Sonic: I'm Sonic. Sonic the Hedgehog. Reala and Wizeman tried to steal our Time Factors. With NiGHTS' help, we stopped them, only to be quickly ambushed by Kang. He kidnapped me and Spidey, took us somewhere I'm not sure yet. We can't let him have our Time Factors. There must be a way to escape!

BGM-Super Dragon Ball Heroes OST-Prison Planet
Having been previously transported to a dark dimension against their will, Modern Sonic and Amazing Spider-Man are both bound and helpless thanks to Solaris' evil energy. No matter how hard they struggle, their restraints won't budge courtesy of Kang. The Time Conqueror watches over them on his hoverchair, mocking them with his devious smile while being amused by their vain attempts to escape his wrath.
"Not even you two can escape the Sol energy created by the Solaris System." claimed Kang.
Now it is the time to collect his prize. Kang whips out a device to have it float in midair. It then activates to absorb the remaining Time Factor from its two captured hosts. Sonic especially feels weakened after his Factor was extracted from him, a small side-effect Kang immediately deduced, "As expected. The Time Factor within you was exceptionally vast, Sonic. Being in close proximity to Solaris and Time Eater would do that to you."
"…Kang. What exactly are you up to?" asked Spidey after feeling a little weak from his Factor being extracted.
"Did I not make myself clear earlier? I will become the greatest and most powerful conqueror in history. Through Solaris' power, I will conquer all opposition in EVERY timeline until the universe is mine!" Kang reiterated his ultimate goal.
"There is no way you'll be able to pull it off! Take it from me! Solaris is TOO powerful to be controlled! Don't risk breaking time any more than you already have!" retorted Sonic, pleading to him to stop his own madness.
Kang sternly remarks, "What do you think is the purpose of the Solaris Project anyway? It's to learn and build upon the failures of those that attempted to harness his power in the past. Nick Fury. The Duke of Soleanna. Even the Kingdom of Chronoa. Their projects ended with similar disasters because they lacked the technology and proper intellect. Only a TRUE Chrono King like myself can surpass them and rule time and space unopposed!"
"You think the Time Factor will give you an edge?" Spidey asked.
"It is a Nexus of Knowledge. Simply a piece in the puzzle." Kang hinted.

BGM-Super Dragon Ball Heroes OST-Immediate Confrontation
A confused Sonic exclaims, "Nexus?"
With a calm collected tone, Kang explains his plans, "There is no reality without thought. Thought itself creates reality. Thought building on thought to create a nexus of knowledge that runs throughout the multiverse. Solaris is comprised of such Nexuses, and has grown after countless ventures devouring universes. He is a super-dimensional lifeform, primarily comprised of time, magic, fire, shadows, cosmic, and recently technology during its days as Time Eater. My Chrono World was created for a purpose to gather the necessary nexuses in one place. Assimilate them, and I will take the steps in controlling Solaris. Few of the Nexuses have already been integrated to my System. One by one, I will absorb this World's remaining network of technology, cosmic, and magic powers. Then, I will truly be the Conqueror of Time. And all will kneel before…Kang." He finished his boasting with the most villainous smile.

Hearing his plans got Spidey's skin to crawl, yet strangely got him chuckling with a hint of defiance, "I-I won't let you do this!"
"Hm?" Kang curiously stares at him, wondering what he's trying to pull off.
Refusing to allow any of his plans to happen, Spider-Man lets out a defiant cry while forcing himself to fight his restraints. Through excruciating grunts of pain that has him fiercely gritting his teeth, mustering all of his spider-strength to try and grind his arms free from his back, with one mighty, "GAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" he finally burst himself free from his binding, much to the utter shock of Kang as he didn't believe anyone could break through the Solaris Power with mere mortal strength.
But before the Webslinger could make even the slightest next move, he is immediately attacked by the newly arrived Terminatrix. "Spidey!" Sonic exclaimed in concern.
BGM-Super Dragon Ball Heroes OST-Fu's Plot
Spidey survived the surprise attack with a battered costume, leaping away while in shock at this new foe, "You're…that woman I've been hearing about. Ravonna Renslayer!"
"Terminatrix." Sonic snarled, recalling their first earlier encounter when she used GUN to attack him.
"Oops! You forgot something." smiled the devious Ravonna.
Suddenly warped into this empty dimension are several individuals that are instantly recognizable by the eyes of the heroes: Doctor Eggman. Doctor Octopus. Modern Knuckles. Princess Elise. And most surprisingly, an alive Modern Shadow the Hedgehog. Each one beaten and unconscious and no longer useful to the Chronos Corps
"Shadow! And the others! You're alive!" Spidey exclaimed.
