Planning
Dating for an Idol was something that came with it's own set of struggles. Outside of finding time to actually spend quality time with her, Tsubasa had to navigate the treacherous waters rumors and gossip that the masses often speculated and concocted to appease some morbid curiosity about her private life. Which is why often she relied on Ogawa to help keep it private, running interference or causing distractions to send away or redirect the various paparazzi and journalists that stalked her outside of her work. From orchestrating convincing fake road construction work to simply tripping up, pranking or confusing her stalkers into going elsewhere to even disguising himself as her with his ninja arts (Something that even Tsubasa continues to be astounded by), Ogawa did his utter best to ensure that Tsubasa's dates with Chris went with as little outside interruption as possible.
This weekend, however, Ogawa was off-duty for family reasons, and Tsubasa didn't want to be so rude as to pull him away from them. So, taking matters into her own hands, she spent all night planning out what she mentally referred to as "The perfect date plan" so that even without Ogawa, they'd have a smooth, enjoyable date with as little trouble from outside factors as possible.
Unfortunately, she stressed over it so much that she quite literally worried herself sick. So when Chris showed up the morning after to find Tsubasa looking and acting like a zombie, the shorter girl insisted on caring for her instead of continuing with their plans.
Despite that, Tsubasa wasn't upset about it for very long. Not with how Chris was practically pampering her as she was sat down on the sofa, wrapped up in a blanket and spoonfed some warm porridge Chris had quickly cooked up in the kitchen just moments before. She didn't complain when Chris turned down the lights and settled in next to her in some comfier clothes to watch a movie marathon of action flicks she'd queued up on the tv either.
She didn't complain when Chris snuck under her blanket to wrap her arms around her at some point, leaning against her shoulder as they kept watching movies late into the night. Not when the shorter girl kissed her cheek and snuggled into her chest, slowly drifting off to sleep. Tsubasa followed her not long after, falling asleep on the couch even as the TV continued to quietly play cheesy action movies all through the night.
Suffice to say, when she woke up the next morning she was in perfect health again.
Comfy
She stared at the creature before her, sitting primly on her living room couch and lazily munching away at a bag of chips. Dressed in nothing but a shirt a few sizes too big for her, Chris threw sideways glances at Tsubasa, the smug grin on her face visible even as she chewed on a mouthful of junk food.
"Yukine, I know that you like wearing clothes a few sizes larger than you because their comfortable. But- can you please return my shirt?"
The only response she got was to watch Chris casually pull at the collar of the offending shirt, unintentionally(?) popping one of the loosely done buttons on it and revealing more of her cleavage as a result. She hummed, messed with the fabric between her fingers, then shrugged, returning to her snack and watching the TV. Tsubasa had to will her eyes to stay on Chris' face, the way her chest bounced as she shifted her position not helping matters at all for the her.
"Lighten up will ya? It's just one shirt, what's the problem?" The source of her ire said, tossing a handful of chips in her mouth before chewing, the motion making her already almost exposed cleavage bounce even more. Tsubasa had to shut her mouth and shake her head to get her senses back before she could respond.
"That's the problem Yukine. It's not just one shirt. I'm starting to run out because of how many you've claimed for yourself!" At this, Chris at least had the sense to look sheepish, twirling a strand of hair with a finger as she nervously looked to the side. Tsubasa crossed her arms, sighing as she rubbed her forehead in frustration. "What do you even need that many of my shirts for!? Are you bundling them up and sleeping on them like a cat on the laundry… hamper…"
She trailed off as Chris' ears burned red at her assumption, realization dawning on her as she stared incredulously at the younger girl. A moment of silence passed, the only noise coming from the TV as the movie droned on. Every now and then Chris would peek over her shoulder and look away. Tsubasa would've found it adorable if she wasn't busy processing the mental image of Chris rolling about in a pile of her discarded shirts like a cat, ears, tail and all while meowing adorably.
"… Yukine-"
"I-IT'S COMFY OKAY? SHUT UP!"
Morning
Some mornings, when they both woke up to prep for the day, she'd be treated to the sight of Chris with her hair undone. She often found herself breathless at the sight, Chris' hair falling like a curtain over her bare back, toned but lean muscles contracting as she stretched her arms over her head to shake off the drowsiness. Normally, the silverette was already enchantingly beautiful. But in these quiet moments in the early morning, the sunlight filtering through the windows and bathing Chris in an almost heavenly light, it was as if Tsubasa was witness to a Goddess of springtime awakening from her slumber.
Then Chris sneezed, shivering as she wiped at her nose and hugged herself to keep warm, and Tsubasa smiled as she moved to hug her partner, carrying the covers with her to wrap them both up in it, nuzzling into the shorter girl's neck and whispering "Good morning~" into her ear. She couldn't stop the smile on her face as Chris shivered, this time not from the cold, and her ears turned red. In public, Chris would've responded with an indignant cry of shock and a shout to "Do that at home!" while backpedaling as fast as she could.
But here, in the privacy of their own home, feeling the warmth of each other's bodies in the early morning chill, she only leaned back into Tsubasa's arms and turned around to rest on her chest, whispering "Good morning to you too… dummy…" as the bluenette smiled down at her.
Tsubasa cherished mornings like this, a short break from their hectic daily lives with just the two of them. Moments that made her wish they could stay like this forever…
At least, until Chris, being the busybody she was, forced them both out of bed to prep for the day, more for Tsubasa's sake than her own.
