Missed this last time but I do not own Naruto!

Reina Hogaraka stared at the horrible acting male, it was one thing to impersonate an esteemed ninja of the hidden leaf but to try to play it off as if they weren't in the right state of mind only annoyed the female. The stranger's stratagem was to act dumb to escape, she could play along then get the jump on him. There were too many variables, if she did get the jump would he be able to counter? "Nice try, impersonating a ninja from the hidden leaf will only land you in trouble."

It was for a moment but her words slurred together, it was enough to change the game plan. It was dark out, at best the questioner could only see his eyes and skin that wasn't enough to point him out in a crowd. "Sorry, even I knew a backhanded trick wouldn't work on a Genin."

"I-I am not a Genin! I was only confronting you to ask why you are away from the village, I was tasked with a low-ranking mission, and...when I got to the place the building was on fire!" Kicking up some dust the Kunoichi took a deep breath, "Now...will you be a doll and explain to me what you are doing out here?" Her tone was low, the sake wearing off.

Kei wouldn't win if he randomly attacked, he took on a battle earlier this fight would only slow him down. Running was an option, it was the best choice in hindsight. Hand coming out, the weapon that laid dormant revealed and shot towards the Jonin.

She had a minor drinking escapade, that didn't mean her skills would leave her. Pushing her head to the side, her ears rung as the Kunai flung into a tree. Light brown balls tossed in the air, smoke seeking out of the cracks. He was going to try to escape she would need to dictate where he would move and cut him off, pushing to the side time slowed as he ran right by her. A couple more smoke bombs in the air went off, clouding her vision. Whoever this was had skills that matched her own. Jumping out of the cloud of smoke she sighed one thing at a time. It didn't take long for the wind to pick up blowing the cloud away, her pale mint green hair moving with the wind. "Damn impersonators."

Kei stood on top of a tree, leaving was the focal goal but if she chased it would've been better to hide. Not thinking about it further, he disappeared from the tree making it back to the village before the Kunoichi was above everything.

Reina marched back to the Inn, her legs taking her back to the drinking station. She was pissed, the mission that was requested of her was ended before she could do anything. Some sick bastard burnt the place to the ground, what was worse was the smell of burning flesh that stayed with her. The culprit could've been anyone, imaginary cogs began working in her brain. The person she confronted earlier had a scent of ash, but that wasn't enough to come to a conclusion. As it god was making life easier for her, the hostess began speaking to her, "I saw you chase after that male, were you two traveling together and he ditched you? You two came from the same general direction."

"It's a simple coincidence, the only way I would be traveling with the opposite gender is if I'm getting something in return." Reina licked her lips before giving the hostess a wink, the simple gesture making them run to serve someone else. The light from the ceiling reflected off her olive complexion, how was she going to explain the task she took was over before it began? They'd deduct points. The more she thought about it, the impersonator was the culprit; at least it was what her subconscious was telling her.

"He's most likely long gone, tracking him now would only be a waste of time..." Taking ahold of a random cup, the female down the contents; the burning sensation refreshing her. "I'm not even good at tracking people, and I hardly know their skills...for all I know they could kill me in the timespan of a second." It wasn't likely, at this point she was more so convincing herself to stay and rest. "They were heading in the direction of Konoha...so what if they are going to cause trouble?" Standing up abruptly she found herself burping, the action got the attention of everyone. "I must stop him!" Drinking with the depression of getting points reduced drove anyone to a certain point.

Kei leaned against a tree, his palm outstretched as a family of bunnies chowed down on the chunks of carrots, the edges of his lips curved into a small smile. Ninjas protected what they held dear, it's what his father told him. So all the deeds he'd done so far were justified, he pondered what would happen if he was told to kill the third Hokage. It wasn't even a debate, he would destroy the village for his brother; of course, that would never happen he didn't think he could come close to doing that. Blue eyes glistened in the moonlight as the animals finished up the remaining food, he would need to rest a bit before continuing on his journey.

