up to try and see what it is, Joe pulls up behind them in his police cruiser.

"Guys? what are we looking at?" Iris says as she walks in the cortex "Holy Ronin." Cisco says as the team look up. The mysterious thing flies past them and lands on the ground in front of them with two sliver swords.

"It's a Samurai." Joe responds with his gun aiming at the mysterious Samurai. "Anybody speak Japanese?" Cisco asked

Wally then said in Japanese What do you want?

-"Tell me he did not just speak Japanese." Cisco said in a confused tone -"I can do things." Wally responded. Wally then said in Japanese we don't want to hurt you.

The mysterious Samurai then spoke in a dark brooding tone "The Flash." -"Yeah, your looking at him, pal." Wally responded. "You're not the Flash. You're not the best. Bring me The Flash..." the Samurai demanded. "Im sensing an; or else" Cisco says.

"Or else your city falls." Responded the Samurai as he just threatened them. Iris watches as the team is talking with the Samurai. "The Flash ain't coming." Joe says still aiming at the Samurai. "Furthermore, Mifune, were gonna need you to sheath that sword before somebody gets hurt, somebody like you, for instance,'cause your up against some bad hombres, and what do you think your gonna do against us with a sword?" Cisco says. Wally shook his head while chuckling

The Samurai had enough, he drew his sword to the ground creating a massive electrical blast sending Wally, Cisco, and Joe into the air and throwing them beside a car. "You guys okay?" Joe grunted still feeling a little bit of pain. -"What the hell kinda sword is that?" Cisco groaned in pain

"You have one day. If the Flash does not face me, Central City dies." The Samurai demanded to them, as soon as he said that he took off into the air, leaving Iris daunted to what she just heard and saw on the monitors.

Brazil

"We're not actually gonna climb that, are we?" Steve asked looking at the tower then back at Nat "No, of course not, we need to find higher ground, and not make ourselves noticeable." Says Nat

Steve then thought to himself to where they can go, he remembered that his apartment has a fire-escape and that they can use it to get to the roof, it also is a big building. He then said out loud "My apartment, theres a fire escape there, we can use it to get to the roof." Nat hesitated at first then said "Those guys aren't gonna leave here soon, so lead the way."

Steve then walked ahead as Nat followed behind him. They started walking down the streets of Brazil where silence took over them. Steve decided to break that silence.

"So what have you been up to? Other then the Red Room." Steve asked Nat as she plays with her jacket. "Oh, Running away, Eating Fast-food, finding a way to break my family out of prison, the usual." Steve laughed at her and Nat smiled at him

"What about you?" Nat asked Steve as they walked down the streets filled with mini markets, small buildings, retro cars, and graffiti on walls. "Uhh...I've been trying to get along without Bucky by my side, but it's been hard, I've been showing people no mercy recently, its starting to scare me a little." "What do you mean?" Nat asked with a concerned face as she stopped Steve in front of her.

He looked into her eyes and said "Im not the same guy you knew after Germany. I've been rampaging this town. Ive been playing to much with my powers. Ive now grown carelessness. I don't care about how other people feel about me, or about anyone else." Nat stared at Steve with sympathy and hugged him. He tightened the hug and started to tear up.

They broke apart and Steve said still in a shaky tone "Ever since Bucky...I've been alone. Ive had no one for two months, I haven't been able to take care of myself." Steve then kept on walking.

Nat followed behind him still thinking of what he just to her. She trying to make sense of it but is still so confused what does he mean "I've been rampaging this town" They arrive at Steve's apartment where its a mess. She looked to her right where she sees plates unwashed, bottles on the ground, clothes on the ground, pots and pans on the table, and Steve's suit on the bed ripped and damaged. "I see your taking care of yourself." Nat says sarcastically "Yeah, well i haven't got time to really wash nor clean." Steve says. Nat just nodded

"Listen. Nat-" before Steve could finish, something flew into Steve's window. Nat walked up to it to see a orange and sliver shield with a T on it. She knew exactly who it was. "RUN!" Nat shouted but it was too late a person dressed in a white cloak with a skull mask came through the window and punched Steve to the ground. "Antonia?" She asked, but Taskmaster just punched her making her fall to the ground. "You alright?" She groaned as she got up "Yeah." Steve responded but groaning at the pain.

Nat got back up and threw a punch at Taskmaster but he just moved to left where then he kicked her calf making her fall on one knee, and punched her again making her fall back down on the ground. Steve then rushed at Taskmaster and kicked him making Taskmaster stumble back a little. Steve then threw punches at him but Taskmaster just dodges them and side-kicked Steve's chest making him stumble back too. Taskmaster was distracted at Steve he didn't notice Nat jumped on top of him with her legs crossed around his neck throwing punches with her elbows. Taskmaster then ran back hitting a wall making Nat fall off of him. Steve then ran at him tackling him making them fall on the fire escape.

