Hello, all! I'm back with this one!

Jim, Fung, and B.E.N returned to their hideout with the map, the room held in shadow from the coming night.

Fung eagerly approached Delbert who appeared to be asleep.

"Guys, wake up! Me and Jim got the map!" He exclaimed, while Jim held it in his hands. But then a large metal hand took the map, revealing Silver's face, as he grinned maliciously. Fung's blood turned cold with fear at the deadly look in his eyes.

"Fine work, Jimbo and Fungy. Fine work indeed," he sneered, and the two friends looked about to see Amelia and Delbert caught and gagged by two pirates.

Fung growled, as he tried to get away, but Mr. Turnbuckle grabbed him with his tentacles, while another pirate grabbed Jim.

B.E.N was about to join them when a strange looking alien pirate took hold of B.E.N.

"What's this sorry sack of metal?" She sneered, pointing her knife. B.E.N whimpered. "Not the face!"

Fung struggled in Turnbuckle's grip, while Silver towered over them, holding the map.

"Yeh just like me, Yeh two. You hates to lose," Silver taunted. And Fung felt like he almost agreed. He really did hate to lose at things. Silver then tried opening the map, but couldn't. Jim just silently shook his head while Fung grinned at Silver's disappointment.

"Open it!" Growled Silver, throwing the map to Jim. Fung shook his head no, he didn't want Silver to find it before they did!

Silver narrowed his eyes, then cocked his gun, and pointed it at Fung who felt his heart beating a thousand miles in fear, staring right into the barrel of it.

"I'd get busy, or yer croc is history," Silver demanded, pressing the gun right at Fung's neck. Fung looked over to Jim in terror for both their lives, while Amelia and Delbert's eyes were both wide at what Silver would do.

Jim then glared, as he eventually did it, not wanting his first friend to die, pressing the buttons, unlocking the map. The green light formed the planet, the other pirates gasping in awe. The light then formed a line, that obviously guided the person to the treasure. Silver chuckled, turning to the rest.

"Tie them up, and leave 'em until we—what?"

For Jim closed the map, and Fung smirked a bit at his action. His friend was pretty smart.

"You want the map, you're taking me and Fung, too," Jim demanded, holding the map close to him. Silver shook his head.

"We'll take 'em all!" He then decided, and Turnbuckle shoved Fung forward, and the croc felt really scared.

"J-Jim, what's gonna happen? Do you have a plan?" He whispered fearfully. But Jim smiled reassuringly.

"Don't worry, Fung, we will get out of this and bring back some treasure," he said, as they were pushed into the boat.

A while later, the group landed the longboat, the light along the lead to the map blinking faster. B.E.N followed next to the two friends, Morph hiding in Jim's pocket.

"Y-you know, Jimmy and Fungster, I-I think I'm starting to see my life pass in front of my eyes! Was I ever dancing with an android named Lupè?!" He shouted, gripping his head. Jim grabbed his arm, while Fung rolled his eyes.

"It isn't over yet," he muttered, as Silver announced they were getting closer, slashing his sword through the shrubbery, only to reveal, nothing.

"Where is it?!" Shouted a pirate, while Fung himself was also confused.

"I see nothing! One great big stinking hunk of nothing!" Shouted Onus in irritation, and the map suddenly closed.

"What's going on, Jimbo?" Demanded Silver, while Jim struggled to open the map.

One pirate shoved Jim to the floor, and Fung ran to his friend, breaking from Turnbuckle's grip.

"I'm okay—wait..." Jim said, seeing a hole in the ground, the exact shape of the map. Fung could see it too.

"Try putting the map in the hole," he murmured, trying to ignore the threatening yelling of the pirates.

Jim did just that, placing the map in its spot, and suddenly the ground lit up the different markings, causing a holographic sphere to appear. The group stepped back as light shot out from other sides of the cliff, then shot up into the air, forming a triangle shaped gateway. Fung was speechless when he saw it revealing a cluster of silver and blue stars.

