He informed us that the Kree and Black Arms are getting ready to launch a full-scale attack with a new weapon, so we need to strike at them first. Still, they aren't the only enemies we should be worrying about at the moment.

BGM-Metroid Prime 2: Echoes OST-Dark Samus Appears

The God Realm. The last, starry night Region that makes up Chrono World. It's quite obvious that divine locations such as the Ten Realms were brought from across different timelines to float forever in this starry night void. One of those locations being Niflheim. So very cold that one could freeze to death with Hel waiting for their soul right next door.

Somewhere deep within this frozen wasteland is the Cave of Ages. And lying inside is a weapon so powerful that it could melt all of Niflheim. Mephiles the Dark stands before this cave with an emotionless stare, and a soul that too burns to destroy everything in this Realm.

Appearing behind the demon is the beautiful Asgardian Sorceress Enchantress as she walks up to meet with him. "What did you summon me for, Mephiles?" She asked with an impatient expression.

"Our key to victory over this dimension." answered Mephiles, stoically gesturing to the locked cave, "Behold the Cave of Ages! Inside lies a great power that surpasses even that of the Destroyer, according to my investigations."

Enchantress takes a closer inspection of the locked gate, noting the design resembling that of an oddly familiar minotaur, "The design of this cave looks familiar…" Then she notes the strange markings it has, "And those are carved in the lost tongue of Odin…"

"The Odin of another universe." Mephiles corrected her.

"Nonetheless, why would Odin hide such power in this frozen Hel?" Amora questioned.

Mephiles calmly replies, "Who can understand the All-Father's whims? He and his offspring hopes for a peace that will never come. They are simply weak. Afraid of the past that hungers to destroy their future."

BGM-Super Dragon Ball Heroes OST-Despair Approaching

Just as he finishes with his haunting claims, Mephiles strikes the cave with dark power that energizes the entrance. His magic causes the markings to glow eerie red from the wheels on the bottom to the minotaur head on top until the cave opens with a burst of power that knocks him and Enchantress off their feet. As soon as they stand back up, they find a massive, golden, humanoid, robotic-looking minotaur walking out of the cave with hellish flames enveloping its body.

"By the gods! Is that Mangog?" gasped Enchantress in utter shock, instantly recognizing this terrible monster from her encounters with the more organic Mangog from her own world.

"With the boiling hatred of a billion billion souls, we live again! By Odin's foul treachery we were imprisoned. But now to vengeance! To Asgard! Odin! We come for you!" Mangog exclaims with the many fused voices of eternal hate for their captor.

"You will not find Odin in this Realm!" said Mephiles, staring at the golden monster with a shadow and terrifying presence that looms over both him and Enchantress. And while the scared Amora is ready to defend herself, Mephiles continues to stand calm and collected while looking at Mangog dead in the eye, "But you will find the Odin-SON at Asgardia. The sins of the father can be visited on the son. You can make him pay tenfold."

"We will not take orders from you! We will do what we desire to HAVE our revenge!" Mangog refuses to obey Mephiles as he leaves for Asgardia via a portal of his own demonic creation.

"Do impress me." Mephiles muttered, simply allowing the monster to go on their uncontrollable rampage until there is nothing left. A sight that he is more than delighted to bear witness.

BGM-Sonic Unleashed OST-Gaia Gate

In an alternate timeline, Asgard fell and was reborn through the technology of Tony Stark as Asgardia, the supreme union of mortals' technology and gods' magic. Like many others this city was torn into Chrono World, and like others has constantly defended itself against invaders, thanks in large part of their King. Not Odin, but his son. Thor Odinson, from a distant future, is the latest All-Father. He has grown old. Stern. Cynical. Lost an eye and replaced an arm with one made of Uru. Unfortunately the splitting image of his late father.

While the All-Father relaxes on his throne, drinking some mead, he was visited by one of his Einherjar that bows with a report, "My King. Doctor Foster has returned along with Lady Palutena, who wishes to speak with you."

"Let them in." King Thor ordered upon letting down his cup.

With a nod, the guard got up to open the doors for Doctor Jane Foster and two of their guests: Palutena, the Goddess of Light, and her most loyal servant, Pit the Angel. Except that Jane isn't like any other Jane. This young beautiful doctor has become the All-New Goddess of Thunder from another future. A Lady Thor.

Thor smiles at his old friends as he comes down from his throne to personally greet them. "Happy to see you are well, Jane." He turned to his former love interest before facing the other Goddess, "Same to you, Lady Palutena. Beautiful as ever. Do what do I owe for this visit?"

"Help." answered Palutena with a serious, yet look of sadness, "Skyworld is lost and our forces are scattered by the Chronos Corps…Would you be so kind to allow Pit and I stay here for a while?"

"My home is your home. Stay until we can avenge your own." Thor replied solemnly.

Palutena smiles, "Thank you. This has been a difficult time for all the gods. I'm still not used to you as king. Or so old."

"Or a Girl You standing next to you." Pit chimed in, comparing the two Thors.

"Destiny can be quite surprising." Lady Thor quipped.

"And at times terrifying." said Thor with something worrisome he's been meaning to talk about for a while now, "I've been having these terrible dreams of late. Asgardia up in flames, falling to ruins. A Dark Creature manipulating some form of Mangog behind the scenes. And a Creature of divine light and fire floating above us all."