"Who are you?" He asked out of breath. Taskmaster didn't respond she just threw a punch at him, but Steve dodges it and climbs up the fire escape making Taskmaster follow. Nat gets back up and is about to follow them, but she left the apartment and touched her ear piece and said "Deploy BW bite" She then head to an alley beside Steve's apartment and moments later a black bike with red wheels and red paint on the side labeled "Black Widow" with guns on the side drove in beside her. She then got on and drove off into the streets.

Meanwhile, Steve climbs up the fire escape and gets on the roof, he starts to run away from Taskmaster. Taskmaster is on his tail. She throws his shield while running but Steve just dodges it and kept on running. There was a ledge and Steve was about to reach it but he sees another roof and jumps.

Nat is on her bike driving through the streets of Brazil passing through markets and alleys. "Steve, can you hear me?" She says on her ear piece "Yeah. Loud and Clear!" Cap shouts as he runs away from Taskmaster "Where are you?" She asked "Running from your friend, I cant loose him!"

Taskmaster tries again and throws her shield at him, but Steve dodges it again and throws a punch. Taskmaster never saw it coming and falls to the ground. "What. You never saw what coming." Steve says, then continued on running. Taskmaster got back up moments later and chased after him a little pissed.

As Nat was driving she looked above her and saw Steve jump from a roof to another roof and Taskmaster as well "Steve? Taskmaster is on your six" she reassured him "i know!" He shouted, Nat kept on driving until she saw a ramp ahead "This is gonna be a bumpy ride" she says to herself she then drove up a the ramp that was there which led her to land on a roof.

Steve is still running away from Taskmaster, Nat is on a bigger rooftop above Steve. She then pushed a button which activated the guns on her bike, she starts to drive and shoot at Taskmaster but he tic-tacs from wall to wall avoiding the bullets. "Oh my god! This guy is enhanced!" Steve shouts as he runs into a abandoned house loosing Taskmaster. "No. She's not. She's just mind controlled" Nat says as she try's to keep shooting him while she drives from roof to roof above them. "You know who this is?" Cap says searching the house for anything he can use as a weapon "Yeah, during Budapest when i thought i killed Draykov's daughter, she survived the explosion. 2 months ago Draykov then turned her into a skilled assassin to come and hunt me down! She can copy your moves, i recommend you don't do too much Rogers." She says still trying to shoot him as she drives. "And your sure this is the same person?" Steve said running out of breath "Not sure." Nat says.

Steve then sees a window which led to another roof, He ran straight through it landing on another roof but so did Taskmaster. "Ugh this guy wont quit." Steve says to himself as he got back up and ran away for the second time. Nat sees Steve run from Taskmaster on the roof above them "Alright i don't want to do this, but im gonna have to." Nat says to herself. She then drove off from the high ground she had.

Steve stops running as he sees a big ledge that is about 20ft which will lead to the streets with cars driving by. Suddenly he feels an arm around him and before he can react he gets toss across the roof like a tin can. He gets back up and sees a metal water pipe next to him. He picks it up and says "Let's finish this." He starts to swing the water pipe at Taskmaster, Taskmaster gets hit and got thrown to a wall due to The Super Soldier Serum Steve has in his system. Taskmaster then gets back up and pulls out his sword. It's Silver with orange at the bottom with a black hilt. He then starts to swing his sword at Steve, Steve blocks it with the water pipe and kicks him making Taskmaster stumble back, he then rolled under him swinging the pipe at his leg making him fall. Steve then runs as fast as he could and jumps the ledge "HOLY SHIT!" He screamed as he jumped, he landed and rolled to absorb the fall. Steve turns around to see Taskmaster about to make the jump, but then before Taskmaster can land he gets hit by a bike out of nowhere making a small explosion. Nat lands on the roof where Steve was. She looked at Steve than walked towards him.

"Did you just-" Nat interrupted Steve "Yes, im a poser, I've been told, come on." she then grabbed his hand and they ran away. "That's not gonna keep her away for long." Nat says running out of breath. "Her?" Steve asked confused and out of breath. "Yeah, why?" Nat asked "I-" before Steve could say anything Taskmaster appeared behind them and threw his shield at them.

They dodged it and ran away hand in hand from roof to roof. They finally come to a stop where they see a body of water 20ft below them. Steve looked behind them and sees Taskmaster catching up, Steve then turns around and says "Lets go." Nat nodded her head they then jump into the body of water.

