Captain America: Avengers Assemble! Captain America, reporting for duty! To save Cia and stop Solaris from destroying time, we ventured through the cracks of time to access the Time Labyrinth. That monster tried slowing us down with monsters from across time, including his own dragon sons, but we persevered and combined our Chronoan Relics to open a way into the Labyrinth. Just hold on a little longer, Cia. We're coming to end this nightmare.

The plan worked. Through the combined powers of the Forever Crystal and the Chronoan Relics, the Super Celestial carrying the Avengers Alliance was able to breach into the Time Labyrinth. This pocket dimension has entrapped the entirety of Chronopolis, which looks violently more distorted since the heroes were last here, as well as their Chronoan friend and their Chrono foe who have yet to be spotted.

"Alright, we made it through." said Iron Man, standing alongside his many friends as they observe the ruined city from the safety of their Celestial's head, "Boy. Chronopolis sure has seen better days."

"There must've been one hell of a fight." commented Captain Marvel.

"Hope it's a fight we can still win." Tony responded solemnly.

The Celestial carefully flies over the city, with the heroes scanning for any signs of life. So far, nothing. Growing worried about his friend, Silver tries contacting her via ear comm, "Cia! Hello! Are you there?! We've come to rescue you! Cia!?" There was no response, causing a concerned Silver to frown, "Nothing…"

"Hey…" Weiss approaches the hedgehog to smilingly assure him, "I'm sure Cia is fine."

"And if she isn't fine, we'll all be dead in an hour." casually quipped by Rocket Raccoon, which annoys both the hedgehog and huntress as he grins, "So, you know, don't worry about it."

Moments pass, and the city is still void of activity beside the heroes' recon, Still no sign of Cia or Solaris. Nothing to imply their alive, dead, or worse. "Do you feel it?" asked Cosmic Ghost Rider, "A void…the absence of life, of souls?"

"Yes…It is a foreboding sensation that sends shivers down even the mightiest of spines. Something is amiss…" Waldstein grimly commented.

"No birdsong, no insects…Can't even tell if the wind is blowing." observed by a worried Maya Fey.

"My Spider-Sense…I'm picking up…Nothing." Miles Morales noted while glancing a bothered look out a window.

"This city's dead. Frozen in time perhaps?" questioned Qrow Branwen, glancing at Cable for a quick answer.

"Whatever the case, we need to keep moving 'til we find either Cia or Solaris, or die trying." Cable responded.

But amidst their journey within the Time Labyrinth, the Celestial instantly stop in its tracks upon hearing a familiar, yet bone-chilling sinister chuckle that echoes throughout the city, "Hmhmhmhmhm…" Most of the heroes were startled by the chuckle as they quickly glance for the source, but to no avail as soon as the demonic voice was heard speaking, "Welcome…to your special seat for the show of disaster."

Modern Shadow was the first to recognize who this voice belongs to. Stoically he remarks, "That voice…Mephiles? Speaking as an avatar of Solaris, I assume. What have you done with the Chronoan?"

"The Chronoan? Simple…She received divine retribution."

"What?" Shadow retorted in shock.

Swiftly, Mephiles the Dark teleports in front of the massive Celestial, meeting with it face-to-face with a psychotically sinister demeanor. Appearing alongside the demon is somebody that the Avengers have been deeply worried sick over, and are now horrifyingly shock at what has become of her. It's Cia, bloody and violently battered to the absolute edge of death while her comatose body is bound to a fiery energy cross.

"CIA!" A horrified Fury shouted, receiving no response from his unconscious friend.

Snarling with boiling explosive rage, Mephiles begins to rant at his enemies, "This insolent child had the nerve to use the power I gifted her from birth to seal away her God, just like the lot of you done to me in the past, just like the Chronoans when I wiped them out during the Great War. How many times have you mortals challenged fate? When I was Mephiles? Iblis? Solaris? Time Eater? The Chronoans were fated to be my weapons against time, but their sudden worship of the 'Golden Gods that control Chaos' changed them to be its protectors. And that wasn't the first time you heroes interfered."

"Remind us how we ruined your life?" quipped Amazing Spider-Man.

Stoically while reminiscing his painful past, Mephiles answers, "The previous projects designed to study Solaris. You humans were arrogant enough to experiment on me to achieve nothing less than control of time itself. Foolishness…As you already know, several of those projects ended in disaster, resulting in the constant fragmentation of Solaris. All I wanted was to be whole and stay whole…and when I achieved my goal, you tried to destroy me, multiple times. After my first defeat, I designed a different approach. I needed to learn more about mankind, their strengths and weaknesses, which led to the creation of Remnant."

"And the Faunus?" Blake scowled at the demon.

"Of course!" Mephiles retorted, "Your kind was born from my hatred of the Mobians that defeated me in the first place! Faunus and Humans of Remnant were fated to perish in multiple timelines to strengthen my resolve, but once again fate was broken by the intervention of the Freedom Fighters, and especially the Avengers."

"What makes us so special?" asked Chrono King Rogers.

"Your entire existence is a threat against fate! The Celestials responsible for gifting you superhumans and mutants access to extraordinary power! Individually that power is NOTHING, but when banded together can even allow humans dominion over most of the cosmos! That is NOT to be your destiny! Your fate is to be devoured along with time, to serve as my buffet of knowledge!" Mephiles ranted.

"Your fault for being a sorry excuse of a universal education program." Tony snarked, "We know about YOUR destiny, Solaris! How you were created at the end of time, to survive the end and be born into the next universal cycle with knowledge of the past to improve the future!" He revealed what he has been told by Apocalypse some time ago.

Briefly shocked by this reveal, Mephiles chuckles sinisterly, "You really have done your research. Yes…My creator, He Who Remains, did program me with that purpose in his Citadel, of being the 'Flame of Hope' for the new cosmos birthed by the Celestials. But I quickly learned my knowledge would be misuse by you unworthy barbarians, so I thought of a new method of teaching: Devouring nexuses of knowledge from across time and space until all of creation is destroyed. Then mankind will learn the true value of knowledge and despair…as they sink into oblivion."