"That could only mean Ragnarok, the fall of Asgard. The Twilight of the Gods." A horrified Palutena realized he has seen the prophecy. The apocalyptic event in Asgardian lore that prophesied the destruction of Asgard and the extinction of its people.

"And the latest in this damned cycle. Thought I put an end to it long ago." scowled Thor while pacing in frustration for a moment, "Just how can I put an end to this calamity for good?"

Suddenly a terrifying earthquake hits the city with so much power it shakes the throne room to nearly collapse, nearly causing the gods and angel to trip. "What was that?" Thor wondered before rushing out with his friends to investigate the commotion.

BGM-Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 OST-Threat from Beyond

Outside, the head of a massive statue was knocked down by a rageful monster. Asgardians in the area were quick to spot the monster, who so horrifyingly happens to be Mangog destroying everything and everyone in their path of revenge, "Death to Asgard! Death to Odin!"

Thor's group arrive at a balcony to find buildings being violently demolished by the Demon of Hatred. Lady Thor glances at her future counterpart, "Odinson, could that be…"

"Mangog…" King Thor confirmed somberly, "The one from my visions. The prophecy is being fulfilled. I will not allow this to happen. It is my duty as king to protect this kingdom!" He twirls his hammer at lightning speed before flying straight for Mangog.

"I'll help too!" exclaimed Pit, jumping off the balcony right as Palutena activate the Power of Flight to help him fly to battle.

The God King and the Angelic Avenger assault Mangog together. Pit acts as the distraction firing energy arrows all over the monster to keep him at bay for Thor to finish charging up his lightning. Fueled by his own Thorforce, the Thunderer unleashes a massively powerful beam that slams the raging beast to its own gigantic crater. His attack barely had much effect as Mangog quickly got back up to blow away both heroes with a single blast before escaping into a portal, reappearing in a courtyard.

"No!" Thor cursed out, furious that their attacks were in vain.

Mangog raises their hands to the air as he conjures several portals all over the kingdom to summon even more trouble for the Realm Eternal, "Jotun! Infernir! Feed us your hatred!" Armies of Frost Giants and Fire Demons are summoned to attack Asgardia and destroy everything in their sight, weakening the kingdom while strengthening Mangog as their hatred fuels them.

"He was already too powerful! Now he's growing STRONGER from his armies?!" A horrified Pit exclaimed.

"Aye. I'm afraid so, little angel. And unless we summon the Avengers, his armies will overwhelm this Realm." Thor gloomingly replied, placing his hopes that his friends from the distant past will come with the plan to save them.

New Vale City, Alien Realm

"Why did you buy two ice cream cones for yourself?"

"Is that a problem?"

"No! I'm just…wondering what flavors you chose."

"Stark Raving Hazelnuts and Sonic Blueberry Swirl."

"That's a thing?"

"In this time era, yeah." said Elsa Schnee, taking a lick of her ice cream cone after her casual conversation with Silver the Hedgehog.

BGM-Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 OST-Free Roam

Those two alongside Summer Rose 2099 and Spider-Man 2099 are taking a little break from the heroics atop a rooftop. Saving the world can be exhausting and make one hungry, which is why they went out to the city to buy hot dogs to eat, or in Elsa's case, ice cream cones to lick before eating the cone itself.

"You really have a serious case of the sweet tooth." Miguel teases the Schnee Huntress.

"It's hard to choose a flavor for me, so why not get both. 'Sides, this might be my only chance to try out 21st Century ice cream." Elsa grinningly argued.

"Even though we're trapped in a dimension outside that time period."

"New Vale in the past is still New Vale in the past."

Summer takes another bite from her hot dog before she talks, "Kind of sucks that the only times we visit the past is during a temporal disaster."

"Gotta make the best of those times." Silver smiled.

"Oh we have. Been having loads of fun hanging out with our Grandmas and their team. What about you?" smiled Summer, wanting to know a little more about Silver's family.

"I never thought of looking for ancestors in the past. Was always more focused in saving the world." Silver sheepishly replied.

"Good thinking. Don't mess with history too much if you don't know what you're doing." Miguel advised.

"Unless you were tricked into nearly killing the wrong guy…" uttered Silver, suddenly frowning away from his friends as an awful memory replays in his head.

"Someone tricked you?" Summer asked, quickly concerned for the young psychic.

BGM-Sonic the Hedgehog (2006) OST-Memory of Youth

"Mephiles did, in another timeline." answered Silver, mustering the courage to brief his friends on what transpired in that Forgotten Timeline, "Iblis was destroying my future and I was so desperate to stop him that I believed all of his lies. Tricked me into believing Sonic was the 'Iblis Trigger' and that killing him would save the world, when really killing him would lead to its destruction. When I realized the truth, Mephiles took matters to his own hands and killed Sonic himself, freeing Iblis from Elise and merging with him to destroy everything." He facepalms with guilt and frustration, "Stupid! I almost destroyed the future I wanted to save. Wish I didn't regain my memories to remember how guilty I felt about that."

Miguel puts a comforting hand on the guilt-ridden hedgehog, "You shouldn't feel guilty. Mephiles was the son of the glitch that was manipulating everyone for his own twisted needs."