S.T.A.R Labs

"The Flash hasn't been seen in almost six months, leaving us to speculate what can save us from this newest threat." The team watches as they hear this on the news. Wally then spoke up still rubbing an icepack on his shoulder "There are other superheroes in this town." -"Yeah, and your boy, Kurosawa, over there blew us away like ragdolls preforming his reverse Excalibur. We haven't faced anything like this before." Cisco says as he's bandaging himself. "Why do you think he only wanted the Flash?" Joe asked still starting at the news report.

"He said he wants to fight the best." Cisco says as he leaves the medbay "He's threatening to destroy the city. Do we think he can do it?" Iris says as shes sitting down thinking on how they can stop the Samurai "I say yes." Joe responds to Iris. "Then he has to fight the Flash." Cisco says -"Who isn't here?" Joe fired back. Cisco then turned quiet then looked back at the team "What if he was? Iris, you said it yourself. Just us trying to keep the city safe, we're barely getting it done. And this guy, he's no joke. If we don't offer up the Flash, theres gonna be serious damage. People are gonna die, and that's gonna be on us." Cisco says as he points to the Samurai on the monitor. Cisco gets silent again until he continues "We need to bring Barry back." Iris looked at him annoyed when he said that, she was about to speak up but Joe cut her off "Cisco, we can't If Barry comes out, the Speed Force Prison goes-" Wally interrupted -It becomes unstable. it could destroy the city, the whole world." Iris then fired back at Cisco "Which is exactly what we're trying to prevent."

"What if I can solve that?" Cisco says with confidence in his tone "In the next 24 hours?" Wally said confused. "Yes! Guys, I've been working on this." Cisco said confidently

"For how long?" Iris said raising her voice

-"Since the night he left." Cisco says before walking to his station.

"Cisco?" Iris asked, Cisco then ignored her and says "I've had help I've consulted with Harry--and Tina and Tracy and Felicity and Curtis, and im pretty sure I figured out a way to stabilize the Speed Force Prison and free Barry without unleashing another lightning storm on the city." Cisco was quiet then continued "I just need a couple more things." Iris felt betrayed that her friend went behind her back trying to save Barry, but deep down she knew he wasn't coming back.

Joe walked up to Iris and says "Maybe we should."

-"No. You've been working on this for how long and you never told us" Iris says to Cisco

"I didn't want to say anything until I was certain." Cisco fired back.

"Are you certain that the Speed Force wont take Wally in his place?" Iris tone started to rise up "Are you certain that you can even close it before it rips Central City in two?" Iris's tone then starts to shake "Are you certain that Barry is even still alive?

-"He's gotta be." Cisco says, he then got quiet before he continued "Iris you of all people, how can you not be in on this?" Cisco asked confused why Iris wont let him do this.

Iris took a moment before she says "Because Barry is gone. That is the only thing any of us can be certain about. Now lets do what we can do to come up with a plan to take out this Samurai. Okay?" She then looked at Cisco "Okay?"

"Okay... but im gonna need some coffee." Cisco says before he left the lab to go meet an old friend.

Brazil

Nat and Steve emerged from the water and swam their way back to shore.

"That. Sucked." Nat says as she walks toward a rock to sit on.

"I agree. Next time, lets try and find another way out." Steve says -"Oh yeah, cause there's gonna be a next time." Nat sarcastically said, Steve just chuckled and Nat smiled.

This was...in a way...fun." Steve says as he shakes water out of his hair

"Miss the sense of danger, Rogers?" Nat says

"I miss everything." Steve says in a sad and calm tone. Nat walks over to him and sits by him, she lays her head on his shoulder and Steve lays his head on her head and they both stare into the sunset.

"I noticed you copied Thor's beard." Nat says still on his shoulder. Steve laughed and Nat laughed too.

"Noticed you turned into Blonde widow" Steve says playfully "say that again and ima pull that beard off your face." Nat says playfully and seriousness in her tone. Steve chuckled, Nat then looked up at Steve and stared into his green eyes. Steve was concerned about her and asked

"Is every-" Nat cuts him off with a kiss again. It was a long kiss until she pulled away "Im sorry. I shouldn't ha-" before she could finish, Steve kissed her back, she then deepened the kiss, thats when it got passionate. Nat then moved her self and sat on Steve's lap not breaking that kiss. They pulled away with Nat still on his lap. "That just happened." Steve says holding on to her waist "I've been wanting to do that for a while." Nat says with her arms still around his neck. He smiled and she returned it back before kissing him once more.

