Sonic: I'm Sonic. Sonic the Hedgehog! The Phoenix Force was really under the control of Eggman Nega and Mephiles to destroy Blaze's kingdom. Managed to put a stop to that and get our Chaos Emerald. And as a bonus, Lady Phoenix joined our party! She claims the Phoenix Force is really Solaris's sister. Guess I can believe that. Both love burning all of existence into nothingness, but guys like me and Cap won't let that happen! Wonderin' what he's doing right now anyway?

BGM-Captain America: The First Avenger OST-Rain Fire Upon Them
Cut off one head, two more shall take its place. That is the famous quote of Hydra. The slogan that every man and woman of that terrorist organization live by until the day they die, knowing someone else will replace them to continue their work towards a future built from their dark lessons. And it would seem, they have succeeded.
One man was responsible for corrupting this future after nearly corrupting the past, as he walks through a line between his assembled soliders with his arms crossed behind his back while wearing a peaked cap with the Hydra insignia. It is the leader of Hydra, Red Skull, walking to the balcony of a building with an address he wants to speak out to his loyal subjects.
He addresses, "Soon, Hydra will stand master of the world. Destiny will awake from its slumber. Our enemies' weapons will be powerless against us. They won't see us coming from the heavens but straight into the heart of their SOCIETY!" He sternly shouted, calmly grabbing of wine glass, "Their past will be undone, and our legacy will be cemented for the future! Hail Hydra!"
As the Red Nazi drinks from his wine, his hundreds of soldiers below all start saluting the iconic pose while they all shout in frightening unison, "HAIL HYDRA! HAIL HYDRA! HAIL HYDRA!" repeatedly that gets their master to smile wickedly as he can't wait to show off what he has to his enemies in this Time War.

Nueva Vale, Future Realm
The red Future Realm. The continent Midesta and areas from different future realities are imprisoned in this timespace, most under the strict control of the Hydra Empire, the star attraction being Nueva Vale from the Year 2099. The future city serves as the capital of the empire, with it being surrounded by a military fleet and constantly patrolled by Hydra Soldiers and Kang Soldiers and has broadcasts from Red Skull and his bodiless partner-in-crime, Armin Zola, playing on repeat.
One of Hydra's security drones was sent to patrol a neighborhood for anyone or anything that dares to oppose their new order. As it hovers around a closed pizza parlor, it doesn't notice Ms. Marvel peeking at it through the blinds from the store. When it does turn around, Kamala lets out a quiet adorable, "Eep!" while closing the blinds before being spotted. The drone flies away from the area, allowing the young hero to let out a sigh of relief, "That was close. They have the whole city patrolled." then turning to her teammates for this mission which consist of Captain America, Scarlet Witch, Spider-Man 2099, Shadow the Hedgehog, Blake Belladonna, Boom Sonic, and Boom Tails, "Looks like we're safe here."
"For now. Good job watching our backs, Ms. Marvel." Steve compliments the young Avenger.
Kamala smiles while saluting to her hero, "Always a pleasure pleasing you, Cap."
Relaxing on a chair, Boom Sonic impatiently sighs, "Never been the biggest fan sitting and hiding in one place for long. Shouldn't we be out searching for that Falcon guy you mentioned?" He asks Cap.
Steve replies, "We will, but we have to be careful and patient. We're in enemy territory that's under heavy patrol for the slightest sign of resistance. We don't want a search party deployed on us while we're still searching for our missing friend." reminding his friends that they are here to investigate the whereabouts of Falcon after losing contact with him.
"And once we find him, we can go kick Red Skull's butt, right?" Kamala smilingly asked the Captain, who responds with a smile of his own.
"Absolutely. He's gotten away from us earlier at Washington. He won't escape justice this time." Steve replied.
"I recommend we start moving right away. Not seeing or hearing any soliders outside at the moment." Blake stands near a window, carefully spying at the outside for any nearby troops.
"Lyla, do you have the coordinates to Falcon's last known location?" Spidey 2099 asks his female A.I. assistant.
'Yes I do, Spider-Man.' Lyla answered confidently.
"Good." Miguel then turns to their resident sorceress, "Alright Scarlet Witch, time to work your magic."
Scarlet Witch nods in serious agreement before casting a magical illusion that disguises most of the team as Hydra-themed civilians that'll help them blend in, with Spidey and Cap being disguised as Hydra Soliders to further help deflect suspicion so they can explore the city in relative peace. Most of the team are indifferent to their new disguises with the exception of Sonic and Kamala as they find delight in their disguises, especially Sonic since he finds his new black leather jacket and shades styling.