Tony growls, "You're just like Ultron…"

"You brought this fate upon yourselves!" Mephiles sternly retorted, "Justice!? Peace!? Freedom!? Worthless ideals! Your Mutants and Faunus are just mongrels, but they started wars in the name of freedom! Mobians can't accept peace between nature and technology! And humans! Remember what your father and others done to me! Split me into two then sealed the fragments away while they were in constant pain, all while spouting the word 'justice!' Avengers, would you insist on saving them!?"

"YOU BET!" Modern Sonic scowlingly shouted back, "You planned all of this, to get revenge on everyone? Because you're AFRAID of what we're made of?"

Startlingly, Mephiles lets out a creepy laugh, "NAHAHAHAHAHAHA! This is not about revenge. I am saying that I will build a history worthy of all mortals. Controlling Mobians and Faunus is NOTHING! The destruction of all Humans and Mutants is but a moment's suffering! Not alive, not dead…but your souls, forever within my light! I'LL MAKE YOU SUFFER A FATE FAR GREATER THAN ANYTHING EVER EXPERIENCED BEFORE!" The Dark Demon shouts out his true, malicious, psychotic intentions to destroy time and make all afterlife suffer for eternity, simply out of spite.

With a sinister gesture, Mephiles summons the seven Chaos Emeralds to his side. And with another gesture, he amasses the negative energy from them to blast deep into Cia's soul, forcing her awake as her flaming cross ignite and burn her alive, "GUAH! GRUUAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH…!" With all but her face consumed by the flames, the tortured Chronoan lets out heart-disturbing screams of absolute pain that scares her friends and allies.

"CIA!" A horrified Sersi shouted in concern of her best friend.

"MEPHILES, YOU BASTARD!" Fury expresses his namesake as he furiously yells at the monster torturing his friend.

"STOOOOOOP!" Silver screamed out his plea for the safety of his friend, but Mephiles is too distracted by the witch's delicious screams of torture to bother listening.

Slowly losing herself to the darkness, Cia uses her remaining light to weakly plead to her dear friends, "Sersi…Nick…S-Silver…Hee…eelp…" before letting out another agonizing, "UAAAAAAAAAA…!" as her whole being is consumed by the godly flames.

The Sol Power within Cia merging with the darkness of the Chaos Emeralds is about to give birth to a whole new level of terrifying power no timeline has ever experienced before. The flames turn dark, encasing Cia within a sphere that swiftly unleashes a pillar of power that smashes into the ceiling of the Time Labyrinth alongside a violent shockwave so powerful that it topples the Avengers' Celestial, causing it to collapse atop a building with its passengers bracing themselves.

Things begin to calm down, both outside and within the flames. As soon as the heroes recovered back on their feet, they were left shocked at the sight of menacing red eyes glowing from within the flames that have imprisoned their Chronoan friend. Swiftly and hauntingly, the flames dissipate to reveal Cia's dark super transformation caused by the Chaos Emeralds. Her white robe has been replaced with a dark and very provocative outfit that is slightly mismatched, covering portions of her now very dark complexion to the skin. Her headdress turned darkened bird-like, obscuring all except for a jaw that stays close and silent as she glares at her friends-now-foes. This is Dark Cia, the Corrupted Sorceress, the Brainwashed Slayer of Time.

"BWAHAHAHAHA!" Mephiles laughs malevolently while hovering beside his new living weapon against the heroes, "I'll teach you all the consequences for defying a god! That there is no resolve greater than my mission! All worlds and their histories will become one with Solaris, using the Chaos Emeralds and your dear beloved Cia!"

Horrified, just like the rest of his friends from hearing such a demonic purpose, Modern Shadow just ask, "That…is your ideal?"

"AN IDEAL?" Mephiles furiously shouted back, "THAT'S UTTER NONSENSE! CIA! As my eternal slave, I command you: ERASE THE AVENGERS FROM HISTORY!"

Brainwashed by her own heartless God, Cia is forced to go against everything she stood for as the Guardian of Time. Reborn as its dark destroyer, Cia powers up a hazardous flaming aura in this torturous battle against the very friends she has come to love. In a blink of an eye, she charges the massive Celestial with speeds that skip through time and power that pushes back the all-powerful cosmic mech several feet.

Mephiles laughs from the sidelines, already impressed with his slave's newfound power and commands her to show more. "Wallow in despair!" He shouted at the heroes while Cia summons her scepter to power up an energy sphere, then proceeds to yell out, "COWER IN FEAR!" as his slave unleashes a frighteningly massive magic beam that smashes the Celestial through several skyscrapers until its back hits a Great Sphinx. Swiftly without making a sound, Cia appears before the Celestial again, this time casting magical whips around its leg and use her enhanced strength to easily force it kneeling on her massive magic circle that erupts a beam devastating enough to topple it on the Sphinx, obliterating it and weakening the heroes' cosmic mech.

"GET US BACK UP!" Ragna shouted at Fury.

"TRYING!" Fury shouted back.

As they try, the heroes witness Cia summoning a swirling vortex of dark energy above them as she prepares to strike dark judgment upon their Celestial. "Cia, have you lost your mind?!" exclaimed a shocked Classic Sonic.

"CLEARLY!" Hyde retorted.

From her vortex slams down a large dark thunderbolt, which is reflected back in the nick of time by Fury activating the Celestial's shields right before it stands back on its two massive feet. "Can't risk hurting her! She needs to be contained!" Steve advised his team.

Their Celestial has just the thing. It entraps the corrupted sorceress in a cosmic prison that should be strong enough to contain her until they could find a way to undo the mind control. "Not bad!" Mephiles commented on their efforts. However, "PURGE!" he simply commands Cia break herself free with a violent burst of energy too strong for her prison.

