"Whoever's idea it was to trade for this TV… you are awesome~ Oh wait, it was me~" Laughed Hoshi as she held her twin Nala close, her sister cringing at each loud sound coming from the movie on their megascreen TV. They had gotten their bedroom looking real nice over the years…
They laid out soft carpet on the floor, a good break from hard tiles and cold mountain floor elsewhere. Julia and Archie worked together to build them a wonderfully soft muffalo fur couch big enough for all of them….And if it wasn't comfortable enough… The jade and gold bed Nala and Archie made, mostly as a vanity project, was the most comfortable place in the home.
Currently they all were at home on their couch having a lazy Saturday with a scary movie. The Megascreen TV was a recent addition to their home, and cost a lot to trade for… but it took up most of the wall of their room, but the perfect picture was worth it, and the video archive they had access to took full advantage of it.
The movie Rika chose for them was The Nun, and already she was regretting it, with Julia and Archie hugging her on either side so she could hide her face when needed. This scared side of their reliable co-leader was a pretty cute side of her they found out.
Nala was predictably afraid of the movie, while her twin was not phased by it in the slightest. To be fair, Hoshi was more focused on hugging her twin and enjoying the contact between them all to pay attention
There wasn't an inch of space between any of them, just how they liked it.
Nala tried to fold her ears, but she could still hear the sounds from the movie and knew she would be paranoid for the next few nights "Why.. do these ancient movies have to be so scary?..It isn't even VR!" She grumped and buried her face in Hoshi's chest, and felt a hand run through her hair.
"There there, none of us will let any nuns get you~" Hoshi said and scratched one of Nala's ears affectionately. "Though I might if you keep acting so cute…"
"Meep! I'll behave…" Nala mumbled into the chest of Hoshi's hoodie. Archie next to them reached an arm over to drap it over both of them, as she also hugs Rika and Julia on the other side. "This is nice…" Nala muttered quietly as she felt a moment of peace.. before that was shattered by another scary moment…
"Kyaaa-" Her scream was cut off by Hoshi claiming her lips in a kiss, that scream soon being shifted into a quiet moan.
The other girls watched Nala's toes curling a bit "Hoshi is a good kisser… Me next!" Rika chimed in from her resting spot against Archie, happy for a distraction as the movie wrapped up.
Once the movie was over…
"I need.. someone to come with me to the bathroom… " Nala muttered quietly to them as they all prepared for bed. Her ears folded as she seemed even smaller in both fear and embarrassment.
Julia nodded and got back up and grabbed her gun next to the bed. "I'll go." She offered as she shouldered her large sniper rifle.
"Um… you going to… get dressed?" Nala asked, her eyes shifting away from Julia who was buck naked for bed. "N-not that you don't.. look good.. b-but its cold.. out there…"
"I don't mind the cold, it feels nice sometimes. Lets go." Julia headed to the door and flicked her eyes to target mode.
"Um.. Julia… Nala is just scared.. I don't think there will actually be anything…" Rika said as she saw Julia's Archotech eyes light up, showing she was tapping into their targeting programs. A tiny shiver went through Julia. "Could.. you actually be a bit scared by the movi-"
"No. You just don't know if there is an intruder is all…"
"But you set up our perimeter defenses, we would get some warning like usual…" Rika was grinning as she pet Hoshi's ears with the smaller girl's head in her lap.
"Bugs could have burrowed in. Are we going Nala?" Julia asked impatiently. Nala seemed a bit.. distracted now...this time with her lover's exposed rear rather than ghostly nuns.
"Um yeah.. lets go…"
The other three got some amusement as they wound down for bed. Once the other two were back they quickly joined them under the thick covers. Despite the dark, they all seemed to be able to tell who was where by feel. Only Julia and Hoshi slept in the nude, Rika and Archie in thin negligees, and Nala in an over sized shirt that was usually worn by Archie or Rika.
"Night, love you all.." Nala sleepily chirped out from the middle of the five of them, feeling quite safe from demons for the night right there.
After a chorus of love being returned, they all prepared for another day on their harsh Rimworld.
