Bobby felt a sting in his heart as he watched the elevator doors close in front of him and the elevator started going up, now he had to tell the young brown eyes brunette that her little brother had been in the tsunami, Athena had sadly gotten confirmation from Christopher, so now, even though Buck technically didn't work under him anymore, he felt obligated to be the one to inform Maddie Buckley. So here he was standing in the call center elevator, slowly making his way up. Once the elevator hit its intended floor and the doors slid open Bobby felt another sting in his heart, this wasn't going to be easy, it never was.

"Captain Nash" Sue Blevins greeted him with a sad and tired smile, Bobby could see she had been crying as well. Bobby had called ahead to let Sue know what was going on, also so that him and Maddie could have a quiet place to sit down where they wouldn't be desturbed

"Sue" Bobby greeted back, they both tried to keep professional about this

"Right this way please" Sue said and led Bobby to a small conference room. Before she went to get Maddie her face cracked and she looked at Bobby and asked: "Do we have any more information?"

"I'm afraid not, only confirmation that he was in the tsunami" Bobby said, his face cracking as well with the next part; "They were at the pier when it hit" Bobby said

"No" Sue gasped in horror and her eyes started to water again, but she dried them of, now was not the time to fall apart, she had a job to do. "I'll go get Maddie for you" Sue said when she had control over her voice again. 2 minutes later Sue came back with Maddie following behind confused, then she noticed Bobby and the tense atmosphere in the room and she stopped

"Bo… Bobby" she greeted hesitantly

"Maddie" Bobby greeted back, doing his best to stay professional and not fall apart in the wake of seeing Maddie in front of him and knowing how he was going to end her world with what he was about to say

"Why don't you sit down Maddie?" Sue asked motherly and pulled out the chair for Maddie, who just stood frozen by the door

"No" Maddie said, her eyes starting to water. "No, I'm not doing this" Maddie said, shaking her head. Sue and Bobby just looked at her, awaiting the inevitable and trying their hardest not to start crying and to stay professional, but this was Maddie and it was about Buck.

"Maddie" Sue said, laying a comforting hand on Maddie's shoulder and started guiding Maddie to sit down. Maddie followed but kept shaking her head

"No he's okay. Chimney is okay" Maddie said with tearful eyes looking at Maddie, and Bobby's heart ached for the young brunette who upon seeing him thought he was there to give the worst news about her boyfriend when in reality it was about her brother

"Chimney is okay", Bobby said, "But Maddie, we found Christopher in the water" everything in Maddie's features relaxed upon hearing Chimney was okay, but then immediately tensed up once over and turned to choked horror when realising what this meant

"No" Maddie gasped and started sobbing with her head in her hands

"Christopher is in the hospital and was able to tell that he and Buck", all three flinching at Bobby's mention of the name, "That they were at the pier when the tsunami hit" Bobby said

"No" Maddie cried out and snapped her head up to look at Bobby with horror

"I'm afraid we haven't been able to locate your brother… that we haven't been able to locate Buck as of yet" Bobby informed before his eyes started to tear up as well and his voice became to shaky for him to continue