"Man I look like such a scourage! Tight!" Sonic grins, pleased with his Hydra disguise.
"This way, we can blend in with the populace without rousing too much suspicion." Scarlet Witch proclaimed.
"Give each other some space once we head out. Spider-Man, take lead." Cap orders his team as they prepare to head out into the city.
BGM-Lego Marvel Superheroes 2 OST-Hydra Empire (Quiet)
After exiting the pizza parlor into an alley, Miguel cautiously uses his Accelerated Vision to see if the coast is clear. When he silently confirms it is, he walks out of the alley before everyone else. They walk through Nueva Vale together, silently observing the depressive state it's in. Cars fly over them, and Hydra Soldiers stand on various sidewalks, with four of them walking down a street while civilians around them complain about their presence.
"Ugh, not these again." An annoyed civilian said.
"Why can't they just leave us be?" Another upset civilian whined.
A small drone floats along a sidewalk, while three small children hide in an alley, one being human, another being faunus, and the last one being mobian. One of the children picks up a rock and throws it at the drone, which spins around to look, prompting the children to hide against the wall. Their actions were sadly noticed by Blake, who remarks, "This whole city, it just seems awful."
"At the very least, their technology is highly impressive." Tails commented, trying to find a bright spot in this miserable world.
"This is what Red Skull tried to impose to our world back when he posed as Dell Rusk. Utter scum. He will pay for all of this." Shadow scowls, more determined than ever to free this city from Skull's tyranny.
During their trek, Sonic spotted a small child placing colorful posters of Captain America's Vibranium Shield and a mugshot of Spidey 2099 on street lamps, in their attempt to give this city some color from the usual black and red and hope that'll inspire the populace to fight back against their oppressors. "People here seem to love you." The hedgehog grinningly says while pointing Miguel to his poster.
"2099 saw me as their symbol of hope in a dystopian world. I feel terrible for abandoning them when Kang attacked." Miguel replied, expressing his guilt for failing to protect his future.
"You can't blame yourself. There wasn't much you could do. Kang overpowered everyone, in your time and ours." Wanda said to cheer him up.
"I know. But I still feel bad for nearly abandoning them when I got tired of the heroics. I wanted to give up. I lost direction and forgot WHY I chose to fight. In time, my friends reminded me we did it for the sake of everyone else, and I can't thank them enough for that." Miguel replied somberly, reminiscing his confidence issues during his recent future fight against Kang and Stryfe.
Cap smiles at him, "You've made some good friends, and we'll be more than happy helping you free your city." His smile turns into a frown as he faces ahead, "Red Skull crossed the line trying to corrupt past and future, not to mention his other crimes while in the Syndicate. I'll personally take him to court and have him answer for all of them."
"Sounds like you two share history." Tails noticed, as unlike his Modern counterpart isn't well-versed in Steve's long history with his mortal enemy.
"A lot. Been fighting Skull and his forces for about 70 years to prevent them from ever having a world like…this." Steve somberly glances at the Hydra-corrupted city before returning to his story, "During World War II, I was forced to asleep in ice. When I woke up, thought I awoke to a world like this one." He smiles while reminiscing his origins, such as his first meeting with the Avengers, "Thankfully, I woken up to the sight of new friends, and a world that needed Captain America to protect them from evil. I'm not a futurist like Iron Man, but if there's one thing I know about the future, that it changes depending on our actions today. We'll work hard to change this future for the better." He said with hope that gets Boom Tails realizing why people look up to Captain America as their symbol of hope.

The Avengers enter Time Square, passing by a massive hologram of Red Skull just as Blake hears commotion near it thanks to her keen cat ears. She turns to find Hydra Soldiers loading up an armored hovertruck with depressed civilians, earning her stern attention. "Look over there." She points her friends to the crowd, "They're loading people into that truck. Do you think Falcon might be in it?"
"Doesn't look like it, but I'm curious to know where they're taking them to." Miguel replied, wondering what's the commotion's about.
Near the truck, one of the Hydra Soldiers hits a civilian with the blunt of his weapon while shouting, "…Get into the truck!" forcing the person into the vehicle.
The civilian scowls angrily, "This isn't fair! We have the right speak our minds!"
"You won't have a LIFE if you don't shut up!" The aggressive Hydra Soldier pushes the civilian into the truck to have him sit with their other captives.
Another Hydra Soldier spots the Avengers approaching them, but doesn't recognize them in their disguises so he casually greets them. "Hey. See you got civis behind you. They protestors been annoying you too? We wouldn't mind taking them off your hands." He speaks to Cap and Miguel, confusing those two as his fellow men and the others as ordinary civilians.
