The Bat and The Man
In a dark alley somewhere in Gotham City, Batman finishes the last of Bane's henchmen, knocking him out with a devastating uppercut. Batman then turns his full attention on Bane, his white eyes narrow into slits as he glares at the villain.
Batman: It's over, Bane. I'm sending you back to Blackgate Prison.
The massive mountain of a man that is Bane clenches his fists.
Bane: Not before I break you again, pendejo.
Batman smirks.
Batman: No, Bane. This time, we will be doing the breaking.
All of a sudden, Bane lets out a groan as a fist punches him in the groin from behind so hard that the big man drops down to his hands and knees.
The owner of the fist is Becky Lynch.
Becky then jumps onto Bane's back and pulls his venom tubes.
Becky: Time to get off the wagon, lad.
Bane starts to shrink in size and muscle mass. Batman then hits Bane in all of his pressure points, making his limbs useless.
Bane: No! You can't do this to me! I am invisible! I am Bane!
Batman: I don't care.
Batman then knocks Bane out with a devastating punch to the face.
Sometime later, Batman and Becky Lynch stand on a rooftop and watch as Bane and his henchmen get loaded into police cars.
Batman: You did good work today, Becky. I really appreciated your help.
Becky smiles, her fiery orange hair blows in the wind.
Batman: Thanks, lad. That means a lot. Especially coming from someone like you.
Batman nods in acknowledgement, his cape also blowing in the wind.
Becky: We make good team, don't ya think? 'The Bat and The Man.' It's got a nice ring to it.
Batman gives Becky a smirk.
Batman: It does. By the way, Robin wanted me to get him an autograph from you. He's a big fan.
Becky smirks.
Becky: Hey, anything for the Batman.
The Bat and The Man then shake hands.
A few months later…
In an abandoned warehouse somewhere in downtown Gotham City, Seth Rollins sits tied up in a room with Bane glaring at him menacingly with his arms crossed. Bane's henchmen are stationed all over the warehouse.
Seth: So, let me get this straight. You orchestrated this whole thing just because Becky gave you a low blow?
Bane narrows his eyes at Seth.
Bane: Because of your wife, I have become the laughing stock of Gotham's underworld. Even worse, I have become the punchline for Joker's jokes. I hate that payaso. Tonight, I get my revenge. When your wife comes to rescue you, I will break her. And if the Batman shows up with her, I will break him as well.
Suddenly, they hear a loud commotion going on outside the room. There are the sounds of glass shattering, gunfire, and fighting.
Batman and Becky Lynch have arrived at the warehouse and are brawling with Bane's henchmen.
Then suddenly, the commotion stops and there's silence. Bane clenches his fists as he glares at the door. He knows that his men have lost.
Suddenly, the door bursts open as one of Bane's unconscious henchmen gets thrown into the room. Both Bane and Seth look to see Batman and Becky Lynch enter the room.
Seth smiles at the sight of Becky. While Batman is wearing his usual black and grey outfit, Becky is wearing a working prototype of the Batman Beyond suit. A yellow bat symbol covers her chest. And unlike Batman, Becky is not wearing a cowl and is instead letting her long luxurious orange hair run freely across her shoulders and down her back.
Batman's white eyes narrow as he glares at Bane.
Batman: It's over, Bane. This petty quest for revenge ends now.
Bane: It ends once I break both you and the puta.
Becky just smirks.
Becky: You're not the first to try to break me, lad. Charlotte Flair. Nia Jax. Ronda Rousey. Sasha Banks. Asuka. Shayna Baszler. They all tried to break me and it didn't work out well for any of them. And it's not going to work out well for you. Me and Batman are going to make sure of that.
Suddenly, Batman drops a bunch of smoke pellets. The entire room fills up with smoke. Bane is struggling to see. He doesn't see a baterang fly at him and slicing open his venom tubes.
Bane: No! The venom!
Bane drops down to his hands and knees as he shrinks in size and muscle mass.
Batman: We both looked into the abyss, Bane.
Bane looks around as he struggles to see where Batman's voice is coming from, his eyes filled with fear.
Batman: But when it looked back at us, you blinked.
Suddenly, both Batman and Becky rush up to Bane and both land a punch to his jaw, rendering him unconscious. Bane has been knocked out by both the Bat and the Man.
Both Batman and Becky then untie Seth from the chair. He and Becky embrace each other.
Becky: You alright?
Seth: I am now that you're here.
He and Becky then kiss.
Sometime later, the cops arrive. Batman, Becky, and Seth watch from the rooftop of nearby building as Bane and his men get loaded up into squad cars.
Becky: Thanks Batman for helping me out. And thanks for making me feel like a hero.
Batman: There's no need to thank me, Becky. I always help out my friends.
The Dark Knight then places a hand on Becky's shoulder.
Batman: And you are a hero, Becky.
Seth: Batman's right. You're a hero to the fans. And you're also a hero to me.
Suddenly, Becky and Seth see the Bat Signal appear in the night sky.
Seth: Batman, you should probably… Batman?
Batman has vanished into the night.
Becky: Yeah, he does that.
Seth: Huh. Well, we should probably go back to hotel and…
Becky: Celebrate?
Before Seth could reply, Becky wraps her arms around his neck and passionately kisses him on the lips.
The End