Kang draws his absorbing machine back to him before stating, "We've obtained the Time Factor from these five. You all are no longer useful. Now, disappear in this Time Abyss."
The evil couple take their leave, with Kang leaving behind a maniacal laughter to taunt them one last time. Suddenly, Spidey notice the entire dimension beginning to collapse as Sonic is free from his restraints but too weak to help. The cracks spread across the void with little time for Peter to think of a plan to escape. Shadow's out, so no Chaos Control. And his Chronoblade is just as useless. There's no way out. No way home. The only thing Spider-Man can do is let out a mighty, "DAAAAAAMNIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT…!" as he and his friends are swallowed by the collapsing dimension and its black hole of doom.

Dinosaur Jungle, Arabian Nights Realm
BGM-Sonic and the Secret Rings OST-The Wicked Wild
This lush rainforest is filled with Jurassic plants and animals, all much bigger than the average joe, notably including Ruby Rose as she was flung through the area by her mystery opponent and slams into the side of a T-Rex, angering it quite a bit. The Scarlet Huntress gets up with a hand clenched on her aching head, quickly being knocked out of her daze and nearly blown away by the ferocious roar of the dinosaur behind her, "GRAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!"
Ruby notices the T-Rex and frightenly flees from its teeth when it tried to bite her. She didn't get far though as her path is blocked by a fireball barrage thanks to her mystery opponent, revealed to be Fall Maiden Cinder hovering above her with an evil smile plastered on her face. As Ruby jumps to the air, the Evil Maiden charges at her full speed. That was a mistake on her part, as Ruby tricked her into getting herself eaten by the T-Rex that was still rampaging towards her, using her Semblance to safely avoid them both.
Her plan didn't last long, with Cinder exploding herself free from the dinosaur's stomach, killing it while disgustingly covering her body in its guts. "Hahaha! Like the new look! You're more disgusting than you were before!" chuckled Classic Sonic to mock the Maiden.
The young Blue Blur ran to join Ruby's side right before their other friends. Their three new allies that joined the fight against Kang and now Cinder Fall: Armored CEO of the House of Iron, Stark Prime. Legendary Wind Master Thief, Jet the Hawk. And the Fairy Mutant X-Man, Pixie.
"Are you alright?" Pixie asked in concern for Ruby.
"Fine." said Ruby, still prime and battle-ready for another round with Cinder.
"Eager to be killed by me again, are you? You're just as irritating as the Ruby from my timeline." taunted Cinder, implying to have at least killed the Ruby from her own world.
"And you're not as terrifying as my Cinder. You're not even that good. Or maybe I'm just better than you." Ruby smirked, returning a taunt of her own to annoy her time-displaced rival.
Fiercely gritting her teeth, Cinder scowls, "Cheeky little…" before angrily erupting her Dark Aura that burns away the dinosaur guts.
"Going full power already? Just when we're getting to like one another." quipped Stark Prime.
"You made a grave mistake invading our territory and now you must BURN!" Dark Cinder threatened.
"Try your best." Ruby calmly taunted back.
The Avengers and Dark Cinder then engage in a heated close quarters brawl, with the heroes assaulting her by performing a series of alternating sliding maneuvers and attacks. Though Sonic's speed is giving her trouble, Cinder was able to evade or deflect their attacks before conjuring a set of swords to stab the ground and trigger a fiery tornado that lifts her upwards before having a brief airborne clash with Stark and Pixie.
Nearby, a squadron of Chronos Corps soldiers were guarding a prison camp until they were assaulted by the combined forces of Boom Amy and newcomer Maria Calavera, the Legendary Grimm Reaper pulled from the past. Their coordinated tactics are fantastic, with the Huntress stunning mooks with swift kama swings so the Hedgehog could smash them with her hammer.
"Piece of cake." said the cocky Maria.
"Almost done cleaning up. We ready to free the people?" Amy asked Black Widow, who is also part of their team.
"Assuming Stark doesn't trip the team beating on Cinder." quipped Widow, getting ready to free innocent civilians from their cages.
'Hard to trip while flying in midair.' Stark snarked through their comms.
"Never been caught in a turbulence?"
'Several times. Always landed on my feet.'
"I highly doubt that."
BGM End
Back with the heated battle, Dark Cinder managed to get her enemies grouped together so she may use Time Break to slow them down long enough to land a powerful fiery attack. Cinder chuckles, thinking she has won while staring at the large smoke caused by her attack. As the smoke disperse, however, it is quickly revealed to her horror that her enemies survived unscathed thanks to the timely assistant of their other new friend: Shahra, the Genie of the Ring, emerged to protect her new friends with magical Fire Shields for each of them.