"Submit to Solaris' will." Dark Cia finally said something, albeit in an eviler, robotic fashion. With a stoic gesture, the sorceress summons the four arms of the Time Eater to enhance her combat prowess, firing energy blasts that the Celestial leap over to land an up-close punch, only for it to be effortlessly caught by one of the mechanical arms. The Celestial throws its other fist, which is also caught by another Time Eater hand, leaving Cia to use her third one to brutally grab its head and pull it toward a point-blank blast being charged to full power by the fourth and final one. At the frightful last second, the Celestial knees Cia, breaking her concentration as she knocked back and vulnerable.

"Go for Mephiles while she's stunned!" shouted Tony, believing that defeating Mephiles will break his control on Cia.

Fiercely, the Celestial unleashes a storm of missiles targeting the demonic hedgehog. Mephiles stands calm and unconcerned however, thanks to an already recovered Cia intercepting the deadly attack as his human shield. "Trying to kill your own friend? And you heroes just love to worship the value of friendship." Mephiles mockingly laughs at them, which infuriates them to the point of wanting to rip his head off. Or in the trio of Shadows' case, suddenly and brutally send him flying through several buildings with a combined chaotic ambush.

"What you have done to the Chronoan is absolutely dishonorable!" Sir Lancelot sternly expressed his calm rage toward his demonic clone.

"Even I'll have to admit your methods disgust me." proclaimed Boom Shadow.

"This is the end for you, Mephiles! There won't be a speck of you left to be reborn from in ANY era after we obliterate you!" Modern Shadow ferociously declared at his arch-nemesis.

It didn't take long for Mephiles to recover from their surprise attack, nor get darkly infuriated with their interference, "Not enough! Do not forget you are facing ONE HALF of Solaris! Recreate this form and arise as the Wrathful Flames, IBLIS!" Seamlessly, the demon allows himself to be swallowed by darkness that morphs into flames erupting as the towering cataclysmic fire devil, Iblis in his Perfect Form.

"GRAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Perfect Iblis roars monstrously before being assaulted by the Shadows, only to immediately pummel each of them with a rapid counter of physical blows before spewing disastrous flames that burns half the city.

"How many times do we have to teach you this lesson you MUTATED FIRE IGUANA?!" Amazing Spider-Man shakes his annoyed fists at the fire monster, sick of him of not knowing when to stop coming back for rematches.

Hearing the insult causes Iblis to erupt with rage as he charges into a ferocious battle with the Celestial. The godly titans engage in an explosive game of fisticuffs, attacking each other with fierce combinations that shreds through the burning city. Iblis likes protecting himself with an invisible barrier, so the Celestial counterattacks every time the demon starts attacking. But from their cosmic clashes radiates an intensity so devastating that the Time Labyrinth's barrier begins to break apart. The heroes don't notice as their Celestial's too busy blocking a fireball barrage from Iblis, countering with a face-smashing punch that briefly stuns him until he raises his arms to angrily conjure up a massive lava sphere that he catapults across the city. The Celestial counters with a gigantic energy beam from its staff, engaging the sphere in a mighty struggle that the heroes manage to overcome and obliterate Iblis, pushing his dissolving body into and further damaging the seal around Chronopolis.

Seconds after that titanic battle, Summer 2099 used her teleportation Semblance to pick up the Shadows that were in the midst of recovering from Iblis' earlier counter, transporting them all back into the Celestial's command deck where their friends await. "Did we do it?" She asked them.

"No. I'm afraid we made the situation worse." replied Rachel Alucard, confusing her allies as she stares at the damaged Time Labyrinth explaining, "Look at the sky. Solaris tricked us into battle with our Celestial knowing the intensity would further weaken the Time Labyrinth for him to escape."

"You've gotta be kidding me?! I'm really getting sick of this guy playing around with us!" An annoyed Hawkeye retorted.

BGM-Sonic Advance 3 OST-Altar Emerald (Remastered by Youtuber LostImpact Music)

"HEHEHEHEHEH! That is your purpose after all…Destined to be my playthings!" said by an apathetic monster that sounds neither like Mephiles nor Iblis, but a divine combination of both characteristics. The shocked heroes look out their windows to witness a gigantic sun of shining light materializing high in the sky exclaiming, "FOOLISHNESS! Foolishness to believe you could defeat me with your limited power!"

"S-Solaris!" Princess Elise horrifyingly shouted, recognizing the talking sun as Solaris the Sun God.

"Hehehe…HAHAHAHAHA! I'm getting quite used to my body again…I am eternal! No seal will hold me back much longer! Nothing will save your world from being RAVISHED by Solaris!" Solaris spoke with a calm raging demeanor that is more than willing to explode with undying hatred on all that dare to oppose him. "Reawaken, my Herald of Destruction!" Appearing before her master is a recovered Dark Cia, submissive whilst listening to his orders, "Buy me time while I destroy this petty Labyrinth of yours. Finish off that zombie Celestial with the means to spread despair."

"Yes…Lord Solaris." Cia robotically complied without question. Pointing her scepter at the sky, the Corrupted Sorceress shouts, "Subspace Summon: Time-Twisters!" to open a localized time distortion. Beaming down from the vortex are five somewhat recognizable supervillains from across time and space possessed by the Super Sol Power and serving as Cia's servants: The Iron Patriot, aka Director Norman Osborn of HAMMER. The Overseer, a young Maestro that is equal in every way. Emerl, the Ultimate Gizoid Destroyer. Carnom, the Fused Sinister Symbiote between Venom and Carnage. And Susano'o, the Evil Sankishin.

"Emerl…? And those others are…?" Modern Sonic reacts in shock of the newly-arrived temporal villains.

Nervously, Yang chuckles at the worst situation they're confronting, "They don't look fun to party with."

"BRACE YOURSELVES!" Black Panther shouted, getting everyone ready for a fight of their lives.

BGM-Hyrule Warriors OST-Eclipse of the Moon (Guitar Version)

Reeling back fists charged with destructive power, Overseer and Susanoo charge at maximum speed toward the Celestial whilst roaring out their fiery rage and throwing their punches at the left knee, blowing up a massive hole for them and the rest of the Dark Chrono Avengers to infiltrate the heroes' base. "Destroy. Rampage until there is nothing left." Cia commands her slaves, summoning a deadly massive horde of Iblis Monsters to help them accomplish their mission.

