Lyric's Lair, Remnant Realm. Chrono World.

BGM-Sonic Rush OST-Anxiety

The Remnant Realm. A void stuck in eternal twilight that imprisons the fragments of Europe as well as pieces of the future-fantasy world that is Remnant before the Convergence, from its ancient past to its far future. One such piece is the Land of Darkness. Once the home for the Dark Witch, Salem, now has been remodeled as the dark cyberpunk fortress for Lyric the Last Ancient, power-hungry snake that serves as one of the generals in the Chronos Corps.

Thunder rumbles, and red lightning illuminates Mephiles, revealing the stoic demon standing atop a tall pillar in the technological fortress minding his own business while Grimm Manticores and Teryxes fly past him. More lightning strikes illuminates his allies hanging around below him. The Future Tyrant, Doctor Doom 2099. The Gamma Ravager of Worlds, Abomination. The Fall Maiden from a dark era, Cinder Fall. The Chaos-Bringer, Stryfe. And of course, the maniacal Lyric the Last Ancient.

Stryfe steps forward to their commander saying, "Our armies are nearly powered-up for invasion, Lyric. When should we leave to show that nation true terror?"

"Patience." calmly says Lyric as he faces his mutant associate, "We can't just barge into enemy territory when they're expecting us."

"Why not? I've done it before and left kingdoms in ruins. Before I was brought here, I burned Atlas until it plummeted out of the sky. Doing it again should be child's play." Cinder grinningly boasted her accomplishments from her timeline.

"Learn to lessen that arrogance, child." Doom mocks the young maiden as he continues, "This Atlas was recently reborn into the more formidable Solkaria. Allied with the Avengers, it will prove more challenging than the mere children that abstracted you in your world."

The irritated Cinder scoffs at his mockery, "Tch. They will all share the same fate regardless."

"On that, we agree." Doom replied.

Upon hearing that, Cinder heard footsteps that were getting louder as the mystery individual joins the group. She turns her annoyed glare at a menacing Black Hedgehog wearing the same Nega Mask that was once used to control Lady Phoenix recently. This Masked Hedgehog stays silent and by Lyric's side, as the Ancient expresses to his allies, "This spacetime region has all but been conquered by our hands. Soon the same will be said for the Time Factor that dwells within that kingdom. We just need to surprise them with a plan that'll engrave the frightening power of the Chronos Corps deep into their minds."

"Send in a spy that can sabotage their kingdom from within." Abomination suggested, being a former spy himself.

"Easier said than done with their defenses active." Lyric retorted.

Suddenly to the slight startling of his allies, Mephiles warps himself into the meeting point mysteriously holding five small compact discs. "Here." He expressionlessly hands the discs to the snake.

"What are these?" asked Lyric while taking the discs to observe for himself.

"Data disks on Solkaria. Everything about their military and the kingdom's weakpoints are stored in each of them. And don't worry much about sabotage. This war has undoubtedly sparked the General's increasing paranoia. He's the type of headstrong fool that would be frightened by a single rat in his office and waste all his resources in a worthless attempt to kill it." Mephiles replied stoically, flaunting his arm to express this claim.

Cinder deviously grins, "He's right. I've seen it firsthand how his ego can destroy an entire kingdom."

Smiling at this fact, Lyric laughs, "THAT we can use to our advantage." before turning to the demon hedgehog, "Excellent work, Mephiles. Seems that you've been studying Solkaria for quite some time."

'Of course I have.' Mephiles mocks the snake in his thoughts, 'Solkaria used to be the kingdom of Soleanna, the site of one of my GREATEST failures.' He then angrily snarls out, 'I will remedy that failure with the ashes of this merged kingdom! And Princess Elise…this time your being will have sealed the darkness of ETERNAL suffering!' He declared before shooting a stoic glance at the Masked Hedgehog, who remains silent but does acknowledge him with the glow of his menacing eyes.

Kingdom of Solkaria, Remnant Realm

Solkaria. The lovely island City of Water and Ice that has gone through its fair share of troubles in recent months has also been added to Chrono World and has long caught the attention of those that wish to conquer it, such as the Chronos Corps. Lyric has sent an advance party to keep the kingdom entertained before the main event. The kingdom already activated their shields to keep out their enemies, but it won't last long.

Racing through the streets is Boom Sonic, who seems to be in the hurry for something important as he's running so fast he rudely runs through crowds and creates winds that nearly blow away a Sable International soldier while they're having a friendly conversation with a Solkarian Military man.

"WATCH WHERE YOU'RE RUNNING!" The Sable Soldier angrily shouted, shaking his fist at the fleeing hedgehog.

