To vi – Thanks for your review! I'm glad you liked the last chapter! I hope that Hank comes back too! Like, in the other seasons I was a bit annoyed with him but if they could all work together and be a team, then I would love that! I think Rachel and Donna are returning very soon! Good luck with your schooling! I hope you like this chapter!
To Guest – Thanks for your review! No problem! I'm glad you liked it! Hope you like this chapter as well!
To Guest – Thanks for your review! I'm glad you are enjoying this story and that you liked my other stories as well! I don't know if we'll get a Grayson spinoff (I personally love the family dynamic the Titans are supposed to be and are becoming) but it could be cool. Wally would be nice, but yeah, with the Flash going, I don't think we'll get Wally. Yes, I am planning to write a sequel to Prince of Gotham with the Court of Owls. I don't know if I'll do another Slade kidnapping Dick story, as I've done three different ones with Slade already, but if you happen to be a fan of the cartoon TV show Young Justice, I do have a fic there which has Slade kidnapping Dick if you wanted to check that out. I just need Bruce to tell Dick that he is his son in the show. That would be *chef's kiss*. Hope you like this chapter!
AN – Anyone else loving this season but terrified of what's going to happen? Just me? Oh well. Kind of a short chapter this time. I think the last few chapters are going to be a little on the short side, short for me anyways lol. I hope you all like it though!
Enjoy!
When Barbara told the Titans that Dick most likely had a secret stash of junk food, Gar made it his mission to find it with Conner's help. Rachel, Rose and Jericho were amused by their fellow teenagers' antics but they didn't care that much. Considering Gar and Conner's appetites, they didn't blame Dick for hiding junk food from them. There had been many times when Gar and Conner would sneak out to get pizza or fast food, ruining their dinner, much to the annoyance of the adults. Whether it was because they worked hard on feeding them or they would've rather had fast food as well however, depended on who was cooking and what they made.
Dick wasn't as bad as he first was when it came to making sure that they were all eating healthy. He especially became more lenient when it came to the girls during certain times. Not that the boys complained all that much when they realized why. So many people living together in close quarters made it pretty hard to keep things private. And when those times came around, he also tended to get takeout for supper more often which made everyone happy.
Because of the often-made complaints, no one really questioned when one day, Dick didn't seem to care what they ate. And when three days of that passed in a row, the teens thought that Dick had just been to busy to notice or care. There was a new drug gang trying to take control of San Francisco and the Titans were having a hard time trying to take them down. It was clearly getting on their leader's nerves. When over a week passed of getting away with eating junk food and take out, Dawn and Kory stepped up to call an end to that and everyone began to worry about Dick.
Along with not caring about what they ate, Dick also stopped eating with them. Whenever someone mentioned it to him, he insisted that he'd eat later and they believed him, at first. Then they noticed that the leftovers weren't touched at all. There were also no dirty dishes other than theirs. If that wasn't bad enough, he was also starting to withdraw from everyone. He wasn't even running their training sessions anymore. He left that task to Kory. If Donna was present, she probably would've stepped in sooner but she had gone to visit Diana. The remaining Titans weren't sure exactly what to do, even Kory.

"Dawn?" The platinum blonde looked up from the book she was reading in the living room to see Conner standing in front of her, a worried expression on his face.
"What's up?" Dawn asked, lowering her book to her lap.
"It's Dick." Conner said. "I think there's something wrong."
The clone's words instantly had her putting her book down on the coffee table and sitting up straight. "What do you mean?"
"He's in the computer room. He's been in there for hours. Since last night I think, and it's almost supper time. I don't think he's eaten anything today either. And when I listened in, his heartbeat was sounding different." Conner explained nervously.
Dawn groaned and put her head in her hand. It had been nine days since Dick started focusing solely on the new criminal gang. It was now painfully obvious that the former Robin was not taking care of himself, at all. She, along with the others, had been hoping that if enough time passed he would snap out of it himself. Or that he would find where the gang was hiding and would no longer have anything to distract him from eating and sleeping. Since that clear wasn't happening, someone was going to have to step in. And considering how Hank could easily rile Dick up and start a fight, and that Kory was out with the rest of the kids, it fell to her.
"I'll take care of it." Dawn told him with an assuring smile. As she stood up though, she thought of something and added, "If I need to drug him or something to get him to rest however, I might need your help carrying him to bed."
"Okay, I can do that." Conner replied, still looking a little nervous but eager to do something.
Dawn nodded and headed down the hallway towards the computer room. Entering it, she saw Dick sitting in front of the computer screen, typing away as fast as he could. Because he had his back to her, she couldn't see his face but she could see how messy his hair was. Yet it still looked good which she thought was kind of unfair. His hair always looked good no matter what. Then, her gaze landed on the chip bags and chocolate bar wrappers on the desk and floor.
