Prologue
My name is Meowth, an agent of Team Rocket alongside my partners, Jessie and James. Although, as much as we want to deny it, we're the last agents of Team Rocket, no thanks to the Shredder. He destroyed our glorious organization, killing the boss and many of our fellow operatives and mutating the survivors into his mutant goons! Shredder and his goons are just more people on our long hit list alongside the twerps and those accursed Ninja Squirtles! The #1 person on our list of enemies is the one who's made our lives miserable for a long time! That twerp of a champion and his Pikachu, which we've been denied of stealing for six years! But now that we've escaped from the Technodrome, we're free to continue our war with our enemies! This time, nothing's going to stop us from getting what we want! And in our next fight, our enemies won't leave the battle alive!

Episode 21: Team Pansies Resurfaces
The TMNS, Ash & co., April and the others arrived back to Professor Sycamore's laboratory. April let out Merissa the Primarina while Leonardo's back was turned. The Primarina Pokégirl picked up Leonardo from behind him. "Guess who?" asked Merissa teasingly. She giggled before she gave Leonardo a kiss on his lips. Leonardo blushed and chuckled. "How's my favorite ninja?" asked Merissa. "Doing fine I guess," said Leonardo.
Clemont and Bonnie approached the TMNS and the others. "So, how'd it go?" asked Clemont. "Shredder and the others got away. But they'll be back," said Brock. It was at that moment that Bonnie then noticed April O'Neil. "You're perfect!" said Bonnie. "Excuse me?" asked April. "You're the perfect woman to be the future wife of my big brother, Clemont! Will you please marry Clemont once he reaches the legal age?" asked Bonnie. April just stared at Bonnie for almost a minute. Suddenly, April burst into hysterical laughter. "You're such a silly girl!" said April. And she resumed laughing. Bonnie felt embarrassed. "I hate to break it to you, Bonnie, but April O'Neil is my girlfriend," said Casey. "Aaaaaawwwww," said Bonnie in disappointment. "Wait a minute, April O'Neil as in the famous reporter from UBC Channel Six News?!" asked Clemont. "The same," said April.
"So, Vernon, when did you decide to come?" asked Ash. "We came as soon as we saw the news of the metal foundry robbery and Dee Dustin bad mouthing your mutant buddies," said Vernon. "Charles asked us to cover the news of the soon to be Kalos Crime Wave by Shredder. For I have a feeling he and Krang are going to be sticking around within Kalos. And we must be there to cover it. Kalos needs a real news reporter," said April. "Not like Dee Dustin," said Misty. "I agree," said Raphael.
Clemont was observing Merissa the Primarina as she hugged Leonardo. "So what kind of Pokémon are you?" asked Clemont. "I'm a Primarina, a Water & Fairy-type Pokémon all the way from the Alola Region. I first met Leo when he and his brothers saved me from the Team Rocket duo, Annie and Oakley. Ever since then, I fell in love with Leo and we've been in relationship ever since," said Merissa. She rubbed cheeks with Leonardo, giggling. "She's under my ownership. I'm actually the true owners of the Squirtles. Since I'm going to busy with my news job, Merissa needs a place to stay. A place with clean water for the sake of her voice," said April. "Her voice?" asked Bonnie. "The Primarina species are known for their beautiful songs. A trainer's first priority of taking care of a Primarina is its voice. It's a powerful weapon too and it mustn't be overused," said April. "Yes. And I certainly can't live in a sewer lair that the Squirtles might find later. The water there is dirty. And the sewers are smelly too," said Merissa.
"I have an idea. Why don't you stay at my laboratory in the Pokémon conservation area," said Prof. Sycamore. "Really?" asked Merissa. "Yes. During your stay, I can study you. I always wanted to study an Alolan Pokémon," said Prof. Sycamore. "Thanks," said Merissa. "Now that leaves us ninjas to figure out where we're going to stay in Lumiose City," said Ninjara. "Well. There is one place I know," said Prof. Sycamore.
Professor Sycamore led the TMNS, Splinter and Ninjara to a large closet. "A closet?! We have to stay in a closet?!" asked Raphael. "You won't have to," said Prof. Sycamore. He moved some boxes aside, revealing a strange looking pod like thing. "What's that?" asked Leonardo. "This is actually a form of an elevator," said Prof. Sycamore. "Where does it lead to?" asked Raphael. "You'll see," said Sycamore. He put his hand against the door and the doors slid open. "This way," said Prof. Sycamore. The professor and the six mutants stepped into the elevator and part of the walls began to glow. "Whoa," said everybody in amazement. A large crystal was embedded on part of the elevator's ceiling. "Is that a crystal?" asked Ninjara. "Yes. I found a bunch of them in the place that I'm going to show you. But most of them were broken," said Prof. Sycamore. "So where's the power source to this elevator. I don't see any wires," said Donatello. The door closed behind everybody in the elevator and it began to go down. The hole it went down closed up via some panels.
Once the elevator went down below the lab, the door opened up revealing the place Professor Sycamore was going to show. The six ninjas stood in awe. It looked like a large set of ruins. "What is this place?" asked Michelangelo. "I'm not quite sure. But it looks like a set of ancient ruins. I just discovered this place before I attended Ash's birthday. So far, the only ones who know it exists other than me are Sophie and Cosette," said Prof. Sycamore. "It is perfect. There's plenty of space. We just need to add some stuff to make it more like our home in New Tork," said Splinter. "Sounds good to me," said Prof. Sycamore.
"Professor Sycamore?" asked Donatello. "Yes, Donatello?" asked Prof. Sycamore. "I was wondering. Since we're going to be staying here for a while. Is it possible that I can help you out around the lab?" asked Donatello. "Why sure, Donatello? It's great to have another intellectual mind around my Pokémon laboratory. You can help me in my research on Mega Evolution. And I can pay you so you Squirtles can get stuff for your temporary home," said Prof. Sycamore. "Thanks," said Donatello.
Leonardo went to check up on Merissa the Primarina. She was relaxing on a rock in the middle of the lake. Some of the Pokémon were swooning at the sight of Merissa's beauty. They had the pink heart eyes to prove it. At that moment, Leonardo arrived. "Hey. What are you doing, swooning over my girlfriend?" asked Leonardo. The Pokémon then scattered. "I can handle myself you know," said Merissa. "So, how are you adjusting to stay here at the lab until our journey in Kalos is over?" asked Leonardo. "Well. I have nice, clean water to swim in. Its mostly peaceful and quiet. I can practice my singing here. So what did Professor Sycamore wanted to show you?" asked Merissa. "He showed us a place that we ninjas can use as a temporary home. It's actually some underground ruins underneath the lab," said Leonardo. "Really," said Merissa, raising an eyebrow. "Yes. It's very spacey. But once we fill the laboratory with stuff, it'll look like home. Anyway, I'm going down to the lair for the night," said Leonardo. "Okay. Goodnight, my little ninja," said Merissa. She kissed her boyfriend on the forehead. Leonardo chuckled and headed back toward the elevator that would take him down to the lair. Merissa sighed happily and went to sleep.