"Your fire can't smoke us anymore!" Sonic taunts her with a smirk.
"Thanks, Shahra. Good thing I found your Ring when I did." said Pixie, revealed to be wearing the Genie's ring and thus is Shahra's latest master.
BGM-Sonic X OST-Sonic's Solution
Shahra and Cinder's magic are roughly equal, but the Dark Maiden is outnumbered and now hopelessly outmatched by the heroes. Stark wastes no time firing a powerful repulsor that scathes Cinder, covering her in smoke that is swiftly fanned by Jet and his Bashosen. Cinder is left stunned but doesn't get pummeled by the hawk, instead he gives her a smirking, "Gotcha!" before Sonic rushes in with a fiery Spin Dash that knocks her back.
Stark quickly morphs his nanotech arm into a powerful energy cannon, unleashing a massive beam that he calls, "PROTON CANNON!"
At the same time, Ruby morphs her scythe into its rifle form to shoot and shout the explosive ISO-Dust-powered, "RIFLE SHOT!"
Cinder could do nothing but stare in fear at both attacks as they connect and utterly devastate her. She still stands but only barely as she pants in exhaustion. Her Aura was shattered and her body is covered in wounds. She is beaten, no matter how furious she is at denying it.

"Beaten by Ruby…? This has to be a joke…They can't be stronger than me!" Cinder angrily muttered.
'Hehehehe. Sounds to me you have been beaten, my child.' Suddenly, Eggman Nega communicates with her through their own comm link.
"Shut up! I'm only getting started! I just need more power!" retorted Cinder.
'Using the Sol Power in your current condition would be suicide. Return to base for recovery. If you do, I have a special present waiting that will certainly grant you the power you desire.' Nega eerily promised.
With furious reluctance, Cinder complies with a blood spit to the ground. "We'll have to settle this later." She scowled before vanishing using a teleportation device, leaving the heroes with this victory.
Later…
BGM-Sonic and the Secret Rings OST-Ali Baba & Sinbad Rescued!
A GUN ship was called in to help transport the now-freed prisoners to safety. The Arabian people were thankful to the Avengers for freeing them from the clutches of the Chronos Corps before being escorted into the ship. As they are, a group consisting of Captain Steve Rogers, Sir Lancelot, and Mayday Parker met up with Ruby's team to discuss if they also rescued their missing friends.
"Dad wasn't here either?" asked Mayday, having heard Spider-Man and Modern Sonic were recently captured by Kang and has been very anxious to find him.
Ruby sadly shakes her head to her, "No. They most likely have him and Sonic locked up in a maximum prison cell. Probably in Kang's ship."
"Can't we just have Shahra wish them here?" May turns to the Ring Genie for hopeful assistance.
"I've tried, but something is blocking my magic to locate them. Most likely caused by these time distortions. I'm so sorry." Shahra sadly apologized.
"Your Father's tough." said Cap, placing a gently hand on the young webslinger's shoulder to comfort her, "We'll find him safe and sound, and the others that have been kidnapped by Kang. We won't rest until we do."
"I trust you, Cap. I'm just not in the mood to lose my dad again." May replied somberly.
Topics begin changing as Grimm Reaper approaches the group with another batch of rescuees. "Got myself the last batch. Feel free to take them off my hands." She joked.
Among this batch are the Arabian Nights versions of Tails, Knuckles, and Eggman, much to the shock of the heroes. Tails' counterpart is named Ali Baba, a twin-tailed genius woodcutter. Knuckles' counterpart is Sinbad the Sailor, a powerful legendary adventurer. And Eggman's counterpart is King Shahryar, the main character and short-tempered creator of the Arabian Nights.
"Tails! Knuckles! You guys look…different." The surprised Classic Sonic commented.
"You're confusing us for someone else. Funny, another Blue Hedgehog older than you made the same mistake." said Ali Baba, unaware that he is talking about Sonic's future self, "My name is Ali Baba. And this is my friend Sinbad." He smilingly gestures to his Sailor friend, "Thank you for saving us."
Boom Amy then gives a deadpan stare to Eggman's counterpart, "And I'm guessing this mustached old man is-."
"Mustached old MAN!? Listen here you disrespectful peasant! I am Shahryar, KING of this land!" Shahryar angrily retorted, acting just like his doctor counterpart.
"That's hard to believe." Amy quipped, still with the deadpan face.
"Or at least I WAS king until some look-a-like kicked me out." Shahryar calmed down.
"Look-a-like?" The confused Shahra remarked.
