Hi everyone, in this chapter Aether and Amber will go through a System scan.

Chapter 2: Star Constellator.
It was the next day after the sudden arrival of Aether, Amber, and Paimon arrived at Academy City. The sun has already set into the sky, shining through Kotaru's dorm room and the light shining towards Kotaru eyes and wake up Kotaru from his sleep. When he get up from the bed and sit on his bed, he looked around his room and saw that Aether is at the kitchen right now cooking.
Aether looked at the living room and saw that Kotaru has waked up, he greeted him, "Morning Kotaru, you don't mind if i cooked for breakfast right?"
"Not at all." Kotaru replied as he observed, "Looks like you really get the hang on using the stove."
"Your stove is kinda different with the one from our world," Aether replied, "Only the difference is how the stove could be used."
"I guess so. Anyway, what are you making right now?"
"I'm making a miso soup for breakfast, " Aether replied, "I hope you don't mind to eat the cooking from our world."
"Eh, Miso soup does exist in this world anyway so you don't need to worry about it." Kotaru informed.
"Really?" Aether asked before he mused to himself, "I guess at least there's something that is familiar between our worlds."
"True that," Kotaru agreed, he stand up and went to the bathroom, saying, "I'm gonna change my clothes now, i'll be right back."
"Okay."
Kotaru immediately get inside the bathroom, take off his clothes that he just used that night and wore the long-sleeve shirt he usually wore under his uniform before he put on his usual uniform's shirt and a long black pants as usual.
After he changed his clothes, he went back to the living room and saw that everyone has finally wake up. To the suprise, he saw that the futon has already folded and put on the drawer where he usually put the extra futon.
"Oh, thanks for tidying up my room." Kotaru said as he enter the living room.
"It's really nothing," Amber shrugged, "besides, it's fair that we do that as a thabk you for helping us out."
Kotaru chuckled and replied, "I guess that's fair." Kotaru went to his bookshelves, looking for a System scan schedule ether and Amber will go through today. Once he found the document, he put them in the middle of the table as Aether put down his the miso soup that Aether made. Amber went sit down in front of the table, opened the document and looked inside, she saw all kind of words that she didn't understand at all so she asked, "What's this Hikari?"
"It's a schedule of the system scan that i have been through before," Kotaru answered, "Because you two will go through a system scan today so it's best that you two understand what test ypu guys have to go through."
"Okay, let's see what we got here..." Paimon said as she looked at the documents before she realised, "Wait... i can't understand what's written in here."
"You can't read this at all?" Kotaru asked, wasn't aware of them don't understand what's written.
"We deffinitely don't." Aether, Paimon, and amber said in unison.
"I guess i should read this for all of you." Kotaru said suggestingly.
Kotaru immediately went to explain every test that will happen. He explain all of them such as precognition test, clairvoyance test, Psychometry, telephaty, and lastly psychokinesis. When Kotaru explained everything about the system scan, Aether, Amber, and Paimon listened to Kotaru's explanation as they eating the miso soup. As soon as everyone finished their food, Kotaru lead everyone to his dad's lab to do the system scan.
Along the way toward his dad's lab, Aether, Paimon, and Amber see everything that's not familiar to them especially for something like a moving vehicle that they never saw on their lives. The trio learned so many thing along their way with how advance the technology was.
It took 30 minutes to finally arrived at his dad's lab. As soon they enter Kotaru dad's lab, he immediately greeted his parents, Kokoro Hikari and his mom, Hisumi Hikari.
"Hello mom, dad." Kotaru greeted, waving his hand.
"Hi son, is there something that you need?"
"I've bring the people that was scheduled to have a system scan today." Kotaru informed, pointed out the people that's behind him.
"Is that so?" Hisumi asked, she observed the people that's currently with him right now and her eyes widened as she looked at paimon, she asked as she pointed her finger towards paimon, "What is that floating thing?"