Jiei dragged himself away from Shushu-ya, after being tricked into drinking he was bombarded by an absurd amount of questions regarding the students; some of these Jonin's needed self-control when having an option to pick the cell they would command. The wind suddenly shifted, the older warrior sniffed. Whoever passed him was minorly injured, the rain washed the area which left Jiei lacking who was who. Being blind had major drawbacks, but it was something he could handle at times.

Asuma slapped the bamboo cup on the table heat making way onto his cheek as Gai joined him in a delayed manner. "Just wait! W-when my cell comes into fruition it'll blow everyone back!" Balling his hand into a fist and proceeding to smash it against the beat-up wooden table, the male continued. "If I get who I want everyone around here better pray!"

Kurenai Yūhi rose a brow at the obnoxiously loud male, it was only when he drunk he got like this, and without admitting anything it affects her to a degree. "My squad will wipe that smirk out of your face A.S.U.M.A." The beauty turned to see Gai snickering and shaking Kakashi about who he wanted in a cell.

Kakashi knew he was going to be bothered about this the whole night so it was better to answer now, "Sasuke Uchiha for other reasons, Hotaru Kyokai again for reasons that are only known to me and I would like to have Mia Kobayashi if not Kiyoshi Narukami."

"That's my rival! Choosing some of the freshest talents! I can tell by a glance that one out of the three is youthful!" Gai tried his best to complement the straightforward choice of children, sure having one student devoted is nice but having two or three that aren't keen on fun makes for...a soldier group persay.

"That will be the most boring group of students ever known, y-you need variety and taste Kakashi!" Asuma hiccuped before turning to look at Kurenai, "Unlike that boring sack of bones team, I'd want Shinobu Asobiemu, Shikamaru Nara, and Aju Ishigo becu-"

Kurenai cut the drunken ninja off, "All of you guys keep trying to take my girls! I'm only going to tell you this in spite, but apparently your father..." Her finger extended pointing at the Sarutobi. "...is only going to let us choose one for sure member the rest is up to him." It was something she overheard and granted without making it known she was annoyed at that choice. "With that said, the person I'd want for sure on my squad is Kirayari Kirazomi she's someone I can tell has a great future if not her Hinata Hyuga for obvious reasons."

This was news to everyone around the table, and of course, it didn't change much. The mood didn't sour nor did the pleasantries going around, around the middle of drinking Iruka joined and the night really did start.

xXx

Staring at his reflection, the growing boy took in the bruises that harbored his body. His pale skin made the marks worse than they needed to be, silver eyes glared at the purplish color around his ribcage, he hated fighting so why did he go ballistic as so? Was it the adrenaline that rummaged around his system after being hit with such force? What possessed him to act like so. After the display of his sorry ass taijutsu, it should waver the old man's thoughts about being around him. Fukō placed his shirt back on his body, at least he had a reasonable excuse to stay away from school right? He failed to remember fights that happened at school left people in similar conditions.

(Five days later)

Aju's POV

I had no clue what was going on anymore, what happened prior regarding this merchant resulted in some new rules being displayed. To start, they were permitting double battles which helped formed relations there was also a whole other section that I didn't bother to read. Anyways, it wasn't that many people present today; I missed the memo if it was some ditch day, but apparently urgent things came up regarding the higher-ups. It was enough to put a substitute in Iruka's place, well more so Mizuki came to fill. He was our third and last teacher of the day, and he often said rude remarks about us behind our backs. He was a snake, at least from what I could tell.

Mizuki was well-liked by people which upset me, how could someone so slimy have a lot of friends? Around us he often if not looked us in the eyes but when Iruka came by he would forego eye contact with his equal. Body language said a lot about a person, it can range from how someone's feeling to their next move, Despite, the classroom being half empty Mia, Kiyoshi, and Seiko was present. Everyone who was absent ranged, I wasn't one to keep track but Mizuki wrote on the board the name's of everyone who had an excuse and those who didn't. Of course, most people that clans were deeply rooted in the inner workings of Konoha would be absent. So, why was I in class? Ishigo wasn't well-liked persay, but we were still important.

Turning I saw Mia marking down on a piece of paper, it had the names of those who were absent without an excuse. Someone had numerous amount of marks and I prayed for their safety, I swear something about Mia didn't match up to her mother's blinding light. The meeting was short nonetheless, it was a pleasant memory. So, was her mother like this when she was younger, or did she take after her father?