"That monster just loves making people suffer. His actions have already destroyed my home and hurt my family…" frowned Elsa, still saddened by the loss of Solkaria. She stares down at her ice cream which begins to melt to symbolize her current feelings. But then she gains a determined look while turning to Silver, "Silver, we MUST destroy that monster! We cannot allow anyone else to suffer like we have!"

"Right!" Silver nodded with his own look of determination.

"But first…" Elsa speaks with a more grim tone, narrowing her already intense glare at the animal psychic.

"First what…?" Silver responded, looking at her dead in the eye, believing what she is about to say is incredibly important.

Elsa doesn't say for a moment. She keeps him in suspense, making him more and more anxious with every split second that passes, nearly crippling him with severe anticipation. Until, at last, she finally speaks, and the words that come out of her mouth is, "I'm going to finish my ice cream." She exclaimed in a humorous fashion, sporting a smile that instantly got Silver face faulting.

BGM-Sonic Colors OST-Yacker's Plea

Her sudden mood swing immediately got Summer into a laughing fit and Miguel shaking his facepalmed head that he's, admitting to himself, hiding his smile behind as he did found that moment funny. Obviously Silver didn't find it funny, with him furiously retorting, "I THOUGHT YOU WERE GOING TO SAY SOMETHING SERIOUS!"

"Sorry, sorry. I mean, it is serious. Don't you hate it when ice cream melts all over your hands?" Elsa apologized with sheepish gestures.

The confused Silver then says, "Yeah, but-."

"It's a habit with her. Forget about it." Miguel advises him. A second later, he receives a call that he answers through his mask, "Spider-Man 2099 here."

'This is Nick Fury. Break time's over! Bring your team back to Avengers Tower ASAP. We have an urgent mission for you." Fury ordered.

"On our way." said Miguel, ending the call before standing to address his friends, "Hurry up with your food. We're needed at the Tower pronto."

"Just when we wanted to visit Broadway." Summer quipped.

"Later! Let's go." Miguel retorted before leading his team back to base.

Avengers Tower

Team 2099 joins Blaze the Cat, Ozma, and Boom Sonic in the briefing room to discuss their next mission, with their Avenger Thor in charge of briefing them as this mission is personal, "My friends, these are indeed dark times. The Chronos Corps have unleashed a Mangog on Asgardia, the future Asgard ruled by my Future Self. Their armies are overwhelming the city and require us to counter them."

"Tell us more about this Mangog. How is there a creature that can rival even the gods?" Ozma politely asked.

"Mangog was a mistake created by my father, housing the billions of souls that once waged war against Asgard. He feeds off negative emotions such as hate, fear, and devotion, which makes him nearly invincible." Thor explained.

"So he's like the Grimm, only billions of times worse." Summer commented.

Thor grimly nods, "Indeed. Which is why we must starve him. Destroy the forces that feed him hate."

"Sounds easy enough. Give me a minute and I'll wipe them out in a breeze." Sonic cockily smirked.

"Mangog will still be left as a formidable opponent, but I learned from Cia that this one has a weakness to Scabrite. The same god metal that was used to restrain Mangog in chains after Odin lost control over it." Thor replied.

"Anywhere easy to find?" Miguel asked.

Thor answers with, "Muspelheim, and it won't be easy. I have already sent our friends Zero and Yu Narukami ahead to secure us a path to the Infernal Forge. Blaze and Silver will accompany me to that Realm. Everyone else must head to Asgardia and destroy our enemies to weaken Mangog in time of our arrival. We must succeed, or else there is little hope for Asgardia."

"Not to worry, Thor. We'll get the Scabrite and stop the invaders." Blaze assured him with determined confidence plastered on her face.

Thor smiles, "I thank you, my friends. Let us battle on to victory!" He expressed with a clenched fist as he's ready to save his home with his friends.

Muspelheim, God Realm

BGM-Mega Man X: Command Mission OST- Standby ~ Zero

The hellish lands that is Muspelheim is under assault by two very powerful swordsmen from two very different worlds. There is Zero, the Maverick Hunter, ruthlessly cutting down hordes of Fire Demons in single blows with his trusty Z-Saber. Beside him is Yu Narukami, the Sister Complex Kingdom of Steel, delivering deadly swift strikes to each monster that leaps at him with his simple katana. The two make for a formidable duo, working in sync while watching each other's back. When the horde seemed vanquished, they share a smile, until a massive Infernir Champion jumps down to confront them. The heroes share a quick nod with a plan in mind, involving Zero dashing away so Narukami can stand alone grabbing the Demon's attention.

"PERSONA!" Narukami exclaimed, summoning his demonic Izanagi of the Fool Arcana to support him with a stream of electric beams that quickly annoys the Champion, having its fires breathe their way towards the high schooler, and falling for this distraction to lure it away from Zero leaping towards its back.

"Ittouryoudan: GENMU ZERO!" shouted Zero, unleashing a massively powerful slash that easily slices the Infernir Champion into two.

"Not bad." Narukami grins at the android.

"Likewise. If that's the best they got, we have nothing to worry about." quipped Zero. Suddenly the duo turn to the sight of another army of Fire Demons rushing to have their heads, though they neither of them are worried in the slightest. "Ahh, they're getting desperate. How adorable." The Maverick Hunter mocked.

"Let's not get too cocky. Remember, we're in their territory." said Yu while taking his fighting stance.

