"Who are you?"

Director Cooper asked, ticking his head to the side inquisitively. Elena could see the questions brimming in his mind like Why them, who they are to Raymond Reddington, the Concierge of crime, and what he has in store for them. That question surprised Elena because it was oddly compassionate. He was semi quasi worried about us, and it was a bit sweet. "What is he looking for exactly? Profile Elizabeth Keen, and Elena Scott."

Liz stuttered nervously. "Oh... Okay."

Elizabeth, keen, hated the spotlight being on her. It was one of the personality quirks that Liz and Elena shared. Although Elena wasn't looking at her twin, she could tell that Liz had perked up, picked up her bootstraps, and sat up straighter, projecting confidence which she did not feel into the room. Liz felt threatened. Liz's survival instinct was to fight, so she bolstered herself up and readied herself to take on the challenge at hand. "Um, well, I've been with the Bureau for four years. You know that Elena has no Law enforcement experience except for the fact that she's proficient in evading it."

Liz said, chuckling a bit to break the tension; it didn't work any. Elena was disinclined to help her fumbling Twin out of the awkward situation she'd just gotten herself into babbling like she was. Sitting here cuffed to the chair like she gave Elena Deja Vue of cop shows she watched, this whole thing was a reminiscence of the scenes where the Head detective cuffed you and read your Miranda rights the atmosphere felt like an episode of cops or Law and order... "You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say will use can and will be used against you, she muttered under her breath."

Elena wasn't willing to dip her toes in that particular swamp, so she just kept her mouth shut. It was like one of her silent sessions with her Dom's. Her D/s Partners often told her that she needed to silence her mouth to help her quiet her mind, so they had muted scenes with her. "I was the head of the Mobile Emergency Psych Unit in New York,...We worked murders, extortion- Uh, Elena graduated Highschool at 15 and started at MIT university in the fall of her 16th birthday, graduating top of her class in Computer science and Tech development..."

Director Cooper held up the file that he'd brought in with him. Elizabeth's work file contains everything technical that the FBI had on their little worker bee. "I read your résumé, Agent Keen, and we've been at least able to find that much in the public record for your sister." Elena could tell that He was getting frustrated that her twin wasn't giving him what he wanted. Typical, it was just like Liz to flounder under scrutiny.

Liz blushed a bit; this was so Awkward she was finally getting a bit of what Elena had always felt around her peers, people that weren't of her academic standing. It made the seed of guilt that had been born in Elena's townhome sprout and grew a bit. Elena experienced this kind of scrutiny when she was a child. Scrutinized, put under a microscope for something she couldn't change, to be picked out of the crowd and picked on it was a terrible feeling. Liz could find a bit of compassion for her sister now, she thought. "Of course."

Elizabeth answered, a bit flustered, She looked over at her twin, and she could. To her immense surprise, an understanding was in Elena's eyes. To be displayed like a science project and wondering what made you tick was a terrible feeling. Elena felt a bit bad that Liz had to experience that right now. "My colleagues, they call me "sir." They think I'm- a bitch, which Elena would agree with that assessment- Like most kids who raised themselves, I mainly display narcissistic behavior, where Elena does not. Because of her intellect, she shines bright as the sun when she doesn't want to. But I am like the moon. I don't draw much attention to myself, but I want to be highly selfish. We both can be withdrawn, disconnected from normal society for differing reasons, especially from each other. Uh- I have a deep yearning to understand and relate to the criminal mind. But Elena instinctually knows things. She often repeats a Sherlock Holmes quote.

"The world is full of obvious things which nobody by any chance ever observes." Elena thought mentally, why did no one stop and see what was right in front of them? The world was like an onion. It had the protective crunchy outer layer that protected you from the layered stinky innards, that if cut wrong, revealed the multifaceted and levels that, if shown, made you cry.

Agent Ressler turned to observe Elena Scott. She looked every bit the same as her sister except for a few tiny, minute differences. Elena's eyes were more blue-green than just blue, and her face was thinner sharper in some ways; her posture was perfect even for having her hands cuffed behind her back. Then he thought back to that quote. He could tell that Elena knew things about people, situations. Something that would generally go unnoticed by most people did not go unnoticed her. she was clever enough to know that Liz was packing a tranquilizer gun and escaped at least for a short time. If Miss Scott hadn't run into whoever knocked her out, the FBI would have lost her in the crowd, and Ressler doubted they would have found her again. So that meant not only was it a favorite quote, but she lived by, he assumed. The drone of Agent Keen's voice drew Ressler's attention back; Keen continued to profile herself and Elena to Director Cooper. "I'm board-certified in forensic psychology, and yet I operate under the delusion that I can rewrite my past by having kids of my own. Elena's solution is not to change her past but bar herself from a complete and realized future of independence and trust. I believe Elena chose this lifestyle for many reasons. Choosing to become a submissive partner in the D/s lifestyle tells me that she controls her life stringently."

