Izzy entered the Center where Alec and Marley were standing at a table. "Hey."

"Any survivors?" Alec asked to her.

"I searched the entire area around the Jade Wolf." Izzy replied to him. "I couldn't find anyone."

"What about Maia?" Marley asked to her.

"She's not among the dead." Izzy replied to her. "There's no sign of her."

"Vampires killing werewolves." Alec comment. "This is how wars start, Izzy."

Just then, Underhill entered with Heidi by his side. "What the hell is she doing here?" Izzy asked.

"She said she had information." Underhill replied to her.

Alec looked at him. "I'm listening."

"I know who massacred those werewolves." Heidi told them.

Heidi was sitting on the couch, Alec, Marley and Izzy were standing across from her. "Why are you so willing to turn on your own clan?" Alec asked to her.

"Well, they're not my clan, not really." Heidi looked at him. "I heard them talking about an attack on the wolves, and I never thought they would actually do it. And now, I couldn't live with myself if I didn't say something."

"How do you live with yourself, knowing you murdered that tech at the blood truck?" Izzy asked to her, frowning.

"I couldn't." Heidi replied to her. "That's why I brought him back to life. Because I felt terrible. I…"

"What about Praetor Nick?" Izzy asked another question.

"You don't understand what it's like to be drained of blood, murdered, and then to wake up days later and you have no idea where you are." Heidi replied to her. "You feel like an animal. Alone, and so thirsty. And I just couldn't control myself."

Then they looked at each other's as Izzy spoke up. "Oh, tell me you don't believe her. She held Simon's family hostage."

"I know." Heidi told them. "I still feel so terrible about that. Lilith is the one who talked me into that. I was actually getting better at the Praetor until your blond friend kidnapped me."

"Jace…" Alec sighed.

Heidi looked at them. "Can I please get another chance? Look, I am not saying that I'm a Girl Scout. I just thought that… I hoped that you could forgive me."

"Never gonna happen." Izzy told her, sternly.

Heidi looked at her. "Why? You forgave Raphael."

"What?" Alec and Marley asked on the same time.

"She didn't tell you?" Heidi raised an eyebrow. "Raphael is the one that brought me back. He kept me locked in the DuMort to run experiments on me. He tortured me for days and then your sister just let him go."

"What?!" Marley exclaimed.

Alec looked at Izzy. "Is this true?"

"Alec, it's not that simple." Izzy sighed.

"Sorry, I didn't come here to start a fight. I just want to help." Heidi told them.

"If we give you a clean slate, will you ID the vampires who attacked the Jade Wolf?" Marley asked to her.

"It would be my honor." Heidi replied to her.

Izzy just sighed.

Later, Alec, Izzy, Marley and more Shadowhunters were getting ready for battle against the vampires. "All right." Alec told them. "This whole situation started because the last time somebody tried to raid the DuMort, a vampire was assaulted. We cannot afford to let that happen again. So I want this done by the book."

"Great, now he wants things done by the book." Underhill comment in a low voice to another Shadowhunter.

But Marley heard him. "I heard that, Underhill. I suggest you shut up and listen to the head of the institute." That made him shut up.

"You've been equipped with special tech, holy water." Izzy addressed he Shadowhunters. "I've diluted it to be non-lethal, but it still packs a punch."

"Any questions?" Alec asked, but there was no response. "Good. May the Angel be with you." The Shadowhunters moved out. Izzy was about to go with them, but Alec called after her. "Hold up. You're not going."

"What?" Izzy exclaimed.

"You should have told me about Raphael." Alec replied to her.

Izzy sighed. "I know. Look, Alec, Raphael is not a bad person. He just made a horrible mistake."

"He committed a gross violation of the Accords." Alec told her, seriously.

"He's trying to turn his life around." Izzy comment.

Marley snored. "Yeah, right."

"It doesn't change what he did." Alec added.

Izzy thought about it. "You're right. Get me a Portal to Detroit. I'll bring Raphael in myself."

"I already have a team standing by to back you up." Alec comment to her.

Izzy shook with her head. "No backup. I need to do this on my own."

Alec nodded, then Izzy leaves with a set of handcuffs.

Alec was interrogating some vampires. "We know you led the attack on the Jade Wolf."

"Says who?" Griffin asked.

"You can't prove anything." Joshua added.

Just then, Maia and Simon entered as Alec, Marley and Izzy turned around in surprise. Maia's determined to punish the vampires. "I can."

"You're alive." Alec comment.

"No thanks to him." Maia told him. "I saw him cut Russell's throat myself."

"Take them with the others." Alec ordered as another Shadowhunters took the vampires away.

"Maia, I'm sorry for your loss." Marley told her.

Maia was angry, confused. "Where's Heidi?" She asked to her.

"She wasn't one of the killers, was she?" Alec asked back to her.

Maia shook with her head. "No."

"She's the one who brought them in." Alec told her.

"We're talking about the same Heidi, right?" Simon asked, confused.

Marley frowned. "I'm sorry."

"She would never do that. Not unless she was getting something out of it." Maia agreed with Simon.

"I did agree to exonerate her for her past crimes." Alec told her.

Simon had his eyes widen. "You're kidding me, right?"

"Look, tensions between the vampires and the werewolves are higher than they've ever been." Alec sighed. "I had to bring the killers into custody in order to prevent an all-out war."

"That doesn't mean you needed to let Heidi off the hook." Maia told him. "I could have ID'd them myself."

"For all I knew, you were dead." Alec pointed it out. "You should've called me."

Maia sighed. "I was busy making sure that Jordan wasn't gonna die. Luke told us that he was gonna handle it."

"So, you're just letting Heidi go, then? That's your plan?" Simon asked to them.

"Look, I know how you guys must feel." Alec replied to them.

Maia shook with her head. "No, I don't think that you do. It's my pack that got slaughtered."

"Heidi wasn't there." Alec frowned. "Those vampires were. You said that yourself."

"But they were carrying out Heidi's plans." Maia told him. "Jordan said that she planned the whole thing."

"Can you prove that?" Marley asked to her. Maia was quiet.

Suddenly, Simon realized something. "I think I know someone who can."

Sometime later, Marley was in Alec's office, she was waiting for her father to come, which he did as then he walked in to the room. "You were looking for me?" He asked.

Marley nodded. "Yeah, about you living at the Institute. Having an outsider live at the Institute, that is against protocol. How can I expect everyone else to follow the rules, if I don't follow them myself or Alec for that matter?"

"I understand. I'll move out first thing in the morning." Magnus sighed.

"However, there is no protocol that says the Head of the Institute has to actually live at the Institute. So, when you find a place, I was hoping that we could move in as a family. I have talked to Alec about and he says its a good idea, to have our family together in a big house. Maybe big." She quickly added the last bit.

"Only if I get my own walk-in closet." Magnus comment happily, that his daughter wanted to move in with him and his grandson, even Alec, he didn't care. He was with family.

"You mean that?" Marley asked, smiling.

Magnus nodded. "Of course." But then he got the ringing in his head again. His nose started bleeding.

"Dad?" Marley asked worried.

"I'm fine." In that moment Magnus started coughing blood.

"Dad?" Marley shouted as Magnus fell down, he started speaking in Indonesian. She held her father while shouting for help. She didn't know what to do. "Medic! Somebody get help!" Magnus' body was shaking. "Daddy! Someone get help!"