"Like it's been making a difference." snarked Zero as he takes his own battle position.

The horde draws closer and closer, and the heroes are more than ready to slice them into nothing. Too bad that chance was robbed from them by Thor crashing down alongside Blaze, Silver, and a massive lightning bolt that utterly annihilates the monsters.

Zero scoffs as he smiles at the friendly reinforcements, "You sure know how to make an entrance."

"I aim to impress." Thor quipped.

Silver takes a moment to glance at his devilish surroundings. He feels a little creeped out to be standing in a land of eternal fire, sweating from nearby fire pits that aren't bothering Blaze at all because of her natural affinity for flames. "Getting very intense deja-vu about this place." said the Psychic Hedgehog, as this land hauntingly reminds him of the Flame Core that Iblis ruled in that dark timeline.

"So I'm not the only one." Blaze remarks calmly, as she too is receiving vague memories of that alternate future by just standing in this realm, "So this is Muspelheim. Not exactly Asgard."

"If we don't find Scabrite, it might as well be." Thor responded.

"I recognize Zero, but who's the other guy?" asked Silver, staring at the duo, Zero and Narukami.

"My name is Yu Narukami of the Investigation Team. Nice to meet you." smiled Yu, offering a handshake to the little hedgehog.

"Same. My name is Silver the Hedgehog." Silver smiles, accepting the handshake as he continues talking, "So where's the rest of your Team?"

"They're helping out in the war against Kang. I was ordered to come here with Zero to help find the metal to stop Mangog." Yu answered.

"You two did an excellent job clearing the mines. I suggest we hurry to the Forge, unless you want to wait and face Surtur alone." Thor ordered.

BGM-Sonic the Hedgehog (2006) OST-Flame Core (The Cavern)

"Maybe later. Let's move out!" said Zero before dashing ahead.

"You and Zero sound alike." said Silver upon taking to the skies, noting that Yu and Zero oddly share the same voice.

"Really? I don't hear it." Yu replied casually, right before moving ahead with his allies.

The Avengers race each other on their way towards the Infernal Forge along a long molten road surrounded by lava. Thor is in the lead with Blaze quickly catching up as she has something to request from him, "Tell us a little more about Scabrite."

"The Fire Demons like to use Scabrite in their armor and weapons. It can absorb an incredible amount of heat. The Infernal Forge is the only area to find Scabrite in its purest form." answered Thor.

"Are we going to make a weapon out of it against Mangog?" Narukami questioned.

"No. My hammer infused with the purest form of Scabrite will be the weapon of Mangog's doom." Thor expressed.

Soon after, the heroes made it to the Infernal Forge, a circular arena surrounded by lava provided by lavafalls. "Here we are. The Infernal Forge!" Thor announced upon entering the place.

"Not seeing any Scabrite, whatever it looks like. Did they use it all up?" Silver wondered.

"Most correct, little rat." echoed a mysterious villainous voice that startles the heroes to take defensive positions.

The voice didn't sound like Surtur coming to intervene but it was just as foreboding and evil as the Fire Demon. Zero seems to recognize the voice as he says, "That voice…" with a shocked expression that hides a tone of pure angry.

BGM-Mega Man X7 OST- Fate - Theme of Sigma

Suddenly teleporting from across the heroes is Sigma, the crazy baldheaded Master of the Mavericks and Zero's most hated nemesis, having been recruited into the Chronos Corps from another timeline. This time around, the psychotic Reploid is sporting a new, caped body that is curiously stylized after Surtur himself, confronting his enemies with a sadistic grin that instantly infuriates Zero to snarl, "Sigma! The fun in this dimension never ends I see."

"And I see you have fashioned yourself armor using pure Scabrite." Thor noted with a glare.

"Had to use it for something to prevent you heroes from taking it." grinned Sigma, "We expected you'd come to find the metal that could defeat Mangog. Sorry to say you won't leave here with anything, not even your lives!"

"Is that a challenge, machine? You'll only make it more satisfying to leave with our prize after we smash you into pieces." Thor taunted.

"You gods are as powerful as you are foolish! The Chronos Corps will ride over your ashes to claim Asgardia!" exclaimed Sigma, dramatically tossing away his cape as he summons his gigantic Σ Blade that's also upgraded with Scabrite.

Zero fires a blast from his Z-Buster that Sigma easily counters with a sword swing, one that is fiercely repelled by Thor coming to his friend's aid. "You will die trying!" exclaimed the Thunder God as his hammer sparks, electrified with eagerness to obliterate Sigma.

Meanwhile at Asgardia…

BGM-Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds OST-Asgard

The entire city is in a chaotic mix of being burned and frozen as Mangog's forces continue to rain destruction. With their King holding off the monster itself, the Einherjar rush to have war with the creatures feeding it hate, destroying as many as they can with many war cries accompanying these tense clashes. "Don't let up, Asgardians! We have a city to defend, so keep shooting 'em down!" exclaimed Boom Sonic, fighting alongside mounted Asgardian Cannons doing their best defending the city with every shot fired.

'Sonic, hurry to the Rainbow Bridge! Enemy forces are about to take it over!' Palutena said telepathically, acting as mission control for the Avengers that have come to Asgardia's aid.

"Nice! The more goons for me to plow through, the less hate Mangog gets to eat! I'm on it!" smirked Sonic while speeding to the Bridge's defense.