Sonic completely ignored his fury with a grin but couldn't help to ignore General James Ironwood talking from a giant screen on the side of a skyscraper. To all that are bothering to even look at him, the tired general says to the kingdom, '…cannot express our appreciation enough. Many describe these as uncertain times, and while that may be the case for the rest of the world, I can tell you what is certain. The Kingdom of Solkaria will remain strong, and it will remain safe. THAT is my promise.'

Sonic frowns to him while thinking, 'It'll be hard to keep that promise by looking so tired.'

BGM-Sonic Forces OST-Theme of the Resistance

The scarf-wearing hedgehog then accelerates to the next level as he nears Atlas Academy, serving also as the headquarters for the Solkarian Military. He races into the Huntsmen Briefing Room to find a bunch of people waiting for him: From the Avengers there is Black Widow, Hawkeye, Wolverine, Bruce Banner, Modern Tails, Amazing Spider-Man, and Scarlet Witch. From the Secret Avengers there is Agent Venom and the Modern Sonic the Hedgehog. From the Chrono Avengers there is Silver the Hedgehog, Ultimate Spider-Man, Classic Knuckles the Echidna, Boom Amy Rose, Young Salem, Sticks the Badger, and Cable. Heroes from across the multiverse such as All-New Captain America, Mario, Phoenix Wright, Maya Fey, and for some reason Morbius the Living Vampire. From Team RWBY there is just Ruby Rose. And from Solkaria itself is General Ironwood, Winter Schnee, the Ace Operatives, Silver Sable, and Penny Polendina.

Alongside a whistle, Boom Sonic announces his presence with, "We're lookin' to have quite the party in here."

"Sonic!" Tails happily turns to the counterpart of his best friend from his seat.

"You're late." Ironwood sternly informs the hedgehog.

"Only 'bout 30 seconds. Not my fault I was delayed by how moody you're turning this city into. Don't think the Princess's gonna like that." Boom Sonic quipped with a smile that annoys the General and his closest associates.

"Shut up and sit down so we can get this meeting started." Winter retorts with a glare shooting right at the annoying hedgehog.

"You should listen to her…" says a grinning Modern Sonic to his counterpart, as he takes a seat next to him to listen, "She may be called Winter, but her temper is as hot as summer morning when you break any more ice."

Boom Sonic chuckles, "Challenge accepted."

Meanwhile, Winter facepalms while tiredly sighing, "As if one wasn't enough…" as she can't handle the stress of dealing with two Sonic the Hedgehogs.

"Just ignore them. The safety of the kingdom is more important." Ironwood advises his second-in-command, who responds with a nod before facing everyone with her usual stern demeanor.

Standing alongside the two military leaders are Cable, Sable and Cap, as well as Clover Ebi, the lucky leader of the Ace-Ops. With a cordial attitude that is easy to get along with him, Clover greets everyone with, "Hello everyone. Thank you for coming on such short notice. You have no idea how happy we are to see so many friendly faces during such dire times. I'll cut right to the chase. Solkaria needs your help. The Chronos Corps has nearly taken over this dimensional region and have already targeted us. Our city's Hard-light shields will hold off the advanced party outside, but not forever for when the real action comes soon."

"Who are we dealing with?" Black Widow asked.

A hologram of Lyric is projected as Clover gestures to it, "A slithering snake that goes by the name 'Lyric'."

"Him again…" Boom Sonic snarled with a serious look on his face.

"I take it you two met." Clover quipped.

"More than met. Amy and I kicked his butt when he tried to destroy all life on the planet with his robot army." Sonic briefed.

"Lyric is the last of a benevolent race called the Ancients, but went mad with power and turned on them." said Boom Amy, explaining Lyric's history to her peers as she continues, "He's extremely powerful, mostly thanks to his technology, which can also allow him to take control of other's technology while he's in range."

"Then we'll have to limit our tech once we face him." said Sam before facing the Solkarian General, "Have we located Lyric's main base of operations yet?"

"Sent recon teams scouring this whole dimension and haven't found a clue. It must be cloaked." Ironwood answered.

"He'll show himself knocking on our front door for the Princess." Cable quipped.

"Which Princess? Sable? Cuz if I were him I would think twice before getting my tail whipped." Peter snarked, knowing from personal beatings that Silver Sable is a force to be reckon with.

"He's referring to Elise." Sable told the webslinger.

Peter then questions, "Why Elise? I know she's the ruler and everything but-."

"It's because she's in possession of a Time Factor." Cable revealed, shocking everyone in the room that Princess Elise the Third is somehow a host of Solaris's soul.

