The black instance fades as he comes out of the other side. He was in the same room in one he was in when he was a kid. He looked round and saw some shining on the floor in the middle of the room. He went to see what it was. What he finds is his know old hidden leaf headband. He picked it up, removing the dust. He looked at the symbol of the leaf and saw his reflection. For a moment he saw his younger self that was the innocence that he once had. He blinked and his younger self was one replaced by a veteran of a war. He wonders if he can put it slipspace with the rest of his armor.

He went to his device the monitor gave him. He looked for the add command. He found it and scanned it. He sent it to slipspace. He saw that there was damage to it. And it hit the repair command. It was done in a second. He summed it back and it looked brand new. He put it back in slipspace. He did not need it now.

He moved to the door. He pressed the symbol on the door and it opened to a dark cave.

He summoned his armor. He's helmet display came on and he turned on his flashlight. He looked around and started to move to where the entrance of the cave was destroyed. As he was moving he began to think about what to do. He had two options: he could go to the hidden leaf to his family and explain what happened on the mission. He would be with his family and the girl he loved but people would question where he was which was easy. He will tell him the truth, well the half-truth.

Option 2 he could stay hidden. Well his family will think he's dead but no one in the world thinks he is alive and he would have freedom to make a move without his father's approval and his actions wouldn't be associated with the hidden leaf.

Then there was hana inuzuka. who was probably devastated when she thought i died. He flinched when he thought of her reaction to his supposed death and my mother's reaction anyway. Hana he could trust her with his life. She will ask what happened to him. He will tell her the truth of what happened on that mission. She deserves it. She probably blames herself. Maybe tell her how he feels. that is if she didn't move on.

His family was another thing. It's not like he didn't trust them and didn't get him wrong he trusted them . It's just that he didn't want them to worry about him, not that he couldn't take care of himself. He just knows his family would want to help him but he works better alone.

He can imagine his family reactions to him being alive. His father will be happy to know that he was alive. His mother would hug him to death and cry profusely. His little brother would celebrate with some ramen. And his little sis.

That right mother he remembered was 9 months pregnant with his little sister when he left for the mission. Did she give birth when he was on the mission with hana. He hoped so he did not want his mother to miscarry because of his supposed death.

He continued to move in the cave. The only thing he can hear is his armored footsteps. Until he found rubble. He guessed this was the destroyed entrance. So with nothing better to do to get out of here. With a chakra enhanced armored fist he punched the rubble. The rubble was destroyed clearing the way out

"Works every time." I said while looking around to see that the sun was out. He dismissed his armor. Because he didn't want anyone to know that an armored giant punched through rubble. He laughed at the thought of someone seeing him punch through a pile of rubble.

Then he looked back at the cave entrance and thought of the forerunner structure. He did not want someone to find it. So he did what was the only thing he was going to do. He did a couple of hand signs "Earth style : earth avalanche." stone's fell on the cave entrance.

Now he started to move from tree to tree to find the nearest town. He wondered what his father was doing right now.

Konoha

In the land of fire there stood a village named konoha or the village hidden in the leaf's. It was an impressive size. There are district dedication to residential and markets. There are districts for major clans like the hyuga and the uchiha and so on. In the back centre of the village there was a red tower. In this tower there was the leader of the hidden leaf village, the fourth hokage Minato Namikaze, also known as the yellow flash of konoha.

He has been going through paperwork since graduation for the current class of konoha academy students, one of them being his son naruto. His daughter Ray is starting the academy next year. He sighed that his son would soon enter the real world, the same one that claimed his eldest son. He still remembers the day that his mission partner hana inuzuka. The poor girl he knew the girl had feelings for him since the academy and his son held the same. He remembers the teasing both of their mothers gave them. Then two day after Ray was born she came to their house about their son.

They were watching Naruto play with his little sister when the bell rang. They thought it was their son to greet them. But instead they open the door and see Hana alone crying. In shock, they noticed their son wasn't there with her. In a panic they asked what happened hoping their son was in the konoha hospital instead of their worst fear. All Hana had to say was "sorry." Then the poor girl collapsed on knees and continued to say "sorry" and "it was my fault.". Once the girl calmed down they asked what happened. She told them that they cleared the camp of bandits and of rogue shinobi. There was a cove so Hana and Hiroto went in to search for any straggler while her ninken were watching. The moment she entered there was an explosive tag that went off above her. Hiroto grabbed her by the jacket collar and replaced her with him. Then she went to cry. When she calmed down Kushina asked the girl if she could walk home alone. Hana nodded to the question. Him and Kushina could barely keep it together; their son was possibly dead or alive under a pile of rubble. He sent an ANBU squad to investigate. They found nothing no body. They went inside the cave and found footstep that led to a metal wall of some kind. After that Minato declared him M.I.A of course after for year's of finding nothing he was declared K.I.A .

