When Jax looked up and noticed TO and the Grim Bastards, pulling up right in front him and Opie. Both Jax and Opie got off of their Dynas and went to shake To's hand. Jax wanted to make this conversation quick, he had an old lady and kids to get back to, and he hates to have to leave them by themselves for this long.
" So, what's going on Jax?" TO asked as he took his sunglasses off.
" Yesterday, someone went after my old lady and my daughter. An unknown van followed Tara, on her way home, after she dropped our boys off at Opie's. Tara had Jennifer with her." Explaining TO what happened yesterday, and having the thought of those fuckers going after his wife, is making Jax want to kill them already.
" Yeah, I heard about that, how's Tara doing?"
" She will be fine. She's staying home today, I got a couple of my prospects sitting outside of my house, and a couple more at Opie's as well. There's a new club trying to move into Charming and threatening to screw everything we've worked for."
" Shit, Do we know they are?"
" They call themselves Ghost Riders." Opie answered.
" I don't know them personally, but I have heard about them. Their President Brock has been trying to set up shop every where they go. Now I am not sure why, he's going after your family. But what I do know is that this guy is dangerous, Jax and for whatever reason he wants Charming."
" Yeah, well I am more dangerous"
" I got no doubt about that. If you guys need anything, give us a call."
" Thanks Bro." Jax said as he shook TO'S hand once again as he walked back towards his Dyna. Jax threw his legs over as he sat down. Well TO basically gave him the same information Juice gave him.
" So, now what?" Opie asked as he got on his Dyna.
" Now, we go back to our families and hopefully Tig and Happy got something." Jax answered as he snapped his helmet on and started up his Dyna. He then pull his kickstand up and headed back onto the road heading back to Charming. He was hoping to get more information, and now it's up to Tig and Happy to come through.
Mostly all day, Tara has spending her time with her three kids, She called in sick this morning, which was just an excuse to stay home from work, cause the truth is ever since Tara was being followed yesterday, she didn't want to take any chances and thought it was best to stay home were it's safe. While Tara making sandwiches for Phil and Miles, she starts wonder why she's always end up being the only one who ends up in danger, all because she's married to Jax Teller. As much as Tara loves Jax and after they went through last year, Tara just wants to safe again, she wants her family to feel safe again.
Tara took a deep breath as she decided not to think about it too much, cause if she keeps thinking about it, the more crazy it's going to make her. Picking up the tray of sandwiches and two cups of coffee, Tara headed out towards the front door.
" Hey guys, I made sandwiches." Tara said as she opened the door with one hand and steps out as she sets the tray on to the table between them." How's it going out here?" Tara asked as she stood up straight and rest her hands on the lower side of her back.
" It's been quiet so far, there hasn't been any unmarked vans coming through. Mostly delivery trucks, but that's about it though." Phil answered as he took a drink of his coffee before taking one of the sandwiches.
Tara nods her head." Good, well enjoy the sandwiches boys, I am gonna go back inside and spend more time with the kids." Tara said as she walked back into the house and closed the door behind her.
" Mommy, is everything okay?" Abel asked as he looked up from his coloring book. Abel may only be five, but he's a smart kid for his age and he knows when there's something wrong.
Tara turned around and walked over to her oldest son as she nods her head." Yeah buddy, everything is fine, Hey wanna get out of the house for a little bit? Maybe go to the park, for a couple of hours?"
" Really?" Abel asked he got excited about going to the park for a couple of hours.
" Yeah, go get ready." Once Tara watched Abel running down the hall into his room to get ready, Tara stood back up as she walked back towards the front door. She opened the door and poked her head out." Hey, Miles your with me."
" Why? Where are you going?" Miles asked as he finished his coffee.
" I am taking the kids to the park for a couple of hours."
" Are you sure, that's a good idea? I mean Jax did give us direct orders to stay here and watch out for that van that was following you yesterday." Miles said as he took another bite of sandwich.
" I am very aware of what Jax's orders were. But I have been in this house all day and I need to get out for a couple of hours, besides it's not good to keep the kids inside all day."
" Alright, when are we leaving?"
" In five minutes, I gotta get the kids ready." Tara answered as she walked back in and closed the door behind her. As she headed towards Thomas and Jennifer's rooms, she heard the front door opening, Tara slowly turned back around and slowly headed back to to the living room. Tara then suddenly jump and gasps as soon as she saw Jax walking into the house.
" Jesus Christ, Jax what are you trying to do? Give me a heart attack or something?" Tara asked as she held her chest and slowly catches her breath.
" Sorry, babe. I didn't mean to scare you. Miles just told me, that your taking the kids to the park for a couple of hours." Jax said as he walked up to her.
" Yeah, I am. Jax, I need to get out of this house, and besides it was only going to be for a couple of hours, and I was gonna have Miles to come with me, you know to keep us safe." Tara said with a small smirk.
Jax nods his head agreement." Taking the kids to the park for a couple of hours, sounds like a good idea, but I am coming with you guys instead of Miles." Jax said as he grins down at her.
" Don't you have to go back to the clubhouse though?"
" If they need me, they'll call me on the prepay. I want to spend time with my wife and my kids, we can make it a family outting." Jax said as he smirks as he leans in and kisses her quickly.
" Well in that case, you can help me get Thomas and Jennifer ready." Tara said as she leans up and kisses him quickly as she turned back around and headed back down to the hallway to get the little ones ready.
After Both Jax and Tara finish getting all three kids ready, and after they were able to get them into buckled into the back seat, Tara walked over to Jax who was going to ride his Dyna and follow her to the park." Are you sure, Miles can't come with us?"
" I need them both here, just in case that van comes around."
Tara nods her head." Yeah, okay baby." Jax said as she leans in and kisses him tenderly and softly. She then places her hand against his face as she rest her forehead against his." I love you Jax."
" I love you too babe."
Tara kisses him once more as she turned around and walked back to her SUV. Getting into the drivers seat, Tara closed the door as she got her seatbelt on. After she started the engine, Tara looked up at the mirror as she looks back at all her babies" You guys ready to go to the park?"
Abel nods her head." Isn't daddy gonna ride with us?"
" No baby, he's going to ride his Dyna and follow us. He might have to go back to the clubhouse soon." Tara said as she put the Sudan into drive and then pulled away from the curb and started to drive towards the park.
" Call me, if anything happens or if that van shows up." Jax ordered as he brought his kickstand back up and rode out and follow his family out to the park. Jax was going to tell Tara everything he knows about the new threat, which isn't much really, but he's going to wait until tonight to tell her, he's going to let his family have a couple of hours to just enjoy themselves for a bit.
Down the street, the same van stayed parked and hidden as the two men watched the President of Samcro follow his family.
" Should we follow, her?" One of the guys asked.
" No, She's got her family with her, it would be too much of a risk right now. We are just gonna have to wait until she's alone again." The driver answered as he started up the van." Let's get out of here before someone sees us." He said as he turned the wheel and made a left turn and headed back to their President.
