"Hey, Bella..."
"Don't hey Bella" me how in the hell did you convince them to turn?" She asked.
"Are you deaf Bella? Have you not heard what I've been saying since you came back from Italy?"
"Oh please, we all know how manipulative you are."
"We didn't even change her Bella...someone working for Victoria did," Rosalie said curtly.
"Is that the story she had you guys come up with?"
"You're pissing me off, Bella." Jasper snarled.
"How did you get changed then?"
"I was driving back down to the house when my car broke down. As soon as I got out a man had approached me. He wouldn't tell me who he was... all he told me was that he was with Victoria."
"Is that true Edward?" Bella asked. I saw Edward was reading my mind, seeing the picture I had put of the situation.
"It's true..."
"Well, that means you have to change me now right?"
"I'm sorry Bella... your father will have to deal with Fleur disappearing for a bit...We can't have your parents lose you too. It would be devastating for them."
"This is great... this is just great," Bella said.
"Oh please don't start that...stop acting like this has inconvenienced you in any way."
She sighed and rolled her eyes.
"Well... it has."
"The only thing that is inconvenienced here is me...could you leave? The smell of your blood makes me sick! I spat out at her.
"Fine... let's go, Edward I need help packing..." She said through clenched teeth.
"What? Where are you going?" I inquired.
"I'll be in Jacksonville for a week with, Edward, don't except for mom to ask about you... I'm positive she won't" She stomped out of the house and slammed the door, Edward followed quickly behind.
"Why is she going down to Jacksonville all of the sudden?"
"I had a vision Victoria was going to pass by Forks...I wanted to tell Bella about it but Edward decided to take her away for the week." Alice explained.
"Since you have some tracking ability now... you might be able to help us out now," Rosalie Suggested.
"We'll be able to get her..." I said a smirk was on my face now.
"Damn right we will," Emmett added.
"When should she be getting here?" I asked.
"Tomorrow night, it will be late."
"Perfect."
All of the Cullens had dispersed, Jasper and I were sitting in his room in silence.
I groaned
"What's the matter, Darlin?"
"I just realized I can't sleep anymore...how am I going to pass the time when I can't take naps?" I whined
Jasper had begun to laugh, he couldn't control it.
"Jazz... it's not funny... you're laughing at my despair!" I whined more jokingly.
"I'm sorry love, I can't help it."
I carefully dropped my head on his shoulder, not wanting to hurt him.
"I wish turning into a vampire came with like... a guide or something."
"It would be nice wouldn't it?"
"Yeah...it would," I said, I turned my head to the side and looked out the window to his room.
Timeskip: One day later
All of us had surrounded the woods, I was eager to find her.
Are you sure this is where you saw her?" Carlisle questioned
"I'm sure this is the path she took," I said. Jasper walked up to me and observed me.
"She's almost here," Alice added.
My eyes rolled to the back of my head again, I was watching her. She was quite agile and quick... she would be a hard one to catch.
"She'll be on our left," I said slowly breaking out of the vision. I saw her run by for a split second and took off after her. The rest of the Cullens followed. Emmett was gaining on her and it seemed like he would be the first one to grab her but, he ended up being thrown into a tree by her. She turned around and smirked, but it dropped when she saw me close by. Victoria then jumped across the forest, into another part of the woods. I was going to jump after her when Carlisle put an arm in front of me.
"Don't, she's in their territory now."
We began to run again on the other side, following her as best as we could.
"She'll getaway!" Esme yelled.
"No, she won't!" Jasper replied.
The wolves had then begun to chase after her as well. She saw this and then jumped back into our territory.
Jasper, Emmett, and I were all closest to her but Jasper was just a little ahead of me. She jumped on different trees to try and confuse us but Jasper followed her. He jumped towards her but missed her by an inch.
He fell to the ground and groaned, I stopped and went over to him.
"Are you okay?" I asked.
"I'm fine... we need to get her to go!" He replied. He got up and we ran after her again. I saw her jump back into the wolf's territory, Emmett looked like he was about to jump over as well.
"Emmett! Don't!" I yelled.
He didn't make it very far since Paul had knocked him to the ground into water. The two then begun to growl and snarl at each other. I saw Victoria stop and look at us, she smirked and then ran away.
"Damn it!" I said, and then kicked a rock a few feet away."
"We wouldn't come on your land for no reason... you let her get away!" I yelled at Paul.
"Calm down love, we'll get another chance." Jasper comforted.
"We better..."