Elena fidgeted momentarily. She had to remind herself that she wasn't in her submissive role at the moment, so Lena was allowed to adjust her body to a more comfortable position, so that's what she did. Elena then listened to her twin try and profiled her to a bunch of lawmen in suits. "My sister, as you know, erased her digital footprint. I believe it was because Elena believes she can't trust the people around her. She's been nothing but shunned, hated, and mocked for who she is since childhood. My sister believes everything has to be held and accounted for with an iron fist; no one can know anything about her unless Elena's the one to tell you what you want to know; even then, the information might not be true because there's no way to fact check. Her control over her safety and security makes it so No-one knows who Elena is, where she lives, what my sister does. No one can answer the most basic questions about her questions that you're wondering, When, or why Elena does things that could have a traitor like Reddington seek her out."

Ressler watched as Elena just sat there straight-backed, stiff as aboard. After adjusting the first time, it was like an instinctual response to behave and be still, like this was an everyday occurrence for the woman. If Keen was right, her sister lived with scrutiny like this; Knowing ultimately that the FBI was physically, intellectually, and professionally beneath her. They were all bugs; Elena Scott could stomp on anyone of them digitally and not blink an eye. If she took revenge for this, her treatment by them and her sister? He didn't want to know what that would look like; his body involuntarily shivered at the thought. Elena was lethal. He could tell that just by the look in her eyes. But she was also broken; she had no one that saw her, loved her, or cared about her other than what she could offer them. Unknown to all in Director Cooper's office that would change later today, it would be a change that would force the foundations and the walls she had built to come crumbling down around them. Raymond Reddington would love her in a way Elena had never experienced, and she would cling to it with both hands. Agent Donald Ressler brought his attention back to Elizabeth, focusing again on what she was saying. "So that leaves her few options in her personal life. Elena has chosen a relationship that gives her the freedom through a contract to be at ease, focus on feeling pleasure, and learn her sexual, personal, and emotional boundaries in a social situation that accepts the outliers of society. Elena can be mentally, existentially, and physically free from the world and its judgments toward her."

Elena closed her eyes in frustration; a part of what Elizabeth had said was true, but it was more profound than that. She wanted a relationship that would give her what she wanted; the young woman wanted to know what expectations were required. Normal relationships were about what you could take from the other person; Elena wanted an association focused on giving and receiving equally. Elena wanted to know that she was doing something good, that she was perfect, just being who she was. Elena wanted praise for completing a required, and the young woman wanted to be tested, spread her wings. Elena wanted to learn what she could be capable of through the training and guidance of a Dom. "I want to let my mind be quiet for just a while. None of you know what it is like to have your mind Constantly tick with ideas, worries, or the fear of being hated because I'm the most intelligent person in any room."

Elena thought, annoyed; situations like this weren't new to her. People had made assumptions about who she was her whole life. Elizabeth, like everyone else, never looked very deep into the personality and psychology of a person; if Liz did? Elizabeth might have listened to her Twin about Tom. Director Cooper leaned forward, considering what Agent Keen has said they were as she described. He decided even while Elena was silent the whole time, her presence took up the room, and Agent Keen had to fight for center stage. He didn't specifically know if she was a criminal, he had no proof either way, but unlike Reddington, she didn't need bravado to draw attention to herself like Agent Keen said Elena Scott burned bright. "Do you find it odd Reddington surrendered himself the day you started working as a profiler?"

Liz licked her lips nervously. Answering that was a question that would be harder. Odd, of course, she found it strange. Still, it also played to her narcissism because it validated her need to be something special, so if a world-renowned traitor and fugitive wanted to only speak to her. Her twin not only was it odd but she was also flattered. She unconsciously adjusted herself in her seat, puffing out a bit in pride that she and her untrained estranged sister were the only ones Raymond Reddington was willing to talk to; it gave Liz a thrill that out of everyone in the FBI, Keen didn't dare give thought to it. If Elizabeth did? she wouldn't want to accept the answer that she undoubtedly liked the attention of a master criminal. "I think that it suggests he was waiting for me. It tells me that he has a plan for Lena and me; it's the reason why we were reunited. I don't believe we would have come together on our own."