Immediately the Celestial reacts to the invaders by activating its interior security system, using many powerful laser turrets that massacre the monsters that just keep swarming through the halls until they become too much for the automated defenses. An Iblis Gazer violently bites down on a turret like a rabid dog with a stuffed animal, smashing it into pieces with its fangs until it and several other monsters are struck down by the combined forces of E-123 Omega, Adam Taurus, and the two Sharons of two timelines.

"We have one job: Tear these things apart before they take our ship! If you get hurt, hurt 'em back. If you get killed, walk it off." ordered by Captain Sharon Rogers, with energy lance and vibranium shield ready to have fun with the demons.

"Got your back, sister." quipped by Agent Sharon Carter, holding out her gun as their team is goes to war with Solaris' Army.

Across every body part of the Celestial starship is a team of heroes combating the rampaging forces of Solaris to prevent them from destroying their last hope. Tokizoids have been deployed to even the odds, clashing arm blades with Iblis Takers' fireballs or blasting away monsters with their arm cannons until one of them got swallowed by an Iblis Gazer.

Down in a hallway of the right calf, The Overseer shows no fear or mercy amidst his fierce battle against Mythra and Qrow Branwen. Both swordsmen move at high-speeds all around to try and confuse the hulking tyrant until they simultaneously land a blow that is ruthlessly repelled by the villain using a broken Captain America Shield, then smacks them around using a Silver Surfer Board as a giant cleaver. A nearby Merlina blasts him with magic that makes him mad enough to use a Cosmic Cube embedded in his Infinity Gauntlet, countering her magic with a teleportingly brutal cosmic smash to her back that knocks her out cold. He laughs at his easy victory, only for a surprise Ms. Marvel punching him full in the face, making him lose a tooth. Overseer angrily spit out the tooth, scaring Kamala enough to say, "…I'm sorry." before chasing her in violent rage.

Flying high around the Spinal Lift is Elsa Schnee riding on a Fin Fang Foom summon, joining allies consisting of Archangel, Jet the Hawk, and NiGHTS as they encircle a lone Iron Patriot. The Schnee and Horseman work together distracting the empowered dictator with long range attacks that all fail to reach him yet were successful in blinding him with arrogance, making it so easy for NiGHTS to stun him with a paraloop before Jet goes for a full force tackle with his Extreme Gear that sends him flying. Quickly while infuriated, Osborn stops himself in midair to retaliate with missiles that hits everyone, all except for a leaping yet calm Elsa that enlarges her energy blade with ice for a tense clash with the madman. Their battle was a fierce one that ended too soon, once Osborn counters a mean swing with a repulsor at point-blank range that surprises the Schnee before she is sent falling down the vast spinal shaft.

Elsewhere, Classic Sonic managed to smash Susanoo through a brainy wall of the cosmic corpse. Just as he was quick enough to dodge his grab, Sonic was fast enough to empower himself with a Power Ring before clapping hands with a flying Classic Tails as the best buds start bouncing around the room, blitzing and spinballing Susanoo at speeds that quickly annoy him enough to uppercut them out of their unified slam from the sky. Just then, Penny, Morrigan, and Yukiko alongside her Persona, come together to unleash a quick combo that doesn't flinch the god at all, only enticing him to blast the girls away. The Time God powers up furiously, ignoring the numerous iron drones deployed by Iron Man surrounding him for an incoming Apocalypse yelling, "DO NOT DISAPPOINT ME, SANKISHIN! SHOW ME YOUR POWER!" as the Mutant Overlord and the Evil God engage in ferocious combat, with each warrior displaying tremendously frightening power that impresses the other.

Down below, in a hanger bay at the rib cage, Warlord Skaar is enjoying a devastating duel with Carnom. The two monsters are evenly matched as they trade incredible punches that shake the entire hanger until Skaar decides to throw a Quinjet at his opponent. The Merged Symbiote jumps over the attack and uses his tendrils to throw it back alongside a monstrous roar, sending the warlord flying and leaving himself vulnerable to a nearby Oscar and his binding spell. It'll take seconds for Carnom to free himself, more than enough time for Jin Kisaragi and Blaze the Cat to hit him with a ferociously explosive blast of ice and fire.

"Was that effective?" asked Jin, calmly wondering if Carnom is dead or alive within the massive smoke.

"It should be. Symbiotes are most vulnerable to flames. Regardless, don't underestimate them." Blaze advised the swordsman.

Unsurprisingly, Carnom survived their fiery cold combo with minor wounds that infuriate him enough to transform right before their now-surprised eyes, growing bigger, stronger, and more monstrous as his head is swallowed whole by an even wider maw that violently roars, "GRAAAAAAAAAAAGH!"

"Uh oh. Gooey monster just went maximum." Skaar commented, naming this transformation as Maximum Carnom.

Alongside a fiery scowl, Blaze charges up a fireball targeting the transformed alien. "Meaning I also must turn up the heat! HAAAAAA!" She yelled, hurling a large fireball that Carnom is roaringly ready to combat.

Meanwhile, in the digestive system that is being used for energy storage, Waldstein is having the time of his life fighting Ultimate Emerl. An old beast versus an ancient robot, with one boasting great skillful power and the other boasting all of that and thensome thanks to his copy ability. Waldstein tries swiping Emerl with his massive claws, but the war machine effortlessly counters him with a single attack packing the force of a mini-nuke that smash him into an energy tank that instantly explodes, failing to kill the hulking giant but leaving him painfully impressed by his strength.

"Most impressive…It's as if he's reading my every move. Never faced a war machine as skilled and as ancient like this one…" Waldstein grunted.