His train of thought halted when he heard a knock on the door.

"Come in." he said looking back down at this paperwork.

The door opened to reveal his only alive student, Kakashi Hatake.

'Good even lord hokage." he greeted with a bow

"Please call me Minato when we are alone." minato said with a laugh

"of course minato sensei" Kashashi said with a eyed smile

"Anyway I assume this is not a pleasant visit." said minato

"You are right. It is about the team I requested." asked Kakashi

"Yes, the team of my son naruto namikaze , itachi brother sasuke uchiha and sakura haruno tell me why them specifically." asked minato

"Well naruto is your son and he already knows me and he has great potential as well as sasuke and sakura has great chakra control." said Kakashi

"Yes the report's of sakura was that she wants to be a medic nin and" he sighed "naruto and sasuke say they want to be like their brother's."

"Minato sensei don't worry i will keep naruto safe you can count on me." Kakashi with confidence.

" I know you will. I am just worried." said Minato. 3 years ago he had to declare that his son was dead. They found nothing in the years they searched , it was just like he vanished without a trace. Kushina went to their son's room to grieve. It was only with the help of Yuri Hyuga and Mikoto Uchiha that she came out . When she comes out of their son's room she comes with the term's of reality. Their eldest son was dead. They had to wait for Kushina to start the funeral. Who were at the funeral was Hiashi Hyuga, his wife Yuri and their two children Hinata and hanabi. Fugaku Uchiha and his wife Mikoto Uchiha and their son's Itachi and sasuke. Itachi had been a friend and a rival to hiroto and hana Inuzuka to the surprise of the minato and kushina come as well

Minato got up and from his chair went to look at his village. "I know you will keep him safe. I just don't want to lose another one."

Kakashi knew what he was talking about. doing the third shinobi war they lost both rin and obito then doing naruto birth they lost lord third to seal the nine tails in Naruto. Then when Hiroto had died. Minato had to stay strong for the village. But Kakashi could tell that his heart was still bleeding because of it.

"Anyway is that all Kakashi" said while he turned to Kakashi

"Yes minato sensei thank you." said Kakashi as he took his leave.

Minato turned to look at his village then to the sky 'how are you doing up there my son' then he went back to work.

Somewhere in the fire country

Hiroto has been running through tree's for about an hour and a half. Until there is a road that should lead to a town. He continued to jump from tree to tree to get there. He saw the town in the distance. When he got to the town. He looked at himself and saw he still had his undersuit on. He needs to "get" clothes . He was going to stealthily acquire them. Alright he was going to steal some cloth it not like he had some ryo on him

He acquired a sleeveless black shirt and camo black pants and a black cloak to hide his arm which were scared to the brim because of his augmentation and with the fight with the covenant and a straw hat to hide his face from anyone. He changed into his casual clothing as he liked to call it. He sent his undersuit back to slipspace.

"Let's see if this works." he touched his holopad in his arm. He went to the commands that he can change his features on his face. He went with a black hairstyle with blue eyes. He grabbed a mirror to see if it worked. His face looked like the one he put on. "Nice" he whispered to himself. He put on the cloak and the hat.

He went into the town. He looked around the town and saw people going about their business without feeling like there was no intergalactic war going on somewhere on the other side of the galaxy. That he was thankful for. He continued going there out of town. He then decided that he needed a break. With working for ONI and fighting a group of aliens that wanted everyone dead in your race put a lot of stress on you. He asked one of the locals where the bath house was. The local pointed to where the direction was for the bath house. He found the bathhouse and entered and put his stuff away in a locked box.

He entered the pool area with only a towel on. Hiroto had a muscular build that would make any woman fall for with a 8 pack and lengthy scar's thanks to his augmentation and battle's. He looked around the area and saw someone at the back looking through something. He rolled his eyes at the man he knew was a pervert. He entered the bath and relaxed. 'God this felt great' he thought as he relaxed. It would have been more perfect if the guy was not mumbling to himself.