"We can handle them. What about you? What were these people protesting about?" The disguised Miguel interrogates the goon.
"Same old story about them not trusting Hydra and believing we're ruining their lives, which we're not. We're just doing whatever it takes to build the perfect future. Any rebel that disagrees are usually killed, or in this case sent to a reeducation camp where they'll be taught the ways of Hydra." The Hydra Soldier explained, unknowingly horrifying the heroes.
"You're going to brainwash them? That's terrible." The horrified Tails responded.
"Watch your mouth, kid, unless you want to go back to school too!" retorted the Hydra Soldier, threatening to throw the fox into the truck.
An angry Sonic steps in front of his bro to protect him, while Cap steps forward to confront the soldier, "Back off! It was just his opinion! Jailing people for that is just too extreme. Everyone has the freedom to speak their opinion!"
BGM-Sonic Forces OST-A Hero Falls
"What's with you? It's our job to keep things in order! Anyone that doesn't do what they're told should be taught a lesson! Now back off so I can send these morons to their own!" The Soldier retorted, leaving Steve angry at his ideals while he joins his fellow Hydra loyalists in loading the remaining innocent protestors.
But before the goon could lay his dirty hands on a scared civilian, he was suddenly struck down by a punch from Captain America. Before the other soldiers could react, they were knocked down by Miguel's high-speed attacks while Shadow kicks the driver out of the truck, leaving Wanda to telekinetically rip open the hatch thus freeing the captives.
"You're free, people! Run away to a safe place!" Kamala gestures everyone to flee.
"We should start moving too before someone catches us." Sonic suggested.
Suddenly, the Red Skull hologram replaces itself with the massive hologram of a furious Armin Zola in his robotic body looking down at the disguised heroes. "YOU!" Zola exclaims from his chest TV screen.
"Ah, too late. Who's Big Face TV Freak?" Sonic casually mocks the scientist, while the heroes confront him.
Steve scowls, "Armin Zola."
"What is this meaning of freeing those prisoners?" Zola interrogates the disguised Avengers. "I don't know who you all are, but clearly not loyal to Hydra. You will suffer greatly for your insolence! MEN!" Using the futuristic technology of this realm, Zola seamlessly teleports a small army of Hydra Soldiers and Super Hydra Adaptoids to the field and orders them to, "SIEZE THEM!" with a piercing thrust of his finger at the heroes.
"Run!" Steve ordered his team.
The Avengers were quick to flee from the scene, with Sonic obviously being quicker after using his Super Peel Out to hold back the human soldiers with coughing from his dust, but it didn't mean anything to the Adaptoids. The adaptive robots uses the abilities of Iron Man to chase their prey in the air, firing destructive repulsors and missiles that narrowly miss their targets by a feet.
"These bots are annoying! Why can't we just stand and fight?" An annoyed Sonic argued.
"Thought you hated standing!" Blake quipped while they continue running for their lives.
"Said I hated sitting! But standing is just as boring!" Sonic snarked.
They then rush into an alleyway believing they'd be safe there, but those beliefs were quickly dismissed by Miguel's Accelerated Vision alerting him to something big about to drop in from the sky, "What the shock is that?!"
That big thing he spotted is none other than one of Hydra's big battlebots called Dreadnoughts as it lands right in front of the heroes' escape route, halting their progress as it threatens to blast them into oblivion with its arm-gun. "A Dreadnought." Steve identified it.
Their front was blocked by the Dreadnought, then immediately their backs were confronted by the Adaptoids and arriving Hydra Agents pointing their weapons. "You're boxed in! You're all coming with us! I wouldn't do anything fancy if I were you!" A Hydra Agent taunts the trapped heroes.
BGM End
Though outnumbered, the heroes still have the look of resistance in their eyes as they glare menacingly at their enemies. Each of them are determined to lay the smackdown, they are just simply waiting for Cap to give out the order. It wasn't necessary however, as someone else not from their group initiates the counterattack with a simple, yet familiar bladed feather that was shot at the lead soldier's gun, blowing it up in his face whilst knocking him back.
"Hey Hydra! On your left!"
BGM-Marvel Future Revolution OST-Theme of Captain America
Both heroes and villains were surprised to hear the winged Avenger himself, Falcon, flying into the scene right as he shoots down a storm of bladed feathers from his wings to knock down the army.
Steve smiles at his old friend, relieved to see him alright, "Falcon! Good to see you're alright!"
"Nice to see you too, Steve. Birds told me you were in the city. Good thing I brought some backup in case you needed saving as usual!" Falcon joked, recognizing his best friend's voice even through his disguise.