Emerl wants to continue his onslaught on the weakened senior but couldn't when Taiyang suddenly kicks him into the air for Modern Amy to smack away with her hammer. "Emerl likes to copy your moves! Best to partner up on him if we want any hope to stop him!" Amy frowningly advises the hulking giant.

"Are you sure? I can tell you don't really want to." Taiyang noticed her sad frown, deducing that Amy knew and really cared for Emerl a long time ago.

"I don't…But the kid I raised is long gone. This one here was pulled from the past to be used as a soulless puppet." Amy angrily growls at her corrupted foster robo-son, "I'll NEVER forgive Solaris for reuniting us like this!"

It's three-on-one, and Emerl isn't afraid of those odds at all for he is the ultimate combat weapon possessing unlimited power. The war machine curls into an ultra-fast spinball, unleashing numerous shockwaves that devastatingly blow away all three heroes at once before any of them could react. "Somebody's grounded for hurting their mommy. Time out, kid." quipped by a swinging Amazing Spider-Man using his Chronoblade to freeze Emerl in time, making it easier to web-strike him into an arm of Minerva, Celica A Mercury's automaton guardian. Minerva aims an arm cannon at her captive Gizoid as she charges it up, but right before reaching full power, Emerl escapes her grasp via Chaos Control and smashes his fellow robot out of his sights.

"MINERVA!" A concerned Celica shouted at her, ignoring the Gizoid that's about to massacre her.

"Look out!" Spidey shouted, narrowly zipping to Celica's rescue. Emerl wasn't happy with his interference and retaliates, striking both heroes so brutally hard and surprisingly fast that he forces the webslinger to drop the Chronoblade to the unseen depths of the Celestial's stomach. "NO! THE CHRONOBLADE!" shouted Peter, who was too late to save his time weapon.

"It's gone!" The shocked Celica exclaimed.

"There goes one of our best weapons against Solaris. Amy, I blame you for not discipling your kid!" Peter jokingly pins the blame on the foster mother.

"Blame Sonic for being a lousy father!" retorted Amy, grunting fiercely amidst a hammer clash with Emerl and his own unstoppable hammer that he copied from her.

All this intense fighting with the Time-Twisters throughout the starship, while there is still an endless army of Iblis Monsters to deal with. One such massive horde manage to swarm into the command center, the literal head of their operations, under the smart strategy to take it out. "Get out of my Celestial!" threatened by Nick Fury, working alongside Mister Sinister and Rachel Alucard as they combat the fiery monsters from a distance while Grimm Reaper, Doctor Octopus and Sir Lancelot take them on head-on. One of the Iblis Biters spew its flames at Eggman and Maya Fey, scaring both of them before they were suddenly pulled down behind cover by Peggy Carter. "They just keep coming!" She exasperates while reloading her gun, quickly joining Rachel's side as they work together against the monstrosities.

"We need to defeat the Caster that summoned these demons and the Time-Twisters!" advised Rachel, unleashing a powerful gust of wind that blows away numerous demons to their deaths, "And hurry! Solaris will break the seal at any moment!"

Taking cover as she touches her ear comm, Peggy announces, "Agent Peggy Carter to all units! Has there been any sightings of Cia in the ship?!"

'Phoenix Wright here with Princess Elise! She's in the Reactor Room interested in blowing it up!' Wright retorted.

"And if that goes, we all go!" Peggy noted just how bad things are getting for them, "What is your position?"

'Um…'

In the Reactor Room…

"Kinda in the middle of a staring contest with Cia." nervously quipped by Phoenix Wright, as he and a frightened Elise are the only heroes standing in the way of Dark Cia's wrath on the Master Emerald energizing the entire Celestial.

'Try to hold her off 'til backup arrives!' Fury ordered them.

Wright complies as he whips out his Hover Wispon, which the corrupted sorceress just casually erases with magic. "That's gonna be tricky." The sweaty lawyer quipped.

Mindlessly, Cia walks toward the Master Emerald. Wright and Elise are powerless and pose no threat to her and Solaris, unlike the Master Emerald that could be detrimental to their plans if used against them. It must be destroyed, shattered into many pieces to the point it cannot be rebuilt ever again. But as she nears her objective, the black sorceress hears a female voice commanding her to, "HOLD IT!"

Cia halts, finding herself confronted by Elise who has some stern words that she wants her corrupted friend to hear, "Please, Ms. Cia, I beg of you. Don't go through with this. Solaris is manipulating your heart, corrupting your light with his darkness. If you go through with this, you'll never forgive yourself."

"Solaris is my God. He is allowed to use me as he sees fit, for I was born to be his ultimate weapon that spreads terror across time. Death to all that dare to oppose him, like what he delivered to the Chronoans." Cia replied all monotone.

"No one has the right to take away freewill!" Elise retorted, "Freedom and friendship, that's what makes us human! I know what you've been going through. Containing so much grief and guilt for so many years. Being isolated after the fall of Chronoa. Do not forget, I was once the vessel that contained Iblis. Our connections to Solaris made us lose the people we love, but it's through our connections with friends and families is how we stayed strong to honor them and for the sake of others! Have you forgotten about them?"

For a brief moment, Cia saw her little sister, Lana, in place of Elise. The Princess and her words reminded her of her adorable sister who loved to smile even during the darkest of days. Gasping at the thought, the Chronoan clenches onto her aching head for a bit before angrily charging an energy beam targeting the princess, "Shut up!"

Elise is in shock, fearful of her life until a defiant Phoenix Wright joins her side. "I may not have any superpowers, but I'm still a defense attorney that wants to protect the innocent! Just like you, Cia! I noticed it even if it was brief. You were fighting back against the monster that nearly killed your soul. You're not a murderer of time, just a victim and a friend that desperately needs help seeking back their freedom! Just give us a chance!"

Hearing his words makes her again hesitant to retaliate, but just for another few seconds before Cia coldly retorts, "…I'll give you death."

