Here we go the entrance exam, also I uploaded Chapter 8 on DA earlier so we half way though the chapters ^^

The Entrance Exam: Intro
Ruby arrives at the UA Highschool. Qrow had dropped her off just outside of the entrance before leaving. She takes a deep breath at the sight.
"Hey Ruby!" Oscar calls out running
"Hey Oscar. You ready for this" Ruby said with a smile
"I am, of nice bracelet" Oscar said noticing it
"Yeah, mom gave it me as a good luck present" Ruby said admiring it
"Well it looks good" Oscar said with a smile and looks around "Hey, where is Izuku? I thought he would arrive with you?"
"Oh, he must be doing some last minute training" Ruby said with a smile, it was tough keeping the secret from Oscar
"I guess, but I am still worried for him about passing the exam" Oscar said worried.
Just then a limo parks up near them and out comes a boy similar to there age with white hair.
"That must be Whitley?" Ruby said seeing the similarities to Weiss.
"Yeah but why is he here?" Oscar asked
Whitley sees them "Ah, Ruby and Oscar I assume? Nice to meet you both." He smiles and nods to them
"Yeah, we're here for the Hero entrance exam, why are you here?" Ruby asked him curious.
"Well I too am here for the entrance exam, but it is for the Business course" Whitley explained.
"Oh well good luck to you, I am sure you will pass" Oscar said with a smile
"Thanks, good luck to you both as well" Whitley said and heads into the school.
"Maybe we should head in too" Oscar said thinking on it
"Hey guy! Wait up!" A voice said and they turn to see Izuku running up to them and stops. He pants "Sorry, I lost track of the time"
"It's okay you are just in time actually." Oscar said with a smile and begins to head in
Ruby seeing Oscar is head asked Izuku "So have you gotten All Might's power?"
"Yeah but I haven't had a chance to test it also..." Izuku said and covers his mouth groaning a bit "Please don't ask how the transfer of the power works"
"Err...okay" Ruby said disturbed and confused
"Stupid Deku…." A familiar voice said and the three turn and Ruby's face turns to a glare as it was revealed to be Bakugo.
"Kacchan?" Izuku said seeing him
"You three get out of my way now before I set you all on fire" Bakugo threatened
Izuku panics and tries to be cheery for his former friend while Ruby was about to explode on him and Oscar trys to calm her down but Bakugo just walks past them to the school
"Huh that was...not like him?" Ruby said usually Bakugo would have done more then a normal threat. However the group notice some of the other potential students recognise Bakugo from the Sludge Villain attack
"Yeah, ever since that day, Kacchan has been taking it easier on me" Izuku said and sighs in relief. "I guess it was just a nervous reflex out of habit"
"Well that might be a good sign" Oscar said thinking on it
"I don't know, I think that attack is still brooding in his head, he didn't even thank us for helping him" Ruby said and heads to the building
Oscar follows and then Izuku follows however the two then stop hearing Izuku panic screaming and turn to see he was floating a bit with a brown haired girl standing by him. She then helps him onto his feet
"What happened?" Oscar asked as they apporched
"Oh sorry, I saw your friend here trip and stopped his fall with my Quirk" The girl said with a smile "I am sorry I didn't ask first"
"Oh thanks, and it's no trouble at all" Ruby said with a smile.
"Isn't all this way nerve whacking though?" She asked the three, Izuku freaks out blushing a bit, outside of Ruby he hasn't talked to another girl.
"Yeah, it is. I am just hoping to make my mom proud" Ruby said with a nod
"Well, see you three inside, bye" The girl waves and heads inside
"She was nice" Oscar said with a smile
"We should get in before we miss the start of the exam. Coming Izuku? Izuku?" Ruby said and sees Izuku with a dazed looking on his face "What's with him?"
"I am not sure" Oscar said and the two help Izuku in as he starts laughing and others looked at them.
Once inside they all begin to remove there coats. Ruby looks around and sees Crystal and smiles "Hey Crystal!"
"Oh hey Ruby, nice to see you here" Crystal said smiling
"This a friend of yours Ruby?" Izuku asked having recovered
"This is Crystal Arc, younger sister of Jaune" Ruby said smiling
"Oh, nice to meet you" Oscar said shaking Crystal's hand
"I guess but I hope we all do well" Crystal said smiling as she went to the auditorium
"Yeah, hopefully" Izuku said nodding but was nervous as he didn't feel his power yet.
The three enter and found some seats they were assigned, right near Bakugo. Ruby sat and tried not to glare at Bakugo, she could see Crystal a few rows ahead talking with a pink skinned girl.
Soon the lights dimmed and spotlight hit the stage as music played "What's up UA candidates? Thanks for tuning into me! Your school DJ, Come on and let me hear ya!" A man on the stage with blond said said and pretty much no one yelled out it was dead silence. Uneffected by this said "Keeping it mellow huh? That's fine I'll skip right into the main show. Let's talk about how this pratical exam is going to go down. Okay, ARE YOU READY?! Yeah!" again now one responded to this.
"Oh boy it's him" Ruby said quietly and smiles
"Yes it's the Voice Hero Present Mic. I listen to his radio show every day of the week. It's so nuts all the teachers at UA are Pro-Heroes"
"Will you shut up" Bakugo said simply annoyed
"Who's that with with Mic?" Oscar said seeing a blan with a mustache and in a white coat.