Elena Snorted out in stinted amusement. Director Cooper quirked his eyebrow in question at the bitterness between them, which Elena ignored; it wasn't worth going into with these people. When she turned to look into Ressler's eyes, she saw that they held a hidden agreement and approval of her anger at the way her twin was depicting her. He was surprised that he agreed with Elena, that the woman had a right to be aggravated with Agent Keen's assessment of their relationship. He could tell that there was enmity between them and had been for a long time. Finally, Liz looked at her twin with a look that demanded that Elena disagree with her if she thought she was wrong. Which she couldn't, and Elena said as much. "What? She's exactly right. If Mr. Reddington hadn't turned himself in, we wouldn't have seen each other. I don't know if you've noticed, but our dear Elizabeth here is good at holding grudges, flying off the proverbial handle, and being a bitch to people she perceives wrong her or attacks her choices even when they're the wrong ones. Still, she doesn't see it that way."

Elena said in a highly sarcastic tone. Liz's cheeks burned with barely contained rage and embarrassment because Elena was right. Even though Liz had just given them an inside view of who she and Elena were, it felt somehow lacking, and it didn't provide Director Cooper any reason why Raymond Reddington wanted these two women. He had no problem guessing why Reddington might wish to Elena. It was plain to see, and if the young woman is as skilled and brilliant as her transcripts, professors, and Agent Keen had said, then it was a no-brainer. Elena Scott would be able to handle anything technical that Raymond needed doing. But he still questioned the need for Elizabeth keen what was his reason for wanting her? that was another matter. "Why you, Agent Keen? Specifically."

"Oh No, here we go, yes, let's just let her tell us how great she thinks she is and pretend that she doesn't love every minute of attention this is giving her." Elena thought fiercely. She gave nothing of her opinion of her sister away except for a subtle roll of the Eye.

Ressler noticed that Miss Scott rolled her eyes dramatically. The action also caught Agent Cooper's attention as well. They couldn't deny that both of them were extremely curious about the Young woman, Elizabeth Keen's Twin. Elena was adept at appearing, for lack of a better term, submissive... but Agent Cooper believed that she was far more clever than she let anybody realize. He could tell that Agent Ressler agreed.

Lena loathed the fact that Liz was putting forth a half-assed reason why she didn't believe she was special enough to draw the attention of a world-famous fugitive. Even though her sister thought very highly of herself, this would inflate her sense of superiority. Validate her reasoning that she was invaluable to the FBI when she was just actually just lucky beyond all logic that someone like Raymond Reddington took notice of her. It angered Elena logically. She knew it shouldn't because those feelings and emotions were petty and detrimental to everything that Elena thought was important, but she couldn't help it. Liz had always gotten praise and affection from the general public. All Elena got was misunderstanding and disdain because she was more intelligent. She didn't think the way ordinary people did, people were dull, and Elena wasn't, and it made her peers and others around her uncomfortable. Elena wanted to be liked, understood, and trusted. But that wasn't a luxury that she was going to receive. "Because I'm new, and this man believes he can easily manipulate me. Reddington obviously doesn't know me very well."

After Liz had given her Profile and Agent Cooper asked more questions. Eventually, Agent Cooper had given the option that Elena could either help in the situation that the FBI found themselves in, or she would be arrested and remanded to her black site facility, detained for suspicion of crimes against the nation. The charge was vague enough that they could squeeze in at least 72 hrs. Before the FBI infringed upon her rights, Elena wanted to hurt whoever had found, then gave her address to the feds. She had no digital Identity, which was the plan. The government could control her. Elena was back on the grid. She hadn't given her permission for that, and not giving permission to have her control taken away was OTPB. (Off The Program Behavior.) The twins got into government vehicles. Out of mistrust for Elena, Agent Ressler kept her handcuffed so that she wouldn't cause any trouble on the way to the black site where they were holding Reddington. "What is this place?"

Liz asked Agent Ressler as they pulled into the underground parking structure. Elena spoke up before Agent Ressler could answer and Knowledgeably informed her twin and everyone in the SUV that she was not as unaware as they would like to believe her to be. "This is the D.C. Metro Sorting Facility, U.S. Postal Service.
It was abandoned and slated for demo twelve years ago."

Agent Ressler turned in his seat so fast she thought she heard the joints in his spine pop. He gave her a look that screamed mistrust and suspicion. She was aware of the Black site and because Elena knew about it. It just continued to prove his opinion of her that she was a criminal. "And just how do you know that, Miss Scott?"