The RAFT

*Alright inmates enjoy your lunch* the intercom went dead after that.

"Tic-Tac you alright?" Sam asked. The remaining avengers were all siting together eating their lunch, Scott was zoning out and picking at his food thinking of how he got himself thrown in jail. Again. "Hm? Oh yeah, no im fine." Scott says as he keeps picking at his tray "Are you sure?" Asked Wanda

"Yeah guys, im fine, Its just..." Scott hesitated then continued "we allowed ourselves to get caught, tell me this was the best way." Scott says staring at the other avengers "It was either this, or being controlled by General Ross" Wanda says in her Sokovian accent.

"She has a point Lang, none of us could have predicted that Tony was gonna have a team filled with enhanced people to try and stop us." Sam says as he's picking at his food. "I kinda suspected it, i mean were talking about The Tony Stark, Billionaire playboy, philanthropist, and a goddamn war proprietor, im pretty sure he can find people with super powers to take down Cap." Scott says. Moments later, silence took over the table they were at, Wanda broke the silence "Im not putting that in my body." Says Wanda as she pushed her tray away from her. She looked around her, her eyes stop as she sees Barton with his head down.

"You've been awfully quiet." Wanda was joping for Barton to speak but his head was still down. "Barton?" Wanda says to Clint as his his starts to rise up. The rest of the avengers were looking at Clint with curiosity and concern faces. Clint then reassured them

"Im fine guys..." Clint stopped talking "you sure buddy?" Scott says "Clint. If your worried about your family, don't be. Vision is taking care of them." Sam says as he puts his hand on his shoulder. Clint then starts to tear up a bit. Wanda puts a hand on his back and puts her head on his shoulder. Clint holds her hand tightly "They'll be fine, Vision is keeping them safe." She's silent until she speaks again "I hope he is." Sam still has his hands on his shoulder with Wanda laying on his other shoulder. Silence filled the table again

"Is this what being an Avenger do?" Scott says playfully. Everyone laughed silently as his joke.

"Clint, I never been able to take care of my family when i was in jail. It broke me. I was so worried that my family was gonna leave me. They did. But it was only cause i wasn't there for them, but your family has someone there for them. They are waiting for you, now i don't know you guys and i don't know if i can trust you guys. Yet. But what im sure of is... you trust them. And if they say your family is in good hands...then they're in good hands." Scott says with sympathy.

Clint then nodded knowing Scott is right. "Thanks...Ant-Man." Clint says playfully "Your welcome...Hawkeye."

Scott chuckled as he said that. He took a bite of the food.

"Yeah...Never eat that." He says as he starts to gag. The rest of the team started to laugh.

Brazil

"Well..." Nat says as she zips up her shirt and jacket as they walk out into a clearing in the woods "That...Happened" Steve says putting his shirt back on "Yeah, who would've known." Nat says holding Steves hand as they walk through the clearing in the woods "and here i thought you liked Bruce."

"Bruce is...nice, but he's kinda got a little temper." As Nat said that She kissed Steve, they departed and head more out of the woods. Where silence took over.

Steve broke that silence "Hey, Nat" Nat turned around with a concern look on her face.

"About the Prison Break...Where do we start" Steve says, Nat smiled and playfully said "Follow me."

S.T.A.R. Labs

Iris was the only one in the cortex staring at Barry's suit on the mannequin she stared longingly, until breaking down in tears "Im trying so hard, Barry" she says breaking down into tears "Im trying so hard to move on, but i can't seem to" she looked down then continued "I try to keep going, to keep running, but I don't think i can hold on any longer." She then turns to head out before saying "Goodbye, Barry" she then walked out of the cortex, and turned off the lights.

As she was walking, she past the time vault, she was hesitant at first but decided to check on the future. She walked in where its just an empty room with braile walls, The reverse flash suit on the mannequin and a device in the middle of the room.

Iris walked over to it and says "Gideon, show me the future" as she said that, she swiped her hand slowly on the device. Gideon then appears and says "Of course Iris west" A news paper article from the future then shows up. "The Flash missing vanishes in Crisis." Iris takes a step back tears forming around her eyes as she saw it. Iris would come here to see if the future changed everyday for the last six months. But it would never change, until today.

Iris put her hands over her mouth as she saw it tears running down her cheeks as she smiled. But her smile slowly faded away as she read the byline. "Wanda Maximoff-Allen?" She said to herself in a confused tone. She then continued reading the article "After becoming an Avenger, The Flash and the Scarlet Witch had an epic street battle with the Reverse-Flash, and Agatha Harkness, causing our city to blow up in chaos, our city's very own Scarlet Speedster disappeared in an explosion of light." "What the hell?" Iris said to herself.