Meanwhile, at Vanville Town, Serena was getting ready for bed as well. She sighed. "I wish there's something else I can do other than Rhyhorn Racing. I'm not into the sport as much as my mother. If only I can remember who that boy I saw on the nights earlier today is," said Serena. She then unhappily went to sleep.

"Blast it all! Those three Team Rocket rejects are on the loose again and are going to be interfering with our plans for world domination with their own sad conquest!" complained the Shredder. "And they stole not just a transport module, but some of my weapons and technology! We can't let them run amuck with technology that's rightfully mine!" said Krang. "Don't you mean ours?!" corrected the Shredder. "Right. Our technology," said Krang sheepishly.
The Shredder turned to Groundchuck and Dirtbag. "Groundchuck, Dirtbag, I'm sending you two after them to reclaim whatever they stole from us. Eliminate them at all costs," said the Shredder. "Yes, sir," said both Groundchuck and Dirtbag. "We'll take a module," said Groundchuck. "Bah! Who needs one. I'm a ground-type Pokémon now, remember. Just stick close to me," said Dirtbag. The two mutants exited out of the Technodrome. Using his sharp claws, Dirtbag began to dig his way up to the surface, with Groundchuck tagging along.

The next morning, the TMNS along with their friends and family were having breakfast at Professor Sycamore's laboratory. "So, now that you Squirtles are going to be helping Officer Jenny clean up crime, what's the first thing you're going to do?" asked Ash. "First thing we need to do is tell her and her fellow cops everything we know about the Shredder and their forces," said Leonardo. "They must fully know what they're up against," said Splinter. "I see," said Merissa.

Meanwhile, at the outskirts of Lumiose City, the transport module that Team Pansies stole resurfaced. Jessie, James and Meowth emerged from the burrowing vehicle. During the ride up to the surface, Jessie and James managed to make a fake lower jaw for Meowth so he could talk again. The three smelled the morning air. "Finally," said Jessie. "Fresh surface air," said James. "Guys. Something tells me we're not in Kanto anymore," said Meowth. Jessie and James noticed their environment. "You're right about that Meowth. I don't recognize that city that's ahead of us," said James. "Come on. Let's go find out where exactly we are," said Jessie.
Team Pansies began to sneak into the city and hid in whatever alleyways or shadows they can find. James spotted a nearby new stand, that had a couple of newspapers and magazines like the "Lumiose Inquirer" or the "Tourists' Guide to the Kalos Region". "According to those papers and magazines, we're in Lumiose City in the middle of the Kalos Region," said James. "Kalos Region?" asked Jessie. When nobody was looking, Meowth swiped a copy of a Kalos Guide. It contained a map to the Kalos Region as well as articles that detailed every city and notable landmarks in the city.
"According to this article about Lumiose City, the most notable places in this city are the Prism Tower, which is home to the Lumiose City Gym as well as Professor Sycamore's Pokémon laboratory," said Meowth. "A professor lives here? Where there's a Pokémon professor, there's bound to be Pokémon living there. Pokémon that we can steal for ourselves. We'll use them to rebuild the Team Rocket organization, here in the Kalos Region," said Jessie.
"But what are going to do about money? We're flat broke ever since we've been fired. And with Team Rocket destroyed, we can't get anymore money to use to make our mechas and other gadgets," said Meowth. "Actually, we can," said James, grinning. "We can? Where? The odd jobs we do earn us little money. We need lots of money to make our mechas," said Jessie. "I know. I already got the source figured out," said James. "So, where are we going to get our dough, wise guy?" asked Meowth.
"From my parents' fortune. And I don't have to marry that tyrant, Jessebelle just to get the money," said James. "So, how are we getting money from your parents the non marriage way?" asked Jessie, scratching her head. "The criminal way of course. We'll find a way to hack into their bank account and withdraw money from the account," said James. "Excellent idea, James!" said Jessie. "That'll get us right back on track!" said Meowth. "But first, we need to get new uniforms. James and I can't certainly do crimes in these rags," said Jessie, holding a piece of her torn shirt.
James then saw a newspaper that caught his attention and grabbed it. The front headline read "Famous Pokémon League Champion and Ninja Squirtles Repel Shredder & Goons". "Guys. It looks like we're not the only ones here," said James grimly. Jessie and Meowth saw their enemies on the front page. "Our enemies are here too?!" asked Jessie. "Yes," said James. "They don't know we're here! This is our chance to get even with them! And I know just how to do it!" said Meowth. He snickered and began to whisper his plan to Jessie and James.

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Squirtles, Splinter and Ninjara arrived to the Lumiose City Police Station, where Officer Jenny was waiting. "We're here, Officer Jenny," said Leonardo. "Ah. You six made it. Come with me to my office," said Jenny. The six mutants followed Officer Jenny. As they wandered through the police station, some of the cops and the other employees who worked at the station stared at them. At that moment, two cops arrived, dragging a Purple Dragon gang member. The Purple Dragon gang member snarled as the two cops threw him into an empty jail cell. "I presume the Purple Dragons are the crooks that give you the most trouble?" asked Raphael. "Yep. They're the roughest, toughest crime syndicate to menace Kalos. No other crooks are as mean as them," said Jenny.
Very soon, Officer Jenny and the six ninja Pokémon sat down in Jenny's office. "Okay. I need you to tell me everything you know about the Shredder and their forces. Every information helps," said Jenny. "Very well, Officer. The Shredder's real identity is Saki, a Scizor who once belonged to the late Oroku Nagi, a member of the Foot Clan. Armed with his bladed armored, the Shredder lives up to his name. I share a closer connection to the Shredder than you may think," said Splinter. "What do you mean?" asked Jenny.
"Before becoming the Shredder, he killed my Master Hamato Yoshi. He did that because Yoshi accidentally killed Nagi when they were fighting over Tang Shen. Yoshi was once a member of the Foot Clan. After Saki and I left each other scars, I along with the Squirtles were mutated by alien mutagen. I trained my sons the moves my Master Yoshi knew. I learned ninjutsu by mimicking Yoshi's moves. My sons and I didn't cross paths with the Shredder until the Silent Crime Wave hit New Tork City. The Foot kidnapped me and my sons had to rescue me from the Shredder's clutches," said Splinter.