Silver was open mouthed. "Oh have mercy!"

"The Lagoon Nebula?" Jim gasped.

"But that's halfway across the galaxy!" Silver proclaimed. Fung then gazed down at the sphere, noting different planet symbols. "Jim, look," he said, pressing one, opening up another location, much to the pirate's astonishment. Jim's eyes brightened, trying it out himself.

"A big door opening and closing," he said, repeating B.E.N's words. Fung just had no words for a time. Perhaps that crazy robot really wasn't so crazy.

"So this was how Flint did it, he used this portal to roam the universe stealing treasure!" Jim revealed, pressing more buttons. Silver shoved him aside.

"But where did he stash it all?! Where's the blasted treasure?!" He shouted, doing his own thing of pressing buttons. One doorway housed a terrifying creature that lunged for them, making Fung yelp silently in fright. It was the most ugly thing he ever seen!

"Treasure! Treasure!" Cried B.E.N, struggling to remember. "It's buried in the—!"

That's when the two friends realized, as it all clicked. How had they not known before? "Buried in the centroid of the mechanism. What if, the planet is the mechanism?" Jim said, and Fung snapped his fingers.

"Yeah, guy! And that the treasure is buried in the center of this planet!" He said. This exciting news reached the pirates, as they all began digging. But being made of metal, the pirates hardly made a dent in the ground.

"An' how in bloomin' blazes are we supposed to get there?"

Jim moved over, eyeing an image of treasure planet in the orb. Fung felt his heart beating a thousand miles from his excitement.

"Just open the right door."

With that, Jim pressed the image, the doorway opened right to the center of the planet. Silver pushed the friends aside, going first through the door. Jim was next then Fung. The portal felt tingly on his skin, as he walked through.

An unbelievable sight met his eyes, mouth falling open, at the sight of the huge mounds of treasure before him that glinted and shimmered. The other pirates cheered, diving right into the piles.

"The Loot of a Thousand Worlds!" Breathed Silver.

"Yeah!" Fung replied, almost forgetting his hatred at Silver. "We're going to need a bigger boat!" Fung heard Onus squeal.

It was incredible, he never thought so much loot could be stored in one place. He did wish his gang could see all this, though!

Fung was snapped out of his thoughts as Jim tapped him on the shoulder.

"Guys, come on, we're getting out of here, and we're not leaving empty handed," Jim muttered while Silver was distracted. Fung followed his two friends over to an abandoned boat.

The three of them started to climb into the boat while B.E.N continued talking.

"You know something, Jimmy and Fungster? There's this thing, it's just nagging at the back of my mind—agh!" He shouted, falling in. Fung and Jim both stared open mouthed, for the skeleton of Captain Flint sat in the middle of the ship.

"C-Captain F-Flint?" Gulped Fung. Though he was dead, that Skelton was as freaky as hell!

B.E.N grinned. "In the flesh! Well, uh, sort of. Except for his skin organs or anything that resembles flesh..."

Fung nodded. "Uh huh, I get it, robot guy," he mumbled, unable to look away from the skeleton, and staying back while Jim studied it up close, until he spotted something metal in the skeleton's hand.

B.E.N spoke again. "And yet, it's so odd, you know? There was something horrible Flint didn't want anyone else to know, but I-I just can't remember what it was. Oh, my mind is a terrible thing to lose!"

Jim then approached him, holding something metal, and Fung noted the skeleton's now broken hand, bones on the floor. It couldn't be...

"B.E.N, I think we just found your mind!" Jim grinned, holding it up. "Hold still!" He grabbed B.E.N's head, Fung tilting his head.

"Ah! Jimmy! Your hands are very cold—!" The metal piece reattached itself to B.E.N, who yelped a bit, eyes turning from green to blue, and he blinked.

"Y-you know, Jimmy and Fungster, I was just thinking, I was—think! It's coming back! All my memories!" B.E.N cheered.

Fung grinned. "Congrats!" He said.