"Elise?! But how?! She was never around when the Time Eater exploded!" The surprised Peter retorted.

"She was nearby during a fight with Solaris, from a past she doesn't remember." said Cable, being a little vague on how Elise received the Time Factor. Modern Sonic and Silver remember, recalling the Battle in the Lost Timeline where Elise was there witnessing the first defeat of Solaris. A memory that strangely unnerves Sonic.

Sable speaks up, "Regardless how she received it, we know Kang is after these Factors to complete his plans. I'll have my men guard her, and evacuate her if necessary. But how should we respond to when Lyric attacks?"

"He'll attack us with everything he has, so we'll do the same." Ironwood recommends his bullheaded idea.

"Can't we just throw Hulk at his army?" Sticks gestures to a shy Banner.

"That sounds like a terrible plan." Banner nervously joked.

"BOTH plans need to have more thought put into them." The critical Boom Sonic crosses his arms as he grimly thinks of his own strategy, "Lyric is smart and deadly. We need to take him out swift and quick. An army and Hulk is a good distraction though, leaving me and a few others to fight him head-on."

"Good thinking, but we lack intel on his attack pattern. In this timespace he'll either arrive by air fleet or through portals. We need to do some heavy reviewing. Gather up as much data as we can on his forces to create the perfect countermeasures." Wilson announced his plan to improve their battle strategies.

Ironwood shoots the black captain a proud smile, "You're proving yourself worthy of that mantle, Wilson. We'll do that together." The general then delivers a more stern frown at the others, "The rest of you, stay vigilant and keep the streets safe. Crime has risen substantially since we were dragged into this world. You're free to power yourself up with anything in our resources that can boost our chances at winning this war." And before he finishes, he gives a very untrusting scowl at Young Salem, "And I also want the Ace-Ops to watch this Salem at all times, just to prevent her from falling into a pool of Grimm."

"If that's what'll take it to earn your trust." Young Salem retorts with a calm, yet annoyed glare at the general, who doesn't trust her but for very good reason.

"I just want you to know how much grief your future self has caused me for all these years." The stern Ironwood retorted with hands tied behind his back, as he doesn't find it in his cold heart to trust any Salem, no matter one pure of heart or pure of evil.

"This meeting is adjourned. Good luck, everyone. And stay safe." Clover sincerely said to everyone, hoping his Good Fortune Semblance will protect them in the inevitable battles.

Schnee Manor

"Unbelievable! Absolutely unbelievable!"

Elsa Schnee calmly sits in the office of, and with, her great-grandfather, Jacques Schnee. Not so Jacques can exchange first-time, private greetings of joy with his descendant. Quite the opposite. Their first time meeting and he spends it scolding her like a child for failing to protect the Schnee Dust Company in the future.

The future Schnee has her arms crossed and her eyes closed, listening patiently to her ancestor berating her from behind his desk. "We've only just met and I'm already disappointed in you! Do you have any idea what your disappearing act cost us? My entire company has been bought out by Alchemax, from the FUTURE! How could you let this happen?!" He angrily asks her, having recently learned that the Alchemax from the future took over SDC thanks to this time merger.

"Alchemax was obviously in league with Kang and Hydra in warping the world supremacy of my era when it was dragged into Chrono World. Even with the stocks you and I own, it wouldn't have stopped them from buying us out completely. But I'll still fight to save the company and our timelines." replied Elsa, calmly opening her stoic eyes at her great-grandfather.

"So while you're playing hero, I have to live with the embarrassment of losing to a CEO that's not even born yet!" Jacques retorted.

"Tyler Stone is in our custody. He's no longer a problem." said Elsa, still as calm and collected in this argument.

A furious Jacques retorts, "But his grandfather still IS! The Alchemax President from MY time, and now the new president of my company because of his future grandson leaving him with our stocks! Completely ridiculous! I already have my hands full dealing with Roxxon and Oscorp, not to mention my young daughter dating that cripple…" He rants, unknowingly angering Elsa upon insulting Flash Thompson as he continues babbling, "And her disobeying the SRA! Had to remove her as my heir to lessen the embarrassment of fathering a criminal."

"Your 'criminal' of a daughter made the right business move to disobey a law proposed by a Nazi war criminal in disguise. Weiss's defiance against anything and any-ONE that wants to control her destiny is what made her a legend in not only the company but the Schnee family as a whole, unlike your legend of marrying into the family just to be instant rich." Elsa snarked, defending Weiss with those words.