"Can you describe him in more detail, your majesty?" asked Cap, wanting clarification even though he has a good guess who the look-a-like is.
"He had a white mustache and a weird laugh and an army of strange machines that quickly conquered my kingdom, throwing me into prison along with these peasants." answered Shahryar, insulting Ali Baba and Sinbad while pointing to them.
"That sounds an awful lot like Eggman Nega." frowned Cap, right to guess him to be the new ruler of the Arabian Nights, "We recently received intel from GUN that he has a ship transporting supplies in this Region. Among them is ISO-8, which we could really use to counter the growing power of the Chronos Corps. We'll head out to seize the supplies after you and your people are escorted."
"We'll help you get your kingdom back. You can count of us." Ruby promised to the King.
"Don't fail me out there." Shahryar arrogantly wishes them the best of luck.
"We'll make sure these people get to safety." said Sinbad, promising to protect the rescued civilians.
"Thanks man." smiled Sonic, sharing a friendly bro-fist with both Sinbad and Ali Baba, "You and Baba take care of yourselves." He wishes his new friends luck before his team head out to rob goods from Eggman Nega.

Above the Arabian Nights…
"So is it true our eyes are Grimm-killers because of a God?"
"Yeah, I think. Still not COMPLETELY sure."
"And is it true I'll lose my eyes because of some freak accident?"
"That's what future you told me. So stop being reckless for the sake of your future."
Ruby exchanges some friendly banter with the unmasked Grimm Reaper onboard a Quinjet flying through the skies of the Arabian Nights towards their destination. Unlike her slightly more serious counterpart, this Maria is younger and cocky, grinningly wagging her finger while quipping, "I have Preflexes. Silly name, I know, but it helps not worry too much about the future."
"Dunno. I have Spider-Senses and my butt STILL keeps being whooped every waking hour." quipped Mayday.
Sitting nearby is Jet, who doesn't look thrilled playing hero with a bunch of heroes, "Still don't know how I got dragged into this. I'm a thief, not a hero! At the very least, I would've liked to work with a Sonic that KNOWS how to ride Extreme Gear!" He exclaimed, not seeing Classic Sonic as a worthy rival unlike his future self.
"Your thievery skills could come in handy, hence why we keep dragging you along. Not to mention you're a THIEF." quipped Black Widow while piloting the jet.
"I for one is liking to be working with a Sonic again. I can't tell you how much I owe your future self for saving the Arabian Nights." Shahra smiles at the young hedgehog.
Sonic gives the genie a smiling thumbs-up, "Glad I'll be helping you save it again for the first time." He quipped.
"If you're fast enough to help, kid." Jet smirkingly taunts him.
"Watch me be fast enough to get you help after eating my dust, featherface." quipped Sonic, quickly annoyed by his taunting.
"So…" As Stark Prime starts to speak, he retracts his helmet to reveal his holographic face, "I've been hearing Other Me's been having trouble cracking the data on Kang's shields."
"Have you two been working together?" asked Cap.
"We're working together right now!" quipped Stark, being an A.I. that can be everywhere at once, "Even with two of our awesome brains working together, Kang's tech is simply too advanced to be fully analyzed. We're having trouble scratching the…surface of the surface!"
"Even if you succeeded, we don't have the strength to take the fight to Kang yet. Hopefully this ISO-8 will improve our odds." Sir Lancelot stoically hoped.
"Approaching Levitated Ruin! Placing jet in stealth mode!" announced Black Widow whilst pressing several buttons in the cockpit.
The Quinjet turns invisible as it flies into the Levitated Ruin. A collection of ruined towns can be seen riding the back of giant flying manta-like fossils, simply referred to as Rukhs, flying in the atmosphere. Hiding among the ruins is an Egg Fleet battleship. The objective is simple: Infiltrate the ship and take control of its supplies. Child's play when the world's greatest spy is an Avenger.
"I can confirm that there are supplies in that transport ship. Shut off security and seize the ship. Protect the supplies if they're endangered." Stark informed the team that's in charge of robbing the ship.
"Won't be a challenge." quipped Widow, leaving controls to Steve as she approaches her team consisting of Ruby, Sonic, Jet, Spider-Woman, Pixie, and Shahra, "You all know what to do. Pixie, take us in."
Pixie nodded before incanting the spell, "Sihal novarum chinoth!" that teleports the team straight into the transport ship.
Inside the Battleship…
Instantly, the team is warped to a hallway with little guards passing through. The two Djinn that are passing through didn't notice them, as they swiftly hid in the shadows of the nearest corner to watch them be ignorant that their ship has been infiltrated. It was Shahra's turn to cast a spell, with this one rendering each teammate invisible to sight and cameras.