"Hm?" Kotaru turned around, and he noticed that his mom was suprised to see paimon, so he answered, "That's paimon, she's this guy's mascot."
"A floating mascot huh? I never saw a mascot like this before." Kokoro mused, observing paimon.
"Could you stop looking at mr like that? It's really uncomfortable." Paimon said as she backed away.
"Ah sorry about that," Kokoro apologized, he turned his gaze towards Amber and Aether and asked away, "So you two must be Aether and Amber right?"
"Yeah, that's us." Aether replied.
"Well then, follow me." Kokoro demanded.
Kokoro took Amber and Aether leave the office and enter the chamber. Kokoro explained them about the chamber's specialty that will help the system scan faster than the usual because most system scan took a long time, but with the virtual chamber, the system scan will be faster and easier due to the lab's more advance technology.
As for Paimon and Kotaru, they enter the spectator room to get a good view on watching Amber and Aether do the system scan.
Paimon looked over the window, she saw Aether and Amber from the spectator room and tried to call for them but they didn't notice so Kotaru immediately went to explained that they could see Aether and Amber from inside the room, but Aether and Amber won't notice because the window in the room was transparent from the other side so Aether and Amber won't be able to hear or saw them.
In the first one, Aether and amber are doing the first stage of the system scan. They were guided to do the clairvoyance test. On the test, they have guess what the picture on the side of every card on the guider's hand. Amber manage to guess 4 of 5 cards that was choosen while aethrr manage to guess correctly all cards.
The system scan test went out rather smoothly. The system scan has already went for 45 minutes and it's already time for the last stage of the system scan.
"Okay kids," Kokoro called out from the control room using a speaker, "This will be the last stage of the system scan. Both of you will be on your own because the last stage of the system scan will be a combat test. Now in this last one, you will be fighting one of the enemies that you two imagined inside your mind and you have to beat them to finished the system scans.
"An enemy.." Aether began to speak.
"That we imagined?" Amber finished.
Soon, Aether and Amber slowly remember a certain person that comes onto their mind. For Aether, he remembered the fatui harbringer that he fights in inazuma, the eigth of eleventh fatui harbringer that was killed by The electro archon when he's at inazuma. As for Amber, she remembered the dark skin man that she fought against after she helped out Collei who have sealed her power with the help of Lisa's teacher.
As soon as they think them, those people got projected in front of them, both Aether, Paimon, and Amber shocked to see them got easily projected in front of Aether and Amber.
When Paimon looked at Who's in front of Aether, her eyes widened in shock as she said in disbelieve, "No way! How is signora still alive!"
Kotaru looked at Paimon, confused by how she reacted when she saw who's in front of Aether right now. Feeling curious, he asked Paimon, "Who is signora?"
Paimon look towards Kotaru and explained, "Signora is the woman that dressed in white clothes right there. She's known as the eight strongest fatui harbringer and also known as a snezhnaya diplomat under the command of Tsaritsa."
"Woah-Woah, 8th strongest fatui harbringer? Gnosis? Snezhnaya diplomat? Tsaritsa? What are those?" Kotaru asked.
"Fatui was an organization that was known on all of tevyat." Paimon explained, "Apparently, they have a main goal to collect the gnosis from every archon on tevyat. Snezhnaya diplomat is also a diplomat the fatui has created by the leader of Fatui to obtained every gnosis in the world which is an item that will allow the archon to have connection with Celestia, the floating island that every people manage to see from all over the tevyat."
"Damn, how strong are these harbringers anyway?" Kotaru asked.
"So strong that you can't imagine. Aether maybe have beat her once, but still took so much to beat her."
"If that's true, then why do you say that how is she still alive?" Kotaru asked.
"Because she's already got killed by the Electro archon when we tried to save Inazuma." Paimon answered.
"I see... I wanna see what she's capable of." Kotaru said as he looked back to the virtual chamber, curious with how formidable the woman in front of Aether was.