Jacques, however, was left enraged by her mocking words so much so that he literally throws a book at her. Too bad for him, Elsa deflects the book with a glyph without making the effort to even uncurl her arms. She just sat there, giving a stare of disappointment at her ancestor before calmly standing up from her chair. "If that is how you end your meetings, it's a miracle the company survived this long. Stay safe, old man." She gestures a goodbye to her ancestor, leaving him greatly annoyed by her cool and composed, yet snarky attitude as she walks out his door.

BGM-Sonic Rush OST-Theme of Comical Event

The moment Elsa steps outside and close the door behind her, she was shocked to find Weiss and her favorite butler, Klein Sieben, standing by the door while they both respond with a surprised look. "Uh, were you two eavesdropping?" The future Schnee asked them both.

"She insisted." Klein casually pins the blame on Weiss.

"I-I was just worried Father would give you trouble." An embarrassed Weiss explained herself.

Elsa warmly smiles at her grandmother, "Thanks. You have told me the horror stories of how he treated you and Aunt Winter in my time, even while you had Alzheimer's." She said, surprising Weiss of her growing old and being really forgetful while she talks, "I can handle old men like him."

To unintentionally prove her point, Jacques walks out of his office to quickly notice the two girls and his butler. He shoots a disappointed glance at a frowning Weiss, before shooting an irritated look at a smirking Elsa before walking away with nothing but angry grumbles.

But then, Elsa's smirk shifts to that of a sad frown as she lowers her head to Weiss. "But I am sorry I lost the company. Even after I promised to uphold the family legacy at your deathbed. It's not easy being CEO and a Huntress at the same time. I know I failed you…" She voices her disappointment in herself for failing her grandmother.

This time, it's Weiss giving a comforting smile as she holds her granddaughter's hand while saying, "No you didn't. You were defending the future as a huntress and making it a better place as CEO. That's something to be proud of. I know I am." Her words did the job to cheer up Elsa, getting her to smile again and share that smile with her grandmother and her butler.

BGM-Dragon Ball FighterZ OST-Synopsis

Elsewhere in the manor, Willow Schnee was walking down the main stairway until she spotted the husband she doesn't love angrily walking towards the main entrance. Their youngest son, Whitley, had just opened the door for their other child, Winter, to walk in while she quickly exchanges a stern glance with her father. "And where will you be, father?" Whitley asked with his usual polite tone.

"HQ! See if I can salvage anything from the mess your niece put me in!" Jacques retorted while walking out the manor.

Winter could care less about her father's problems. She's more interested in meeting her future niece, spotting Elsa entering the foyer alongside Weiss and Klein. "I see you've made a first good impression on Father." Winter sarcastically said to her descendant.

"Yeah. Got him to look more forward to the grandkids." quips a smiling Elsa, which earns a warm smile from her aunt as she's happy to sense her niece's life is not as miserable compared to the Schnee family from the modern age. The 2099 Schnee then approaches Willow, "What about you, Grandma Willow?"

Willow grins with a somewhat healthy smile, "Looking at you makes me want to live long enough to see all my grandkids."

"Are you doing well? You haven't been drinking?" asked a concerned Elsa, having heard of her great-grandmother being an alcoholic thanks to her abusive relationship with her husband.

"It's a struggle not to when the world is constantly in danger." frowned Willow, before turning to her eldest daughter, "Is that why you're here, Winter? Is your meeting with the General finished?"

"We're taking a recess after forming an excellent strategy to counter Lyric's forces." Winter answered formally. The Schnee Specialist then looks to her side for someone that doesn't appear to be there, but they are, "My father left the premises. You can reveal yourself."

Her words prompted Agent Venom to uncamouflage himself in front of the other surprised Schnees. "Venom?! Were you…SCARED of my Father that you hid yourself?" Weiss grinningly teases him, who the others beside Elsa doesn't know that Venom is really her boyfriend, Flash Thompson.

"NO!" A flustered Flash exclaimed. "I know that you know your dad doesn't like me that much regardless what I look like! Thought I stop by and tell you I'll be joining the strike force against Lyric."

"And what makes an alien symbiote a good weapon besides causing mindless destruction?" asked Whitley, crossing his arms to express his distrust of Venom.

"Lyric can control technology close range but not a symbiote. Agent Venom's abilities makes him one of our best soldiers to counteract him." Winter explained.

"Congratulations! I know you'll be the one to take him down!" Elsa happily said with full confidence to the symbiote soldier.

"Seem to have a lot of faith in me." Flash noted.

"I am a big fan of your work. My grandfather used to tell me stories of your exploits when I was a child." Elsa smiled, briefly reminiscing her childhood with her mysterious grandfather.