"As you guys know, with recent problems the Hokage has taken into consideration your safety and growth. So starting today we will be implementing more chakra control exercises, and with that, the exam to excel out of this place will be changed. Originally you were supposed to master the academy's jutsu, but now you must survive three days in the forest of death against your peers." Mizuki looked around the room taking in everyone's expression, "I suggest you take this time seriously, when the exam comes you may die so perfecting what you should know is key, expand your arsenal, and come with a game plan the rules and whatnot will be explained on the day of the exam."

I never heard of this so-called place, but if we were to survive it had to be dangerous. "Here's some advice, stick in groups if you must it's better than being alone...or you may see your end." With his ending statement, people turned pale turning to Kiyoshi and Mia I noticed both were calm. Of course, the thought of death was soon to be normal if one was to pass. My hand rose, and as Mizuki called on me I wondered if my question would come off insensitive.

"Will we be forced to kill our comrades..." I didn't want to take the life of someone I went to school with, nor did I want to lose my own.

"Interesting question, there aren't many answers I can give. Some of you may be forced to take a life, but overall we don't want any of you to die so we all will be observing the whole thing trying to prevent as many deaths as possible." His answer bought relief, many people were still spooked about the idea. So, this is where everyone gets serious? Was it odd of me to be excited after he cleared up most of it, I was only interested in the fighting that would occur?

Kiyoshi raised his hand, and everyone watched with shock. "Will the use of ninjutsu be allowed?" The question was simple and for the briefest of seconds, I saw a grin on the white-haired instructor's face.

"Of course, we want to asset everyone's ability and it will help place you on a team. So, I suggest everyone gets prepared mentally and physically." With all that said in done, we were left to wallow in our own thoughts.

Hiruzen Sarutobi sat listening to everyone's banter. Some were opposed, while others were fundamentally questioning the new exam. The room was filled to the brim, Jonin's accompanied by their family and clan heads bringing some of their family that was present in the academy. The majority was disagreeing with the sudden change but one was more so louder than the rest.

Iruka swallowed down the cup of water, sweat beads rolling down his forehead as he rejoined the discussion. "Placing the students in such an environment early on can change everything about them, some will break mentally and physically!" It was well known he was putting his feelings ahead of his student's success, he didn't want to watch them blame themselves for critically injuring a fellow companion.

Hiashi Hyuga was on the fences about the topic, it would offer great insight on his daughter's progress and even motivate her to do better; he did his research on her classmate's none of them looked like a threat but on the off chance something happened, part of him didn't want to see his daughter underground. Side-eyeing his followers the male found himself covering his sigh. "Iruka, everyone here is well aware of your weak heart so I suggest you leave the conversation before you say something you regret." It was harsh, but the truth, those emotions he was letting override his choice should be put away for the betterment of the village.

"If anyone has a weak heart I believe it's yourself, Mr. Hyuga." Clearing his throat the male continued, "In disputes akin to this. One can never be right or wrong, we can all draw blood here and it won't change a thing. So...I suggest we have a wager I'll fight anyone here to demolish this damn exam!" Kei spat, blue orbs burning around the room waiting for someone to challenge him. He got back a day or so ago, after evading the female Kunoichi who tried following him and making it home he was shocked to find his brother trying to tend to his own injuries, of course, he lied saying he got in a fight with someone his age and without demanding much the two brushed it off for now. So here they were, Kei taking a stand while his brother sat behind him.

"Great attempt in protecting your family, but this could prove beneficial for the future." One of the Hyuga's followers spoke out trying to change the tide, "The new generation is full of bright aspects, even considering they have a-" Deathly aura focused around the lower branch member, they were going to reveal certain information in front of children and other people.

Reina's lavender eyes laid on Kakashi, all of this arguing wasn't going to cease anytime soon and her input in the topic would be her and her clan's demise. Catching Kakashi's returning the eye contact, her hourglass frame stiffened. She was going to look informal if all eyes came to her, clearing the nervousness that easily penetrated her, she mistakenly offered her input into the equation. "From a family perspective, no one would want anyone to participate in the new exam procedure. However, if we all come to terms on how we can conduct this exam with utmost safety I believe we can have the students attempt." Taking a final glance around the room she set on Kei for a moment, his voice was oddly familiar.

