Fox girl of swords chapter 1 finding family
this is a new story I have been planning for a while now
in this story Shirou is the son / daughter of Artemis [ to be explained later] and will gain foxy traits as a result of other elements that will be explained in the story
I will cover the events of either the first half [or first third] of titan's curse
Shirou will interact with the main cast of Percy Jackson
I will do an intro that is pretty much my own content
Shirou pov
It wasn't long after, my stepfather died that the change happened, and I found myself turned into a girl. I knew I was a girl now and was a boy the previous day, but I wasn't sure why or how. When Taiga came to check on me, I just told her I was a girl all along and she believed me and even agreed to help me keep crossdressing. It wasn't much long that I grew a fox tail and my ears moved from the place normal human ears should be and to the top of my head instead. But fortunately, I was able to hide the tail in pants legs and my ears under a hat. I also learned I had better hearing and sense of smell as well. but in time I mastered controlling both.
It was after that I started to investigate why I went through the change and used my stepfather's notes to learn it was caused by two blending divinities mixing on a perfect level. then through further research found out, I had special seals of Shinto and Onmyouji origins that in learned helped the merge happen without burning up my body. that point lead me to my next trip, the temp of my friend Issei and the temple elder pointed me an old temple that was destroyed in the fire and he mentioned they have a son good enough at archery that he ended up in the Olympics the year before I was born. That point lead to conclude the son was my father and my mother was likely a Greek goddess. Knowing my mother was a Greek goddess, it took enough narrowing down for me to learn it had to be Artemis, but due to the fact she is supposed to be a virgin goddess it didn't make much sense. But in reading many of the other Greek myths it made as much sense as anything.
It was when I was fourteen, a bearded and well-muscled man came to my house and asked me "do want the chance to meet your parent?" I said to him "I want to, but you need to make agreements with old man Raiga, but I do want to meet my mom." The old man named Gleeson Hedge asked, "do you know who your mother is?" I replied "yes, she is Artemis. I think she met my dad at the Olympics." He replied "that checks out, I have heard of other children she has had, and demigods are normally born following the games. She must have demigods like Athena. Unfortunately, Lady Artemis hasn't had kids in a while and spends more time wondering the world with her hunters than coming to camp so you might have a hard time meeting her." But I still decided to go with the man to America since, he mentioned my mother and her hunters were wondering around the states as we speak.
I knew with all my personal training; I could escape the man and try to find my mother or whatever she was hunting. That hunt led to me to a military school that felt like a few powerful monsters could be hiding and waiting for somebody. I could tell there where other demigods at this school with me, and I knew Amaterasu's protections and the many stuffs I learned from the shrine and my stepfather could carry me the rest of the way. But for now, it was best for me to wait. I wasn't sure if the man knew if I was a girl or a boy and my gender would make it easier to blend in. if I was a girl, it would be easier to blend in.
Percy pov
It was six months after Thalia came back to life, Thalia, Annabeth, and I were going with my mom to a school to find three powerful demigods. Two boys and one girl, a brother and sister and one another satyr lost that came from Japan. I asked my friend "how did you this guy lose a demigod?" my friend replied "I can't be sure of the details since the old goat is embarrassed to lose a demigod. But he the boy was fourteen and knew who his godly parent was and always wore a hat."
It didn't take long to find the pair of siblings but not the boy at a dance. But when monsters revealed themselves a girl that matched the third demigod came out and helped us a little bit and then escaped into the cold, like she knew something, or a group of things were coming. I could tell if she was scared or not. The brother and sister said they barely knew anything about that girl besides her name was Shirou Emiya and never showered with others. Shirou would hang out with the two of them and came a little after they did.
I fought the monster with the pair until my friends along with the hunters of Artemis arrived to save me from the manticore. But we lost Annabeth in the fight but spent some time with the hunters to recover. Then not long after we made camp, Artemis herself arrive and with her game the girl named Shirou and said to the goddess, hello mother would you mind explaining how it was born."
Shirou pov
The goddess then looked at the girl and said "so you did manage to survive the fire, Shirou. Can we talk about this in private in a tent? I know you likely have many questions for me as I have for you." Then she looked to the boy that snuck into the school named Percy and said, "after I talk with my child, I will talk with you."
I then headed into a tent that was much larger in the inside than outside and I asked "how was a born, if you are a virgin goddess you shouldn't be able to have children. But that goat man said Athena had children and she is supposed to be a virgin goddess as well." she replied to me "you father did two things to trigger me having his child without sex being needed. He prayed to me and then saved me from a monster. Those two events triggered my childbirth trait, I later became pregnant with you and learned you were more that even I could keep alive. As both my child and a legacy you held too much divinity to keep you alive long and I assumed your life would burn out. I wasn't sure if that fire was caused by you burning out or not." I replied after taking off my hat and untying my tail, "my grandparents figured out ways mixing various magic schools in Japan to extend my life to likely the length of a god. If you want to ask about the ears and tail. The notes my grandparents left behind told me your various authorities brought back traits from an ancestor of mine that was born from a fox woman. Also watch is a legacy."