BGM-Skies of Arcadia OST-Crisis, Opportunity

But just a mere moment before executing her murderous magic, the corrupted sorceress is suddenly smashed in the cheek by a furious Modern Knuckles so brutal that her headdress flies off her head while her body is sent flying into a collapsing wall. "KNUCKLES!" exclaimed Elise, before swiftly noticing other heroes coming to their rescue like Knuckles' counterparts and the Chrono Avengers consisting of Cable, Silver, Ozma, Young Salem, Ultimate Spider-Man, and the Boom Sonic Heroes.

"Sorry we're late. Some fire birds wouldn't get off of Salem's hair." joked Boom Sonic.

"Yes, and they paid very dearly for that." Salem quipped.

"Are you two okay?" Miles asked both the lawyer and the princess.

Wright smiles, "Fine, especially now that you're here."

Cable glances at the webslinger ordering, "Spider-Man, get those two outta here! We'll-!" but was surprisingly cut off when he and his allies are frozen in time by a recovered and headdress-less Cia giving them all a blank glare from her glowing red eyes.

Manifesting a corrupted halo behind her back, Cia coldly exclaims, "Dark Labyrinth!" while forming a prison of energy around her frozen opponents, intending to detonate the prison and wipe them out instantly. But before she could go through with this plan, another unexpected guest interrupts her in the form of Sersi blasting her with enough cosmic force to stop her from freezing time on her friends.

"Trust me that hurt me a lot more than it hurt you." quipped Sersi, fighting to save her ancient friend from her brainwashing.

Before Cia could recover enough to freeze time again, Silver forcefully pins her to a wall with his psychokinesis and pushes in more power as he feels her struggling to break loose, "There's gotta be SOME WAY to snap her out of it!"

"There is no other way…" Suddenly assaulting Silver from the darkness is Mephiles the Dark, knocking him away while he is joined by the freed Cia, "Besides death." He tauntingly suggested killing Cia is the only way to save her, which is a plan all of the heroes absolutely refuse to follow.

Evilly smirking, Cia levitates to the air firing off destructive shockwaves with a thrust of a palm that nearly blow away her friends. All three Knuckles defend themselves but couldn't hold on much longer and were quickly sent flying and smashed onto the reactor, damaging it which in turn painfully weakens their Celestial starship. Grunting from the pain, Classic Knuckles exclaims, "She's become too powerful from the Emeralds! At this rate, we're toast!"

"Then why not we use the Master Emerald?" Boom Knuckles suggested, much to his counterparts' shock as he came up with a decent idea.

"That's what I was about to suggest!" Wright retorted, "The plan was to use it to prevent Solaris from abusing the Chaos Emeralds! Since they're also controlling Cia, can't the Master Emerald also free her from her mind control?"

Quickly, Modern Knuckles thinks over their desperate plan before replying, "Possibly. And if we're lucky, it'll give Solaris a serious whiplash that'll leave him vulnerable. But we'll need time."

Unknowingly, the Chrono Avengers are buying the echidnas time as they fiercely brawl with both Mephiles and Dark Cia. Boom Sonic and Tails work together clashing spin attacks all over the massive room with Mephiles's, who quickly overpowers the duo. Miles immediately comes in with an electric punch followed by Salem hurling a furious mystic bolt, both which are deflected by the hedgehog demon in dark succession. Meanwhile, Cia has herself protected with a forcefield strong enough to deflect the combined forces of Boom Amy, Sticks, Ozma, and Sersi, ruthlessly repelling them with a wave of dark energy. Surprisingly the sorceress is stunned by an electric grenade, which is immediately followed up by a dashing punch from Cable. The sorceress swiftly recovers to send a barrage of dark arrows that impale Cable in multiple regions, but that didn't stop him from smacking her back with a painful mind bullet.

"I felt it! Your mind is desperately fighting back!" Cable sensed a piece of Cia's light is in a losing battle against the darkness in her heart, "LISTEN TO ME, CIA! You can change your destiny RIGHT HERE AND NOW! It's why you made me promise to lead the Chrono Avengers, to SAVE YOU from this fate!"

His words don't seem to matter as Cia sinisterly smirks them off while erupting with darkness that is almost suffocating. "I don't need saving! YOU, however, will meet your end by your dear friend's hand." She coldly threatened her teammate before rushing at Cable with murderous intent.

But, all of a sudden from a modernized red echidna standing near a certain giant green gem quoting, "The servers are the seven Chaos…" Cia's assault comes to a painful halt as a mysterious force makes her struggle sustaining her Dark Super Form.

BGM-Hyrule Warriors OST-Eclipse of the Moon

"The power of darkness…is disappearing…" grunted Dark Cia, briefly fluctuating from her uncorrupted and corrupted form.

This also comes to a painful surprise to Mephiles, who also felt that same mysterious force trying to rob him of his Chaos Emerald might, "Someone is trying to stop the Chaos Emeralds…" He turns to those responsible, those being the three Knuckles surrounding the Master Emerald as they recite the chant necessary to end this chaos. "Damn you…!" Furiously, Mephiles hurls an energy bolt that scares the echidnas. Both Phoenix Wright and a surprise Princess Elise bravely intervene by using their own bodies as shields, more than willing to sacrifice themselves to save the day. Unnecessary as a sudden magical barrier protects them all, with the nearby Ozma and Salem being responsible and Wright and Elise being thankful. Now even more infuriated, Mephiles tries to throw in another deadly attack, only this time he's intercepted by a sucker punch to the cheek by Silver that knocks him back afar. "You…!" Mephiles snarls at him, the hedgehog that he once tricked into nearly killing Sonic in the past has now earned his full attention and wrath.

BGM-Fire Emblem: Three Houses OST-The Apex of the World (Thunder)

"Unforgivable…" Silver struggles to contain his rage at the monster responsible for his friends' suffering, "Absolutely unforgiveable for all you've done! For Cia! My friends! And for the future!" The psychic hedgehog explodes with power as he furiously glares at Mephiles screaming, "I'M TAKING YOU DOWN! MEPHILEEEEESSSSSS!"