"Right up until Flint pulled my memory circuits so I couldn't tell anybody about his BOOBY TRAP!" The robot shouted gleefully, just as the whole place rumbled, a crash noise sounding. Fung nearly lost his footing.

"Er, speaking of which..."

The croc stared in fright as he saw huge chunks of machinery beginning to explode. Not good!

"Flint wanted to make sure nobody could ever steal his treasure, so he rigged the whole planet to blow up higher than a KALEPSIAN KITE! The robot screamed.

"Ya mean...this whole planet's gonna e-explode?" Fung shouted back in panic mode, as B.E.N nodded wildly. One of the spires fell from the roof, splitting part of the core, treasure falling down the sides, the pirates screaming as they all tried running for it. Some escaped, others such as Turnbuckle weren't so lucky.

"Run guys! Run for your lives!" B.E.N shouted, pulling Jim's foot who was trying to Hotwire the ship.

"Go back and get to the Captain and Doc. If we're not there in five minutes, leave without us!" Jim ordered. But the robot kept tugging.

"I'm not leaving without my two best buddies!" He shouted, ending with Jim giving B.E.N a death glare. He grinned nervously.

"Uh, unless he looks at me like that! Bye, guys!" He yelped, running off.

"Let me guess, you're not leaving again?" Jim asked Fung, who shook his head.

"What do you think?" Fung asked bravely, folding his arms. Jim chuckled, rolling his eyes, as he continued to Hotwire, managing to successfully power up the ship. Morph suddenly came up next to Fung.

"Hey, bud, where'd ya go?" Fung greeted, petting the blob gently. The ship began to rise into the air, Jim steering.

"Yes, guys! We are so out of here!" Jim cheered. Fung felt relief from this, until...

"Ah, Jimbo! Fungy! Ain't Yeh two the seventh wonders of the universe!" Silver called, getting into their boat. Fung had to do something, since Jim was holding the wheel. Thinking, he grabbed a nearby sword, pointing it at Silver, glaring harshly.

"Don't come near us! Stay away!" Fung demanded with hate and bravery in his voice. Silver's face grew hard and cold after staring down at the blade.

"I like yeh both, but yeh come too far to stand between me and me treasure," he said darkly, closing in on Fung, whose hands were shaking while holding the sword, backing up against Jim, eyes wide in fear from Silver's dark look.

Suddenly a laser struck the ship, and the three of them were sent flying. Jim and Silver landed on a platform, Silver grabbing the ship, but Fung himself wasn't so lucky, sliding off the platform, crying out, sliding down the wall till he grabbed a wall piece, hanging on for dear life.

"GUYS? HELP!" Fung screamed in fear, staring down below him at the river of lava, shaking and feeling the ledge moving back into the wall.

Jim leaned over, reaching towards his friend. "Grab onto me!"

Fung did his best, but his own arms felt too short, and sweat poured down his scales. "You're too far guy! I can't reach!" He whimpered aloud, just as the ledge retracted, feeling himself falling before grasping a second, that was retracting faster than the last one.

Is this it for me? Am I gonna die for real this time? The croc thought in despair, his life flashing in front of him, hearing Jim crying out at Silver who was still holding onto the treasure. Fung slowly shut his eyes, readying himself to fall.

Goodbye, Gary! I'll never forget you!

He lost his grip, starting to fall again, but to his shock a huge hand grabbed his, dangling above the river of death, it was Silver who caught him!

His mouth was open in grateful surprise, while Silver smiled down at Fung, pulling him back to safety, watching the ship exploding to pieces.

"Yeh alright, Fung?" Silver asked worriedly, while Fung couldn't speak, Jim hugging his friend tightly.

"A-alright I think," he croaked finally. Silver nodded, and the three of them ran back to the safety of the portal.

A small cliffhanger here, but the finale's coming! Plus I wanted Fung to be the one hanging off the wall cause why not?

How should Fung return home? Could a possible sequel be in the works? Fung's quest home to China with Jim Hawkins?