"And who is your grandfather? Is he someone we know?" Flash curiously asked.

That question actually causes Elsa to nervously blush, "I…can't really tell you."

"Don't want to damage the timestream any more than it already is, huh?" Flash presumed that's her reasoning for keeping her grandfather's identity a secret.

"That and I don't remember much of him before he died." Elsa replied somberly.

"I wouldn't want to know anyway. I want to discover the future for myself." Weiss proclaimed.

"You're only saying that so you wouldn't be immediately disappointed if you chose a poor husband." Whitley teases his big sister.

"Shut up!" Weiss angrily exclaims at him, causing both Flash and Elsa to laugh, Willow and Klein to chuckle, and Winter to smile with her eyes closed.

Princess Elise's Castle

BGM-Shadow the Hedgehog OST-Determination

Standing outside on the balcony of the island castle is the kindhearted ruler of Solkaria, Princess Elise, though she's looking a little gloomy because of the temporal war her kingdom was dragged into. Nonetheless, there is a fire in her soul that's granting her the strength of fearlessness and determination to help stop this war to the best of her abilities. She turns to walk towards her throne room, right after hearing her desk phone ringing for her immediate attention.

The phone automatically answers, with the Princess hearing the voice of her male secretary telling her, 'Princess Elise, we have just received a report from our military. Our forces have successfully pushed back the Chronos Corps from breaching our barrier. We've also managed to suppress Grimm forces in White Acropolis and Dusty Desert. In addition, there are reports claiming that our kingdom's mainframe has been hacked. We're currently investigating for confirmation, but if true, it is a strong possibility that this was also committed by the Chronos Corps.' He informed, with neither of them aware that it was Mephiles who hacked the mainframe.

Elise presses a button on the phone to reply, "Tell Sable International to prepare a rally for me by the next hour. We cannot allow this country to be consumed by fear."

'Certainly. You should also know that Ms. Sablinova is here with Sonic the Hedgehog and Spider-Man and they wish to speak with you.' The Secretary told her.

Hearing that her old friends, Sonic and Spider-Man, have come to visit greatly filled Elise with eager joy to see them quickly, "Let them in!"

Entering the throne room first is Silver Sable before being followed by Modern Sonic and Amazing Spider-Man and their friendly greetings to the Princess. "Long time no see, Elise." Sonic smiles at the approaching monarch.

BGM-Sonic Rush OST-Theme of Sonic's Event

"Sonic! Spider-Man! I'm so happy to see you two again!" said an overjoyed Elise while sharing hugs with each of them, before giving an adorable smile to Spidey, "Did you notice I'm following you on Instagram, now?"

"Followed you back as I got here. You take some great selfies. You're an awesome photographer as you are a princess." Peter compliments her.

Elise giggles, "Thank you. And thanks again for coming to our kingdom's aid. Silvija and I really appreciate it." She said to the heroic duo while beside a smiling Silver Sable.

"No problem. We owed you two one for saving us during our war with Eggman and Ock." Sonic recalled Solkaria playing a role in their rescue from the Death Egg some time ago.

"Elise." Sable turns to the young princess with something else to talk about, "I was just informed by my company that you want to hold a rally?"

Elise nods to her with a serious look, "Yes, in the next hour."

"Are you sure? You're in danger and the kingdom could be invaded at any moment!" Sonic retorts, worrying for her safety.

"That's EXACTLY why I'm hosting this rally, to assure my people that I will stand in front of them in our darkest hour instead of hiding behind a camera." Elise replied.

"Take it you and Ironwood haven't been good pals lately. Not a fan of how he's been defending the city?" Peter questioned.

BGM-Mega Man Zero OST-The Ruins of Lab (Remastered)

A serious Elise explains, "He's become paranoid since we were dragged into this Time War. First he felt guilty for failing to prevent Eggman Nega from attacking the kingdom and kidnapping me. Then he was left embarrassed for when the Superhuman Registration Act he fully supported was revealed to be a ploy of Red Skull to control him and his resources. Crime had gone up in the meantime, making him repeatedly request for more…extreme actions to protect the peace."

"Elise and I, along with our council, shot down his requests." Sable continues on from her young friend, "That is until we were dragged into Chrono World, where he believes his requests have now become justified. I swear that man's Semblance makes him idiotically stubborn…" She shakes her head in frustrated annoyance at Ironwood's bullheaded attitude.

"Didn't know Tin Man has a Semblance." Peter quipped. "Well, long as we're here to keep the criminals in check, we'll also prevent him from going overboard. He's a good person at the end of the day."