"We fought the Shredder a second time, but he accidentally killed himself when he brought a dock down on himself. After that defeat, the Foot Clan made a deal with Krang. Krang is an utrom warlord from Dimension X. With the help of Krang's technology, the Foot were able to clone Shredder and now he's back, badder than ever. So now, the Foot Clan & Dimension X alliance seek to conquer our world. We along with Ash, his friends and several other heroes managed to destroy the majority of their invasion force and send the Technodrome down to the Earth's core. But now, Shredder and Krang are trying to repair and reenergize their Technodrome," said Leonardo.
"So, what are their forces consist?" asked Jenny. "Well. The first part of their army consist of Shredder's various Foot Ninjas. Some are humans, others are Pokémon. The most common Pokémon part of his ninja clan are the Foot Ninjasks. Their Speed Boost abilities make them deadly in combat. There's also the Foot Tech Ninjas, elite ninjas equipped with special tech suits. It gives not just increased strength and speed, they also have cloaking devices. That makes the perfect assassins. After the Foot made their alliance with Krang, they made these Foot Bots, robotic Foot Ninjas. They're programmed to adapt to certain fighting moves of who they're fighting. They can be defeated quickly when they get short circuited by water. There's also the Foot Elite Guard, the ones that were with Shredder last night. As you know, they're the deadliest of all of Shredder's ninjas. They're harder to defeat then the Foot Bots. That Greninja that was with Shredder was Tatsu. He trained the majority of the ninjas that make up the Foot Clan. His loyalty to the Shredder is strong," said Donatello.
"Those four mutants that you temporarily locked up were Bebop, Rocksteady, Butch and Cassidy. They were once agents of Team Rocket before Shredder destroyed the organization and mutated the survivors. Bebop was once a man named Anton Zeck. He was a master thief before he attracted the attention of Team Rocket and he got a place in the organization. Rocksteady was originally Anton's partner, Ivan Steranko. Both Anton and Ivan were elite rank agents of Team Rocket. Their ruthlessness is second only to late Team Rocket leader, Giovanni. Anton once used an Emboar, while Ivan used a Rhydon," said Raphael. "Could that explain why they're mutant versions of their Pokémon?" asked Jenny. "Yes. Mutagen causes anyone who comes in contact with it to mutate into whatever organism they've been in most contact with. Since both Ivan and Anton were near their Pokémon most of the time, they became what they are now," said Donatello.
"Butch and Cassidy were Team Rocket agents who were rivals of the infamous Team Rocket trio, Team Pansies," said Michelangelo. "Team Pansies?" asked Jenny. "That was an insult I gave Jessie, James and Meowth and it stuck to them like sticky cheese on a pizza slice ever since. From what Ash, Misty and Brock have told us, Butch and Cassidy are much smarter than Team Pansies and have higher respect than them too. As you saw, Shredder mutated Butch into a mutant Golem, while Cassidy's been mutated into a mutant Nidoqueen. When we first stormed the Technodrome, we also fought these two mutant goons named Groundchuck and Dirtbag. They were once Team Rocket agents, Attila and Hun. Ash never fought them, but his friendly rivals, Jimmy and Marina have. Attila was mutated into a mutant Tauros, while Hun was mutated into a mutant Excadrill," said Michelangelo. "How many other survivors were mutated?" asked Jenny. "We're not sure. We didn't fight them all. But I have a feeling we will, little by little," said Michelangelo.
"As for the forces that are loyal to Krang, they're mostly made of Stone Warriors. They're strong and ruthless in combat. They used their brute strength as well as Dimension X weapons. The Stone Warrior army is commanded by General Traag and Lt. Granitor. And let's not forget the robots they've created. First are the M.O.U.S.E.R.S., the creations of the infamous Dr. Baxter Stockman. He worked for Team Plasma before siding with the Foot. The M.O.U.S.E.R.S.' jaws are capable of munching through concrete and even metal. There are also the small, but deadly Roadkill Rodneys. Their electrified tentacles and laser guns make them more dangerous than the M.O.U.S.E.R.S.," said Ninjara.
"As for the Technodrome, it is a large, mobile battle fortress. It has enough power to crush an entire city with its large tank treads, missiles and laser cannons. It also capable of burrowing underground with its drills and can even cause tremors with its earthquake machines. It's equipped with a terraforming ray in its eye. Once fired at a certain area, the environment of that area will be changed to match Dimension X's environment, which is toxic to most Earth creatures. We sent the Technodrome down to the Earth's core when the earthquake machine was sabotaged and disable the terraforming ray. That trip down to the center of the planet most likely drained most of its energy. That's why they're starting to steal materials. That metal foundry was just the first step in repairing it. They'll most likely starting robbing places like power plants or weapon foundries," said Donatello. "Then we have to be ready for when they strike. I'll try to contact every energy plant in town and have them keep a look out for the Shredder and his goons," said Jenny. "Good call, Jenny," said Splinter.

Team Pansies were going to put Meowth's plan in action and were in the back alley of the Boutique Couture. They along with Wobbuffet were putting on crude Squirtle costumes complete with fake tails, shells and belts. At this point, Meowth had replaced his severed jaw with a metal one. "So, is this plan really going to work, Meowth?" asked Jessie. "Hey. If we frame the Squirtles, they'll be too busy with the police to deal with us when we raid Professor Sycamore's laboratory," said Meowth. Jessie, James, Meowth and Wobbuffet then put on some paper bags that were colored blue to look like a Squirtle's head. They also wore red ninja masks over their paper bags.

The customers of the Boutique Couture were minding their own business when Team Pansies in their disguises burst into the store, carrying crude ninja weapons. Everybody gasped at the sight of them. "Who are you?!" asked Male Customer #1. "We're the Crooked Ninja Squirtle Gang!" said Jessie. "We're here to rob this place for as much clothes we can get!" said James. "Just hand over as many clothes and nobody gets hurt!" said Meowth. Jessie pointed her fake katanas at the customers. "Don't move a muscle," said Jessie. James, Meowth and Wobbuffet began to take whatever clothes they needed or wanted.
Very soon, their bags were full. "Our bags are full! Let's blow this joint!" said James. "Yeah!" said Meowth. "Have a nice day!" said Jessie. She chuckled. As Team Pansies were walking, carrying their bags, James felt something tug at his fake tail. "Huh?" asked James. James turned around and saw that his fake tail got caught on an escalator. "My tail's got caught!" cried James. James pulled at it, but it was a big mistake. This was followed by a loud RRRRRRIIIIIIIIIIIPPPPP!