"I don't know whether to be glad that you're actually are eating something, or horrified at your new 'diet'." Dawn said, announcing her presence to the young man.
"Do you need something? I'm kind of busy." Dick responded, not bothering to look at her.
With a sigh, Dawn walked over to him and said, "You've been busy for practically nine days straight. You need to stop. Need to eat and sleep."
"What I need, is to focus." Dick growled in annoyance with an angry expression. Completely unimpressed, though not surprised, Dawn crossed her arms and stared at him.
It took a minute, but the anger on his face left. He sighed and lowered his gaze. "Sorry. I shouldn't have snapped like that."
"It's okay." Dawn replied, relaxing her stance. "I know you want to hunt down this group, but you still need your rest, and to eat."
"This gang has only showed up a month ago and already 80 people are dead. 35 of them were innocent civilians."
"I know. But you're not going to be able to lead us in taking them down if you're going to collapse from exhaustion and starvation."
"We can't take them down if we can't find them either." Dick argued, the fight returning in his eyes.
Dawn groaned and sat down on the top of the desk, blocking the screen. Looking at Dick, she quietly admitted, "We're worried about you Dick. This isn't healthy."
"I'm fine Dawn. You guys don't have to worry." Dick tried to assure her.
"Well, we do because we care about you." She told him. He didn't say anything to that. He just lowered his head.
Biting the inside of her lips, Dawn stared at him thoughtfully. Her ex-boyfriend didn't get obsessed with cases that often but when he did, it was concerning and actually a little scary to see. She had only seen it happen once, with Deathstroke. Dick had withdrawn from everyone, focusing solely on his task. He barely slept and snapped over the tiniest of things. She had thought a part of it was because Garth had just died and he was grieving, and maybe it was, but it was clearer now that Dick was starting to fall down that hole again even though no one close to him had died recently.
"Dick, what would you do if one of the kids started doing what you're doing?" Dawn appealed to the one argument that might make Dick finally listen.
"That's different. They're growing kids. I'm an adult."
"I'm pretty sure you still need food and rest in order to live regardless of how old you are."
"I have been eating." Dick pointed out, gesturing to the empty chocolate bar wrappers and chip bags.
"Not very healthily. And I think Gar's going to be a bit upset that you apparently emptied your stash of junk food. He's been looking for that for a while now."
Dick chuckled at that. "I know. I've had to move it three times because he kept getting too close. At least now I don't have to worry about him eating it."
"True. But, I'm serious Dick. We're really worried about you. You might be our leader, but we're a team, a family. That means we help each other, lean on each other. I know a lot of crap has happened, but you can lean on us. Plus, a leader is supposed to be able to delegate, and be a good example. Don't you want to be a good example to the kids?"
"Dawn,"
"If the next words out of your mouth aren't you agreeing to go get some sleep and eat some real food, I'm going to get a sedative, drug you, and have Conner drag you to bed." The blonde interrupted him with a serious tone.
Knowing from the look in her eyes that she would actually do it, Dick groaned and stood up. As he walked towards the door, he heard Dawn add, "And I better not see you in here for at least ten hours."
"Come on." Dick complained, turning back around to face the blonde.
"Don't test me." She threatened. Grumbling under his breath, he made way to his bedroom while Dawn just smirked.
Looking around the room, intending to pick up the search where Dick left off, she frowned at the mess. "Guess I'm cleaning this up."
Getting down on her knees, she started to grab what was on the floor and under the desk. When she got all the garbage she could find there, she started to get back up to her feet and flinched. Conner was standing in the doorway staring at her. When he noticed she was looking at him, he asked, "Where's Dick?"
"Sleeping. Or at least, he should be. I'll check on him later."
"Is he okay?"
"He will be, he just gets crazy focused to the point of getting obsessed. Picked up that habit from Batman unfortunately. Just needs to remember to take time to breathe and relax." Dawn explained, noting the worried expression on the clone's face. "Want to help me clean this mess up?"
"Sure." He agreed and came over to start clearing off the desk. "Where did this all come from?"
"Dick's secret junk food stash."
Conner's eyes widened. "Dick actually has one? Gar and I looked so many times but we couldn't find it. Even when I used my x-ray vision."
"He's really good at hiding things when he wants to be." She informed him with a laugh.
"Yeah, no kidding."
AN – Okay, the whole Dawn complimenting Dick's hair, I threw that in because of that scene in episode 7, when Barbara calls Dick in the middle of the night. He just woke up, why does his hair look that good!? I wish my hair looked that good after just waking up. Next chapter will get some Dick, Rose and Jericho bonding. See you all then!
