Preparing for the First Day

Ruby was excited and happy. She had got into UA Hero Course, the same course her mother attended and the one her sister will be having her second year in.

However what made her happy was hearing both Oscar and Izuku passed as well. She was glad for them especially for Izuku who trained for hard for this to be the next All-Might.

Ruby and Yang were are Junior's Ice Cream shop meeting with Weiss and Blake, the day after the results were recieved

"Well I will say congrats Ruby" Blake said sipping some tea

"Thanks, I was a little nervous when my score barely allowed me to pass until I saw the rescue points" Ruby said rubbing her head

"Yeah, UA is known to being sneaky with hidden parts of there tests" Yang said with a nod "But they keep changing it to keep us from spilling the beans no entrance exam is the same"

"If you like to know Whitley also passed his exam so he'll be attending UA in the Buisness course" Weiss said smiling

"That is good to hear, I hope he will become a good business man for the Schnee company" Ruby said happily

"I am sure he will, after all he always had a sense for buisness" Weiss said smiling. "I just hope he and Winter could get along." she sighs

"They still aren't talking?" Yang asked surprised

"No, he was pretty hurt when Winter went on to work with Atlas under Ironwood" Weiss said nodding

"I can sort of understand Atlas has been one of the most ambious companies with coming up with ideas to make the true new generation of heroes or give people without quirks ones" Blake said thinking

"I just hope Penny will be nice, she seems friendly" Ruby said worried a little

"I am sure you'll be fine sis" Yang said "In any case you can't relax now. You need to get to work on your Hero costume and get the plans sent off."

"Oh yeah, me, Izuku and Oscar will be meeting up on the weekend to go over all that" Ruby said smiling.

"Well good luck with that" Weiss said nodding

On the weekend with only three weeks left until there first semester and Ruby was a bit annoyed

"I can't believe Bakugo accused you of cheating the exam and is sore he isn't the only one of your school going" Ruby said venting

"I will admit, I am surprised from what I heard going around and from what Ruby told me" Oscar said nodding "Through I am happy you did stand up to Bakugo"

"Yeah, but I feel like it won't be over with him" Izuku said swat dropping

"It never is, right then costumes." Ruby said wanting to change subjects "You guys thought about what you want"

The two nod and Izuku said "Yeah but you go first Ruby"

"Alright mine is a bit simple, I am going with someone like my mom's only replace the white with red" Ruby said rubbing her head

"Not bad, shows you following your mother's footsteps" Izuku said smiling

"I was going a little more technical with a full body suit that can handle low energy and elemental attacks as well as armour to keep me safe" Oscar said with a thought

"Oooo, fancy for the farm boy" Ruby teased and giggled "and you Izuku?"

"Hmmmmmm, I'm not sure there are a few in my head but first we should get the registration form for the clothing allowance." Izuku said thinking

"Wait….but Izuku was it known you had a quirk all along?" Oscar asked

The front door opened and Izuku's mom Inko is heard saying "I'm back but I need some help bringing up some of the shopping"

"I'll help Mrs. Midorya" Oscar said and leaves to help

Once he was gone Izuku gets worried he said "Oscar's right, I'm registered as having no Quirk"

"That is going to be a problem. Let's see if All Might can tell us what we can do" Ruby suggested

"Good idea" Izuku said with a nods and calls up All Might's number

After explaining the situation to him and on speaker All-Might is heard saying "Quirk Registration? Yeah you can update that, it's not a problem"

"IT'S THAT EASY?!" Both young heroes said in shock

All Might chuckles and said "You know how everyone is examined and registered when they enter elementary school? Well there are plenty of cases where people discover that their quirks aren't exactly what they thought they were at first."

"Oh like say someone who thought there Quirk let them shoot water from there body but it turns out they just turn moisture in the air to water" Ruby said thinking she gets it

"Exactly" All Might said and adds "You're allowed to revise your forms once or twice when you understand your powers better. Normally they wouldn't let you change it too much but if you had none before I'm sure they'll want you to update things. Look just march in there and..."

"Ah! Heavy!" Oscar said entering carrying to bags

That spooked Izuku so much he jumps and then in instinct hangs up the phone. "Oh crap I hung up on All might!"

"Oh god I can't believe you did" Ruby said just as shoked

The two calm down as Oscar and Inko enter. Ruby goes to help Oscar with the bags

"Oh good, Izuku I have something for you" Inko said smiling reaching into the bag she had and pulls out a hero costume "Congradulations! I'm so proud you got into UA"

"Woah..." Oscar said looking at it

"Is that a costume?" Izuku asked surprised getting up

"I guess I might have jumped the gun a little bit" Inko said smiling

"How did you decide on the design?" Ruby asked

"Oh it is simple, I brought Izuku some food earlier but he dozed off and I may have had a peek at his notebooks" Inko explained to them.

"Seriously?" Izuku said

"I do recall seeing that desgin in your current notebook" Oscar said

Inko looks down a bit she said "To be honest, I've been feeling really terrible lately about something I said to you Isuku. I think you might have felt I gave up on you a while back." She then smiles looking at her son "But now look at you, you persevered and kept going like a real champion and Ruby I do recall you always helped him to reach his dream"

"To be honest I only did what any friend would do" Ruby said rubbing her head

Izuku and Oscar nod and smiles. Inko tears up and said "I'm sorry Izuku and I promise I will support you with everything I got from now on"

Oscar and Ruby smiles as they watch Izuku takes it and smiles nodding "Thanks mom, I promise I will use it and I will not change the overall design, I may improve on it but I will never change it from this"

His mother smiles and offers to cook the three something before they head out to City hall.

Ruby happily smiles as she helps out in the kitchen, in just three weeks they will begin there new lives as students of UA and she was looking for a great school life.

Meanwhile in ATLAs some scientists were doing some tests one Penny checking to see if all systems were running

A man in a white suit that resembled more milatary then buisness and also had cybernetics entered, he was James Ironwood the CEO of Atlas.

"Is everything running smoothly?" Ironwood asked

"Yes sir, the Infinicore is running smoothly, remarkable an energy source that doesn't run out, Pietro really out did himself with it." One scientist said.

"Indeed unfortunately it is tough to build so be a while until we can make more like Penny" Ironwood said "The core also gives her the energy to rival of even the strongest heroes, the problem and main reason we're sending her to UA is because she isn't used to it yet"

"So have her get the date we need so we can input it into newer models?" A scientist asked

"Exactly. Winter" Ironwood said and a white haired female who looks a bit like an older Wiess walks in "I am assigning you to monitor and look after Penny while she attends UA, understood?"

"Yes, sir" Winter said nodding and watched him leave, she then looks at Penny on the lab temple and sighs, she knows all this was a big risk if Penny were to fail, but it was for the greater good. That is what she tells herself.

Yeah this part explains that due to the unlimited power of Penny's core is how she will be OP but it won't be like that for long trust me.