Both Silver and Mephiles rocket at each other with ferocious speeds that carve the floor below them, all while Classic Knuckles continues with the chant, "Chaos is power…Power enriched by the heart." The second part of the chant stuns Mephiles long enough for the Silver Hedgehog to punch him toward Cia's vicinity.

"Lord Mephiles!" Cia expresses shock of her master's weakened state, enraging her to amass her magic to his hand forming a black electrified orb that she wants to kill the heroes with, "How dare you…!"

"The controller serves to unify the Chaos." Boom Knuckles recited, perfectly enough to stun Cia for Cable to blast her and Mephiles back with a single concussive shot.

For the first time ever, Mephiles has reached his boiling point. He's through being calm and collected. He's had it with the heroes always messing up his plans. It's now or never. Their deaths, or him robbed of ultimate power. "I'll CRUSH all of you! EVEN IF IT MUST COST YOUR FRIEND'S VERY LIFE!" He shouts, furiously forcing Cia to scream in sheer agony as she charges explosive dark energy around herself that threatens her own life and everyone inside the Celestial.

"SHE'S GOING TO BLOW!" A horrified Sersi noticed.

"KNUCKLES, HURRY!" Boom Sonic yelled at them to finish before they're all finished.

With mere seconds remaining, all three Knuckles come together to finish off the chant with one urgent, desperate, simultaneous, "We command you! SAVE CIA AND STOP THAT MONSTER FROM USING THE CHAOS EMERALDS ANY LONGER!"

At the very last second, the plan seemed to have worked as the Master Emerald spins rapidly and emits a green aura that causes several mixed energies dashing in and out of the Celestial. These energies stop Cia from detonating and force her out of her Dark Super State, finally purifying her of the darkness. At the same time, all across the Celestial, the battles against the Iblis Monsters and Time-Twisters come to a sudden halt as they all vanish out of the heroes' sight, with the villains returning to their own timelines now that Cia is back to normal. "GYAAAAAAAAH!" Outside, Solaris screeches from his own excoriating pain as he is forced to cough out the seven Chaos Emeralds into the city.

"Impossible…" Mephiles weakly mutters through his own pain since he too felt the Chaos Emeralds ripped from his light, "The Chaos Emeralds…have…abandoned me…Most impressive, heroes…"

"MEPHILES!"

That furious shout got Mephiles to turn at a sudden Nick Fury in the room pointing his Destroyer Gun right at him. Too weak to do anything else besides scoff, Mephiles accepts his fate as Fury coldly unleashes a massive beam of light that vaporizes his darkness into pure nothingness.

BGM-Hyrule Warriors OST-Guilty Feeling

It was a close one, a really close one, but the heroes managed to save themselves from Solaris' onslaught. Everyone takes a moment to relax, with Fury tossing aside the Destroyer Gun as he hurries to check on Cia. The unconscious witch is back to her normal white dress while Salem heals her wounds to try and stir her awake. Much to everyone's relief, she does, just weakly. Cia slowly opens her eyes to the sight of her Chrono Avengers, the team she assembled to fight the temporal battles she never could alone after for so long. "…My friends…I'm so sorry…" She frowningly apologized, remorseful over being brainwashed and attacking her own friends while under the enemy's control.

Fury sincerely smiles to her, "You don't have to apologize for anything."

"But I nearly killed you…just like how Solaris wiped out my home and people…" Cia weakly retorted, "Been possessed by guilt for so long since that day…Kept trying to move on from the past, escape fate, but it's painful…alone."

"But you're not alone. Not anymore. You have us now." Silver smiled.

"You're still willing to stay my friend? Trust this 'Destroyer of Worlds'?" asked Cia, quoting what Apocalypse questioned about her destiny some time ago.

"That's Solaris, not you. You may share his power, but it was YOUR decision to use it for the greater good." Cable calmly comforts her.

"With great power comes great responsibility." Miles quoted that famous mantra.

"Got that right." Boom Amy grinned.

Ozma then says, "It was your idea that brought us together, see if we could become something more. And I believe we made some good progress. You've upheld the values that Solaris refused to spread: Protecting history while helping those learn from it so they may become better people."

"I'm living proof of that." Salem quipped.

Softly, Sersi helps her Chronoan best friend up to her feet while saying, "You sacrificed yourself to give us this one chance to change fate. We're almost there, but we still need you so you may look at the new future yourself."

Moved by how much they love her and believe in her, Cia gives a turning look to her friends before responding with a smiling nodding, "Alright. I'll try my best…Thank you, everyone." She said, with her friends returning a smiling nod of their own.

"GWAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

BGM-Sonic Adventure 2 OST-Madness

Rudely, the happy feelings were replaced with dread and surprise by the furious roar of Solaris coming from outside. "Somebody's not happy." quipped Sticks.

Silver hurries to a window to observe what the ruckus is all about. And what he's staring at is far from pleasant. "GYAAAAAAAH! GRRAAAAAAAAAAAGH!" Solaris's powerful roars shakes the entire city and the Time Labyrinth, to the point that the latter can no longer sustain itself. The massive temporal barrier shatters with the seal finally undone, allowing the infuriated Solaris to warp away to enact his ultimate revenge.

"The Time Labyrinth! HE'S BROKEN THROUGH! We were just a second too late!" Silver horrifyingly announces to his nearest comrades.

To add to their horror, the many Time Chasm Crystals floating in the Time Abyss begin trembling, vibrating with sheer intensity from an obvious cosmic force that threatens to destroy time itself. "Uh oh! Timequake!" Miles joked about this horrifying phenomenon.

'AVENGERS, THIS IS AN EMERGENCY!' shouted FRIDAY from the speakers, grabbing everyone's attention as she informs them of the current situation, 'Solaris has broken free of the Time Labyrinth and escaped to the nexus of Chrono World created by the warping spacetime rift! He is in position to consume all of time, and by my estimate, we have about 15 minutes until there is nothing left!' She proclaimed urgently, much to the heroes' stunning horror as time is literally running out.