Smiling at the two heroes, Elise cups her hands, "Again, I am REALLY glad the Avengers have come to support us. These past few weeks I've sensed a 'familiar darkness' roaming around the kingdom."

"'Familiar darkness'?" Sonic questioned with a curious look.

"I've been having strange dreams. Of my father…Of that fire monster, Iblis…Of that Silver Hedgehog…And you…" Elise somberly looks down at Sonic, "Lying on the ground…dead." She said, shocking the blue hedgehog.

"Sounds more like nightmares." Peter commented.

Elise clenches on her throbbing head, with Sable softly comforting her as she continues, "These nightmares have been occurring since I first heard of the Solaris Project…Or was it the first? I don't know. It's confusing. I remember the nightmares including an explosion in a lab, being kidnapped a lot to the point of tiring…and a creature forged from light and fire, with a mind pure as darkness that desires to live in darkness…"

Sonic grunts, lowering his head as he thinks to himself, 'These nightmares…Sounds like this War has been jogging Elise's memories of the Old Timeline. Yeah, I remember everything clear as day thanks to the Forever Crystal.' The Blue Blur shifts through his old memories, of a time and an adventure in Soleanna, 'In that reality, Eggman was after the Flames of Disaster, which were sealed inside Elise. I kept saving her from his clutches, but just when I thought we were in the clear…Mephiles…' His face gains a scowl as his hand clenches into a shaking fist of anger, 'Made Elise cry and freed Iblis…by killing me. Because of that, Solaris was reborn and destroyed the world. The only way to stop him was erasing him from history, which created this new timeline. My friendship with Elise doomed the world. And now history seems to be repeating itself with a Time Factor stuck inside her. Am I risking all our lives…just from being who I am?'

"Uh, Sonic?"

Sonic snaps back into reality upon hearing Elise calling him. He turns to find everyone staring at him, with Elise looking worried about him asking, "Are you okay? You looked…sad."

"Huh? N-No! I'm just feeling a little hungry is all! Ran 'round town for a bit and was sad to find no Chili Dog shop." An embarrassed Sonic lied to his friends.

Elise smiles happily, "I know we have one! Follow me, I can show you and we can all eat together before the rally."

"Would this count as our breakfast, lunch, or dinner?" Spidey joked as they head for the exit.

"Shouldn't you know that?" Sable dryly asks the jokester.

"I don't." Elise remarked.

"Course none of us do! Time is super wonky here!" quipped Spidey as they exit the throne room.

"How do you like your new gift, Silver?"

Inside a laboratory, Penny smiles with eager happiness as she watches Silver hold two pair of differently designed golden bracelets. The psychic hedgehog attaches a pair of golden bracelets, each with a single extension decorated by a cyan glow placed on the upper edge, to the upper half of his regular bracelets. Then he attaches the other pair of golden bracelets, each with three cyan orbs arranged in a triangle on the lower edge, to the lower half of his regular bracelets. Silver looks down at his new gear, feeling a strange power emitting from them as he clenches his hands.

With a delightful smile, Silver smiles out, "They look cool! They really go well with my usual bracelets!"

"They're more than just an accessory, son." Approaching them on his advanced wheelchair is Pietro Polendina, a renowned Solkarian scientist and the fatherly creator of Penny, "They're my latest inventions that'll help you defend history: The Power Bracelet and the Shock Bracelet!"

"The Shock Bracelet isn't like a shock collar, is it?" The naïve Silver questioned.

"Not to you." The smiling Pietro quipped. "Both Bracelets are powered by Electric ISO-Dust. The Shock Bracelet imbues your psychokinesis with electricity for a variety of new abilities such as energy absorption, better stuns, and revitalize yourself and allies." He explains, while Silver interacts with the aforementioned bracelet and is left surprised when he accidently generates an electric barrier around his body.

"And the Power Bracelet?" asked Silver while deactivating his shielding.

"Simply amplifies and regulates your psionic abilities. My daughter has told me times of you overexerting yourself in dire situations." Pietro replies as he gives a warm glance to his robotic daughter.

"Just being a good friend by looking out for friends." Penny happily saluted.

Silver looks down at his clenching hand to concentrate his power into the fist. Suddenly that fist erupts with powerful, fiery psychic energy the likes he has never formed before which left him quite in awe as he gleefully smiles, "AWESOME!" before shutting off his power and turning his joyful face to the Polendinas, "This will DEFINITELY help me save the future! Thank you, Mr. Polendina! Would love to repay you somehow!"

Pietro chuckles out, "Bring me some future technology to study and we'll call it even."