Elizabeth gaped at her sister, not even thinking about how ridiculous she must look to her colleagues. For a brief moment, before she regained her thoughts, Liz glanced over at her fellow Agents to make sure that they hadn't noticed her faux pas. Once Liz assured herself that secured her reputation was untarnished by her reaction, noting that everyone's attention was focused on Elena, Agent Keen shut her gaping mouth. Before leaning forward to catch Elena's eyes, Liz wanted to read the minute facial expressions indicating whether her sister was truthful. Then Elena answered the question that Ressler demanded from her. "For one, Agent Ressler, I know my city. and what goes on in it, you are not the only Big Brother in the world. You watch the world, and I watch you in a sense, not that I follow your every action, that is- but I know what goes on. So I know that the Bureau acquired the building post-9/11 and has been operating a variety of covert operations from here ever since."

Ressler was just about to scold her for somehow acquiring classified information, but before he could, Elena interrupted him. Her tone was sharp and jarring, which stunned everyone into silence. "Don't get your pants in a twist, Agent. I haven't told anyone what the government's been doing. Remember, I hunt those that hunt Me, and I save those that can't save themselves. you remember it's part of my Profile," she sneered in contempt, "my sister... gave you."

Ressler didn't say anything. On the one hand, he could understand the attitude she was giving. Still, on the other, the utter lack of disrespect for his authority just made him want to take her and make Elena submit to him. He was one of those aggressively dominant types; authority made him preen in satisfaction. It should have been easy. Elena gave her submission all the time to Dom's that didn't even know who she was. How could there be any trust between them? He forgot that she willingly gave control away to her Dom's; Elena trusted the clubs she went to because safety was their highest priority, the Changeling didn't just give away her control over her mind or body to just anyone who just wanted her submission. She had to agree to it, and there had to be an unbreakable contract that was how their lifestyle worked.

Donald looked over to Liz, demanding to know if what Elena said was truthful. He figured that Agent Keen was probably the only one that could tell; when Elena was lying, even though the twins are estranged and have been for four years, they knew each other better than anybody else; at least he presumed that was the case. Liz could tell by the look on Ressler's face that he wanted to know what she thought of Elena's tirade if she believed her sister was truthful. Liz wasn't entirely sure she could tell... they'd been apart for so long, their resentment for each other ran deep, the bad feelings between them obscured her view of what she knew about her sister or what she saw of who her twin was, Elena was unreadable to her. But Liz trusted the Profile that she had given them back at the FBI headquarters; Liz gave him the nod acknowledging that she believed her twin. Agent Ressler thought that if Elena Scott weren't part of the deal with Reddington, he'd arrest her ass, lock her in her very own dark hole. She'd eventually break and verify every thought he had about her. It was at the height of hubris that Elena believed she could circumvent the authority of the U.S. government. The only people and institutions that legally had the right to monitor the masses were government agencies and their employees, like the FBI. Elena Scott was breaking the Rule of Law as he saw it. But for now, he'd have to throw it on the back burner until a time came that they didn't need her or Agent Keen to deal with Raymond Reddington. "So this is a black site?"

Liz asked to break the tension and stare down, which was occurring between her sister and Agent Ressler, she just wanted to kick Elena and get her to cooperate, and then they could go their separate ways. Elena was stubborn, which she'd always been, and she always fought against those who thought she was lesser or when she didn't conform to the norm. Elena Scott blazed over those that tried to fit her personality in a mold she was too bright to contain. "We're sentimental."

Ressler said as he turned himself around again in the front seat so he was facing the correct way, metaphorically letting Elena know that she wasn't worth his time, she was aware of what he thought of her he was intrigued on one hand and almost desired her, but on the other hand he was a man that was ruled by order, structure, and law so she was never an option to him. She mentally snorted at his arrogance. "We prefer to call it The Post Office."

Agent Cooper met the twins in the observation room that was below the Opps center, they didn't want to give Elena any look at what they had for digital security, they didn't want her finagling her way into releasing herself or Reddington. Elizabeth observed Reddington as he was strapped to the chair in the Darpa security box, Reddington could see the twins in the observation room, and just looking at their faces in the flesh made him giddy inside and the only thing that showed his joy was the smile of longing on his face, Elena observed the sparkle of glee in his eyes and for some unknown reason it drew her in made her want to comply with everything this man asked. Her desire to please this man and gain his approval of her burned within her and she had no idea why. Elizabeth broke away from looking at Reddington on the monitor and grabbed Elena by the elbow and both of them made their way to the door that would lead them to the man that had requested their presence. Before they exited Agent Cooper spoke up and said "If you need anything, remember... we're right here for the both of you."

he figured if he made an effort to care about agent Keen's sister that it would breed a seed of trust between them, he wasn't counting on it but he couldn't see the harm of being kind to a woman that had been an outcast for the whole of her life. Elena looked at him in the eye with a look that said, "I know what your doing, your trying to engender my trust, but you've handcuffed me, taken me, and demanded things of me that I didn't agree to so your platitudes aren't going to work."