Aether tensed up as he remembered his fight against signora on a live or death battle. Aether summoned a beautiful light blue sword on his right hand while Amber prepared to fight the person that she defeated before.
"I guess this will be the chance how strong i've gotten ever since i've defeated her before." Aether mused as he charge towards Signora. The area around Aether suddenly spawned 4 tube of fire on every corner of Aether area.
Signora immediately has some kind of cryo aura around her. She began to attack Aether with three ice arrows and a spiked up ice coming from the floor. Aether immediately jumped high to the air, he raised his sword and create an high amount of electricity towards Signora and somehow hurted her with just one slash. Aether saw that Signora immediately gatherred her ice on the air, create an ice spear and fired it towards Aether. Seeing this, Aether dodge to the right made the ice spear missed Aether and stabbed the ground with Aether immediately slashed his sword upwards and fired 3 lightning strikes coming out from the blade and it hit Signora.
Suddenly Signora create 5 ice blades surrounding Aether. As the blade charge towards Aether, he timed himself to dodge the attack and throw out a giant boulder towards signora. After the amount of damage that Signora received, she transformed and covered herself into a thick ice ball.
Aether run towards one of the fire tube to warm himself since the air felt colder due to Signora ice power. Aether keep dodging every ice shards that Signora fired from every distance. As aether dodging, he keep looking for a Crimson Lotus Moth in order to break the cryo defense that Signora use to defend herself.
Meanwhile, the fight between Amber and the fatui does felt intense, but not as intense as the fight between Aether and Signora. Amber have beaten this guy once, but still give Amber some trouble. She kept shooting the fatui guy from far away as possible. She throw a Baron bunny towards the man and explode in front of him. Amber see the oppoturnity to attack him from above so she jumped high above the dust.
When the dust are clear, the man surprised that Amber has disappeared from the sight and got caught off guard when he looked above and saw Amber ready to fire her attacks.
"You won't escape from this!" Amber Roared as she fired 5 Arrows towards him.
The arrow hit the dark skin fatui member which made the man scream in pain and made him fall to the floor. Amber slowly fall down using the glider she has. When she reached the ground, she saw that The man slowly disappeared into a multiple blue particles until his body disappeared like it never existed.
"Congratulations Amber," Kokoro praised from the speaker, "You have finished your System Scan and the result has come out."
"So… what's my level then?" Amber asked.
"From the data we gathered, you were registered as a level 4 and your power will be called 'Blazing Glider'." Kokoro answered.
"As expected for Amber!" Paimon said happily.
"Man, I kinda jealous of her." Kotaru admitted.
"Why's that Kotaru?" Paimon asked.
Kotaru turn his head upwards, looked at the ceiling as he frowned, "Amber has a vision and yet, she manage to be a level 4 while me, who also has a vison like her only calculated as a level 0." Kotaru sighed just by that implication.
"How come you're not above a level 0?" Paimon asked.
Kotaru looked at Paimon and saying, "I just don't know myself," Kotaru admitted, "I just hope that there's a hope for me to raised my level in the future." Kotaru looked back to the Virtual Chamber and saw the Ice that covered signora showed up a crack, Kotaru asked, "Wait, What's happening there?"
Paimon looked at where Kotaru was looking at right now, her eyes widened as she realized, "That's….. Signora is going to use her full power now!"
"Full power?!" Kotaru repeated, he stand up from his seat and walk closer ot the window.
As soon as he said that, the Ice has transformed from the light blue into a bright orange ice and exploded which led out a surging fire coming from inside the ice and create a giant half ball of black aura spinning there. Aether got knocked back from the explosion, but landed all three on the ground, several Crimson Lotus moth was seen flying towards the black aura. Signora now has transformed into a Fire form with her clothes has changed from white to black and red with a large fire Lotus moth wing on her back, her eyes has a Lotus moth mask with a big antenna hanging in front of her eyes.