While Hydra soldiers are trying to shoot Falcon out of the sky, they left themselves wide open for a massive energy blast that knocks most of them down. That energy blast belongs to a man Miguel instantly recognizes from his era. The hornheaded beasty anti-hero, Ravage 2099, here offering his assistance to Falcon.
Ravage isn't the only one lending a helping hand. Several Adaptoids were quick to being destroyed from the single, devastating punches of a female echidna as she then unsheathes a sword from her back scabbard to slice one more Adaptoid to destruction. She is Jani-Ca, Knuckles's headstrong granddaughter from 2099 as well.
The Hydra Dreadnought had enough of their interference and wants to end them right away, and would've if its leg wasn't being politely knocked from behind by Fiona Thyme, lovable sheep faunus and loyal member of the Happy Huntresses from the modern era. She casually waves, "Hello." at the robot without fear in her heart, and before it could blast her into oblivion, she touches its leg and uses her Pocket Dimension Semblance to seamlessly absorb and trap the massive bot inside her own pocket dimension.

"Is everyone alright? Glad we made it in time." Fiona smiles while approaching the Avengers.
Blake smiles at her fellow faunus, "We're fine. Thanks for coming to our rescue."
"I'll say." says Boom Sonic while confronting the female echidna, "Wasn't expectin' to be saved by a GIRL echidna. Thought all your people 'cept Knuckles went extinct."
The stoic Jani-Ca quips, "You do know all of time is broken, right? The extinct is no longer extinct and vice versa in Chrono World. It also helps I'm Knuckles' granddaughter."
"Waitwhat? Which Knuckles? 'Cause I can't imagine mine knowing where babies come from." Sonic jokes with quite a surprise, yet composed tone at that casual reveal of her ancestry.
Meanwhile, Ravage sniffs at the disguised Miguel just so he can confirm personally that they didn't save Hydra loyalists. "Is that you behind those clothes, Spider-Man? Where the shock have you been all this time?" He asked the webslinger.
"Getting reinforcements to save ALL of time, Ravage." Miguel quipped.
Ravage scoffs, "You certainly TOOK your sweet time."
Those two aren't the only ones enjoying their reunion. Falcon and Cap reunite with a friendly handshake and smiles seen by the other, with Falcon greeting his pal, "Knew a search party would be sent for me sooner or later when I failed to check in. You can thank Zola for tightening security here recently. Was kinda hoping the other me joined you."
"You'll meet him soon. Just happy to see you safe." Steve said.
"I met some people that are dying to see you too." Falcon smiled.
"Really? Who?" A curious Steve asked, wondering who these people are and why they want to see him so badly.
Unbeknownst to the duo, one of the Adaptoids is still functional, barely though. Its legs are gone and is running on reserve power that is draining fast. It only has enough energy for one more shot, one aiming at Captain America. It struggles to lift its palm, targeting Cap while charging its energy. But before it could finish charging up, it was shot through the head by the single shot of a gun that catches the heroes' attention, wondering who just saved Steve's life.
BGM-Captain America: The First Avenger OST-This is My Choice
"Ugh. You boys really need to watch your bloody backs more often." says the voice belonging to a British woman that sounds awfully familiar to Steve. The woman walks out of the shadows with her gun, revealing herself in a blue business suit with long flowing beautiful hair that's covered with her red hat. "Luckily, you got me watching them for you." She finished her snark at the heroes.
Steve's eyes widen at the beautiful woman standing before him. His eyes just couldn't believe it while his heart is both overjoyed and shocked, simply because he recognizes this woman from his era. From the 1940s, before he went into the ice. With a soft tone that is about to soothe his voice, Steve recognizes her as, "Peggy?"
The identified woman turns to Steve. She doesn't recognize him from his disguise, but from his voice she instantly does as her face goes into soft shock, "Steve…? Is that really you?"
"Yes, it's me. Wanda, put down the illusion." Steve kindly ordered.
As ordered, Wanda dispels their disguises and reveals the Avengers in their original costumes. The sight of Steve in his classic uniform further left Peggy in shock, almost to the point of tears. "It really is you…" She says sorrowfully while approaching her old partner, "Falcon told me you were…But, I can't believe this is-"
"Possible." Steve finished for her, as he never would've imagined reuniting with Peggy in this messed-up Timespace Rift.
"Why does this reunion feel so awkward?" A confused Tails asked, blinking at the awkward interaction between Steve and Peggy.
"Peggy Carter was Cap's girlfriend during World War II." Falcon begins to brief everyone on their history.
"Carter? You're saying she's related to Sharon?" Tails noted.
