"Talking"

UNSC Spirit of Fire - March 28, 2559 A.D/August 10, 2009 A.T.B

Space. Space is a cold and silent place. If you were to say be out there with no protection on, just to bare skin and all. You were most assuredly to die within a second by freezing to death(or by UV radiation). Although one such protection that could save you from dying would be a spaceship of course and by the look of things there just so happens to have one out here. To be far from it, it would look like a speck but to be close to it, it is large. A ship so large that had a length of nearly 2.5 kilometers (8202.1ft) and by the looks of things, it is clearly a warship. Well technically it is a Phoenix-class Colony ship but heavily modified to be a support vessel. The ship's name was the UNSC Spirit of Fire. But out of nowhere, a mysterious wormhole opened up near the bow of the ship and started to suck the ship inside. Once the entire ship was engulfed, the wormhole closed and let off minor amounts of radiation. Amount so little that it could be misidentified as background solar radiation. Then in another galaxy far far away in another time, another mysterious wormhole opened up and then spat out the Spirit of Fire. In a place so familiar that it looks like home to so many other humans but has a dark secret within. And so let our story begin.

Lights, cameras, sensors, and guns coming online on the Spirit of Fire could be seen.

"Captain, wake up. Something has happened"

The blast protective window plates of the bridge of the SOF started to open. Bridge Computers are seen to be booting up.

"The Spirit of Fire is in a situation….

A cryo pod door was opening up with the name SGT. J FORGE

"I'm certain Professor Anders would enjoy that little admission, so let's keep it between us shall we"

Engineering crews could be seen milling about, inspecting the cryo pods

"We have been adrift for just over 20 years."

Scientists, army, marine, pilots, crewmates, just all that you can see coming from a warship are waking up and going back to their normal routines.

"I've made quite a few repairs while you were sleeping, so the ship's systems are at 100%"

"Cryo worked well and medstats on all remaining crew are green."

"As for me, well..."

"...regulations are clear about final depensation at the end of an AI's seven year lifespan."

"I took care of my own arrangements rather than wake you."

Down below it can be seen that little train carts deliver supplies to the other areas of the ship. Well it is a big ship after all.

"I didn't want to.. "

In a hallway where guards and crew were seen milling about with just one man going forwards instead

"...well, I hope you can forgive this final breach of protocol."

"It was a pleasure and honor to serve with you, sir. Do you look after everyone for me, would you?"

"Goodbye, Captain"

"Serina, out" the final message given by the former shipboard AI Serina was said with a tone where like she would be holding back tears.

The presumed captain placed his hat back on his head. This presumed captain is Captain James Cutter of the UNSC Spirit of Fire.

In the observatory of the ship or otherwise known as Professor Anders lab, Cutter arrives to see what Anders has detected in the system.

"Anders, what happened" said Cutter

"Inconclusive. All I'm getting is background solar radiation and nothing else" said Anders

"At least tell me where we are"

"That I can answer. According to the size and atmosphere of the surrounding planets I can say we are in a place similar to the Sol system but according to the star charts we have does not match up with current surroundings."

"But how"

"How is the question but we've been to a planet where it was actually a dyson sphere and I am sure that the creators of said sphere would be able to build hypothetical artificial solar systems"

But then, the intercom sound coming from the bridge

"Captain you may want hear this" Says the Com officer from the bridge

"Mayday, mayday, mayday. This is UNSC PRO-231 Black Shadow, requesting immediate evacuation. Prioritization code: Victor 05-3-NCK-9670-7"

"Ensign where is that coming from?" asked Cutter

"The Earth-like planet, sir" the ensign responded

"Get SPARTAN Red team ready for action and want boots on the ground immediately" Ordered Cutter

"Aye aye Captain"

So first official chapter done and you may or may not recognize it. The evac message was basically using the Forward unto Dawn evac massage. Too lazy to create my own. Also the scene was basically the same opening for Halo Wars 2. I presume that is all I need to say, then Goodbye and have a wonderful morning/evening/night.