Amber, who has finished her fight against the fatui, has frozen in fear seeing Signora Crimson Witch of Embers form for the first time on her life. "W-What is that?" Amber asked in fear.
"Dear, We have to stopped this now! This is getting dangerous for him." Hisumi said panickly.
"This is bad!" Kokoro said in a panic, "I can't make the projector stopped from working at all."
"How is that possible?" Hisumi asked.
"My theory is that the person that Aether fight right now was someone that is so strong that my machine cannot made her projection disappeared." Kokoro exclaimed.
"So the only way to stop it was by making Aether to win this fight?" Hisumi summarized.
"That's right." Kokoro answered, "Aether! You only could stopped this by defeated her so be careful."
"So I have to beat her in order to finished the system scan huh?" Aether mused, he thought o what Kotaru explanation about esper, 'Kotaru said that Esper does create some sort of a reality on their own right? What happened if I do that now?' Aether immediately closed his eyes, he focused about making his own reality. Inside his closing eyes, so many orb spawned on all direction. Those Orbs also filled the Sky inside the gravity Chamber and a yellow aura flowing from Aether's body and has spawned four orbs spinning around his body.
"Woah" Amber, Paimon, and Kotaru said in amazed.
"I never saw him used this power before." Paimon admitted.
"You mean this was the first time you see this power from him" Kotaru asked in disbelieve.
"That's right. I wanna see him fight now." Paimon said excited.
"Same here." Kotaru agreed.
Meanwhile Amber who is closer to Aether looked at him in amazement. She never saw Aether has something like this before so she assumed that this was also a part of Aether's power. She put both of her hands on her chest, she thought to herself, 'Aether, this is your power right? You really are amazing that I never thought you would be this powerfull.' She remembered the time Aether told Amber his story fight against the electro archon where he also tell Amber the power he used to beat Raiden Ei and amazed by it. But seeing this close made Amber really happy and excited to see how powerfull Aether was.
Aether slowly opened his eyes, he started walk towards Signora and started to run towards her. Signora pulled out a whip and slashed it towards Aether, but Aether dodge to the right and spawned three electro orbs floating around him and attack Signora with a sword slash.
Signora turned into a black fire aura and back away from Aether a few meters away. After Signora backed away, she immediately launch a giant Crimson Lotus Moth towards Aether, but Aether spawned a giant boulder on his hand and throw them to the giant Lotus which have been disintegrated by the boulder and it continued towards Signora. Seeing this, Signora dodge to the left just like when she backed away from Aether.
Aether know where she will transformed back, He sprinted towards the location that Aether speculated where she will show up again. After Signora finally showed up, she didn't expected that Aether has already closed his distance with hers and Signora cannot catch her guard because of the sudden action.
Aether himself has infused his blade with his Anemo and Electro power and immediately went through Signora. After that, several Purple and light green slash emerged from Signora and finally stopped and killed Signora in the spot as she disintegrated with no ashes left remained. Aether take a deep breath and stopped using his power. He looked at his left hand and turned it into a strong knuckle as he finally happy with him could use the power that he manage to use when facing Raiden ei.
"Aether!" Amber called as she run closer to Aether, "That was really amazing!"
"Thank you Amber, I really happy that I somehow manage to use that power again." Aether replied.
"Wow, that was really amazing! I never saw something like that before." Kokoro praised before he realized, "Oh yeah, about your level now." He looked at the reports that he got from the system scan, he informed, "Congrats, You have been calculated as a level 5 now and your power name was 'Star Constellator'."
"Woaaaaah, Aether really did it! He beats signora again!" Paimon said in amazement.
"That was something else, that power wasn't a joke at all. Heck, it might be stronger than my own power." Kotaru admitted.
"It sure was." Paimon agreed.
"Let's meet up with them now." Kotaru said as he get up from his seat and exit the spectator room.
"Wait for me!" Paimon said as she followed Kotaru from behind.