Their little meeting is done so Silver and the Polendinas walk out of the lab to find something else to do. But not long after they touched the school hallways they barely hear a man angrily shouting, "OUT OF THE QUESTION! You can never be trusted!" from somewhere nearby.

"Who was that?" Silver wondered.

"Voiceprint matches that of General Ironwood. He seems to be arguing with someone in his office. I recommend we find out what is the matter." Penny replied.

Soon after, Silver's group enter Ironwood's office to find the Headmaster furiously leaning forward from behind his desk at a mysterious man outfitted in Iron Man Armor resembling the Prime Suit, but instead colored with red and gold its colored with silver and green, as well as sporting a green cloak that appears similar to another, villainous armored man. Also inside the room is All-New Captain America, Ruby Rose, and Boom Amy Rose, with Sam retorting to the General, "I don't trust him either, but if he's willing to join our alliance, then the Chronos Corps is more powerful than we can imagine!"

"What's going on?" asked Silver, approaching Amy about this loud argument.

"The General is being picky of accepting help. But from what I heard about this guy, I don't blame him." Amy quipped, as the mysterious Iron Man turns to face the newcomers.

"But isn't he Iron Man?" Silver questioned.

"That is the legacy I have chosen to carry on after Tony Stark fell into a coma in my timeline. But I'm certain you recognize me more as…" The armored man gently takes off his helmet, revealing quite the handsome face with short black hair, but with a name that horrifyingly screams, "Victor von Doom."

And unsurprisingly, this reveal absolutely surprises Silver's group down to their very soul, as this Doctor Doom, the masked genius scientist and dictator of Latverion that has repeatedly aimed for world domination, is allegedly Iron Man, a heroic yet no doubt an Infamous Iron Man, from his reality.

"Doctor Doom…?" Penny gasped in utter shock and disbelief.

"Victor?! But isn't your face usually-?" retorts Pietro, aware that Doom's face is usually scarred but this Doom's isn't.

"Doctor Doom is IRON MAN?! That's crazy! That is ABSOLUTELY CRAZY!" Silver exclaimed.

"A lot of us had the same reaction in the world Doom and I come from." says Sam, revealing his home reality is the same as Doom's.

"Like the rest of you, I was pulled into Chrono World against my will to play a role in the Solaris War. I chose to ally with its heroes to fight back against the Chronos Corps and save mankind from those misfits. I learned their next target is Solkaria, so I came here to offer my assistance." Doom explained.

"Which I will wholeheartedly not accept!" Ironwood retorted with a mean stare at the former villain, "Do you really think I will fall for your lies? You have caused this kingdom, and the rest of the world, so much grief every time you tried to conquer it!"

"You have every right not to trust me, General. I have a lot to atone for. Defeating Kang in any way possible is a good starting point towards redemption. Find it in your heart to give this man that chance." Doom softly said, with a genuine look of remorse from his past crimes.

"Solkaria does share a close diplomatic relationship with Latverion. Perhaps we should hear him out." Pietro suggested, wanting to trust his fellow scientist.

"Why should we trust you?" A suspicious Ruby asks the former dictator.

Doom replies, "My doppelganger from 2099 is part of the Chronos Corps and will no doubt use his knowledge of this kingdom to his advantage once they come for the Princess. Doom countering Doom is a good strategy. But we have more a…innate problem to solve immediately."

"What do you mean, Doom?" Sam interrogates him.

"Solkaria has been sabotaged by an ancient darkness that has LONG tainted this kingdom with their mere presence. They are responsible for the recent rise in crime and tampering with its systems, spreading fear and paranoia, all to destabilize the kingdom in time for its annihilation." Doom answered.

Ironwood sits down on his seat, cupping his hands to calm himself while still shooting looks of suspicion and mistrust towards Doom as he asks him, "And who might 'they' be?"

Somewhere else in Solkaria…

"GWAAAAAAAAAaaahhh…!"

Councilman Sleet of the Solkaria Council screams out his dying breath after being ruthlessly shot by his mysterious assassin in the comfort of his own home. The councilman falls dead to the ground while his murderer looms over him, revealing themselves to be a dark reflection of Ironwood that seamlessly transforms into Mephiles the Dark.

The Dark Demon throws aside the gun he used to murder Sleet before mumbling, "And with that, history is one step back to how I envisioned it."

'My fellow Solkarians! Stand united and hear my voice!'

"Hmm?" Mephiles gives a curious look at a holoscreen that was on while he killed Sleet. It's displaying Princess Elise behind a podium, having just started her rally, an event that Mephiles narrows his sinister eyes on as he pays close attention.