"This spell will only last five minutes." Shahra whispered to her friends.
"Plenty of time. Let's get moving." Widow responded.
The Super Spy nods at Ruby and Sonic to follow her out of the corner, with them being in charge of taking out the ship's commander. The Ring Genie transforms herself into a pink ball of light, keeping up with Pixie, Jet, and Mayday as they are in charge of disabling the security system to make it easier to seize control of the supplies.
BGM-Sonic and the Secret Rings OST-The Lost Prologue
However, none of them are aware that a Great Evil lurks through the halls as if they own the ship. That Evil being the Erazor Djinn, the Genie of the Lamp that can't tell the difference between rat and hedgehog. A door opens for him and the Egg Monitor, a floating pod that Eggman Nega is using to communicate as they walk into a particular room.
"That little Maiden must be desperate for power if she's resorting to one of your experiments." said Erazor, having a somewhat friendly conversation about Cinder with the mad doctor.
'Aren't we all a little crazy to obtain ultimate power? Though I can imagine her reason is because of a terrible childhood.' quipped Nega, who isn't far from the truth.
Erazor scoffs, "The child still has a long way to go if she ever hopes to even RIVAL my magic."
'How unfortunate she wasn't born a genie with PHENOMENAL cosmic power. If only her arrogance could be sealed in itty-bitty living space.' smirked Nega, gesturing an arm through the TV to a nearby box, 'Just like the new ISO-8 we uncovered stored in this box.'
The Evil Genie opens the box filled with ISO-8 crystals, several sporting a unique decoration with matching silver images on their surfaces. He picks up one of the unique crystals, closely looking at the power its radiating and feeling the energies stored within. "You were right about these crystals' uniqueness. They are a marvel. Each have been imbued with paragraphs of the Arabian Nights, including the splintered hearts that make up the stories. The seven Worlds Rings that bind the pages together." said Erazor, sounding calmly fascinated of the ISO-8's potential.
'Just enough could surpass the World Rings, and we have TONS stored in the cargo bay. Hehe, resistance against us is simply futile. With them our control over this Region is absolute.' Nega claimed arrogantly.
Erazor grins evilly, "Soon will be said for the others, and the insects that inhabit them. Humans wish for death on their enemies, then that is what I'll grant them, for they are their own worst enemy." He laughed manically.

But then, all of a sudden, Erazor stops laughing. He looks disturbed somehow and turns his head aside as if he spotted someone hiding in the corner. Nega noticed his uneasiness and politely asks, 'Is something the matter?'
"Nothing." That is what Erazor wants him to think, when his own thoughts speak the truth, 'But this magic. It's familiar.' He deviously smirks as he quickly recognizes their identity, 'So, you've returned to me at last, my dear.'
With Jet's Team…
BGM-Marvel Future Revolution OST-Lethal Agent
Time is of the essence, so Jet's team wasted little of it when they ambushed the security room. Using their invisibility to its utmost advantage, the heroes took out each guard with swift actions before any of them could react. Right as their invisibility comes to an end, they stand surround by unconscious goons lying on the floor. Mayday walks up to a computer console and uses her spectacular genius to quickly shut off security throughout the ship. "Security's disabled." She informed her teammates.
Jet touches his earpiece, "Heard that, Widow? Better be in position to control the bridge. We're heading out to secure the supplies."
'Roger that. Be extra careful. We're ready to commandeer the bridge.' responded Widow.
With Black Widow's Team…
"Pick up the pace, people!" ordered Shocker, a second-rate classic villain from Spider-Man's rouges gallery that was hired as a mercenary to defend the ship. The crime boss walks through the bridge, passing by his troops while giving them orders such as, "Avengers were spotted freeing prisoners over at Dinosaur Jungle, so Nega wants us to hurry back to base by the next hour."
"Want me to check with security if we're clear to leave this area?" asked a Kang Soldier from their workstation.
"Do that. I'm gonna get me some of that Arabian margaritas." Shocker turns away with a hand scratching the back of his head, only to immediately turn back when he heard a strange noise. "What the-?!" He finds that Kang Soldier was knocked out by an unknown force, which looks to be a Blue Blur that's swiftly knocking out his other troops around him. Shocker has no idea how this is happening and kinda thinks the ship is haunted. Suddenly he was tripped by a Red Blur, trying to to retaliate with a blast from his gauntlets only to miss, then swiftly gets hit in the face by that Blue Blur again and again fail to react in time. "Enough fun and games and show yourself!" He taunted his mysterious blurs, right before he was shadow-kicked to his defeat by a lethal agent from behind.