James' fake tail was ripped off, revealing his bare butt. The customers stood silent for a moment. But the silence was broken by some hysterical laughter. "You're not Squirtles!" said Female Customer #1. "You're just humans pretending to be the Ninja Squirtles!" said Male Customer #2. "The Chameleon has better disguises than you four idiots!" said Female Customer #2. And they continued laughing. Team Pansies then left the Boutique Couture, feeling humiliated. With James being the most humiliated due to his accident.
It was now lunchtime and the TMNS along with Ash and co. were having their first taste of Lumiose City pizza while watching TV. "Cowabunga! This pizza's just as great as the ones we have back at home!" said Michelangelo. "Pikachu!" said Pikachu happily. "So Ash, is Froakie doing okay?" asked Ninjara. "Yes, Ninjara. He's in fighting shape again. I would love to add him to my team," said Ash. "But the question is, will it obey you? It didn't follow the orders of its previous trainers," said Misty. "We'll figure out something, Misty. We always do," said Ash. "Yes," said Nancy.
At that moment, a news broadcast by April O'Neil began to play. "This is April O'Neil of UBC Channel Six News, reporting live from Lumiose City in the Kalos Region. Earlier today, at the Boutique Couture, four crooks dressed up in Ninja Squirtle costumes attempted to rob the store and frame the Squirtles. Although they stole some clothes, the frame up part of their robbery didn't go according to plan. During the robbery, one of the crooks' fake tails ripped off, exposing him as fake. And exposing his rear as you can see," said April. An image of the hole in James' butt was shown, but was pixilated. "And note, that the Squirtles' 'heads' are nothing more than paper bags. This come to show you, sometimes, crooks don't plan to fail. They fail to plan," said April. The Squirtles, Ash and the others began to laugh. "Whoever tried to frame us, did a good job at making fools of themselves instead!" said Raphael. "I agree, Raph," said Casey. "Pika ha ha ha ha ha!" laughed Pikachu.
Meanwhile, in an alleyway, Team Pansies were still grumbling about their humiliation. James was ripping up a whole bunch of newspapers, highlighting their failed frame attempt. In fact, the headline read "Frame Up Failure at Boutique Couture". Jessie on the other hand was beating up Meowth. "Some plan of yours, Meowth! Thanks to that discrediting disaster, we made the front headlines . . . looking like idiots!" said Jessie as she was beating up Meowth. "They just had to have a photo of my exposed butt! MY BUTT!" fumed James. "Hey. At least they pixilated your butt crack," said Meowth. James then kicked Meowth in the face. He had a boot mark on his face. "Not helping, Meowth!" said James. "Well at least there was one good thing that came out in all of this. We have some clothes for a new set of disguises. Come on. Let's make some new uniforms for us and then let's hit Professor Sycamore's lab," said Jessie. And the three went to work on their new uniforms.
At the place where the stolen module was at, Dirtbag and Groundchuck burst out of the ground and surfaced. "Man. I thought I'd never get to the surface. I've got dirt in places I didn't know I even had," said Groundchuck. "Well at least we found the stolen module," said Dirtbag. Groundchuck looked inside the module. "Team Pansies certainly didn't waste much time carting off with the stolen goods," said Groundchuck. He then turned and saw their footprints. "The tracks are still fresh. We can still catch them if we move right now," said Groundchuck. "You don't have to tell me twice," said Dirtbag. The two mutants then began to follow the trail of footprints.
Back at Professor Sycamore's laboratory, Merissa was practicing her singing. This was the first time that Clemont and Bonnie heard her sing. "Wow! I've never heard a Pokémon sing so beautifully," said Bonnie. "Fascinating," said Clemont. "Jigglypuff, eat your heart out," said Nancy. "Pika," said Pikachu. The other Pokémon were entranced by Merissa's singing. Professor Sycamore happened to be there too. "April, you've picked the right choice for a Pokémon," said Prof. Sycamore. "Thanks," said April. "So, do you think the legend of the sirens were started because of the Primarina species?" asked Donatello. "Most likely," said Ash.
He turned to Professor Sycamore. "So how goes the Mega Evolution research?" asked Ash. "It's going fine. There's a new raw Mega Stone I found the other day and it's almost finished being carved," said Prof. Sycamore. "Really? What is it?" asked Ash. "You'll see," said Prof. Sycamore.
Unbeknownst to our heroes, Team Pansies were overhearing the conversation. They had finished making their new uniforms, but they were inferior compared to their old ones. Jessie had the black undershirt, gloves & boots and skirt like her old uniform, but the shirt was different. It was now sleeveless and her skirt now has a belt. The red R was scribbled on the shirt with fabric marker. James' uniform had the same black undershirt, gloves & boots, purple belt and white pants, but his shirt was shorter and had shorter sleeves with a scribbled red R too.
"Mega evolution. Strong stuff," said Meowth. "Further evolution after evolving! So that's what the twerps were using during that big battle from a week ago!" said James excitedly. "The way is clear! Every Pokémon is ours! Catching time's here!" said Jessie. Team Pansies snickered just as Wobbuffet popped out of its Pokéball. "Wobbuffet!" said Wobbuffet. Team Pansies covered Wobbuffet's mouth. "Sssshhhhh!" said Team Pansies.
It wasn't long before Team Pansies got to work. They entered the laboratory, disguised as lab assistants. Jessie had her hair styled into a bun and wore a white lab coat, a pink shirt, a red neck tie, gray pants, a black belt with a silver buckle, black shoes, glasses and a dust mask. James wore a white lab coat, a yellow shirt, a blue neck tie, gray pants, a brown belt with a silver buckle, black shoes, glasses and a dust mask. His hair style was still the same. Meowth stood on top of Wobbuffet and looked kind of pudgy in his disguise. He wore a white lab coat that completely covered Wobbuffet and wore glasses, a dust mask and a brown wig. "Oh fellow researchers!" called Jessie. "We've come to research Mega Evolution!" said James. "You have?" asked Sophie as she was coming down the hall. Team Pansies snickered.