'I know everything hasn't been easy for you all when we were pulled into this world, but this is NOT the time to wallow in fear and helplessness! If you have time to worry, just run!' said the Solkarian Princess.

Meanwhile…

BGM-Sonic the Hedgehog (2006) OST-The Soleanna Festival

Hundreds of her citizens have gathered before a large stage set up by Sable International to watch Elise give out her speech to her whole kingdom. Sable Soldiers guard the area, to prevent anyone from interrupting it. Heroes like Modern Sonic, Amazing Spider-Man, Scarlet Witch, Silver Sable are on stage behind the Princess, standing firm and strong as everyone continues to listen to her rally.

"Our enemy wish to conquer our lands in his belief it will prevent a dark fate. Even if that is true, such violent actions will only secure a darker future. We CANNOT tolerate that! We cannot allow a single man decide our destiny! We must stand together in the light and with the heroes that have tirelessly defended us in a miraculous alliance! Only through freedom and the bonds we share with each other can we open the rusted door to a brand new future…!" said Elise with such hope in her voice and face that it's starting to inspire her people to become just as hopeful.

"Hmph. Foolish girl…"

Suddenly and quietly, Mephiles appears atop of a nearby rooftop to personally spy on the Princess. He has heard just about enough of her speech as he continues to mumble, "You once carried the light of destruction within you and still you want your people to stand behind you? Very well…" He ominously takes out a detonator to hold in his hand to darkly joke, "I will give your kingdom some lovely fireworks."

The Dark Demon presses the button on his detonator to activate the dozens of hidden bombs he planted throughout the kingdom during his secret visits. And what's even more conniving, these bombs were stolen from the Atlesian Military to frame them for what is about to occur.

While listening to Elise's speech, Spider-Man's head starts throbbing like crazy because of his Spider-Sense warning him of the imminent bomb attack. Sonic and Sable notice his headache and knows it means major trouble is about to happen right as Peter shouts, "EVERYBODY GET DOWN!" to the entire audience.

Seconds later, the bombs exploded and quickly decimate the kingdom with flames and tremors. Countless lives were blown away to kingdom come. Many buildings collapse, including hospitals filled with patients and doctors. Everyone starts panicking, running for their lives except for Elise yelping in shock upon witnessing the carnage to her kingdom. She also would've been crushed by falling debris if it wasn't for a high-speed save from Sonic.

"Sonic!" Elise exclaimed.

"Hedgehog, get her to safety!" Sable orders him while shooting more falling debris into pieces to ensure the safety of others.

The Avengers in the area were quick to respond to this sudden attack and help with search and rescue. Scarlet Witch catches falling debris with her magic. Modern Tails flies people to safety. Vine Zeki uses his Semblance to generate aura vines from his arms to grab people in buildings from a distance. Bruce spots two people falling from a skyscraper and runs to them, getting himself angry enough to rip off his shirt as the Hulk is unleashed to leap to their rescue.

BGM-Pokémon X/Y OST-The Legendary Pokémon Awoken

But this is just the beginning of Mephiles's ploy, as noticed by Infamous Iron Man and his group consisting of Silver, Penny, Cap, and Ruby as they fly into the scene. The bombs also unleashed a foggy darkness that covers the city, blinding its people from anything outside the barrier.

"We're too late!" An annoyed Silver exclaimed.

"This is all just a distraction!" said Doom before using his armor to contact, "General, the shields-!"

But that warning also came too late. From outside Solkaria, a massive laser hits the city's barrier and doesn't stop until it activates a massively powerful EMP wave that disables the barrier as it spreads all over it. All the heroes, the Schnees, Silver Sable, the Ace-Ops, Ironwood, and Elise either look on wide-eyed or watch this event in horror through a broadcast. Once the entire shield went down, the dark fog slowly disperses while two missiles pierce through it to obliterate two of the shield's pylons, preventing the shield from ever being reactivated.

A dark thunderstorm now controls the sky as Mephiles levitates atop the tallest skyscraper in the kingdom. He spreads out his arms as his eyes glow with ominous menace as he shouts, "Now, start fighting…" while the Chronos Corps's massive frightening air fleet enters the kingdom's airspace behind him, "Mortals!" urging the Battle of Solkaria to begin so it will aid in his plans of rebirth and revenge.

KFX Here: The assault of the Chronos Corps has begun! Mephiles is making his move to get his revenge on Princess Elise and will not stop until her kingdom crumbles around her. A multi-parter that will take some influence from the "Battle of Atlas" from RWBY but with surprising twists and a lot of action that you don't want to miss. And also, who could that Masked Hedgehog be? Hmmmm…
