This is WarpedCognition469 presenting you with a Maya/Natsume drabble! I've wanted to write something about Chimame and their love interests (I'd love to hear Koi try to deny that, but we all know it's true), but we just know nothing about them! That's why a drabble works so well for them. We don't really need to know all that much!
Fun fact about this: It's based on mine and my friend's speedrunning escapades! We accomplished some big feats together. We were both playing, while Natsume is only advising here, but still! The parallel is there. Plus, I love the idea that Maya found some success as a speedrunner. What a concept! I hope you enjoy it.

World Record Duo!
"You're cutting it close!"
"We'll make it!" Maya's grip on her controller tightened and her teeth gritted. "Come on!"
"You can do it, Maya!"
"There's twelve seconds to the world record and he's on 200 health! What do I do?!"
"Um… Quick, go for the lightning spear!"
Maya hit the button, squeezed her eyes shut and grimaced. Then she heard a squeal. Suddenly, a pair of arms wrapped tightly around her.
"No way! You did it! You're amazing!"
Maya laughed in disbelief.
"Yeah…" She turned to Natsume and grinned. "Thanks to my amazing partner!"
Natsume blushed and looked away.
"T-Thanks…"