Froakie was walking down the hall when it saw Team Pansies with Sophie. "We have come to be of scientific surface," said Meowth. Cosette and Garchomp arrived to the area. "I wasn't told anything about this," said Sophie. "I'll check with the professor," said Cosette. She then went to find Professor Sycamore. Garchomp growled at Team Pansies, sensing something wasn't right. "Froakie!" said Froakie as it arrived. "Froakie!" said Froakie, pointing at Team Pansies threateningly. "Gar!" said Garchomp. "Doesn't that look like a Pokémon that would become a Greninja like Tatsu?" asked Meowth. "One who should feel our research wrath first. So let's get ready to research!" said James, taking out a strange, cube-shaped device. "Now please step aside," said Jessie, putting her hands on Sophie's shoulders and gently pushing Sophie back. "This procedure is not for the faint of heart," said Jessie. "Viola!" said James, throwing the cube at Froakie. Garchomp came to Froakie's defense and stood in front of Froakie. The cube then released some strange, glowing blue ring that wrapped around Garchomp's neck. Some energy began to spark from it. Garchomp yelped as the energy started to take hold of it. "Froakie Froa?" asked Froakie, showing concern. Sophie gasped. "Oh no! Garchomp!" cried Sophie.
"Not our intended target, but whatever. Garchomp can mega evolve since we saw Cynthia's do it," said Jessie. "Let's roll with the punches! It's a Garchomp grab!" said Meowth. James took out a strange remote. "Garchomp, we insist that you come along for the ride!" said James as he pressed some buttons. Garchomp continued to growl in pain. Froakie jumped at Garchomp and tried to pry the device off. But a spark hit Froakie, knocking him off. Froakie landed on his back. Garchomp let out a yelp that it could heard by Ash and the others. "Huh?" asked everybody. "Hey! That's Garchomp!" said Ash. Ash and the others began to head back inside the lab. While they were running, the Squirtles, Splinter and Ninjara changed into their ninja gear. Casey changed into his sports gear.
Garchomp let out a Hyper Beam attack, which hit some of the balconies. Garchomp then destroyed some of the book shelves along with a wall lamp. Garchomp's eyes then turned red. "Hold on! This isn't how we planned it!" said Jessie. "Come on, Garchomp! Go with the program!" said Meowth. "Most peculiar," said James. The red ring turned red as James tried to put more power into the mind control. "Garchomp!" said Ash as he & his friends, the TMNS and the others arrived into the hall. "What's going on?" asked Ash. "Pika?" asked Pikachu. "Professor, those three did this!" said Sophie. "Huh?" asked Prof. Sycamore. "Alright, who are you?!" asked Prof. Sycamore.
The TMNS and the others looked at Team Pansies. Leonardo recognized them due to James not changing his hairstyle. "It's Team Pansies!" said Leonardo. Team Pansies eyes widened when they realized they weren't fooled. "You can't fool us if you didn't change your hairstyle, James!" said Raphael. Knowing that they couldn't fool the heroes, they had no choice but to shed their disguises. "Prepare for trouble alright! We're us!" said Jessie. "And make it double! No muss, no fuss!" said James. They then threw off their disguises. "Oh no! It is Team Pansies!" said Ash. "You are such annoying bad people!" said Bonnie. "Team Pansies?" asked Prof. Sycamore. "They're from the organization, Team Rocket! They're bad guys who try to steal everybody's Pokémon!" said Ash.
"Try? We succeed!" said Jessie. "And Garchomp will fill that need!" said James. "There's nothing like doing an evil deed!" said Meowth. "It can't be! A talking Meowth!" said Prof. Sycamore. "The wisdom gushes out of my mouth!" said Meowth. "Wisdom?! Bah! More like words of stupidity if you ask us, you second rate villains! Oh, and I look the job that Shredder did on your jaw," sneered Misty. James growled at Misty's insult. "Second rate?! SECOND RATE! WE'LL SHOW YOU SECOND RATE!" cried James. Then, Team Pansies took out the stolen blasters. "Hey! Aren't those Utrom-type blasters?" asked Donatello. "Yes. We stole them when we escaped from the Technodrome," said Jessie. "You're going to pay for leaving us in that H.F.I.L. hole!" said James.
But before Team Pansies could open fire, somebody else did. Some lasers hit Team Pansies, knocking them down. The one who fired at them was Groundchuck, who was armed with a laser blaster. Dirtbag was with him too. "Found you morons at last!" said Dirtbag. "Look out! It's Groundchuck and Dirtbag!" cried Misty. Team Pansies had dropped some of the other technology they stole. "I believe those are ours," said Groundchuck. He and Dirtbag then reclaimed most of the stolen technology except the blasters. "Hey! That technology belongs to us now!" said Meowth as he and his comrades pointed their blasters at the two mutants. "But I doubt you can reverse engineer it. You couldn't drive the Technodrome! What makes you think you can use the stuff you stole?" asked Groundchuck. "We'll adapt!" said Meowth.
Without warning, Garchomp fired a Hyper Beam at Team Pansies. Team Pansies gasped as it headed for them. When the Hyper Beam hit, it created an explosion that sent Team Pansies flying and crashing through the roof of the laboratory. "No fair!" cried Team Pansies. "Wobbuffet!" cried Wobbuffet.
Garchomp growled. "What, Garchomp? What's going on?" asked Ash. Garchomp fired another Hyper Beam attack. "Look out!" cried Ash. Ash and the others ran out of the path of the Hyper Beam just in time. It caused an explosion, with a shockwave that sent everybody in different directions., including Groundchuck and Dirtbag. "What was that for?!" asked Ash. "Look at Garchomp's neck!" said Clemont. Garchomp was continuing to try to resist the effects of the control collar. "It's some sort of collar," said Prof. Sycamore. "It's from those people," said Sophie. "What?" asked Prof. Sycamore. "Garchomp did it to save Froakie," said Sophie. "That was a noble sacrifice it did," said Splinter.
Garchomp then jumped and burst through the wall and out of the lab. It began to run wild on the streets of Lumiose City. It knocked aside a car. "Garchomp!" said Ash. "Pika!" said Pikachu. "Garchomp must be in a lot of pain," said Ash. "What's going to happen to Garchomp?" asked Bonnie. "Let's go after it!" said Ash. "Pika!" said Pikachu. "Right!" said Nancy. "We'll come too!" said Leonardo. "Brock and I will back you up as well," said Misty. Ash, Pikachu, Nancy, Misty, Brock and the TMNS ran after Garchomp. Nancy threw off her skirt, converting her dress into a leotard again.
"Please be very careful! Sophie, please check to see if the other Pokémon are okay," said Prof. Sycamore. Sophie nodded. "Oh Clemont, I wish we can help poor Garchomp out," said Bonnie. "Then let's go too," said Clemont. Bonnie nodded. Froakie stood in front of Ash and the others. "Froakie, what?" asked Ash. "Froa!" said Froakie. "Great! You wanna come?" asked Ash. "Froa Froa!" said Froakie as he hopped out the door, with Ash & co. and the TMNS following after them. "Pika!" said Pikachu.