"See us now?" quipped the non-invisible Black Widow, looming over the defeated criminal right as Classic Sonic and Ruby Rose meet with her.

As the group approach the control system to seize this ship as their own, Ruby contacts Cap, "Cap, this is Rose Reaper. Shocker's out cold and we took control of the bridge. Jet's team is on their way to protect the cargo."
'Good. Change course to the nearest GUN Base. We'll cover your backs.' Cap replied.
'Might have to delay that order!' retorted Jet, sounding distress for a curious reason.
"Jet, what's wrong? Have you been spotted? Is someone approaching to retrieve the supplies?" Ruby asked.
In the Cargo Bay…
BGM-Sonic and the Secret Rings OST-Poison Spear
"Yeah. One big angry pink Genie." quipped Jet through the comms, after being knocked back by none other than the Erazor Djinn and his powerful magic.
Pixie and Spider-Woman are already on the offensive against him, with the X-Man land a strong blow with her Souldagger that pushes the Genie to an uppercut from the Webslinger that barely did damage. 'You mean the Erazor Djinn?' Ruby responded in shock.
'Had no idea he was here. Protect the supplies until backup arrives!' Widow ordered the Babylonian.
"Don't give me orders! I know what to do!" Jet angrily retorted.
The thieving bird whips out his Bashosen and joins his teammates for a simultaneous assault on Erazor. Just before any of their attacks land, the Evil Genie scatters them with a burst of magic before teleporting to blow away Jet with a single swing of his sword. A webline suddenly latches his head, pulled fiercely to turn him towards a flying punch from Mayday that knocks him back.
"It's true that the Genie of the Lamp must grant three wishes, right? I have three: One, bring back my father. Two, bring world peace. And three, shove yourself back in the lamp for all eternity. You're good enough to grant all those, right?" Mayday babbled, unknowingly roleplaying as Modern Sonic back when he forced Erazor to follow similar orders in the past. A horrible memory that easily infuriates and motivates Erazor to prevent another embarrassing defeat like that ever again.
"Insect." retorted Erazor, dashing to slash the jokester with his razor.
"Arachnid!" quipped May while avoiding his attack with a backflip, "Least I know you aren't an all-KNOWING genie!"
Pixie then surprises him with a mystical blast that stuns the Djinn long enough for Shahra to materialize herself for some personal confrontation. "Enough of this, Erazor! Do not force me to destroy you once more!" Shahra pleads with her former friend.
"You of all people should know none can destroy me, nor can escape my wrath. But you were successful in wounding me, my dear." retorted Erazor, causing the Ring Genie to frown in sadness, "Shahra…Your insolence will never be forgiven. You betrayed me. Ignored me during my greatest moment of need! I would've been sealed away AGAIN if not for Kang intercepting in that split moment of history!"
"You brought that upon yourself!" Shahra retorted with surprise confidence, "You tried to destroy the Arabian Nights and now repeating the same mistake from across time! Your tale has long finished, Erazor! I will not allow you to harm this land and its future anymore!"
Erazor chuckles mockingly, "My, such confidence. Aren't you looking forward to die again. Fine." He then makes a mad dash for the weak Genie, "I'll grant you that wish!"
"Do it and you get extra pixie dust!" retorted Pixie, coming to the defense of her friend with a barrage of mystic bolts that fail to slow him down.
"Your magic is PATHETIC! Just like her and that Blue Rat she once served!" Erazor mocked while in range to deliver a deadly blow to both sorceresses.
"WHO YOU CALLIN' A BLUE RAT?!"
Out of nowhere comes an enraged Classic Sonic crashing right into Erazor's stomach with a Spin Dash brutal enough for him to almost cough out in pain whilst ramming him through several ceilings. "Sonic!" exclaimed Shahra, right before noticing Ruby is approaching her.
"Widow sent us ahead! C'mon, let's go help him out!" ordered Ruby as the heroes hurry after the hedgehog and genie.
Meanwhile, Sonic have just smashed Erazor through the flight deck until they are high in the sky where he is deflected. The hedgehog spins back at him, only this time Erazor was able to block him, igniting his blade to deflect then smack the hero down to the ground. Just as Sonic recovers on his feet, he was horrified watching Erazor raining down hellish mystical blasts that forces him to run for his life.
"Kang robbed me the chance to dispose your Future Self. I require satisfaction!" Erazor grinningly exclaimed.
"Sulk! I ain't giving you any!" quipped Sonic.