He turned to tell him to "Hey man can you keep your mumbling to yourself that be great." The man who had long white spiky long hair turned to him and he saw his head had a red's line going from bottom to his eyes. "No can do. I'm doing research here." he said with a grin.

Hiroto's eyes widened as he had a cleaner image of the man. He knew him from one time he visited his childhood home. This man is his godfather jiraiya.

'Yes oh yes' thought Jiraiya he was currently doing research for his new book Make out paradise. He had things to do like going to the hidden leaf to tell minato about a certain organization and to see his godchildren.

He then heard someone enter the man's bathhouse. Then he went to his " research" and to his mumbling

Then the man asked "hey man can you keep your mumbling to yourself." He turned around and looked at the man and gave him a grin and said "No can do doing research here."

The man's eyes widened in shock a moment then went back to the clueless ' does he know me from somewhere.' He thought to himself. He was legendary for his book. But by this man's reaction he must know of his title one of the sannin. Which means he's a leaf shinobi or shinobi from another village or a rogue shinobi. He hopes it is the first one.

Jiraiya looks at the man with blue eyes and black hair and notices the man's arm that was riddled with scars. This man has seen a lot of combat but he looks 19 years old. While it is common for shinobi to have some scar but not that many for his age. That was only in his left arm, what about the rest of his body.

But the way he changed his shocked eyes to a clueless look. He must be trained to change his emotions on the Fly.

He wanted to go back to his research but the man was unknown and in the fire country.

Jiraiya laughed, " sorry didn't mean to disturb you." Jiraiya said while putting his research book away.

The man shrugged " it my fault you were here first. Boing what you were doing." As he laid his head back.

Yes his research is important but that can wait. Jiraiya as he went to the change room. He need to know more of his man

Hiroto watched Jiraiya leave and he sighed he did not want to talk to his godfather after so many years. He probably thought he was a shinobi out on a trip.

Then he heard the door open and saw that his godfather walked back in with only a towel. He cursed himself. Why couldn't he just leave 'where is that luck now.'

Jiraiya then entered the bath a cross from him. Jiraiya sat down across from him

They sat there awkwardly. Jiraiya he noticed was looking at scar's across his body and he was groaning internally. He was going ask him what he did to get all these scar

"So what do you do for a living" asked jiraiya

Without missing a beat Hiroto said " I do bounty hunting for a living."

"Mmm that's a lot of scar for a mere bounty hunter to have." Said Jiraiya looking at him

"I go for the higher bounty one." Said Hiroto

"There must be a lot of strong bounty for this amount of scar." Said

Hiroto knew what he was doing. He is getting information on him. He was glad he asked the monitor for the disguise device.

Hiroto needs to change the conversation "What are you doing here anyway?"

"Well my friend, I was doing research for my book franchise, Make Out Paradise." Jiraiya said while pulling out a book.

Hiroto gave him a blank stare and said " what type of research are we talking about."

"Sorry my friend, you need to be the right age to understand this book." Jiraiya said with grin

Hiroto knew what he was trying to do. He wants to know his age to make an accurate assessment of this unknown elements in the fire country.

Hiroto rolled his eyes at him. His godfather did not change in the time he was gone.

"Ok." Said Hiroto

Hiroto noticed that Jiraiya was not satisfied with that answer. Hiroto internally smirks. Jiraiya thought he was going to get information.

Hiroto was going to leave.

"Where are you going?" asked Jiraiya as he was about to leave.

"Going to find a inn" Hiroto said as he was half way through the door

"I can help you find an inn. I know this town quite well." Offer jiraiya as he too got up.

" Yeah, no thanks. But thanks for asking." Hiroto said while closing the door. He quickly put on his clothes. And left looking for a place to stay the night. He knows that his jiraiya will report this to his father, the exact opposite of what he wanted. No use to complain now. But in order to stay at the inn he needed ryo. He signed as he need to acquire ryo

Jiraiya was now on a rooftop looking at the man he met at the bathhouse. He knew he was lying about him being a bounty hunter. Only a shinobi can get those. But he only look's early to mid twenties. What happened to him, Jiraiya wondered. And why did he seem familiar? he left to the hidden leaf