Dirtbag and Groundchuck recovered after being knocked down. "Good thing I wore a helmet," said Dirtbag. "Come on! Let's get out of here! At least we got most of the stolen technology back," said Groundchuck. "They won't have a chance to reverse engineer the other stuff. They don't have the brains to do it anyway," sneered Dirtbag. Groundchuck and Dirtbag then began to make a run back for the module Team Pansies stole. April got out her cellphone and contacted Charles. "Charles, there's an opportunity to do a story that's worth getting on the news right now!" said April. "Okay. You and Vernon just get it on film," said Charles. "Right," said April and Vernon.
The sun was starting to set and Garchomp was gliding in the air, while firing Hyper Beam attacks. "Attention citizens, there's a wild Garchomp on a rampage! Please evacuate immediately!" said Jenny, speaking through a loudspeaker on her police car. At that moment, Officer Jenny's shell phone began to ring. Jenny answered it. "Hello?" asked Jenny. "Jenny, it's me, Leonardo," said Leonardo. "Leo, have you and your brothers heard what's happening?" asked Jenny. "We actually saw what happened. Garchomp is on a rampage because its trying to resist a mind control collar that was placed on its neck by Team Pansies. My brothers and I along with some of our heroes are in pursuit of it right now," said Leonardo. "Okay. Just make sure it doesn't cause any more damage," said Jenny. "I don't think that will be too much of a big problem," said Leonardo.
April and Vernon got onto their Channel Six News copter. Other news copters were also following Garchomp too. One of them was a news channel called MTV. "At present, Garchomp is flying toward Prism Tower!" said the female MTV reporter. Garchomp landed on Prism Tower and fired a Hyper Beam attack. The news copters barely dodged it. "Garchomp is now unleashing random Hyper Beams! Just aimed one, straight at our helicopter," said the MTV reporter. A Channel 8 helicopter happened to be near Prism Tower, with Dee Dustin covering his own newsfeed. "That Garchomp appears to have something on its neck. I bet those Squirtles are the ones responsi . . . ," said Dee Dustin, but he was interrupted when a Hyper Beam hit the propellors of the Channel 8 helicopter. "We're hit!" cried the pilot. Dee Dustin and the pilot screamed as the helicopter spun out of control.
"This is April O'Neil, live from Lumiose City! Earlier today, a Garchomp under Professor Sycamore's ownership is on a rampage due to Team Pansies putting a control collar in an attempt to mind control it," said April. Grace happened to be watching April's broadcast while drinking tea. "Garchomp seems to be agitated as a result of it trying to resist the collar's effects," said April. "Have a look at this. Something unbelievable is happening," said Grace. Serena was getting a bottle of water out of the fridge. She still wore her pink bow in her hair, but she was wearing a light purple and pink hoodie, pink shorts and pink slippers. Her face had band-aids on her nose and her left cheek. "Oh yeah? Well something unbelievable has happened to my face, okay?" complained Serena. "Oh," said Grace, looking embarrassed. Serena arrived to the porch where Grace was watching the news. "Huh?" asked Serena. She sat down. "What movie is this?" asked Serena. "It's real. And live from Lumiose City. Something awful's going on," said Grace.
The Channel 8 helicopter had crashed outside of the city and into some mud. Dee Dustin and the pilot were soaked in mud from head to toe. "This just isn't my day," groaned Dee Dustin. He and the pilot then fell unconscious and fell face first in the mud with a loud SPLAT!
As Garchomp was firing Hyper Beams randomly into the air, a large crowd of people started to gather around the tower. "Garchomp!" cried Ash as he, Pikachu, Nancy, Froakie, Misty, Brock and the TMNS arrived outside of Prism Tower. "Pikachu!" said Pikachu. "There you are, Ash!" said Bonnie as he and Clemont caught up with the others. "We gotta try to get close to it!" said Ash. "But that's dangerous!" said Clemont. "No. Garchomp is the one who's in danger. I've got to find a way to get that collar off," said Ash. "Froa?" asked Froakie. "You got us Squirtles, watching your back," said Michelangelo. Clemont pondered on the problem. "I know. If getting close to Garchomp is what you need to do, I think I've just come up with a way," said Clemont. "You did?" asked Ash.
Clemont led the others to a door on one of the sides of the Prism Tower. "There's an emergency stairwell through this door," said Clemont. He put his hand near a panel, which part of it was glowing red. "Good thing I brought my backpack," said Clemont. "Huh?" asked Ash. "The future is now thanks to science. Clemontic gear on," said Clemont. He pressed a button on of his backpack's straps. "Aipom arm, go," said Clemont. A mechanical arm extended from the back of his backpack and it extended to the button on the panel. The fingers then inserted into some little holes and began to turn the panel. "Wow! Check that out!" said Ash. "Pika," said Pikachu. Then, the panel started to glow blue. "Now, we can get in," said Clemont. Everybody gasped in amazement. "Man, science is so amazing!" said Michelangelo. "You got that right. It's my brother's invention," said Bonnie. "So, did you build this backpack of yours all by yourself?" asked Donatello. "Yep. I must admit, I'm kind of good at these things," said Clemont. "I used to have a tech pack, but it was destroyed during our first battle with Shredder. But I now use these goggles instead," said Donatello. He put the goggles over his eyes.
Ash, Pikachu, Nancy, Froakie, Misty, Brock and the Squirtles entered Prism Tower. "Thanks Clemont," said Ash. "Sure thing," said Clemont. Suddenly, a Hyper Beam hit the ground, sending Clemont and Bonnie crashing to the ground. Ash, the Squirtles and the others were sent crashing to the ground, but further into the Prism Tower. "Clemont, Bonnie, you okay?!" asked Ash. When the dust settled, the doorway had been sealed by some rubble. "Yeah. Don't worry about us. You and the others just get going," said Clemont. "We're on it!" said Ash. Ash and the others began to head up the stairs. "Jenny, we're in Prism Tower. We're going to try to reach Garchomp and remove the collar. Where are you?" asked Leonardo. "I'm outside of Prism Tower, watching the action. You and the others be careful," said Jenny. "Don't worry. We've been through worse," said Leonardo.
Professor Sycamore arrived outside of Prism Tower. "Officer Jenny!" said Prof. Sycamore. "Professor Sycamore," said Jenny. "I'm so sorry about the trouble. Where's Garchomp?" asked Prof. Sycamore. "Hey! Up there!" said a man. Everybody looked and saw Ash, the TMNS and the others. "It's some kid!" said the man. "What? It's Ash!" said Prof. Sycamore. Officer Jenny gasped. But she sighed with relief seeing the Squirtles were there too. "Are those that band of Ninja Squirtles?" asked a woman. "Yes. But they're on our side," said Jenny.