Brazil

Nat lead Steve out of the woods as they see a jet Steve knew exactly what it was.

"Wha- i thought the Quinjet's were destroyed during Sokovia" Steve says with a confused look on his face.

"No, who told you that?" Nat says as she started to walk towards the jet.

"Fury." Steve says later following Nat

They both get on the jet, Nat sits in the driver seat as Steve sits in the passenger seat "So, how are we gonna break them out?" Cap asked, She then says "you still got that case file?"

Steve pulled the file from his jacket pocket

"How were you able to fit that in your pocket?" Nat says with a confused look on her face

"Don't worry about that" he then unfolded the file and opened it where it showed a map layout of the RAFT, he then continued "Okay, show me. Whats the plan?" Steve asked pointing to the map.

Nat put the jet on auto pilot and grabbed the file "Okay, so as you can see there are laser grids all over the place. Ross installed them to make sure no one breaks out. You'd have to quick and a ninja in order to get passed them, there are vents all over the place with some laser grid. Except for one." She then pointed to a vent on the outside of the building

"Okay, but this vent is so small it will only be able to fit one person, how are we both gonna get in there."

"Who says anything anything about both of us?"

Steve looked at her confused, then realized what she was thinking he then says "Im gonna regret this aren't I?"

"Yep." Nat says, smirking.

RAFT

Atlantic ocean

Nat dressed like a officer with sunglasses leads Steve in the building. He's dressed like all the inmates he has the blue prison jumpsuit on with a fake silver collar with blinking red lights around his neck, they walked past the guards beside them and make their way to the front desk.

"Caught him." Nat says as she chews her gum.

The guard then says "Captain America?"

"Always nice to meet a fan." Steve says sarcastically

"Not much of a fan these days." The guard said Nat then stated "Im here to take him into Lock-up, he's already been searched."

the guard pulls a clipboard and a pen "Sign here." He says as he points to a blank line.

Nat then signs the paper using her alias name

The guard looked at Nat and Steve for a long time then says "...Okay." He then pushed a button which allow the gates to slightly open.

The gates open fully and Nat pushes Steve through. Steve looks around the building and sees a big corridor where there are lunch tables, stairs on both sides leading to more cells, cells above them and a big watchtower. Nat then says "Remember, keep your head straight."

"I know." Steve says as they walked up the stairs to the left where it lead to a empty cell. "I know you do." Nat says playfully as she smiled

Steve gets in the cell where its a glass box with a bed and a toilet. "See you and the rest in an hour." Nat says before pressing buttons to lock the cell, and leaving a gun in his pocket. As the cell door closed Nat asked "You remember how to shoot right?"

"Im from the 40's and served in the army. I Think ill be fine." Steve says

"Mh-hmm" Nat says right before she walked down the stairs, pass the front desk and out the gates and headed out of the facility to the Quinjet parked above the facility. When no one was looking Nat used a grapple and made her way back into the jet waiting for the right time to strike.

Steve however was sitting in his cell thinking of how he's gonna be able to find the rest of the avengers and how he got himself in this situation. He was drowned in his thoughts until he hears a familiar voice in the cell beside him

"Steve?" The voice said

"Sam?" Steve says as he's laying against the wall

"What are you doing here?" Sam says as he's laying beside a wall that Steve's laying on

"I know it doesn't look like it, but we are here to rescue you guys." Steve said with confidence in his tone

"We?" Sam said with curiosity

"Nat and I, we're breaking you guys out. Where's Scott, Wanda and Clint?" Steve says

"Well Scott and Clint are in Cell block D, your in Cell block B and Wanda is locked up in a confinement chamber up in Cell block F." Sam says as he fiddles with his fingers.

"Why is Wanda in a chamber?" Steve asked with a concern and confused tone.

"Because of her powers. Ross thinks she's too dangerous and locked her up in a chamber where no one is allowed there but him, that thing is more locked up then a bank vault." Sam says

"Well, im breaking you guys out. Thats a promise." Steve says with confidence.

Alright so i know I said Barry was coming, but i have a better idea, you'll see. Anyway this was a long chapter, and it was fun to make, hope you liked that joke i made about Nat being a poser its a call back to her movie. Also the whole Nat and Steve, i decided to let them be together. Don't worry Barry will come next chapter no doubt about it, and the break out will be happening next chapter too. Hope you liked this one, and ill see you in the next one.

Oh also the rooftop battle was barely similar to a rooftop battle in Fast Five, definitely recommend watching the Fast and Furious saga.