"Oh that must be Arthur Watts, the head of the Support Course here in UA" Ruby said noting him
Present Mic smiled and gets to the details "Like you application said, today you rocking boys and girls will be out there conducting 10 minute mock battles in hip suburban settings!"
"That is correct Present Mic, in your own way of saying it" Watts said nodding as the screen changed to show 7 locations indicating the testing locations "Once the presentation is over you will head to the assigned location you were randomly drawn to be tested on."
The group look at the papers on the assigned testing and Bakugo seeing his and Izuku's said "I see, there splitting us hope so we can't work with any of our friends"
"Yeah, our examine numbers are one after the other but we've been assigned to different battle centres" Izuku said noting Bakugo was at site A while he was at site B.
"Half true, they must only from the same school" Ruby said showing she two was assgined to site B but Oscar got site F.
"Well, hopefully you both will do well" Oscar said nodding
"Damn, I was really looking forward to crushing all three of you" Bakugo said annoyed
"Now then Mic, explain the rules of the simulation" Watts said firmly
"Can do Watts!" Present Mic said smiling and said "Let's check out your targets" The board shows a city and silioutes of three robotic like beings appear with 1P, 2P, 3P on it "There are three types of foe villians in every battle centre, you'll earn points based on there level of difficulty so choose wisely"
We then see a video game like repersentation with Mic going through it as he continues "Your goal in this trial is to use your Quirk to raise your score by shredding these villains like a midsong guitar solo. But check it! Make sure you're keeping things heroic, attacking other examines is a UA no-no ya dig?"
"Exactly in fact any breaking of rules during the exam will result in the aggressor's score being reset to 0 and another violation will result in immediate failure" Watts said stating it firmly.
A boy further down from the group raised his hand and stands up "Excuse me sirs, but I have a question"
"Hit us!" Presnet Mic said as a spot light shines on the boy
The boy holds up a document and said "On the print out, you listed four types of villains not three. With all respect, if this is an error on official UA materials it is shameful. We are exemplary students, we expect the best from Japans most notable school. Mistakes like this just won't do!"
"Are you implying I made a mistake?" Watts said getting angry
"Woah, calm down Watts you know we were getting to that part" Mic said trying to calm his fellow teacher.
The boy then turned to the group and points to Izuku "Additionally, you with the unkempt hair. You've been muttering this entire time, stop that. If you can't be bothered to take this seriously leave. You're distracting the rest of us."
Izuku looks down embarrassed and covers his mouth "Sorry..." this caused many around the auditorium to laugh.
Ruby bit her tongue. She wanted to defend Izuku, but she knew better.
"Alright, alright examinee number 71111. Thanks for calling in with your request" Present Mic said smiling, the mentioned fourth villain appears on screen with 0P with it. "The fourth villain type is worth zero points. That guy is just an obstacle we'll be throwing in your way."
We return to the demonstration video "There's one in every battle centre, think of it as a hurdle you should try to avoid. It's not that it can't be beaten but there's kind of no point. I recommend my listeners try and focus on the ones topping the charts!"
The boy bows and said "Thank you very much, please continue and Professor Watts, I apologise my gross exaggeration I meant no disrespect."
"Just be glad I am willing to overlook this and not punish you for it" Watts said simply
"So it seems to be like one huge videogames with henchman and a trap you have to avoid" Crystal said thinking on it.
"I just hope we can get enough points while avoiding that thing" The pink skinned girl said
"I will not explain the four villain types" Watts said "One pointers aka Victory are fast and nimble, they can only attack close combat, two pointers aka Imperials can fire none harmful lasers, three pointers aka Venator can fire multiple stun rockets and finally zero pointers the Executor are...well I will save what they have for you to find out" He smirks "I know this cause I built these machines"
"I am nervous on what the last villain type can do" Oscar said nervous
"We'll be fine" Ruby said with a nod
"That's all I got for you today, I'll sign off with a little present. A sample of our school motto." Present Mic said "As General Napoleon Bonaparte once layed down, a true hero is one who overcomes lifes misfortunes. Mm-hmm now that's a tasty soundbite. You ready to go beyond? Let's here a PLUS ULTRA!" Again more silence.
"I swear why do you volunteer to do this every year" Watts said face palming
"Good luck! Hope you practised hitting more then just books" Present Mic just said
Izuku looks nervous but Ruby places her hand on his should "Don't worry, it'll be fine. Let's go and get ready"
"Right. Got it" Izuku said standing up and the three leaving to the changing rooms to get into there gym clothes for the practical exam. Oscar's was a different part of the school reservered for those of Battle Field F.
Ruby looked at her card, she knew she was in this with Izuku, but she couldn't neglet herself for this. "Izuku….I know we're in this together but..."
"I know what you going to say and I don't mind if you look out for yourself" Izuku said smiling "I'll be fine. You focus on getting enough points to pass"
"I...I will but as soon as I think I have enough to qualify for the school I will find you and make sure you get some points" Ruby said knowing the importance for Izuku getting into UA.
"Thanks Ruby" Izuku said a little calmer but not much and they head to there changing rooms.