Falcon nods, "Yeah. Peggy was a British operative acting as a liaison to the U.S. Army. She helped Cap a lot in the war, that is until he fell into the ice." He frowns, "Obviously he didn't die, but, everyone in that era thought he did, including Peggy, which is why this reunion is…awkward."
"Agent Carter is a legend in the spy industry. I'm a big fan of her work." Shadow admitted.
"Really? Didn't think you were a fan of anything, besides being emo." Sonic teases his alternative reality rival.
"Can you shut up? I'm a big fan of that too." Shadow dryly quips at him, leaving the annoyed blue hedgehog frowning.

Unfortunately for the reunited couple, their reunion talks will have to wait. Miguel's suit sensors pick up the signal of multiple enemy forces about to converge onto their position. He says to the couple, "Sorry to interrupt the awkward reunion, but reinforcements are about to show up."
Getting serious, Peggy nods the webslinger, "Understood." before turning back to her lover, "We'll have a proper chat about your 'disappearance' later. Right now we need to head back to base."
"And where would that be?" Steve wondered.
"You'll find out in a few seconds." quips Peggy while pressing her ear comm to contact HQ, "This is Carter! We picked up new allies for the Resistance! Lock onto my coordinates! We need an extraction immediately!"
'Acknowledged, Agent Carter. Beginning transfer…' The operator responded. And in that swift instant, a strange light envelops the heroes. And before any Avenger could question it, they vanish from the alleyway.
Resistance's Base
BGM-Mega Man Zero 3 OST-Prismatic
Somewhere deep below the streets of Nueva Vale's Downtown lies the secret hideout of a Resistance that has been formed to fight the tyranny of the Hydra Empire. Many heroes and civilians joined the group doing what they can to help, like two female operators assisting the humanoid scientist phantastisch, Professor Von Schlemmer, in teleporting Carter's group to their base.
One of the female operators say from her workstation, "Transfer in progress…Two…One…" as the heroes were successfully teleported into the base.
"Transfer complete." The other operator stated.
"You haben returned, safe and sound." Professor Schlemmer smiles with a slight German accent. "How are you liking mein teleportation system, Ms. Carter? Fancy, ja?" He asked her.
"It certainly beats taking the bus." Peggy quipped.
The Avengers take this moment to glance around this Resistance base, noting most walls and floors looking worn out but everything else seem pretty standard and little futuristic, with some highly-advanced equipment that stands out. Kamala comments, "Whoa…This place looks pretty cool."
"Are we in the sub-basements of Avengers Mansion?" Wanda wondered, noting the similarities between this base and the Avengers' former base.
"That's right. Located deep below Downtown. Alchemax and Hydra has been struggling to keep the district under surveillance. The best safe zone for the Liberty Legion." Ravage explained.
"Liberty Legion?" Cap questioned.
Peggy replies, "It's our secret resistance force to fight against Hydra. Our numbers don't compare, but we have been surviving with guerrilla tactics and the equipment provided by our scientists." She gestures to Schlemmer, "Like this weird one here. Professor Von Schlemmer. He's as smart as Howard Stark but from the 23rd Century."
Schlemmer greets his new friends with a smile as he kindly shakes Steve's hand, "Thank you all for joining unser cause. It is also truly an honor meeting the Original Super-Solider. Your abilities are legendär, Captain, as well as ze Doctor who developed your Serum. Erskine was a genius, truly."
"Yes he was. Thank you for the compliment." Steve smiled.
"I have also heard of you two from Silver…" Schlemmer turns his attention to Sonic and Shadow, crouching down to their level to talk with them, "Ze Blue and Black Hedgehog. Both your speeds are legendary and mysterious. Can't wait to conduct tests to discover what makes sie tick." He said while casually bringing out dangerous looking equipment that frightens both hedgehogs.
"Hey hey! We ain't lab rats, Prof! Put that away!" Boom Sonic retorts, pushing the equipment away from his face.

Immediately after that little funny moment, a mysterious woman steps her foot into the room spouting, "Well well, what do we have here? Was wondering when you'd show up, Stars 'n Stripes." with a sassy, yet welcoming smile.
BGM-Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 OST-Standing Together
That voice greeting him with that nickname sounded instantly familiar to Cap as he looks to spot Robyn Hill, his huntress friend and the political leader of the Happy Huntresses. "Robyn!" He shouts her name in surprise, quickly deducing she's a part of the Liberty Legion.
Joining Robyn are the remaining members of her team, Joanna Greenleaf and May Marigold, as well as young Avenger-in-training, White Tiger, and several 2099 versions of Earth's Mightiest Heroes such as Hulk, Black Widow, and Daredevil. "The other heroes from my era! You're all okay!" The shocked Miguel exclaimed.