Chrono World

From Solaris' will, malevolent flames begin to spread across the skies of Chrono World until a hole in the flames above New Vale City morph into the shape of the God's creepy eye saying, "YOU TRIED TO SEAL ME AWAY IN A WORLD OF NOTHING. NOW I WILL DO THE SAME." Civilians from every timespace were terrified by the God's haunting voice, staring at the torched sky in fear while talking, pleading, for someone to save them from this nightmarish disaster that threatens to consume time itself.

Chronopolis, Time Abyss

Left behind in the timeless realm, most of the Avengers Alliance have gathered outside of the Celestial watching in horror at Solaris burning Chrono World from a Time Chasm Crystal floating in the sky. Most of them feel terrible that he has nearly won this Time War, with Cia feeling the guiltiest since she was his slave after sealing him away and enraging him.

"It's hopeless…My actions have doomed us all. Turn him into pure rage incarnate. And if this goes on, he'll eventually destroy the world, like he did before in my era!" Cia expressed somberly while leaning on Nick Fury for comfort since she's still weak from earlier.

"Thought we told you to stall with that talk." Fury glared at the hopeless Chronoan.

"You know I'm stubborn!" Cia retorted, "All of you and the Celestial are weak from my attack. Even if you weren't, I fear our combined strength won't be enough. What else can we do?" She wondered as she lowers her head in sadness and guilt, losing the will to keep fighting.

"Just open your heart. Everything will turn out alright."

Those words surprise her, as Cia turns to find herself approached by Steve Rogers smiling at her. "Captain." She muttered, before noticing the First Avenger is joined by Iron Man, Amazing Spider-Man, Modern Sonic, and Modern Shadow.

"Give it another sec. We already have a plan in motion." smiled Modern Sonic.

From across this distorted city is Ragna the Bloodedge on the hunt for something very important, that being hope in the form of the blue Chaos Emerald that he picks off the ground. And he wasn't the only hero that was ordered to go on an emerald hunt. Yu Narukami was quick to locate the yellow Chaos Emerald, as was Hyde Kido who managed to find the purple Chaos Emerald, Blaze the Cat pinpointing the white Chaos Emerald, and Mario jumping to reach the green Chaos Emerald.

BGM-Hyrule Warriors OST-Zelda's Lullaby

"SONIC! CIA!"

The two heroes turned to find Ruby Rose and Scarlet Witch approaching them with two very special gemstones. "We found them!" smiled Ruby, showing her friends the red Chaos Emerald while Wanda shows them the turquoise Chaos Emerald.

A surprised Cia gasps, "The Chaos Emeralds!"

"Tracked them down right after Solaris discarded them. A breeze when I'm naturally connected to the Chaos Force." Wanda smiled.

Immediately after, Sonic spots Ragna and the others returning with their Chaos Emeralds. "Everyone…You did it!" He solemnly smiles at his interdimensional friends.

"Wouldn't be the first time we went hunting for gemstones. At least this time we weren't tricked into fighting each other for them." quipped Hyde, referencing his cross-tag battles.

"I can feel it from these gems. They can transform our dreams into reality. Manifest our hearts and bonds as a power that cannot be broken by monsters who believe in nobody but themselves." Narukami proclaimed.

"Time to teach that bastard a lesson he'll never forget. Show him everyone's possibilities!" Ragna declared to Sonic that this is the time settle things with Solaris once and for all.

With a silent yet determined nod, Sonic promises his friends that he'll end this, and he won't do it alone. He is approached by Modern Shadow and Silver, both ready to join him in this final battle. The Chaos Emeralds sense their determination and begin glowing a light that causes them to levitate, one by one, from their wielder's hand as they prepare to create a miracle.

BGM-Sonic Adventure OST-Open your Heart (Instrumental)

All seven Chaos Emeralds orbit the three Hedgehogs as they close their eyes to calmly undergo a miraculous transformation that illuminates all of the Time abyss with a golden light. The quills of Sonic suddenly stand up as his blue fur turns an awesome gold. Shadow's black fur transforms into a golden lemon color that highlights his newfound ultimate power. Silver's quills also become afloat, with a bright pale golden color replacing his silverly nice fur and a dark gold coloring the white fur on his chest.

Those witnessing this golden miracle have been struck with awe, with interdimensional heroes like Ragna stunned by such a heartwarming light born from chaos, and time-traveling heroes like Boom Sonic shocked that a transformation like this ever existed. But no one else is as shocked as Cia, as this is the first time she's witnessing a Chronoan legend being reborn right before her eyes, "The Golden Gods that have combatted Solaris before. The ones responsible sparking the Age of Chronoa. To see them reborn before my very eyes…"

"This is the miracle that'll open up a path to a new future." Amazing Spider-Man replied.

"I was once told by a Shaman about a legend, that when 'Solaris's rage threatens our world, the Golden Gods will be reborn to save us.' Now is that time." said Steve, recalling his visit to Nanzca Village a while ago.

At last, the Hedgehog Trio finish transforming into their respective Super States as they simultaneously open their newly-transformed red eyes gleaming with aggressiveness and determination to take down Solaris. "Let's do this! AVENGERS ASSEMBLE!" Super Sonic shouted before flying off as a golden star of hope and dreams alongside Super Shadow and Super Silver.

"You heard the hedgehog! COME ON, it's time for our grand entrance!" exclaimed Iron Man, with his fellow heroes hype and ready to settle things.

The Avengers Alliance quickly return to their Celestial just in time for takeoff. At cosmic speeds, their starship flies off the ruins of Chronopolis to catch up with the Super Hedgehogs, opening up a massive portal that'll lead them back into Chrono World. They all disappear through the portal, with all the heroes determined to stop Solaris for the sake of their past, present, and for a good future.

BGM-Sonic the Hedgehog (2006) OST-Extras

KFX Here: At last, we are moving onto the final battle with Solaris the Sun God. A whole chapter that'll be filled to the brim with action and surprises you may or may not see coming. It won't be exactly like the fight in Sonic 06 but will be the basis. I'll leave it at that.