Just as Erazor was about to deliver a killing teleporting blow, the frightened hedgehog was saved at the nick of time by Ruby using her scythe to deflect his attack, leaving him wide open for a Web-Strike from Spider-Woman knocking him back. Just as the Genie recovers, he is suddenly assaulted from above by repulsors from Stark Prime leading his group after they fell out of the Quinjet to assist.
"Looks like we have to save the day again huh?" joked Stark.
"Get stuffed back into your lamp!" exclaimed Boom Amy, nearly slamming her hammer on Erazor if he didn't see it coming. Grimm Reaper takes a jab at him next as they clash briefly before she is blown back, swiftly before Sir Lancelot does the same to Erazor with a teleporting Chaos Slash.
"Give it up, Erazor! You're surrounded!" said Captain America, with all the heroes except for Black Widow surrounding the lonely Djinn.
Erazor couldn't help but grin at their persistent attempts to defy him, laughing, "Ha! Your combined efforts are WORTHLESS compared to the power I possess!" With a simple gesture, he summons several of that new ISO-8 to surround him with energy, "Witness as the power of these Arabian ISOs fuel me with the limitless stories that make up this land! RRAAAAAAAAH!" Alongside a mighty yell, the Djinn absorbs the crystals to grow twice his size and several times stronger, reaching such levels of magic that a simple flex of it nearly blows his enemies off the ship.
"Those Crystals…Their power is similar to that of the seven World Rings." Shahra commented through her shock at her former friend possessing power that rivals those sacred relics.
"Any advice?" Cap asked.
"Go for his head. And watch how he swings his sword." Shahra advised her friends.
"Easier said than done!" quipped Mayday, right after her attack was effortlessly countered by Erazor's new power.
The Avengers have been pushed to the defensive, nearly overpowered if it wasn't for the speedsters using their speed to their advantage. Jet especially, with use of his Extreme Gear that Erazor briefly mistook for a magic carpet until it was used to overwhelm him with strong winds and blitzing strikes to the head from the hawk's warfans. His attacks were mostly annoying, enraging the Genie to unleash his, "Darkness Spark!" throwing a barrage of dark spheres that not just knocks Jet off his board but blow away the other heroes in an instant.

"It's getting harder and harder to anticipate his movements." An annoyed Lancelot commented.
"This would be SO much easier if we had a magic lamp." Ruby quipped.
"Or some ISO-8."
BGM-Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links OST-Yami Yugi Theme
Widow's voice surprises the group, just as much as several Arabian ISOs being thrown for them to catch as the spy finally reunites with the team. "Though I borrow some before I caught up." She grinned coolly."
"You dare use my own power against me?!" Erazor angrily retorted.
"Yes. Have a problem with that?" quipped the calm Widow, using her own Arabian ISO-8 to grant her the powers of darkness, fire, and wind. Powers that enhance her pistol to the point that a simple shot to Erazor's head could topple him with powerful explosive force. "Don't waste time. Power up and let's finish this." She ordered her team to quickly empower themselves with the ISO-8.
Sonic was the first to use his, finding himself constantly enveloped in a large flaming aura. "Oohoho, I suddenly feel all dark and spiny." He smilingly chuckled in amusement, right before the rest of his teammates power-up.
"Spider-Woman, help me disarm him!" Cap ordered.
"On it!" May quickly puts her enhanced powers to the test by blinding Erazor with stronger webbing that is a pain to rip apart, giving this chance for Cap to hurl his shield at his arm to force him to let go of his sword.
Right after Erazor was able to remove the webbing, he was assaulted by Widow wielding her dual-pistols while running around him. Quickly distracted by her, he didn't see Amy coming with a powerful swing that smacks him into the air for Stark to blast straight down with his an explosive Unibeam. As the smoke clear, both Ruby and Maria ignite their respective weapons as they rush at the Genie's feet with spinning strikes that forces him on his knees.
"You…!" Erazor snarls while charging up a killer energy blast targeting the huntresses.
Quickly, Pixie glances at her own Genie, "Shahra! Please, lend me your power!"
"As you wish, my master!" Shahra nodded.
Wielding her Souldagger, Pixie exclaims, "SPEED BREAK!" as Shahra gives her an extreme boost of speed that turns her into a destructive flaming projectile. The fairy mutant explodes into a blur of motion, blitzing Erazor from all angles whilst weakening him with swift strikes of her magical dagger.
Finding the strength to parry her assault, Erazor prepares to kill her if he wasn't once again distracted, this time from another shield throw by Captain America. "Rats like you must learn to not interrupt me during an execution!" The Evil Djinn fires a powerful energy blast, one that Steve's struggling to block with his unbreakable shield.