"This is why the Hogaraka is a deep-rooted part of Konohagakure!" Some random Jonin praised Reina getting a slight smile out of her.

The Hokage mentally calmed as the noise died down, before it could get out of hand once again he began with the children's opinions. "Let's hear from the next generation? Maybe, there take on all this will have an impact regarding our decision?" Placing his hands on the table, the old man looked at most of the growing children he knew this could either play against him or aid him.

Kei nudged his brother and for a second the young Jonin forgot who exactly his brother was. Fukō parted his lips a sign of boredom leaving his system, "Asking us? This village has no hope if you can expect answer's out of the selection of students." His answer displeased an abundance of people, some of the elders and Jonin glaring daggers at the two brothers. Even if his answer was borderline true, some people found it quite hard to hide the smiles that erupted from his answer.

Mitsukaze looked at the grandchild he decided to bring, and the look on her face when she noticed his gaze was enough. "As Reina-sama announced, it all depends on how we conclude the exam; it'll either be a success or everyone will be forced to sleep knowing they killed half of the next generation." Hotaru finished her thought with a sigh.

"I think two responses are enoug-" Asuma was cut off by Kirayari Kirazomi and her idea about the ongoing topic.

"Adding onto my comrade's reply, this could open lots of doors for the community and future expansions! If we are to start with this exam the Curriculum in the academy needs to be revised, at this moment we must begin harsher training and chakra control; and if I can say finding out our chakra nature's is something that could be implemented in the academy." Kirayari's input didn't do much to waver the thoughts of the conceded old heads, if anything it hardly put a dent in the thick skull they had.

"It seems most of these future kunoichis will only be good for one thing." Someone voiced out getting a snicker out of a short minority, "Can't wait for un-"

"Pardon, but please refrain from speaking ill of women especially when this generation has better-aspiring kunoichi than shinobi. Your baseless attitude should be frowned upon as many female ninjas are better than what you would be insisting." Kurenai couldn't sit still as someone offered a great point only to be bought down by some perverted sick old man stuck with old beliefs.

"Shut up you stupid wench!"

Asuma launched from the white matt, Gai and Kakashi standing up to hold him back. "Say that again you old fool!"

Another senseless argument started, and unlike the previous one cups started flying across the room.

Hiashi covered the family he bought with him, as water splashed on them.

It was chaos, the room was divided into any conversations at this point. Hiruzen now finding time to put an end to this meeting slammed his hand against the wood breaking it into two. "Whoever utters a word after this point will be held accountable for this mess!" Blinking everyone began to settle down, the atmosphere switched as the elder stood. "We will take in everything we spoke about, can the children present please tidy up the room to an extent, and for the following Jonin present please come to my office. Dismissed." As if someone rang a bell the room was engulfed in smoke, everyone but the children leaving.

Kirayari was the first to stand grabbing ahold of the broom, Masuo following shortly with Hinata and her little sister behind. In little to no time, many of the children began cleaning.

Akane Yūhi managed to get one of the younger peeps to get her half of cleaning, round red eyes found a spot of interest next to a group of younger people and decided to join them. In the little group, was Masuo scribbling away in his journal about everything that occurred and how certain people acted, Hotaru was knee-deep in a scroll revolving around her favorite subject her back placed against the wall. Shinobu stood leaning against the wall a bored expression on his face as Kirayari, Choji, Ino, Kiba, and Hinata cleaned. Red hair swung until Akane found a spot next to a white-haired preteen who currently sat next to Hotaru his eyes closed as if he was resting.

"Leaving the cleaning up to your peer's is horrible when it comes to building bonds one must go through what others do. I haven't seen three out of the four of you pick up a cleaning item and get to work."

Masuo looked up towards the female who couldn't be a year older than them if he recalled it was Kurenai Yūhi's younger sister, not much was written about her in his book as they haven't crossed paths that often. "I asked them the same question and believe it or not, they both answered the same way." It didn't take a look at her expression to tell she was waiting for the answer, "Apparently, Fukō here used Hinata's kindness to do the job of the three of them." It was smart, something he regrettably wished he thought himself.