The two of them walked down the stairs and towards the two folding chairs that were about ten feet away from where Reddington was sitting. Elizabeth sat Elena in a chair and leaned to whisper in her ear. "Don't engage him, Elena, you're here just because he wanted you to be and for no other reason. you will remain silent ok?"

Liz asked. Elena, fumed internally that her twin presumed to tell her what to do, just because this man requested them because Elizabeth was an FBI agent and was reveling in her authority and seeming superiority over her and Reddington's situation. Elena had half a mind to release herself from her bonds and escape before her sister or those fool agents even realized what happened and escape. But curiosity was her downfall she wanted to know what the Famous Raymond Reddington wanted so she'd play the good girl roll and keep her tongue, for now. "Agent Keen, Elena... what a pleasure."

Elena was stunned, she couldn't have said a word if she wanted to at the moment, memories and sounds were evading every corner of her mind bringing up emotions that had been buried deep. it was him, it was her Voce Mea expiravit (My spirit voice) The feeling of longing, abandonment, safety, and love welled within Elena her body was comprised of a hundred million cells, and every single one of them remembered and recognized this man, it was like animal instinct, animals instinctually knew who their parent was from the moment of the first touch they had bonded. That's what happened with Elena and Raymond Reddington when he carried her out of the fire, Elena Scott knew this man, and her trust was absolute. She would die for him. And each of her hundred million cells knew this man, they had the knowledge embedded within them that he loved her, he would burn the world for her. This knowledge was buried in the very cellular structure of her being, and when she shed the old cells and grew new ones they knew it as well. "Well... we're here."

Liz said in her confident no-nonsense way, she ignored the fact that her twin had jolted at the sound of his voice and now Elena was remembering and looking at Reddington right inside to his soul, she was coming to a realization, a decision that would change the course of events entirely. Liz was oblivious and ignored the obstacle that was growing in her midst her attention was entirely focused on the man in front of her, he was the priority right now. But Raymond didn't, and couldn't ignore the storm forming in his "Shining Lights" eyes as he observed her, he could see the recognition in her eyes as her memories resurfaced he could tell that she remembered him carrying her from the fire, his voice his kiss on her brow before he left her life for twenty years. "You got rid of your highlights Lizzy. You look much less Baltimore. And Elena..."

He crooned in a way that sent vibrations to her very heart and made her melt just as she would with a Dom, she would give control over to this man in a heartbeat, she could feel the tension of the day bleed from her she wanted to mewl in relief as she sought sweet relief. "you've undergone a massive makeover haven't you, my dear one?"

Liz ignored the obvious magnetism that was growing between her twin and the man who was a traitor to his country, she was too absorbed in her role as authority figure and profiler to notice the goings-on around her, keeping Liz unaware of Elena's realization and emotional upheaval Raymond asked, "Do you two get back home much?"

Elena felt like she was melting from pure relief that she could hand over her life to Raymond and he would guard her like a dragon guarding a mountain of gold, he would be a fierce animal, a protector, he would burn the world, and anyone in it that hurt her. it was what she had longed for since she was big enough to recognize that in her life's story she was missing a pivotal character. and here he was locked up just as she was, but remembering that he'd done it willingly for a purpose, a reason that she didn't know yet so as she mentally converted her thinking to become Raymond Submissive she listened to her sister demand that Raymond tell them about the potential terrorist. "Tell me about Zamani."

Raymond ignored the question for a brief moment as he looked lovingly at Elena, telling her without words that he would not part from her and that she would never see him leave her again. She smiled sweetly at him, acknowledging his promise that had been made between souls without the spoken word. "I haven't been home in years."

The sadness in that statement grated at Elena, she wanted to crawl in his lap and wrap her arms around him and engulf him in her embrace, tell him that there was no need to be sad any longer that she would do anything for him if he would only smile and leave his worries behind. But that wasn't possible, she knew without him having to say a word that he was here for a specific reason. He had a mission and though he longed for rest it would have to wait, but he would take what care he could from her, she would ease his burden in whatever way she could just as he was doing for her.
"Why involve us? I'm nobody, my sister is literally unknown to anyone. It's my first day as a profiler. There's nothing special about me. Because of you, we've come together for the first time in 4 years. what could you possibly want ?"