Elsewhere, Frost Giants have stormed the Southwest Ramparts killing everyone and freezing everything in their way to conquer this section of the city. 'We're losing ground at the Southwest Ramparts! Ozma, Ms. Schnee, our forces could really use your help!' Palutena ordered.

"We're on it!" responded Ozma, right before he and Elsa arrived in that area to assist the Asgardians.

The Legendary Huntsman shoot a large magical fireball into the air and has it rain down smaller fireballs over the area, weakening the Frost Giants that were unfortunate enough to be hit by his flames. This was the chance for the Ice President to show off what she's made of, changing the element of her beam saber to fire to make it far easier cutting them down, limb by limb, in a fiery series of lightning-fast slashes.

'Infernir Assault Drills are being launched near the Ancient Training Grounds. Summer, Pit, find a way to stop them as they launch!' Palutena ordered the next duo of Avengers, as they fly through the skies of the training grounds.

"Just blow them up. Simple as that." quipped Summer, shooting down rising assault drills with her pistols.

"Like that plan!" said Pit while assisting her with his bow and arrows.

Below them is Spider-Man 2099 defending the training grounds. He alone stands between an army of Fire Demons and a huge Scabrite Bomb they're rushing to detonate, using his light-speed arachnid skills to keep them away from blowing everyone into kingdom come. "Why am I alone preventing these fireheads from detonating a bomb?!" He complained.

'You seem to be handling yourself pretty well.' Palutena quipped.

"Yeah! Getting REALLY cozy with them…!" retorted Miguel, after being pinned to the ground by a fierce Fire Demon grabbing his throat. The webslinger manage to blind it with webbing to give himself a chance to free himself with a kick knocking it back, just in time to witness a Super Assault Drill heading towards his position with a beam designed to detonate the Scabrite Bomb. "Oh for the love of shock-Shouldn't the 'God' come down to defend their 'godly' home? You're being REALLY LAZY just standing up there giving us orders in our heads!" He snarks through his annoyed scowl as he hurries to stop the Drill.

Meanwhile, Palutena stands atop the palace where all points of the battle-filled city are in plain view. "How else can I help you react to the advances. Besides, it's a good view from up here." The quippy Palutena smiled.

'And people wonder why I don't believe in gods.' Miguel returns a telepathic snark to the goddess, who responds with a simple giggle.

But from behind the Light Goddess is a magical blast being charged in the shadows. In that swift moment, Palutena heard its sounds just as its fired right at her, barely blocking it while being pushed off the rooftop to hover high in the sky to confront the villain that tried to ambush her.

"You!" Palutena scowled, glaring at The Enchantress who was the one after her life.

BGM-Super Dragon Ball Heroes OST-Inevitable Shura

Enchantress mockingly grins down at her rival, "This just hasn't been your day hasn't it, Palutena. First Skyworld, now you will fall alongside Asgardia."

"What were you thinking unleashing Mangog?! His presence signals Ragnarok! You placed all of us in mortal danger!" Palutena exclaimed, trying to reason with the rogue Asgardian.

"So what?" Enchantress casually blasts her away to shut her up, "Might as well get it done and over with so I can be remake Asgard in my own image." She proclaimed with a sinister grin that instantly infuriates Palutena to a fight.

The Light Goddess fiercely fires an energy beam that Enchantress easily evades, only to quickly notice the blast bursting into a swarm of smaller faster energy spheres that home in on her through Autoreticle. Swiftly, the Asgardian Goddess flies all across the city way from as many blasts as she could until Palutena surprises her with an Explosive Flame knocking her back. That strike fiercely forces her to tap into the Dark Sol Power the instant she recovers in midair, using this tremendous boost to her magic to manipulate the timespace's energy to unleash multiple fiery waves that bombard Palutena's back all at once so she may take her down a single mighty energy blast at point-blank range to the chest.

The wounded Palutena crashed onto a building, struggling to get back on her feet as Dark Enchantress goes in for the kill. "This is goodbye." She mocked, charging up her death blast.

'Such a monster…' thought Palutena, terrified of the Asgardian's dark power.

BGM-One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 OST-Gear Two

Thankfully for Palutena, she is saved by the untimely arrival of Boom Sonic and his lightning-fast flying kick that sends Enchantress flying into a statue. "Heh. How can someone SO beautiful act SO ugly?" He smirkingly mocks her right as the rest of his friends, besides Spider-Man, show up to assist.

"Get some rest, Lady Palutena. We'll take it from here." Pit advised her.

Dark Enchantress growls, "Damn you, mortal scum…"

"We're more than that. We're Avengers! Get ready to learn the hard way that our teamwork can surpass even the gods!" Elsa declared a taunting retort that further infuriates the evil Goddess. With thrusting gestures aimed at their mutual foe, Elsa orders, "Sum, Pit, Ozma, SYNCHRONIZED RUSH! Push her back!"

All three heroes team up for a simultaneous attack against Enchantress that pushes her away from both Elsa and Sonic with intense ferocity. "Let's try out that new move. SONIC SLIDER!" said Elsa, using her Semblance to create a glyph-like bridge across the sky for Sonic.