"'Course we are. You thought Kang's little light show would put us down? Well it did but not too long." Hulk 2099 quipped.
Kamala whispers to Blake, "That Hulk creeps me out. Look at those fangs, and that tongue." She jokes about the gamma man's disturbing characteristics.
"I hear the one from the Sakaar Rift is worse, probably because that one has a beard." Blake quipped.
"Glad you've come to join this future fight, Cap." Robyn then frowns with her arms crossed, "There's barely an ounce of freedom left in this place, and it won't be long until Skull tries to take that away from us too. We could really use you."
Cap nods, "Understood. Take us where we can be of use." with a serious expression, deeply wanting to help the Liberty Legion free this realm from Hydra for good.

Led by Robyn, the heroes leave the teleporter room as they walk through a hallway towards the command room. During their walk, Miguel notices Strange 2099 and wants to talk to her about something that's been bothering him since they last met, "By the way, Strange, I've been wondering. What happened to you guys after Kang attacked our era? I heard he captured the entire country."
"He DID?" A shocked Kamala exclaimed.
BGM-Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 OST-White Star 1
"It's true." Strange confirms with a serious tone, ready to explain what happened to their world, "Using the Master Emerald's power, he banished us all to a void beyond time. We could observe his conquest of our future, but were powerless to intervene."
Ravage continues for the sorceress, "Then we were pulled to Chrono World, where he infused our world with multiple future realities, including a 2099 where Hydra reigned supreme for almost a century. With Red Skull working as one of Kang's top generals, their combined power quickly overwhelmed us. Some of us were captured. Some of us…didn't make it." He looks down with a depressed frown.
"But now we have the means to fight back. The Liberty Legion! It's up to us to bring hope back to the future and take it back!" Robyn expressed determinedly. She glances a smile back at Miguel, "I hear you're a big star in the future, Webhead. Having you and two Caps by our side will definitely boost the team's morale."
"Two? Who's the other Captain America?" A confused Steve wondered, noting what she just said.
"Is it the one from my era?" Miguel asks about Roberta Mendez's Captain America.
"That one's leading a group somewhere else." Robyn says, as they enter the command room where several Legion soldiers are being commanded by a female Captain America never seen before, one that's sporting long blonde hair and wields a costume and vibranium shield that's differently designed from Steve's but still sporting the iconic red-white-and-blue. The mysterious Cap turns to the group, right as a grinning Robyn gestures to her, "The Cap that's been leading us is…"

"Dad!" The Female Cap says directly to Steve in shock.
"Sharon?!" exclaims a surprised Steve, recognizing her as Sharon Carter.
"DAAAAAAAAD?!" The other Avengers yell in humorous surprise, as even the likes of Shadow the Hedgehog couldn't believe what they heard. That, in some alternate reality, Steve has a daughter that looks and acts like Sharon and becomes the next Captain America.
"Should I risk telling them who the mother is?" quips the Female Cap, turning to Peggy for an answer.
"Only if you like watching them have a heart attack." Peggy snarks nonchalantly.
"W-Wait…" A nervous Steve turns to his former lover, "Peggy, you're not saying that-."
"That this woman is our daughter from another timeline where you didn't fell into the ice?" She quips while holding her daughter upfront by her shoulders, "It was an implication."
"Our daughter…?" Steve murmured, still in shock as he never imagined himself settling down and having a kid. Perhaps if he was never frozen within ice but unfortunately he was, resulting in him living in an era plagued with war that, to this day, doesn't truly feel like home. There is a reason why some people refer to him as, the Man out of Time.
BGM-Marvel Future Fight OST-Mission Briefing
The Female Cap walks away from her mother to her father, smiling as she politely offers him a handshake whilst greeting him with, "Captain Sharon Rogers, reporting for duty." Though still shocked by the existence of his alternate reality daughter, Steve kindly accepts her handshake before she continues. "I know this is strange for everyone. Last time I saw you and mom, you were both old people leading SHIELD. Now here we are, young and beautiful fighting in a war for the future."
"Have a plan on how we're going to win?" Steve asks her.
Sharon says, "Red Skull has all but conquered this section of Chrono World. Now we're hearing rumors of him building a superweapon that'll help him conquer the others without challenge. Our current objective is to find out what that weapon is, and destroy it before it can be used." She walks the team to a massive holographic monitor, displaying pictures and details that're expressing her mission briefing.
"What are our leads?" Shadow asked.
Sharon replies, "Intel suggest the weapon is under construction as a top-secret project by one of Hydra's military contractors. A company called 'Alchemax'."