The Squirtles and the others began to carefully and slowly approach Garchomp. "Hey, Garchomp," said Ash. "Dude. You okay?" asked Michelangelo. Garchomp turned to the TMNS and the others. Garchomp then fired a Hyper Beam at the heroes. They dodged just in time, but it hit part of the tower. Clemont and Bonnie could see the explosion from where they were. Bonnie groaned in worry. "I wonder if Ash and the others are all right?" asked Bonnie. "Please Garchomp, you've got to calm down," said Ash. Garchomp let out an agitated roar. "Froa!" said Froakie. "Pikachu!" said Pikachu.
"As you can see, the famous Pokémon Champion, Ash Ketchum along with his friends, Misty & Brock and the Ninja Squirtles are trying to save Garchomp from the effects of the collar," said April. "I wonder if that kid is Garchomp's Trainer?" asked Grace. Serena stared at Ash. That's the kid from the news report of that big battle again, thought Serena. Garchomp then took to the air and began to fly further up the tower. "Garchomp, come back!" cried Ash. "Pika!" said Pikachu. "Look's like we'll have to climb up further," said Brock. Nancy saw some built in ladders. "Let's take that way," said Nancy. "We Squirtles will get up the ninja way," said Michelangelo.
The TMNS got out their Squirtle Grapplers and hurled them up. They grapplers wrapped around a sturdy part of the tower. The TMNS then began to climb up the tower. Bonnie and Clemont managed to spot the heroes. "There they are! I can't believe how brave Ash is when it comes to helping out Pokémon!" said Bonnie. "I need to get up there!" said Clemont. He began to head toward the rubble. "Wait! I'm going with you!" said Bonnie. Clemont began to lift up one of the rubble chunks with both his hands and the Aipom Arm. He managed to make a gap in the rubble big enough for him and Bonnie. "Now," said Clemont. Clemont climbed through the gap. Bonnie was having trouble, but Clemont grabbed her hand. "Take my hand, Bonnie," said Clemont. The two siblings then managed to climb through the gap successfully. "Thank you," said Bonnie. Ash & co. and the TMNS managed to climb to the top of Prism Tower. The Squirtles put away their grapplers for later. Garchomp was still firing Hyper Beam attacks. "I'm here to help, Garchomp," said Ash. "Unbelievable! The Ninja Squirtles, Ash and their friends have climbed to the top of Prism Tower!" said April. Serena and Grace were still watching the news broadcast.
Night had now fallen. Garchomp fired another Hyper Beam attack at our heroes. Ash and the others dodged it, but barely. Pikachu stood in a battle stance and his cheeks began to spark. "Pika!" said Pikachu. "No Pikachu!" said Ash. "Pika?" asked Pikachu. "Wait. I don't want you to attack Garchomp," said Ash. "Pikachu," said Pikachu. "So what are we supposed to do?" asked Raphael. Clemont and Bonnie managed to climb up to one of the levels of Prism Tower, with Clemont panting. "Put yourself together, Clemont," said Bonnie. Clemont collapsed to the ground. "My legs. Where's Ash?" asked Clemont. "Over there, at the top of the tower," said Bonnie.
Garchomp fired another Hyper Beam, but the heroes jumped back just in time. "Garchomp, can you hear me? I know it hurts. You're in a lot of pain," said Ash. "Pika," said Pikachu. "Froa," said Froakie. "We just want to help you. Please, let us get that collar off so we can get back down," said Ash. Garchomp roared. "Please. So what do you say?" asked Ash. Everybody watched nervously as Ash and Leonardo slowly advanced toward Garchomp. Ash then got an idea and took out Azelf's Pokéball and he summoned the said Pokémon. "What's going on, master?" asked Azelf. "That Garchomp over there is in pain due to that collar. We need to remove it," said Ash.
Suddenly, the pain started to intensify and Garchomp was stumbling backwards. Ash gasped. "Wait! Garchomp, look out!" said Ash. Froakie jumped and threw some frubbles, gluing Garchomp's feet to the floor. "Good thinking, Froakie!" said Ash. Garchomp gripped at the collar. "We gotta destroy that collar!" said Ash. "Pikachu!" said Pikachu. Ash and Pikachu ran toward Garchomp. Ash then grabbed onto the Dragon & Ground-type Pokémon. "Garchomp, hang on and I'll get this thing off of you!" said Ash. Garchomp fired yet another Hyper Beam attack. Ash turned to Azelf. "Azelf, use Psychic to freeze it in its tracks!" cried Ash. Azelf's eyes glowed blue and Garchomp was caught in a psychic grip. "Somebody remove that collar now! I don't know how much longer I can keep him stiff!" cried Azelf. "I'll cut it loose!" said Leonardo. "Be careful, Leo. You don't want to slit its throat," said Donatello. Leonardo then drew out a kunai dagger and walked toward Garchomp. He then carefully sliced off the collar, breaking it without cutting at Garchomp's throat. The glowing red on Garchomp's eyes faded away, showing it was free from the mind control. Garchomp then collapsed in exhaustion. "Cowabunga!" said Michelangelo. "Are okay?" asked Ash. "Froakie!" said Froakie. "Pika!" said Pikachu. The two Pokémon and the others ran to Ash, Azelf and Leonardo. "That must've hurt. Help's on the way, don't worry," soothed Ash. "The ones who did this to you got what was coming to them," said Leonardo.
"Way to go, Leo!" said Raphael. He and Leonardo did a high three. But suddenly, part of the floor collapsed beneath Pikachu, the TMNS, Misty and Brock. The seven heroes screamed. "Pikachu!" cried both Ash and Nancy. "Pika!" screamed Pikachu. Michelangelo screamed his girly scream once again. The other Squirtles, Brock and Misty screamed as well. Ash and Nancy then jumped after their friends. Everybody gasped due to what both Ash and Nancy were doing. As they were falling, Nancy managed to grab Pikachu and Ash grabbed onto Nancy. Quickly thinking, Ash took out Pidgeot's Pokéball. "Pidgeot!" cried Ash. He threw the ball and Pidgeot was summoned. Pidgeot managed to catch Ash, Pikachu and Nancy on its back. The Squirtles quickly got out their Squirtle Grapplers and hurled them. The grapplers managed to wrap around part of the tower and they stopped the Squirtles' fall.