"All right!" The grinning Sonic jumps up and runs along the narrow bridge at supersonic speeds towards the battle. Once the bridge runs out, the hedgehog flies off in his superfast spinball form to slam right into Enchantress just as his friends jumped out of the way.

With every building she's rammed through, Dark Enchantress's rage grows until it reaches the peak for her to furiously burst open a huge magical explosion that knocks away the blue blur. She then rises to the air whilst charging energy in her palm, firing it in the form of a black serpent that strikes each of her enemies all the way towards the shocked Elsa. But right before the Huntress could get hit, Palutena came to her rescue with her, "Reflect Barrier!" deflecting the serpent right back at Enchantress.

Enchantress is stunned, giving Elsa the perfect opportunity to show off her mastery of Hard-Light Dust in combat. With gestures from her blade, she constructs giant claws that combos the goddess with their deadly slashes right before smashing her with a mini-runaway train that sends her flying.

"Sum, Meteor Chain!" exclaimed Elsa, combining powers with her friend as Summer pursues and strikes away the flung Enchantress. "Spider-Man!" Elsa calls him out to finish the job, despite him being absent throughout this fight.

At that moment, Enchantress swiftly stops herself in midair and in pain from all the pummeling she had to endure. "Ha! As if that miserable bug has ANYTHING that can-." Her mocking words were interrupted by a growing shadow looming over her from behind. She turns around, and to her silent horror finds herself about to be smacked by the massive, and thrown Scabrite Bomb, courtesy of Spider-Man. The second the spiky bomb collided with her face, both it and Enchantress were sent flying high into the air while the latter screams, "GAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

Spider-Man swiftly drops down next to Elsa, right as she shoots out an arrow that detonates the bomb, causing it to blow up in a massive explosion high above the city that finally defeats Dark Enchantress once and for all.

BGM End

"Nice shot." Miguel compliments the Ice Huntress.

"Nice throw." Elsa gives him her own compliment.

Meanwhile, Pit hurries to check on his injured goddess, "Are you alright, Lady Palutena?"

"I'm fine, Pit." She smiled at him before addressing the other mortals, "Good job everyone, and thank you. Through your efforts, the Frost Giants are nearly vanquished, and the Fire Demons are about to be crushed."

"Meaning it's about time for Mangog. Where is it now?" Elsa asked.

"King and Lady Thor stand against it in the Althing, but I fear they won't last much longer." Palutena frowned.

"Then we gotta hope OUR Thor could hurry up getting the Scabrite or we're ALL toast." said Sonic, hoping his friends will return in time to stop Mangog and save Asgardia.

Back in Muspelheim…

BGM-Sonic X OST-Battle

Avenger Thor and Sigma are locked in a heated clash that causes the Infernal Forge to boil from the sheer intensity. Hammer and Blade continue swinging at each other, deflecting each other, until Sigma parries a swing so he may teleport and strike Thor in the back. Before the Maverick could continue with his assault, he is shot by Zero from the sidelines as Silver picks up Blaze with his psychokinesis and throw her at Sigma for a powerful fiery attack. Smiling, Sigma jumps away from the cat to use Blazing Line, shooting a traveling laser that rakes the ground with large explosions that scatter his enemies.

Silver was the first to recover, hurling several molten rocks that Sigma either avoids or simply cuts through. A mistake on his part, because slicing yet another rock reveals Narukami and his Persona hiding behind it, ambushing the surprised Maverick with a simultaneous electric strike that knocks him down to Thor's sights. "You will be crushed with THIS! MIGHTY SPARK!" The Thunder God hurls his electrified hammer that slams brutally into Sigma's chest as he falls. The combo doesn't stop there because after his hammer flies back for seconds, this time on the back, Thor calls out, "Now, Zero!" before moving out of the way for the Maverick Hunter to deliver the finishing blow.

Zero draws his sword behind him right before charging at his mortal enemy with a flying thrust shouting, "RAIKOUSEN!" electrocuting the screaming Sigma to the point of exploding thanks to the after-effects of that special move.

BGM End

Sigma holds onto his chest as he struggles to keep himself intact, but it's in vain. He can feel it. His body rupturing from the inside out and is seconds away from shattering into scrap. "You know…this won't be enough…to TRULY finish me…I'll be back…soon enough…" He grunted.

"I know. But I won't stop until every trace of you is erased, from this world and any other." Zero declared.

The Maverick Leader finally explodes into pieces, leaving behind enough Scabrite for Thor to absorb. "As the Maverick shatter, Mjolnir takes the power of Scabrite as its own!" His hammer, now infused with pure Scabrite, glows a heavenly pure energy with the power to now vanquish Mangog for good.

Silver smiles, "Finally we have it!"

"Let's hurry to your kingdom, Thor-sama. Your people need you." said Narukami.

"You are right." Thor whirls his hammer superfast while saying, "Let us hurry to Mangog and put an end to his hatred!" He raises his hammer high to summon the Bifrost, opening the rainbow portal to take him and his friends straight to Asgardia.

The Althing, Asgardia

BGM-Sonic Unleashed OST-Dark Gaia (Running)

At the sacred arena that is the Althing, a weakened King Thor is barely holding his own against the terrifying Mangog. He struck it with a massive blast that pushed him back only a bit before the creature blasts him away to the edges of the arena, on the floor, tired, struggling to lift himself up. Lady Thor flies in, and while she was able to get in a few good hits, she too was easily knocked down to defeat.