"Why am I not surprised they're buddies. Tyler Stone and Red Skull are so alike it's almost disgusting." Miguel quipped, having been enemies with Alchemax for the longest time. "If we want to take down two birds with one stone, then we need to capture Tyler Stone and force him to talk. It won't be easy. Alchemax is a fortress."
Peggy then grins, "Luckily we don't have to infiltrate Alchemax for Stone. We found out recently that Alchemax bought the Schnee Dust Company as their newest subsidiary. Stone is on his way to one of their Shamaruo facility via train to personally check himself in as an even bigger problem."
"He will. SDC owns the lion's den of Dust and ISO-8. VERY powerful stuff that'll make Hydra more powerful." Miguel briefed.
"The Schnees aren't going to be happy when they hear their company was bought out across time." Blake mumbled.
"There's just one problem." Captain Sharon stated, "We're unable to crack their security system, so we can't use our teleporter to get on the train. 'Course, we can just fly to ambush him, but they might see us coming."
"Leave it to me. I can easily crack their security system." Miguel claims with full confidence, since his secret identity works for Alchemax.
"Then problem solved! You can join my team to capture Stone." She smiles at Miguel, "We'll still have to be sneaky. The ride will get a little bumpy, so be careful everyone." Sharon finished the briefing, with their plan that'll help them capture Tyler Stone.

Later at Arid Sands Zone…
An Alchemax-owned maglev swerves around a sandy mountain in a rocky desert with ruins while en route to the capital city that is Shamaruo. Inside the quiet train is Tyler Stone, the ruthless Alchemax CEO and secretly Miguel's father. Things have been very good for this evil man. His business is booming, and his enemies are all but crushed. He is at peace, taking a sip from his wine while relaxing in his luxurious cabin.
'This is the life.' Stone thinks to himself. He turns to his window staring at the red space that encompasses this realm, 'Though I wasn't exactly expecting my life to be relocated to this weird world. Lovely scenery regardless.' He turns away from the window with a smile, chuckling as he says, 'Yes, this is truly lovely. All of my ambitions are about to be fulfilled. As Stryfe promised, thanks to Kang, Alchemax will and REMAIN the most powerful megacorporation in history. With Elsa Schnee out of the picture, it wasn't that difficult buying her company. Soon the rest of the competition will crumble to an embarrassing mess once my latest invention is presented to Hydra. Hehehehe...Not even Spider-Man has what it takes to stop it. That is, assuming he's still alive.'
BGM-Captain America: The First Avenger OST-Hydra Train
Poor Stone, always underestimating Spider-Man 2099 regardless of the situation. He remains completely oblivious that, not only his arch-nemesis is alive, but has been teleported to the top of his slick train, one-by-one, before Captain Sharon, Black Panther 3099, Blake Belladonna, Boom Sonic, May Marigold, and Samuel Fisk aka the Daredevil of 2099. Boom Tails, Falcon, and Hawkeye 2099 were also teleported to the area, flying behind but close, acting as overwatch for the now-in-progress mission.
The plan is simple as Spidey's group carefully walk to where they were supposed to go: Miguel, Sharon, Blake, and Black Panther are working together as a distraction team infiltrating near the middle of the maglev to draw Stone's private guards, the Public Eye, away from him, while May uses her Invisibility Field Semblance to keep herself, Sonic, and Daredevil invisible from radar as they continue walking along the top to reach Stone.
Spidey's group bangs into the next car to find it empty. Wary, Sharon unhooks her shield before Spidey yanks open the next connecting door, stepping into another darkened car. It's quiet. Too quiet, which is the obvious sign that something bad is about to happen. As the group creep forward, an energy barrier suddenly cuts off the team, sealing Spidey and Cap in one car and Blake and Black Panther in the other.
The lights brighten as both cars are suddenly swarmed with Public Eye officers, with one car only raided by an officer in heavily-armored S.I.E.G.E wielding huge cannons. The splintered group engage them in a tense fight, trading blows and taking cover whenever possible. Stone is alerted to this sudden fight via holo-screen and is instantly enraged off his seat upon seeing Spider-Man. "Where did they-?! Of course that webbed bithead is still alive! Stop him! KILL THEM!" He angrily orders his guards.
In one car room, Blake becomes pinned down by several soldiers. She manages to shoot down a few of them with her gun, distracting them so Panther could take down a few more with some stealthy slashes.
In the other car room, Spidey opens fire at the SIEGE Soldier but his web bullets ping uselessly off the trooper's armor. The trooper takes aim and fires powerful blasts that force Spidey to take cover, leaving Sharon to jump into the offensive. The trooper switches targets, only for his blasts to be effortlessly deflected by Sharon's indestructible shield as she uses it to bash him in the head before ramming her energy lance onto his chest until he is slammed to the wall, knocking him down.