Unfortunately, Misty and Brock had no Flying Pokémon with them. Ash saw this. "Misty, Brock!" cried Ash. Suddenly, something in a flash of flames grabbed both Misty and Brock. "What's that?!" asked Prof. Sycamore. Misty and Brock saw the one who saved them was the Mega Blaziken they saw when they first set foot in Kalos. "Whoa. It's you," said Brock. "That Mega Blaziken we saw earlier," said Misty. Mega Blaziken landed safely on its feet and let go of Brock and Misty. At that moment, Ash, Pikachu, Nancy and the TMNS came down to the ground. "Thanks for saving my two friends," said Ash. "Blaze," said Mega Blaziken. Mega Blaziken then leapt into the distance. Clemont sighed. "What a relief," said Bonnie. "Froa Froakie," said Froakie. "Gar," said Garchomp.
"Hey. Ash, Pikachu, Nancy, Misty, Brock, Squirtles, thank goodness you all didn't get hurt," said Prof. Sycamore as he ran up to the heroes. "We're all doing great and Garchomp's back to normal," said Ash. "Thank you. All of you. Officer Jenny is on her way to get them now," said Prof. Sycamore. "That Mega Blaziken was something," said Misty. "I wonder who it belongs to?" asked Brock. The Mega Blaziken landed somewhere on the rooftops. Its Trainer was waiting. It looked like a masked man, whose costume was based on a Mega Blaziken. "Great job, Blaziken," said the Blaziken's Trainer. The Mega Blaziken transformed back into a normal Blaziken. "Blaziken," said Blaziken. The two then left the area. "It was a Mega Blaziken," said Prof. Sycamore. "I still remember seeing it in battle back at Saffron City," said Nancy. "Another research topic for me," said Prof. Sycamore. "Mega Blaziken, thanks for everything!" called Ash. "Pika Pika!" called Pikachu.
Serena sighed. "What a relief," said Serena. Ash's face then appeared on the TV screen. Now Serena could get a good look at Ash's face. "That boy. No it couldn't be," said Serena. For Serena somehow recognized Ash.

Groundchuck and Dirtbag returned to the Technodrome with the stuff that was stolen by Team Pansies. "We managed to take back most of Team Pansies stole," said Dirtbag. "What do you mean, most of it?" asked the Shredder. "They still have the blasters," said Groundchuck. "At least we got the ones that needed to get retrieved. Team Pansies are going to be just as persistent as those wretched reptiles and those brats," said Krang. "We need to get the Technodrome up and running soon before our enemies figure out where we are. Team Pansies already know where the Technodrome is so we need to get moving so that they don't return to it to cause any more damage," said the Shredder. "We have enough power to move it one last time and then that's it until we get more energy," said Krang. "Very well," said the Shredder. The Technodrome then began to move away from its current spot to a new hiding location.

The next day, it was time for Ash, Pikachu, Nancy Misty and Brock to head out to the next town. Professor Sycamore, Clemont, Bonnie, the TMNS, Splinter, Ninjara, Merissa, April, Vernon and Irma were seeing them off. "Hope you all got some sleep. I know it's a mess in there," said Prof. Sycamore. "Yeah. I slept like a log," said Ash. "Best sleep I had in a long time," said Bonnie. "Thank you for everything," said Clemont. "I guess your real journey begins now, doesn't it, Ash?" asked Prof. Sycamore. "Yup," said Ash. "Oh, by the way. Have you received a Kalos Region Pokédex yet?" asked Prof. Sycamore. "No," said Ash. "Then please take this on your journey and make use of it," said Prof. Sycamore, handing the Pokédex to Ash. It was red like the previous models. But it was card-shaped and had a holographic center that was visible when the two ends were separated. "Thanks a lot, Professor," said Ash. He put the Pokédex in his jacket pocket.
"And I have another gift for you, Ash," said Prof. Sycamore. He then took out a Mega Stone and put it in Ash's hand. This Mega Stone was orange and the symbol was red, light orange and pale yellow. "Cool! A Mega Stone! Who's it for?" asked Ash. "Your Pidgeot," said Prof. Sycamore. "My Pidgeot?" asked Ash. "Yes. You can use it to mega evolve your Pidgeot into Mega Pidgeot," said Prof. Sycamore. "Thanks, professor," said Ash. He put the Mega Stone in his bag. "Are you ready to go, buddy?" asked Ash. "Pikachu!" said Pikachu. "Good luck with your research, Professor," said Ash. "Squirtles, you and your friends do everything it takes to stop Shredder's plans," said Misty. "You bet we will," said Raphael.
Ash was about to leave when he got hit in the face by some frubbles. It was Froakie. It stood in front of the group with an empty Pokéball. Ash and his friends approached the blue frog. "Froakie?" asked Ash. It pushed the Pokéball toward Ash. "Froa," said Froakie. "Hey. I think it wants to go with you," said Prof. Sycamore. "I can't believe it. Froakie chose you," said Clemont. "It really likes Ash. That's so sweet," said Bonnie. Ash picked up the empty Pokéball. "You think so, huh? So Froakie, you want to come with us?" asked Ash. "Froakie!" said Froakie happily as it pressed the center button on the Pokéball. The Water Pokémon was then scooped up into the Pokéball. "It's so awesome you're coming with us, Froakie. Pikachu, Froakie's our first friend in Kalos," said Ash. "Pika!" said Pikachu. "Yes! I got a Froakie! Yeah!" said Ash, raising Froakie's Pokéball. "Pi Pikachu!" said Pikachu. Nancy winked and giggled a girly giggle.
Our hero has his first Pokémon in the Kalos Region; Froakie! The Teenage Mutant Ninja Squirtles will stay with Professor Sycamore until they bring down Shredder, Krang and their forces once and for all! Now, what other friends and adventures await Ash, Misty and Brock? When will our pizza munching ninjas fight Shredder again? Find out, as the journey continues!
"Breakfast," said Serena, handing Rhyhorn a bowl of Pokémon food. "Eat it all up," said Serena. Rhyhorn growled and began to feast on its breakfast. Serena giggled and petted Rhyhorn on its horn. "Wow, Rhyhorn. I have this feeling that something interesting's about to happen," said Serena. He then recalled seeing Ash when he was younger. It must be that boy, thought Serena. "Right. Let's go," said Serena.

On the next episode of "Teenage Mutant Ninja Squirtles", a dying alien crash lands on Earth and tasks our pizza munching the heroes to gather the shards of the mysterious Eye of Zarnov. Unfortunately, both the Shredder and Team Pansies want to get their greed hands on them. When Shredder obtains the first one, he uses it to shrink both the Squirtles and Team Pansies and eventually, some of Lumiose City's buildings! Can our heroes return to their normal size? Team Pansies have returned to be an annoyance to both heroes and villains alike.