"You should get your eyes checked! I'm an AVENGER! Preventing executions on innocents is what we do!" Steve then cockily smirks out, "As for criminals though…"
Unfinished words that confuse the Djinn is what Sonic needed to smash his face with a full-charged Burning Spin Dash. "They need a really good beatdown!" Sonic finished for Cap with a smile before dropping down to allow Lancelot and Jet deliver the final blow. Both Mobians strike the villain with the full force of their signature weapons right to the face, sending him flying in sheer pain to the edge of the ship.

Unfortunately, that last attack wasn't enough to knock him off the ship. Victory was so close, and though Erazor is in great pain and panting exhaustedly, he still has some fight in him to confront his enemies one more time, "This isn't over for me! There is no DEATH for me! I shall not vanish, at least not until you all perish before me!"
The heroes get ready to have one last clash with the great evil genie, but there is something that prevents either party to make a move. It was a voice. A voice that sounded remarkably like Lancelot's but screamed with arrogance, "Then let's test that theory now, if you're brave enough."
BGM-Sonic and the Black Knight OST-Sir Lancelot Appears
Everyone turn their heads to spot Boom Shadow the Hedgehog standing atop a cannon while giving the weakened Erazor a death stare. "That's…" exclaims Sir Lancelot, left surprised while recognizing his counterpart.
"The Other Shadow!" Ruby announced.
Wasting no time and words, Boom Shadow jumps off the cannon to send Erazor flying off the ship with a brutal kick. "AHHHHHHHHH! NOOOOOOOO…!" screamed Erazor, too weak to save himself as he disappears beneath the clouds.

"Man, I wanted to do that." said the disappointed Amy.
"Does it matter who did it as long as it's done?" May quipped.
"Thanks for the quick assist, Shadow." said Steve, thanking the brooding hedgehog with a grateful smile.
But just like any Shadow, this one remains stoic as he scoffs out, "I didn't come here to save you. I came searching for info on Kang."
"Did you find anything?" Steve asked.
"Nothing useful to me. To you, perhaps, if you're interested." Shadow replied, willing to give them important intel despite refusing to ally himself with the heroes.
"Please. We could use as much intel." Steve requested for that important intel.
BGM-Sonic Heroes OST-My World
As he crosses his arms, Shadow informs the heroes of what he has learned, "Very well. I was at the Asteroid Coaster when I learned the Kree has formed an alliance with the Black Arms and their leader, Black Doom. They are massing an army against us, their numbers growing each day, until they are ready for a full-scale invasion, possibly on New Vale City."
"That's clearly not good." Stark quipped.
"We'll inform Nova Corps about this, and have the city prepped for evacuation." Steve followed.
"There's more…" said Shadow with more extremely important intel to share, "The aliens appear to be testing some kind of new biological superweapon. One fueled by the more refined Sol Power."

"Anything else you're willing to share?" Lancelot asks his counterpart.
Shadow scowls at him, "I've told you what I know. Now outta my way. Kang still needs to be hunted down." He rudely walks past his Camelot counterpart, once again leaving to work alone.
BGM-One Piece: Pirate Warriors OST-Courage and Power
"There's no need for that." said Lancelot, with his counterpart pausing to listen to what he has to say, "We know where Kang is hiding, but NONE of us have the strength to face him head-on. Neither you nor me. Only together we have a chance."
Boom Shadow takes a moment to consider his proposal for an alliance, with his answer coming out as a scoffing, "…I said this before. I don't have time for teams. And I don't take orders, including from those that share my face." He directly mocks his counterpart, "Wherever Kang is and how strong, I promise to overcome them by any means necessary." He declared before teleporting to parts unknown.
"Shadow…" Ruby frowned somberly, hoping for him to join their team.
Amy sighs in annoyance of Shadow's arrogant attitude, "That guy never changes."
"He has his reasons." Lancelot believed, knowing full well what Boom Shadow was thinking and what he is capable of since they are counterparts.
"Can't wait to hear if they're actually DECENT reasons for his stubbornness." Amy quipped.
"At the very least, we should be thankful." said Cap, "He gave us useful intel that could turn the tide of this war to our favor. Let's make sure the ISO-8 is escorted to base and get the drop on our enemies before they get the drop on us." He ordered with the best of confidence that they now have what it takes to even the odds with the Chronos Corps.

KFX Here: One more world to explore before we cap off Act 2 with the standard multi-parter, epic finale, and it's sounding like the Kree and Black Arms will be the big bads for that. I'm still in the process of constructing that finale. Thinking of taking elements from The Avengers (2012) and Guardians of the Galaxy (2014). Who knows how it'll end up, but I'll try to make it as awesome as I can.