Shinobu sheepishly scratched the back of his head, "I don't usually hang around none of them, but it's work I didn't have to partake in so here I am...plus it is somewhat funny to see Shikamaru lazily sweep."

Akane didn't need to be told who was who, it was quite obvious who orchestrated this little plan. "You guys do know he only assisted y'all so the blame wouldn't solely fall upon himself?" It was kinda hypocritical, but someone had to tell the group.

"I told them, and like they are now only Shinobu responded saying he'd deal with whatever comes." Masuo's sharp light brown eyes narrowed on Hotaru as she didn't register the people around her, he had to give credit when credit was due; convincing her to settle down must've been hard.

"If you're going to be around us please be quiet, it's the only thing I ask of everyone." Muttering in a low tone, silver eyes opened to look at the new edition. "We weren't going to get caught, Hinata is kind enough to help her fellow equals out." It helped she was shy and would have a hard time explaining the situation, the only downside was her annoyingly loud sister. "Right, Hotaru isn't Hinata nice enough to help us." Turning to face the girl sitting next to him, he tilted his head to get an idea of what she was reading now.

"Please don't involve me in your schemes, and mind my personal space." Her grumpy exterior matched the bothersome gaze she gave the snowy-haired male, truthfully she knew how Hinata felt in a moment like this; at first, she was against this little plan but he told her she could read and relax without being bothered. So, here they were. 'Sorry, Hinata.'

Masuo bought his head above the scroll in Hotaru's lap, he wanted to gauge her reaction. He was expecting some sort of physical attack instead, he was met with gold eyes burning holes into his head. "Ah, I see...sorry." Pulling back, he closed his book. "Shinobu...I think I should be the first to say this but someone older of the opposite gender is nearby." Getting grumbles from the emerald-eyed preteen, Masuo couldn't help but sigh. Nothing was working out. "Akane, care to tell us some story about your life as a Kunoichi?"

"No, I don't feel the energy to talk about my awesome adventures. I think I'm am going to spy on the conversation going on in the Hokage's office...care to join me, little violet-haired kid?" Akane gave her trademark loveable smile in an attempt to sway his choice, unknowing to her Masuo found this the perfect chance to have fun.

As the two left, Hotaru let yet another sigh escape her vocal cords. "Please move your head Fukō." Moving the scroll so the paper wouldn't wrinkle she gave the male a blank expression, why the hell was he acting out of character?

"Do me a favor? It has to do with seals." Moving his head off of her arm, he waited for her answer.

Shinobu watched the two, they didn't seem close; or was this how they operated? No, that wasn't what the problem was. He hardly hung out with other classmates, but in the short time span of being near them, he knew who to avoid. 'Crafty hardly explains how he acts, it's like he knows how to get what he wants.'

xXx

The Sandaime Hokage inhaled some of the smoke from his favorite pipe, each Jonin lined up in front awaiting instructions. "As you know my belief is making sure the students are safe, but with recent events I want them to be able to protect themselves." It was a hard decision, either way, the clans were going to be at each other necks after the choice. "Here's my clause, we will go forth with plans; be prepared for a mass of civilians disagreeing, I plan on expanding greatly if this is a success." Honing the reactions, the old man closed his eyes. "In other news, please be prepared for cells forming. Any questions?"

Kei spoke without warning, it wasn't much he could disagree with now. "I am requesting that I for the duration of the academy personally train my younger brother with full attention to ensure results. Along, with that, I won't be able to command a team of Genin this year either as I don't find myself prepared." It was his excuse every time, and it worked most of the time. The Hokage knew his skills were admirable enough to take a cell on, but he was usually marked with Anbu work. At least it was the excuse Danzō wrote in the summary.

