so... i'm writing a sequel for this book, and it's an alternate ending sequel. so, everything that happens in the sequel takes on the route of an alternate ending.
i'm like 100% certain that this will not be one of those "the sequel was better than the original" books, though.
the sequel will begin after chapter 31 (Momochrome) from this book.
for now, though, here's the drafted, subject-to-change-summary for Dawn, the alternate ending sequel to Cold:

"I don't see a point in living. Living like this is just too tiresome... When will the shadow of yesterday disappear?"
"Oi, I know it's beyond just draining to keep living, but there will never be a point to life until you find that point. Do you wanna die before you find it?"
"I...don't know. Is it worth it to keep fighting through life just to find a reason to live?"
Dawn is published! though, i have to say, it's definitely not as interesting as this book is. nonetheless, i'm glad to be writing it. hope y'all enjoy!
side note:
i've combined this chapter with the chapter after it (the chapter after this is gone) since you're not allowed to have a chapter be an author's note. annoying, but oh well. there's story content here, so it's not just an author's note.
