Raph, Mikey, (who had now forgotten about his broken toy and scraped knee), and Donnie began to search the alleyway for their missing brother.
"Leo!
Leo!" Raph called out.
"Leo, here boy," Mikey yelled out and whistled.
"Mikey, don't be stupid, he's a turtle, not a dog."
"Raph!
Mikey!
I found Leo!
But I need your help!" Donnie called out, from the front of a trash dumpster.
Raph and Mikey rushed over, and both gasped when they found Donnie, kneeling by Leo, who was unconsionus.
"Leo!" Raph screamed out.
"Is he...Is he...?" Mikey whispered, with tears in his eyes.
While the orange bandanna wearing turtle showed his emtions, the red bandanna clad turtle was doing his best not to panic, as it had happened before.
Sometime ago, when there was an invasion of the alien known as Kranng, and during the calmity, Leo got into a fight, and ended up in a coma like state for three months, but was able to wake-up and recover when the team, along with their human friends, April O'Neil and Casey Jones escaped to her family's farm house.
After what he and his brothers went through before, Raph wasn't sure if he could handle the situation all over again.
He knelt beside his injuried brother.
"Leo!
Bro, come!
Wake up!" Raph shouted.
Donnie placed his fingers on to his brother's neck to check for a pluse, which he was able to find.
Breathing a sigh of relief, the purple badanna wearing turtle told his other two brothers, "I felt a pluse, Leo's alive.
He must had gotten thrown in this particular direction in the blast, and it stund him."
"Let's get him back to the lair.
Splinter will know what to do," Raph suggested.
Mikey and Donnie looked at each other, then turned back at their brother nodding, as at that moment, neither one of them could speak.

Down in the swears, better known as the lair, which was home of the team and their teacher/father master Spinter, who was giving a training session to April and Casey.
"Now Casey, I want you to try and grab April from behind, and April, I want you to fight off Casey," said the half human/ half rat mutant.
"I'll do my best master Splinter," said April.
"I've got this Big S," added Casey.
April stood still, as Casey crept up from behind.
She closed her eyes and took a breath, as he quietly attempted to grab her by the waist.
April though had the upper hand, when she quickly spun around, gave Casey a swift hand chop on the back, causing him to fall to the ground.
She then completed that by pulling his arm.
"OK red, I give OW!" Casey cried out.
"Very impressive April.
Casey, you need to improve with your speed," said master Splinter.

"Splinter!
"Splinter!" three voices cried out.
"That's the guys," spoke Casey.
"Something's wrong.
I can feel it," said April, closing her eyes and placing her finger tips on her temples, as she was picking up a vision with her psychic powers.
The three of them raced out of the dojo, and were greeted in the center of the lair by Mikey, followed by Raph and Donnie, who were carrying Leo, who was still out cold.
Master Splinter himself went into full on parent mode.
"My sons!
What has happned to Leonardo?" he asked.
"We were trying to stop Shredder and his fly goon, but they were a step ahead of us," Raph explained.
"A bomb was planted in the factory, and was set off.
Leo got the brunt of the injuries," Donnie added.
"Take him to the dojo.
I will give him the healing prayer," said Splinter.
Raph and Donnie did as they were told.
Once the two turtles did, Mikey, Splinter, Casey, and April joined them.
After Leo was placed in the center of the dojo, Splinter knelt before his student/son, and began to chant the prayer chant.
Everyone watched to see what was happening as the half human/half rat repeated the healer's prayer.
However, after several attempts, there was no change in Leo's condition.
"What do we do now Sensi?" asked a very worried Raph.
"All we can do now is wait and hope that Leonardo gains concussioness," Splinter replied.

Suddenly, Leo began to flicker his eyes.
"Guys!
It's Leo!
He's waking up!" yelled Raph.
Everyone stood around to see what the blue bandanna wearing turtle was going to do.
It took a few moments, but Leo opened his eyes fully.
The blue bandanna turtle slowly lifted up his upper body and was now fully alert.
"He's awake!
It's a miracle!" said April.
"You had us worry there dude," added Casey.
Mikey grabbed his brother for a big hug and cried, "Oh Leo!
You woke man!
We didn't know if you were going to make it."
"It's OK relax I'm fine, said Leo, as he let go of Mikey, turned to the rest of the turtles, Splinter, April and Casey and asked, "I do have one question though.
Who are you people?"
Everyone gasped.
"My son, you don't know who your brothers are?
Who your friends are?
Who I am?" said Master Splinter.
"No I'm afraid not.
I'm not even sure how I got here.
All I know is I'm talking to some turtles and...a rat.
Leo's mood changed instantly from feeling unsured to now terrifed.
"I'm...I'm talking to a giant rat and giant turtles!" he shouted.
Raph placed his hands onto his brothers shoulders and tried to speak to him calmly.
"Leo bro.
It's OK.
There's no reason to start screaming, after all you're a turtle as well," he pointed out.
Leo then looked down at his green hands, causing him to freak out once again.
"I'm..I'm a turtle?!
What have you've done to me?!" he screamed.
"Leo man, you're going loco dude!" said Mikey.
"Hold him down!"
I have to get something from the lab to calm Leo down!" said Donnie, as he raced out of the dojo.
Raph and Mikey each grabbed Leo's arm, while Casey held onto his shoulders.
Donnie raced back into the dojo, holding a syringe.
"Perfect.
Keep Leo that way, so I can give him the serum," he called out.
As Mikey, Raph and Casey kept Leo steady, Donnie injected him with the serum, which instantly made his eyes closed.

"What was that stuff you gave Leo?" asked Casey.
"Believe it or not, it was actually turkey juice," Donnie replied.
"Turkey juice?" everyone said at the same time.
"Yes.
You see, I took the juices of the turkey and whatever food Mikey brought home as leftover, when we had Thanksgiving at April's place, froze them and thawed some of them out to use my experiments.
And since there's a chemical in turkey that causes drowsiness called..."
"Donnie, this is no time for a lesson in science!" Raph snapped.
"Raphael is right, we need to know why Leonardo is behaving this way," Master Splinter pointed out.
"Let's take him into my lab.
I can run some tests on him there," Donnie suggested.
"It wouldn't hurt to see if Leo suffered any head truama from the explosion," April added.
Casey, Raph and Mikey carried Leo into the lab, following Donnie and April, and Splinter entering lastly.