The goddess replied with "it means you have another Greek god as an ancestor. My stepbrother Hephaestus told me you are related to his son Senji Muramasa. It also sounds like you could also be a descendant of Abe no Seimei as well. with your tails, will you grow more?" I replied to her "I sure will. I did the math, and a second tail should come in with the next few years. I have been working on ways to hide first tail and planning on how to hide a second one. I also have these blue gems, on my back." I then look off my shift and revealed a undershirt to reveal a bra covered top as I revealed the gems on my back and my mother said "you have a sacred gear and have the potential to kill gods. I am so happy my tent prevents my father from seeing that." I replied, "his bolts couldn't hit me if he tried, the Japanese sun goddess' blessing makes his bolts miss and the seal array keeps his gaze off me."
my mother then asked, "are you on the side of the titans or the gods?" I replied, "I would say the gods more likely since the titans seems to be bigger jerks." Then she asked, "will you travel with my hunters and I?" I replied to that "I will have to see as this mission goes along. At the very least, I will travel with you until I find my way in this country. I have the feeling you and your hunters could lead me to learn even more about myself and lead me to the thing that keeps pulling me." my mother asked, "what is pulling on you?" I replied, "I hear the voice of a girl that wants me to find her in my sleep but don't know who the voice belongs to." That that I left and said, "talk to Percy he is likely worried about that girl that was caught by that monster."
Percy pov
While I was waiting for the mother and daughter talk to end, the other hunters treated me for the poison, and I asked Thalia about the hunters and the daughter of Zeus told me they tried to recruit her before she turned them down. then I asked the lead hunter about children of Artemis, and she told me, you have can count them on one hand and many barely lived long. More so the other legacy, barely made it to five. before I got to ask any more questions, the girl named Shirou came out of the tent and told me "Mom wants to talk to you know."
I then told the goddess what happened and what Dr Thorn told me and that made her go off alone. But before that the older of the siblings joined the hunters but Shirou said "I like both boys and girls and I don't need my mother's gifts. Since I have my own flavor or immortality." After the goddess left, we stayed in place until Apollo arrived then saw Shirou to say "hello niece number four. You feel strange, like another sun is shining on you." Shirou replied "lady Amaterasu, is my patron." The sun god said "I have met her a few times, be careful of her. She can be fickle."
It was after that; the god turned his sun chariot into a bus to get all of us to camp and gave Thalia a chance to drive. But in the process, we learned the daughter of Zeus feared heights, but the daughter of Artemis saved us. From causing more damage than we did. Then at camp we talked to Mr. D and Chiron about what happened and about Shirou. With the god in charge of camp saying, at least we now have a regular person to use Artemis' cabin. But the two also prevented us from looking for Annabeth and then stated we would have a capture the flag match against the hunters and the newly discovered daughter of Artemis. I think they more wanted to see how strong the new demigods we found were more than anything.
Shirou pov
Not long after I got to camp, I spent some time with the hunters and wanted to work on the new mystic code weapon. I had been planning it for a while but had a hard time getting to use a forge for the time but never got forge time to work on. After the fire forges weren't allowed in Fuyuki. I knew I needed to make a bladed weapon and used the proper mix of Greek letters, kanji, and runes to do what I needed. The hunters told me, that the children of Hephaestus would likely be willing to lend their forges to a legacy, but I shouldn't tell them what I am forging. It didn't tell long to make a knife out of celestial bronze that could work at the prototype for what I needed. I knew I would need to use tamahagane to make the second version. But with the blade, I was able to locate the oracle and alter her next prophecy in a way that could best help Percy save Annabeth and let me join in. I knew the knife wasn't completely perfect, but I would have to see how it worked when the oracle gave her guide to the future.
Percy pov
When I got back to camp, I started by sending a message to my brother and learned Luke's ship was being protected from my father. Then after that, I had a dream about Annabeth being in danger from being forced to take Altus' burden. After that, Grover told me about our friend nearly joining the hunters, but Luke kept her from doing so. Then next day came and I tried to get help from the oracle, but nothing happened. Then came the capture the flag game against the hunters and Thalia and I got to see what Shirou could really do with her abilities, and it was making weapons out a different form of magic than the mist. She took out as many campers herself as the rest of the hunters. Then in the end the hunter team stomped the campers.
Not long after that, the oracle came out of the attic and gave a prophecy to Zoe that said I was needed. But the leader of the hunters didn't want me to come. But Shirou promised to bring me along on this quest.
Chapter end
It will be a while until I work on the next chapter but in the next chapter our heroes will begin their main quest to try and save their friends
But first the Rayla and the brothers will have to deal with problems with the egg and how to solve them. While fixing other problems of their own