"I will allow your request, please inform each instructor personally of your plan. With that out of the way, I think it's finally time to promote Jiei to a Jonin leader, along with those lines Reina is also in line with a promotion. We are debating to issue you Jonin leader in rank, but we are unsure as of now." Hiruzen took note of everyone standing at attention, it was all the news he had for them. Out of the blue, the door opened and Akane fell out, her small frame hit the ground. She knew she was caught, heat rose to her face; Masuo opened the door for her to fall and where he went was the real question.

"You guys are dismissed and Kurenai please take your counterpart with you."

Akane looked at her sister, expecting some type of discipline. Hell, she would've been even more shocked if nothing happened to her. It was a private meeting and she decided to get closer to her sister. Looking at the bowl of rice stationed in front of her, she found herself flinching when the sound of chopsticks hitting the table echoed out. "I'm not mad at you so we can clear that, although I want an explanation and a written apology directly to the Hokage."

Eyelids fluttering, Akane tapped her heel against the floor; from a certain standpoint her explaining what she was doing was above and beyond, anyone with common sense could dictate what she was trying. "I wanted to be closer to you...duh." Her lower lip came out and seeing it had no effect on her older sister she muttered a few vulgar words. "I was interested in what was going on, when I was in the academy we didn't get to have this treatment."

"The world is always evolving, so is each generation. Personally, I am glad you weren't a year back; if you were to be participating in this latest exam I would've put up a better argument." The two could've been a spitting image of each other, Akane was fair-skinned like her older sister but her untamed red hair stopped around the end of her neck. "Gosh, you're not even that old yet and here you are looking this cute." Pinching her younger sister's cheek, the small moment ended as a new face joined the table.

"Sorry to ruin this heartfelt moment, but I was told to inform Ms. Yūhi of a meeting between each Jonin." The messages froze as both girls looked at him, how could both of them have such a cold gaze. Bowing the messager left in a hurry, leaving the sisters alone once again.

"You heard him duty calls," Standing up her black hair swung, "I think you should take care of your stalker, then head home. I don't want that little creep to find out which room we stay in." The older woman turned to the window only to see violet hair duck down, "I'll tell you this too, this new group of graduates is packed with strange people. Please, don't get into trouble being around them." Walking out of the food place, she caught the mistimed dash the child did. Looks like she scared him off on her own.

Akane couldn't help but laugh as her sister went out of the door, on cue her best friend entered causing her to raise her hand and wave. Tenten wouldn't believe the number of things that happened today.

Masuo calmed his breathing, he figured the older woman was leaving but why at that speed? It looked like she picked up the pace purposely to catch him in his act, placing his work of art in his back pocket; the young boy stood. That was enough for today, he had training with his father; even with his current skillset surviving the forest of death was something else entirely.

Mia laid on her mattress pondering her next course of action, she didn't mention a word to her mother something of this magnitude would only negatively affect everyone. Once word moved then she'd handle the repercussions, but that wasn't even the most important topic. Training would need to take place until it was time to take the exam. Her peers that would be trained by their respective clans eliminated most of the competitions, she needed someone that wasn't scared to get hit nor give a hit someone that had the skills affiliated to her own. Kiyoshi came to mind, but the two never really spoke to each other mentally cursing herself for the lack of expanding her already exponential circle the young girl lifted up.

Straightening out the wrinkles in her dress, she waddled to her doorframe. A sudden memory slapped her in the face, the key to her undying problem. Pushing her door open, she started running; her mother wasn't home, she wasn't thinking about it; her body simply moved. Not giving a shit about her appearance, she turned the corner her hair as wild as untamed fur; the person who was with her; the one who gave her the strive and motivation, the one person she wanted to be like. Slamming the front door opened, Mia stood still.

Someone she trusted and adored, the very figure she listened to. Brown hair blew with a gust of wind, pearly whites greeting the young girl's eyes. "I was informed what would be happening, so I came to check up on you." Her voice was as sweet as before, and the moment sunk in.

"Kaoru. Can you please train with me?" She has seen her in a worse state, it didn't matter. Mia wanted an answer, this could be what she needed to grow better; surpass the limits society placed on children without clan heritage.

"Ah, funny enough I was coming here to ask you about that."