"He…he is too powerful. I am sorry, Thor. I have failed you." said Jane, starting to fall into despair.

Mangog looks down at the pretend god and prepares to finish her with an Energy Cannon burning from the depths of its mouth. It then unleashes the massive energy blast, and it would've been the end for Jane, if Silver didn't show up in the nick of time to protect her with a psychic barrier. "You…!" exclaimed Jane, surprised and happy to find reinforcements coming to her aid.

"That was a little close!" Silver grunted, mustering the impressive strength to deflect Mangog's attack right back at it.

Just then, the rest of Avenger Thor's party made it to the arena, with the young Thunderer tending to his elderly self. "Jane, Lord Elder, are you two alright?" Avenger Thor asked them.

King Thor groans while taking a stand, "You certainly know how to keep an old man waiting…Let us go, Thors! Finish this abomination! Correct our Father's mistake!"

Avenger Thor agrees as he flies off to confront the destructive beast, earning its attention away from King Thor hurling an energized Gungnir into its back to damage it painfully. Lady Thor performs a similar tactic with her hammer only for it to be deflected aside, but that's okay because it gave Avenger Thor an opening to deliver a flurry of ferocious blows with his Scabrite-infused hammer. Mangog grunts in pain from each blow, feeling its weakness weakening its, enraging it's to smack the Prince into a wall. It races to punish him some more, coming to an agonizing halt when he feels Lady Thor continuing to ram Gungnir deeper into his back, "We'll get his attention! Just keep hammering him!". King Thor then appears in the air to offer a mighty assist, blasting Mangog with enough deadly lightning to pin him down for his younger self to come in with a Mighty Strike that smashes the monster into a wall of its own.

"Try all you want! The sins of the father shall be visited on the son! We will make you pay tenfold for our imprisonment!" Mangog confronted the three Thors.

"Then lend us the honor to set you free forever!" Avenger Thor taunted.

Mangog unleashes a monstrous, "GROAAAAAAAAAGH!" before leaping to an upper platform to gain an advantage over the Asgardians. It bombards them with a hefty storm of energy blasts that put them on the defensive, forcing the Thors to deflect them with all of their strength.

At that moment, Palutena's group arrive to meet up with the heroes watching the godly battle from the sidelines, with the Goddess shouting to the Thors, "THOR! The invasion has been broken! Mangog is now at his weakest!"

"Won't do them any good with them cornered like that." Zero remarked.

"I got an idea." smiles Boom Sonic, cupping his hands around his mouth to shout, "HEY LOOK! IT'S ODIN!"

"Where?!" exclaimed Mangog, falling for this obvious ruse that forces him to stop its assault on the Thors, allowing them to smack it across the face off its platform for its stupidity.

Sonic laughs from seeing his little trick actually work, "Ha! That thing's dumber than Knuckles!"

"One blinded by hatred is easy to confuse!" Ozma grinned.

"Do not concede, Thors! Not a mile, not an inch!" Blaze advised them.

"You're almost there! Just a little more!" smiled Silver, sensing that Mangog is nearing its end.

Starving for hatred and weakened from the Scabrite, Mangog can't help but be overwhelmed by the Thors from across generations. King Thor got back Gungnir only to hurl it into the creature's chest that blows a painful hole this time. "Suffer…and DIE, Odinson!" exclaimed Mangog while trying to swipe at the gods.

"Rather die by old age than by your hands!" quipped Avenger Thor, dodging its strikes to smack its legs, forcing it to kneel before Lady Thor as she jumps to grab and brutally ram Gungnir through its chest.

"Age hasn't killed me yet! I am not dying any time soon!" snarked King Thor, smashing his godly hammer down on his foe's head, knocking it down for his younger self to immediately uppercut.

"You are pretty spry for an old man!" joked Lady Thor, unleashing a devastating blast of godly lightning that pushes away the wounded creature.

BGM End

BGM-Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 OST-Final Boss Outro

All that punishment Mangog endure is at last taking its deadly tow. The creature born from hatred collapses onto a knee in front of the Thors that took it down, but the one who will finish it is the Thor that wields the power of Scabrite and Mjolnir combined. Both King and Lady step aside, as the Avenger raises his hammer as high as he could to the air to charge his lightning to its fullest potential. Mangog stands back in fright, while friends watch in awe and anticipation for what will be a shocking finale. With a single mighty yell from the Prince himself, "RAAAAAAAAAAAH!" the Mighty Thunder was unleashed at its maximum as Thor smashes the ground with his hammer, sending out mighty pillars of lightning that suspends Mangog high in the sky with light that blinds even the Goddess of Light herself.

"GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH…" Mangog unleashed one last roar of defiant hate as its body finally explodes in the light, leaving behind nothing but its dead body lying deep in its own massive crater.

BGM End

With Mangog at last vanquished, the heroes reunite over the crater holding its corpse to celebrate their victory. "It is at an end. The beast lies slain and Asgardia is rewarded by your valor." King Thor compliments his younger self.

"It wasn't all me. We couldn't have saved our home without the aid of these mortals." said Avenger Thor, as the Thors turn to face their mortal friends.

King Thor smiles, "Aye, I am aware. Do not forget I am you from centuries later. I know better that these mortals possess a spirit that rivals even the mightiest gods. And as the mightiest, I thank you all for coming to our aid." He thanks the mortals.