"You make it look so easy." Miguel casually jokes to her as they took a breath, recalling how tough SIEGE Soldiers were for him during his first days as a superhero.
"Well I have military training and you don't." Sharon quipped.
"You don't know that." Miguel snarked.
BGM-Spider-Man: Edge of Time OST-Fighting Enemies
However, before the pair could relax, Sharon quickly notices a new face entering the fray wielding a heavy assault rifle that is targeting Spider-Man. Seconds before the gun could be triggered, Sharon exclaims, "GET DOWN!" before intervening with her shield to save him.
Unfortunately, the blast was much stronger than both of them expected, as it blew a hole through the side of the train and knocking Sharon off her feet. Spidey turns to their assailant and instantly recognizes him from his skull-designed armor powered by nanotech. "Jake Gallows? Punisher?" He recognizes him as the Punisher of 2099 as he continues, "Back in the Public Eye I see."
"Wrong, webhead. I'm working for the Hydra Empire now. Their Minister of Punishment, tasked to execute anyone trying to touch Stone." Punisher 2099 introduces himself, alongside his dual pistols that he relentlessly fires at Spider-Man.
"Hydra? Are you shocking kidding me? Why go and work for those ancient terrorists?" retorts Miguel, disarming the Minister with webs immediately before stunning him with a rocketed Accelerated Decoy. "They love murder as much as the ones who murdered your family!" He says while beating him down with high-speed punches.
Too bad for him, Punisher breaks free from his combo, countering with a vicious pistol whip across the face that dazes the future webslinger. "Hydra came to ME after being impressed by my talent in punishing the guilty. Thanks to me, crime in this Realm is at an all-time low. The only way to get rid of crime completely is by executing you Liberty Legionaries, starting with you!" Hydra Punisher whips out his ray gun and pulls the trigger, bursting out a devastating blast that throws him off the train right as Sharon wakes up to see him fall to his doom.
"SPIDER-MAN!" Sharon cried out for him. She wants to find some way to save him but couldn't, as she is forced to defend herself from Punisher's punishing blasts.
But it'll take more than a deadly ray gun to put down the Spider-Man of the Future. Thanks to his costume absorbing most of the damage, Miguel slowly awakens while falling from a dangerous altitude. After regaining consciousness and quickly realizing his current predicament, S-Man activate his jet boots and flies back into the hole of the train, interrupting the fight between Captain and Minister with a single, bone-crushing spinning kick across the latter's head that sends him crashing into the other room where Blake and Panther just finished mopping the floor with the Public Eye swarm.

"Is that the Punisher?" A casual Blake points out the defeated enforcer lying on the floor.
"He likes to go by 'Minister of Punishment' nowadays." Miguel quipped.
"Great work, Spidey. Had me worried there for a second." Captain Sharon smiles, grasping a comforting hand on his shoulder.
"I'm lucky I didn't lose an arm." Miguel joked. "C'mon. Seems our plan is working and should be done any second." He gestures to his teammates to follow him further in the maglev.
With Tyler Stone…
"JAMMIT!" He shouts in anger, slamming his fist on his table after witnessing the defeat of his guards by the heroes' hands, "How hard is it to squash a bug and his annoying friends?!"
Then suddenly, right before the maglev enters a tunnel, Sonic's group crashes through the roof window into his chamber, with the hedgehog quick to wrap him with his Enerbeam, while May and Daredevil hold him at gunpoint with crossbow and pistol respectively.
"Not as easy as capturing a terrible businessman." Sonic mocks the Alchemax CEO.
"We're stopping this train! Then Mr. Stone, you're going to help us stop Hydra!" May declared with a determined glare that scares Stone to surrender peacefully, thus giving the Liberty Legion the chance to learn more about Hydra's superweapon and stop it and Hydra altogether.
BGM-Sonic the Hedgehog (2006) OST-Extras
KFX Here: Captain America is getting some love in this chapter and the next. His old girlfriend, Peggy Carter, is back, and the introduction of their daughter from an alternate timeline, Sharon Rogers (inspired by the same character from the mobile game, Marvel Future Fight, to celebrate Cap's 75th anniversary). Black Panther 3099 was also inspired by the same character from Marvel Future Fight. We are approaching the halfway mark of Act 2 so bear with me, folks.

Jacob9594: I don't want to keep focusing on Yang's subplot when there will be other characters in this MASSIVE story that will be getting some character development, hence why her subplot was quickly wrapped up to not be potentially left unresolved.