Seiko walked with an injured puppy in hand, he just got done studying up on more effective ways to fix the small portion of a wound. How long he was inside the library was unknown, when he entered after class; the sun was out. now it was nighttime and the cool air was rampant. It didn't help the dog and its broken leg, there wasn't much he could do at a glance but getting a better hold he figured the hind leg must've taken the damage. Turning down the path, the male stopped viewing his two classmates. He wasn't that far and didn't want to be nosy, but his shy exterior made him dip off into the side waiting for them to leave.

"I owe you one." He knew she wouldn't ever use it against him, but saying it would even out the long bridge that piled from his request. Placing the small scroll in his bag, he rotated. It was bound to be like this, they didn't have anything special; it was peaceful how it was supposed to be. One foot in front of the other, he stopped for a second hearing her words. Who would've thought the true prodigy could say something as so.

"Good luck." Watching as the male threw his hand up in the air, she turned to leave the spot they met at. She couldn't put a name on it, but they weren't strangers nor close enough to be friends. Still, the time they were around each other delighted her to an extent or maybe it was the fact he asked for something that involved what she worked with?

Seiko stayed hidden until the coast was clear, coming out of the shadows he began walking again. A smile wrote onto his lips, it was nice seeing his classmates acting as friends. "I wouldn't mind being on a cell with them if they act like that." How could he explain the atmosphere, it was like serenity? It interested him as to why Fukō had a pack on, but he didn't have the heart to question it. He didn't see what was exchanged but it must've been something important for them to meet up this late. The dog in his arms whimpered, swallowing down his current thoughts the child started running. He gotten sidetracked which resulted in the prolonged pain of this dog. Rushing to fix the poor animal the male wondered how the next couple of months would play out.

(Five months later)

The exam was over, at least for the people that made it. Seiko turned to look at everyone's condition, before looking at his hands. They were stained red with blood.

He hardly made it to the end...the exam was HELL.

Annnnnnnd double upload, because why not. Felt like getting this part out with the first one would make much more sense, another character introduction, and more interactions. The roster is done for now, and I think these next couple of chapters will turn the tides of a lot of events/things.

Mia's mother is a true definition of beauty! Thanks! She was easy to write in especially with how I introduced her!

Iruka's pov is special indeed, he as a character is naturally warm-hearted and looks for the best in his students; slight spoils but the next chapter may or may not be emotional...who knows. Thanks! I find the fights a tad difficult to write cause there are so many things to incorporate, but I think I am getting the hang of it now.

I think everyone will miss Iruka! He is someone that gives you a fuzzy feeling with how he views things, I don't know how I write his pov's well...I am not a teacher and cannot ever think about being one but finding the words to describe how he feels and views the students is easy. Aju and Kiyoshi do play off each other well, who knows they may be in a cell together or not! Ah, for Fuko it's hard to read him...and that's how I want to have him until I dive into a POV. Honestly with this new character Masuo we can expect more out of everyone, I really like this character. Thanks!

You are? I think I left subtle hints of who will be on a cell together, but everything may not be as it seems lots of subtle foreshadowing all around. Aju is such a fun character to write; I find myself having a blast writing everyone really. Who knows why the two hang or have an interest in Hotaru, before the academy really ends I want to have more interactions as a whole but don't want to draw it out. Thank you!

Now for the last chapter, the whole thing with Danzo and Fuko is because of the older man's twisted look on things, someone disrespecting his land is something he won't allow in front of him. In my eyes, he has no bonds, no emotional connections, and no contact with the outside world generally besides with certain people. The reason he was so warped was that he lived in basic isolation, he doesn't allow people in and surely doesn't let himself out. From the root members and him trying to get Naruto to be a weapon, he's someone with twisted views in order to help the village. He tried to draw a similarity between him and the boy for a reason. Overall, for Danzo to want something in the show he'd do whatever he takes to get it, like when he sat in the Hokage's seat after thinking he got Hirzuen killed. I can safely say he's an antagonist to everyone in this story.

I think that is enough before I go overboard, but we have a massive change in the exam to start, and let me tell you this...what you think may happen will happen! I'd like to hear your idea(s) or guesses about the cells that will be formed! Also, will go more in-depth on how each Jonin looks when the cells are made. I Will get to pm's in a couple of days!