"Don't mention it. We're always happy to help people in need, god or mortal." Silver grinned.

The Elder God nods in acknowledgement before turning back to the corpse of Mangog with an idea that will make his father proud for how much he has grown. "Father made this creature and gave it the will to destroy an entire race. An honorless mistake he regretted from the beginning, one that it is my duty to end." He raises his hammer to the air as he says, "Souls of the Vanir, you are no longer imprisoned within this miserable form! In the name of my father, I release you! May the hatred that formed you beget hatred no more. Go now to the fate you earn and so richly deserve…"

Through the Thorforce, the billion billion souls imprisoned within Mangog are finally freed to rest in Valhalla after so many years. It is a sight to behold, to see this much light fly off to find their eternal rest. But something still bothers Thor, the one as an Avenger, as he asks his elderly counterpart an important question regarding fate, "Elder, I want confirmation: Is it true that Mangog's awakening signaled Ragnarok?"

"I'm afraid so, but we managed to prevent it together." King Thor believed.

"But who was the 'dark creature' that was manipulating it to bring about such destruction? Could it be this Mephiles demon we've been hearing about?" asked Lady Thor.

"A distinct possibility. Mephiles was once the God that birth fate for all civilizations across the Realms. I wonder…Could he be responsible for our eternal cycle of death and rebirth?" Avenger Thor wondered, starting to believe that Solaris is responsible for Ragnarok.

"A distinct possibility indeed."

"What?"

BGM-Mega Man ZX Tunes OST-Fate - Deep-Seated Grudge

Thor and the others look up to surprisingly find Mephiles standing atop the outer edge of the Althing, having been spying on their fight against Mangog this whole time. "Mephiles!" Silver furiously shouted out the name of his dark enemy.

"My former slaves, Silver and Blaze. Have you come to the Realm of the Gods seeking to be my puppets once more?" asked Mephiles, mocking the duo for being stupid enough to follow his commands back in the Forgotten Timeline.

Blaze simply growls at the demon, while Silver continues to be furious with his words, "Darn you! I'll never forgive you for that! It's because of you ALL our futures are in danger!"

"It is you. The Demon from my visions. Answer me! YOU are responsible for Ragnarok, aren't you?!" King Thor angrily demanded an answer from the demon god.

"That is right." Mephiles bluntly drops this bombshell of a secret, revealing that Solaris truly is responsible for Asgard's eternal suffering.

"Monster! But why? Why make us Asgardians suffer this eternal cycle?!" Avenger Thor furiously asked.

"To have a little fun showing off my dominance." answered Mephiles as he explains himself, "You think you Gods are special? Exempt from my power? Fools. It was Solaris that birthed existence to the cosmos, to you Asgardians, since the beginning of time. Solaris is the one TRUE god that has the right to control all that is and ever shall. You are nothing but playthings, exist only to feed ME with your divine misery released from every Ragnarok. This latest despair I will savor for a good long time."

"You will savor nothing! Mangog lies soulless and your schemes crushed!" retorted Lady Thor.

"You believe his defeat prevented Ragnarok? Look around." Mephiles gestures to the whole realm of Asgardia, left in such a devastated state thanks to his manipulations, "Asgardia is in ruins, as described in the prophecy. Soon a Great Flame will be unleashed to burn what remains to cinders. Usually that role falls to Surtur, but I'm changing things up. Once Sun God Solaris is reborn into this reality, ALL of the Ten Realms will be CONSUMED by my flames! Won't THAT be a beautiful sight!?" He asked with a psychotic expression.

"I say thee NAY, DEMON!" shouts Avenger Thor as he flies to deliver a furious strike on Mephiles. But somehow his attacked missed, instead it simply passed through him as if he's a ghost. "An illusion!" He scowled at.

"I only came to claim Mangog's darkness to add to my own. I'm through here." said Mephiles, preparing to leave the timespace with his increased strength.

"Coward! Why not stay behind to show us this new power?" Avenger Thor taunted, trying to goad him to stay and fight.

"Why waste it all at once when I can torture you with it throughout this war?" Mephiles snarked back to annoy the god. "Most I find a threat have already been disposed of." He claims while giving a deadly glance down at Silver, secretly noting him to be one of the few that could stop him.

"You're saying the All-Father is not worth your while? Heed these words, Mephiles. The cycle of Ragnarok WILL be broken, along with your cruel and pathetic existence that shivers in fear of those that can end you!" King Thor warns him with the most threatening words a god could deliver.

Mephiles responds to his threat with a simple scoff, "Then I wish you good luck." He mocked him before vanishing from the city.

"MEPHILEEEEEEEESSSSS!" Silver furiously yells him out in vain, leaving him more determined than ever to put a stop this evil schemes.

BGM-Sonic the Hedgehog (2006) OST-Extras

KFX Here: This was fun. Writing a chapter based off the forgotten MCU "Thor: God of Thunder" video game. If you been paying a good attention, some of Act 2's chapters are based off stories from the MCU in one form or fashion, with the Solkaria Chapter being a heavily abridged version of RWBY Volume 8. Anyway, it's almost time to wrap up Act 2. Hopefully I'll make it good. It's been a struggle writing how this Act Finale will end.
